Abstract

Cancer is still one of the health problems around the world. Cancer is an uncontrolled (abnormal) cell division and can invade surrounding tissues and can also spread to other parts of the body through the blood and lymphatic system known as metastasis. This disease is often diagnosed in men aged 50-80 years with an average age of 73 years. Bladder cancer is divided into transitional cell carcinoma (95%), squamous cell carcinoma (3%), adenocarcinoma (2%), and less than 1% small cell tumors (paraneoplastic syndrome). Risk factors for this disease are smoking, exposure to carcinogenic substances, drugs, infection with the parasite Schistosoma haematobium, chronic irritation (stone disease), physical trauma (in the uroepithelial layer), infectious diseases and those that have not been proven to be the cause are coffee, alcohol, saccharin and cyclamate sweeteners. The prognosis of the disease depends on histologic examination to see the stage of the disease and by tissue biopsy. Methods: This paper is based on a literature search of clinical practice guidelines, scientific literature, websites, and textbooks on the topic of bladder cancer. Results and Discussion: Hematuria is the main clinical symptom in addition to other symptoms as a complaint of bladder cancer. The disease is divided into non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) and muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). Non-invasive and invasive cancer conditions play an important role in the treatment and prognosis of the disease. MIBC is a disease condition with high morbidity and mortality. Conclusion: Cystoscopy followed by biopsy resection is the diagnostic standard followed by anatomic pathology examination (histology and cytology) for definitive diagnosis of the disease. The prognosis will be better if the disease is still at superficial and non-invasive stage (Ta), so that only transurethral tumor resection followed by chemotherapy drugs, intravesical and results will be more satisfactory.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan suatu wujud nyata dari tanggung jawab sosial perguruan tinggi untuk memberikan kontribusi yang positif bagi masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan ini, kami berupaya mendukung Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di wilayah Borneo Istimewa agar mampu mengoptimalkan penggunaan WhatsApp Bisnis dalam strategi pemasaran dan penjualan produk mereka. UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, namun seringkali dihadapkan pada kendala terkait teknologi dan pemasaran. Dalam konteks ini, WhatsApp Bisnis menawarkan peluang besar sebagai alat komunikasi yang efektif dan efisien antara pelaku usaha dan konsumen. Dengan pemahaman yang tepat tentang fitur-fitur WhatsApp Bisnis, UMKM dapat meningkatkan visibilitas produk, memperluas jaringan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan penjualan secara signifikan.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology is advancing rapidly. Information technology is a solution to many problems that occur in government and private agencies to improve performance and work processes in agencies. One of the agencies that can utilize Information Technology is the Sanggau District Education and Culture Office, especially in the service sector. Based on observations, interviews and collections carried out, there are problems experienced by the Sanggau Regency DISDIKBUD such as the lack of use of ICT, a lot of non-computerized recording in providing services, storage and making reports so that during the work process there are often delays in searching for data and the accuracy of the data is in doubt. So to solve this problem, a computerized information system is needed so that performance is better, and services are more effective in terms of time, and efficient in terms of costs compared to the previous system. The system development models implemented are prototype models and information systems. which is made on a website basis and it is hoped that the implementation of this model can solve the problems that are currently occurring.

Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan dalam sebuah perusahaan dalam mengelola SDM adalah rekrutmen karyawan. Menurut Handoko (2010:69) “Rekrutmen adalah proses pencarian dan “pemikatan”para calon karyawan (pelamar) yang mampu melamar sebagai karyawan. Untuk mencapai tujuan peruhasaan maka perlu adanya proses seleksi dan pelatihan kepada karyawan untuk mendapatkan calon karyawan yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi rekrutmen yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan keunggulan karyawan pada CV. Ber-K-One Join Venture PT. Sinar Sosro. Untuk mengaplikasikan tujuan tersebut maka menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang menerapkan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan sistem audit trail. Teknik pengambilan data secara primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan strategi rekrutmen berdampak posistif dalam meningkatkan keunggulan karyawan terhadap CV. Ber-K-One Join Venture PT. Sinar Sosro

Abstract

Di era modern saat ini, teknologi kian pesat dalam segala perkembangannya. Tidak terkecuali dalam dunia pendidikan, proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang juga kian bervariasi. Hal ini menuntut tenaga pendidik untuk tidak boleh tertinggal baik dari materi maupun teknik pembelajarannya. Canva merupakan suatu tools desain grafis untuk membantu dalam pembuatan desain kreatif yang mudah digunakan. Dalam kegiatan ini, dilaksanakan pelatihan pembuatan video pembelajaran menggunakan Canva bagi guru-guru SDN 23 dan 25 Teluk Pakedai Kalimantan Barat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran menggunakan Canva. Kegiatan ini memiliki 3 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi. Tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah interaktif dan praktik. Pemaparan materi dilanjutkan dengan praktik pembuatan video pembelajaran. Dengan dilaksanakan pelatihan ini, para peserta mampu menciptakan video pembelajarannya sendiri dan dapat mengembangkan metode pembelajaran modern.   In today's modern era, technology is increasingly rapid in all its developments. No exception in the world of education, the process of teaching and learning activities is also increasingly varied. This requires educators not to be left behind in both the material and learning techniques. Canva is a graphic design tool to assist in creating creative designs that are easy to use. In this activity, a training was carried out on making learning videos using Canva for teachers of SDN 23 dan 25 Teluk Pakedai West Borneo. This activity aims to improve the ability of teachers in making learning videos using Canva. This activity has 3 stages, namely planning, implementing and evaluating. The implementation stage is carried out by the method of interactive lectures and practices. The presentation of the material continued with the practice of making learning videos. By conducting this training, the participants were able to create their own learning videos and were able to develop modern learning methods.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze and create an attendance and payroll information system program for CV Luna. In carrying out its operational activities, especially in employee attendance data and payroll processing, a manual system is currently being used, leading to frequent errors. The manual system in place at CV Luna has weaknesses, including the lengthy time required for payroll calculations due to poorly recorded attendance data and the risk of errors in salary calculations that could benefit or harm one of the parties involved. From these issues, the idea of creating a web-based information system emerged, which can automate employee attendance and payroll management. In the system design, the research used the waterfall method and employed the PHP Codeigniter Framework. There are two users who can access this system: employees and the finance department. Employees can only record their attendance, while the finance department can access attendance summaries, salary reports, and payslips. This computerized system makes it easier for employees to record their attendance and for the finance department to generate employee salary reports.

Abstract

This research focuses on creating a user-friendly Javanese language learning website using the Design Thinking approach. The goal is to cater to the needs and preferences of young people comfortable with digital technology. The research follows a five-step process: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. During the empathize phase, questionnaires were used to understand the learning needs of potential users. The define phase identified critical challenges faced by learners. In the ideate phase, brainstorming sessions generated various possible solutions. A website prototype was then designed using Figma and tested with users in the test phase. The System Usability Scale (SUS) was used to evaluate the prototype, and it received an average score of 83, which is considered excellent. This suggests that the designed website prototype effectively addresses user needs and preferences and has the potential to significantly boost motivation for learning the Javanese language.

Abstract

This study is intended to solve the problem of parents of prospective students who need more information about PPDB and the occurrence of repetition in the data collection of prospective students who have registered by the committee due to duplicate data. This study is included in the Research and Development research type, which aims to develop a web-based PPDB information system (Khazaregsys) at SDIT Kharisma Az-Zahra, which helps increase the efficiency and transparency of the PPDB process. In its development, the method used is Extreme Programming, which uses the Laravel framework and MySQL as a database server. This study's data was obtained using various methods, such as literature studies, observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The data will be analyzed using the mixed method with the majority of qualitative analysis, namely from the interviews, observations, and literature studies, as well as quantitative analysis of the questionnaire results. Testing of the system that has been developed will involve black box testing to test all features in the system with a particular focus on the prospective student registration system and usability testing through user acceptance testing (UAT) to measure the system's effectiveness from the user's perspective. Khazaregsys has been proven to have a good level of effectiveness, which is supported by the test results, which obtained a score of 62%, meaning "Agree" from the parent's point of view, and 64.5%, meaning "Agree" from the school teacher's point of view.

Abstract

Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Kalimantan Barat merupakan salah satu lembaga yang sangat membutuhkan kemajuan teknologi saat ini. Salah satunya adalah sistem komputerisasi untuk mempermudah proses pendaftaran sertifikasi dan pelatihan guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu proses penyimpanan data, meminimalisir terjadinya kehilangan data, membantu proses pelayanan dalam proses registrasi dan mengurangi penumpukan file. Dalam pembuatan sistem informasi berbasis web, penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database-nya, dan penulis menggunakan metode prototype. Inti dari metode ini adalah jika sistem mengikuti tahapan penentuan kebutuhan pengguna, pengembangan prototipe dan prosedur pengujian, maka pengembangan berhasil. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pendaftaran sertifikasi dan pelatihan guru berbasis web.

Abstract

Complex technological advances in the current era of globalization have had an impact on various aspects of human life, one of which is the business world. Technology has created a new lifestyle for modern humans such as online shopping. This change in shopping style has a direct impact on MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), which requires them to change their mindset and adapt to technological developments. MSMEs must innovate and improve to keep up with technological developments, so that the businesses they run can survive and develop for the better. Therefore, in order to help these MSMEs, Community Service and Assistance activities are carried out in the Rembang district area to help local MSMEs adapt to technological developments and develop their businesses, especially in the field of product marketing. This assistance focuses on increasing competitiveness as well as implementing E-commerce in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the digital era. The methods applied are observation, interviews, analysis of existing conditions, Emergence of E-Commerce Solutions, E-Commerce Creation, E-Commerce usage assistance and evaluation. By applying some of these methods, it produces outcomes that can help MSMEs in digital marketing such as expanding market share and can increase high competitiveness so that it is hoped that sales turnover will increase.
