Abstract

This study examines the comparative advantages of agricultural products from highland and lowland areas in South Sumatra Province using the Location Quotient (LQ) method. The research aims to identify specific commodities that dominate each region and evaluate their potential for regional economic development. Data were collected from agricultural production reports, regional economic statistics, and field surveys. The LQ analysis reveals the agricultural specialization in both highland and lowland regions. Highland areas primarily focus on plantation crops such as coffee and tea, while lowland areas excel in rice production and horticulture. The results indicate that highland commodities have a high LQ value, reflecting their contribution to the regional economy and export potential. Conversely, lowland commodities showcompetitive advantages in meeting local demand and supporting food security. This comparative analysis highlights the importance of tailoring agricultural policies to the unique characteristics of each region. Strategies such as infrastructure development, market access improvement, and sustainable farming practices can enhance productivity and competitiveness. The findings also emphasize the need for diversification and value-added processing to increase income and reduce economic vulnerability in both highland and lowland areas.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between employee motivation, creativity, and performance, focusing on the interaction between intrinsic and extrinsic motivations and the role of organizational strategies, leadership support, and resource availability in enhancing motivation and creativity. Using a qualitative case study approach, the study involves semi-structured interviews, focus groups, and document analysis with employees and leaders from a mid-sized technology company. Thematic analysis was employed to identify key themes related to motivation, creativity, and performance. The findings reveal that intrinsic motivation significantly enhances creative productivity, while extrinsic rewards complement intrinsic motivation when aligned with employees' values. Transformational leadership and a supportive organizational culture are crucial in fostering an environment conducive to creativity. Adequate resources and well-designed workspaces that encourage collaboration further boost motivation and creativity. Training programs focused on creative problem-solving and developing a growth mindset also play a vital role. This study provides valuable insights for managers and policymakers on creating environments that foster innovation and sustain high levels of employee engagement. Organizations can enhance creativity and performance by understanding the interplay between different motivational factors and the importance of supportive leadership and resources. Future research should consider mixed-method approaches and diverse organizational contexts to validate and expand upon these findings.

Abstract

Purpose – This research develops a business intelligence prototype based on the analysis of profile data, problems, and needs of MSMEs.Design/methodology/approach – This research uses the descriptive analysis method by collecting data through interviews and documentation.Findings – Based on a sample of 5 respondent technical units in the Ministry of Finance, this research develops a prototype to empowering MSMEs in business sectors, problems, and needs of MSMEs that are fostered by several technical units in a government agency can be integrated and presented in business intelligence. This analytical tool can be used jointly by technical units to make decisions in preparing MSME empowerment programs.Research limitations/implications – The business intelligence model has just been developed based on data and discussions from 3-5 technical units in the Ministry of Finance and does not yet reflect the data and information needs of the Ministry of Finance as a whole. Practical implications – Government institutions that have not yet implemented business intelligence that supports MSME empowerment activities can develop this prototype into a fully functional system and can be used for synergistic empowerment of MSMEs.Originality/value – This research is intended to complement the limited discussion regarding the application of business intelligence in government institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) secara parsial Pengaruh Motivasi kerja, pelatihan dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. 2) pengaruh secara simultan Motivasi kerja, pelatihan dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. 3) variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan . Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan jenuh yaitu sebanyak 85 orang pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode pengumpulan data yang diguanakan adalah angket dan studi dokumen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: secara parsial Motivasi kerja, pelatihan dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Ini berarti bahwa Motivasi kerja, pelatihan dan kepemimpinan mampu meningkatkan Kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Secara simultan Motivasi kerja, pelatihan dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh dominan Terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik motivasi akan semakin meningkatkan Kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja anggota polisi pada Subdit III Tipidkor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan termasuk pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Tempat penelitian pada Subdit III Tipidkor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Waktu penelitian direncanakan selama 3 bulan dimulai dari proposal sampai dengan tesis yaitu dari bulan Januari – Februari tahun 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 58 anggota polisi. Ukuran sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 58 anggota polisi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dapat digunakan dengan cara teknik tes, wawancara, teknik observasi, dan teknik angket. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik angket. Jenis data menurut sifatnya dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sedangkan jenis data berdasarkan sumbernya dalam penelitian ini didasarkan atas data intern dimana data yang diperoleh dari Subdit III Tipidkor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis sumber data, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas dan uji multikolinieritas), analisis jalur dan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota polisi, (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota polisi, (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota polisi, dan (4) Lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota polisi.

Abstract

The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, in collaboration with state-owned firms, established the Rumah BUMN as a communal space to convene, educate, and support MSME stakeholders in becoming high-quality Indonesian MSMEs. Rumah BUMN Sumsel (RBS) affiliated with Company Social Responsibility Department of PT. Pusri Palembang, is dedicated to supporting MSME partners through three primary initiatives: competency enhancement, market access, and capital accessibility. This study will delineate the attributes of MSMEs supported by the South Sumatra Rumah BUMN and assess the coaching program implemented RBS regarding the sustainability of agribusiness MSMEs through SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) correlation analysis. The metrics employed to assess business sustainability variables include augmented MSME revenue, business expansion, product quality, competitiveness, and operational efficiency. Data analysis results from 100 respondents using the SmartPLS3 program indicate that, for MSMEs in the agricultural sector, the variables significantly influencing business sustainability are marketing access (p-value = 0.013) and capital availability (p-value = 0.000). The variable of competency enhancement, with a p-value of 0.302, indicates an insignificant result in the agriculture MSME sector. Business sustainability is significantly reliant on money and extensive market reach. Despite an improvement in competence, the absence of adequate money and a market capable of absorbing products may jeopardise corporate continuation.

Abstract

Agrarian reform fundamentally provides programs which can solve the problem of poverty in rural communities, improving welfare with national food independence, increase land productivity, provide recognition of land rights owned both privately, state, and publicly owned land that its use to meet the interests of the community. The purpose of this study was to develop a strategy for the development of sustainability from the Agrarian Reform Village. This research was conducted in Bitis Village Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency in December 2024. The research methods used are case study methods and simple random sample sampling methods. The data used are primary and secondary data. The results of this study is oyster mushroom farming and oyster mushroom chip snack businesses are in quadrant II (W-O) which needs to implement a business transformation strategy by overcoming the weaknesses in their business by taking advantage of existing opportunities.

Abstract

Teachers are the main factor and determinant of the success of learning and efforts to update the quality of education. The development of the times requires teachers to be able to carry out learning using technology. TPACK (Technological Paedagogical and Content Knowledge) is the teacher's ability to combine strategies, media, materials, and evaluation of learning using technology. The TPACK ability must be owned by a teacher because it can affect the way material is delivered to students. Muhammdiyah 11 Mangkuyudan Elementary School is one of the private schools in Surakarta City, to be precise, in Laweyan District. Teachers who teach at these schools have good competence in their fields. This study aims to describe the implementation of TPACK-oriented Thematic learning at SD Muhammadiyah 11 Mangkuyudan Surakarta. This research uses a qualitative type of research, the data obtained will show objectively the TPACK abilities of SD Muhammdiyah 11 Mangkuyudan Surakarta teachers for the 2020/2021 academic year. The results showed that: Class teacher TPACK ability in thematic learning at Muhammadiyah 11 Mangkuyudan Elementary School was included in the sufficient category with a percentage of 58.69%. If viewed per aspect then: CK is in the very good category with a percentage of 85.65%, PK is in the sufficient category with a percentage of 54.22%, Kindergarten is in the adequate category with a percentage of 57.64%, PCK is in the good category with a percentage of 73.60%, TCK is in the adequate category with a percentage of 53.83%, and TPK is in the unfavorable category with a percentage of 46.12%

Abstract

Rhodamin B merupakan zat warna sintetik yang digunakan sebagai pewarna tekstil, cat dan kertas, namun pewarna ini juga ditemukan pada bahan makanan. Meskipun rhodamin B telah dilarang pemerintah, namun masih banyak produsen makanan yang menambahkan pewarna tersebut ke dalam bahan makanan.  Konsumsi rhodamin B dalam jangka panjang dapat terakumulasi di dalam tubuh dan dapat menyebabkan gejala pembesaran hati dan ginjal, gangguan fungsi hati, bahkan bisa menyebabkan timbulnya kanker hat. Rhodamin B juga ditemukan dalam produk minuman, alat kosmetika   dan lain-lain.  Mengingat bahaya yang ditimbulkan akibat mengkonsumsi rhodamin B, maka  telah dilakukan edukasi  kepada masyarakat   RW 05 Indralaya Mulya Ogan Ilir melalui ceramah, peragaan, diskusi  dan evaluasi tentang bahaya zat warna sintetik  rhodamin B  bagi kesehatan. Disamping itu juga diperkenalkan pada masyarakat  ciri-ciri produk yang menggunakan pewarna rhodamin B.  Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan masyarakat banyak yang tidak menyadari telah mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung rhodamin B. Masyarakat tidak menyadari begitu besar dampak mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung rhodamin B.  Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah membuka wawasan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang  dampak yang ditimbulkan bila dikonsumsi secara terus menerus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi proses pengembangan aktualisasi diri melalui karya komik digital dalam pembelajaran IPAS di SMK ditinjau dari teori pembelajaran humanism.Teori humanisme Rogers menekankan pentingnya aktualisasi diri, yaitu proses individu untuk mencapai potensi penuh mereka dalam lingkungan yang mendukung dan empatik. Dalam konteks pendidikan, hal ini melibatkan penciptaan ruang yang memungkinkan siswa untuk mengekspresikan diri mereka secara bebas dan kreatif, yang diwujudkan dalam pembuatan komik digital yang menggabungkan pemahaman konsep IPAS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendalami bagaimana pembelajaran berbasis komik digital dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan bakat mereka dalam konteks pembelajaran IPAS. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan siswa dan guru, serta analisis dokumen seperti hasil karya komik digital yang dibuat oleh siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan komik digital tidak hanya meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran, tetapi juga memungkinkan mereka untuk mengaktualisasikan bakat dan kreativitas mereka dalam konteks akademik. Penerapan teori humanisme Carl Rogers menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih mendukung, di mana siswa merasa senang dan dapat mengembangkan potensi penuh mereka
