Abstract

Academic involvement refers to the active participation of students in the learning environment. Several factors directly or indirectly influence students' academic involvement, including spirituality, achievement motivation, and resilience. This research aims to explore the impact of spirituality on academic involvement by examining its relationship with achievement motivation and resilience. The research adopted a quantitative correlational approach and considers three types of variables: independent variables, dependent variables, and intervening variables. The study involved 200 active students from the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang, who were selected using a lottery method. Data collection for this research was done through a questionnaire, and the analysis involved descriptive statistics and path analysis. The findings demonstrate a significant influence of spirituality on students' academic involvement through achievement motivation and resilience. Spirituality has an impact on both achievement motivation and resilience. Furthermore, the study revealed that achievement motivation and resilience shaped students' academic involvement. Spirituality positively affected academic involvement by promoting achievement motivation and resilience. Thus, students with strong spirituality tended to exhibit higher achievement motivation and resilience, positively contributing to their academic involvement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis implementasi kinerja karyawan dalam pembiayaan gadai emas terhadap nasabah di Pegadaian Syariah UPS Kali Butuh, keberadaan pegadaian menjadi solusi bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan dana tunai secara cepat dengan menggunakan barang berharga, seperti emas, sebagai jaminan/agunan, Lembaga pegadaian juga menawarkan berbagai produk dan layanan keuangan lainnya, seperti pembiayaan, investasi, dan jasa titip. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumendasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan Pegadaian Syariah UPS Kali Butuh dalam pembiayaan gadai emas sudah cukup baik, karyawan memiliki kompetensi yang memadai, memberikan pelayanan yang ramah dan cepat, serta menjalankan prosedur gadai emas sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya sosialisasi produk gadai emas syariah kepada masyarakat dan terbatasnya jumlah karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, optimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi, dan penguatan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

This article discusses the trend of Hajj and Umrah on Instagram, which is a form of expression of pilgrims on social media. The phenomenon is represented through the hajj hastag (#haji) and umrah hastag (#umrah). This research uses qualitative research methods, with a virtual ethnography approach. Data were collected through posts and comments on Instagram with #hajj and #umrah, and from literature studies. The data was then analyzed using critical discourse analysis theory. That every discourse is constructed from the identity, background, and purpose of the discourse. It was found that the expressions of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims on social media were represented with a variety of expressions and purposes. First, there are many trends in the phenomenon of Hajj and Umrah on Instagram. It is used as a means of personal and group promotion, such as travel agencies, food, and Hajj souvenirs. Second, a person's post when performing Hajj or Umrah is a form of self-expression and expression of gratitude so that social media is used to share their experiences as a form of gratitude and in order to motivate others.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with an almost unrivaled diversity of tribes, cultures, ethnicities, languages and religions in the world. This diversity is a destiny given by God to be accepted as a gift. In this context, religious moderation emerges as an approach that is considered important to care for the grace that God has given, while facilitating dialogue and cooperation between religious communities. This is the background of the religious moderation seminar in North Batur Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. The participants of this activity were 60 people consisting of students, interfaith youth, and the general public. The hope is to raise awareness about the importance of religious moderation and build cooperation and create an open and sustainable dialog space. The activity was held on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at the North Batur Village Multipurpose Hall with speakers I Wayan Sudarma, M. Si and Hadi Purwanto, S. Ag. The activity was carried out classically by presenting participants and speakers in the same location, where the speakers delivered the material and then held discussion and question and answer sessions. Overall, this activity provided a new and comprehensive view to all participants who attended the North Batur Village Multipurpose Hall regarding religious moderation

Abstract

Learning the Qur'an at a young age is very important because religious learning through the ability to read the Qur'an is a foundation that must be formed from an early age. Being able to read the Qur'an is one of the skills that is currently needed. As one of the media to foster the character of akhlaqul karimah in the independent curriculum, namely the dimensions of faith, piety to God Almighty, and noble character. This research was made to find out how the influence of the verse connecting method in increasing motivation to memorize the Al-Qurán Juz 30. The data collected through observation and documentation and analyzed qualitatively. In this study, data were obtained that the verse connecting method was able to increase motivation to memorize Al-Qurán short letters (Juz 30) of SD Kartika XII-1 students. This study proves that the verse connecting method can increase the motivation to memorize the Al-Qurán juz 30 in SD Kartika XII-1 students. Abstract

Abstract. The importance of character is at the forefront of education, but during the Covid 19 period character education could not be optimally internalized to students. This causes the learning formulation to shift from school to home and neglect of character values in learning. Of course, realities like this require parents to have a role not only in controlling in terms of learning, but also paying attention to character, even though not all parents have pedagogical abilities. Therefore, the purpose of the PPMT program is to assist parents in accompanying character-based student learning with religious values at home. The scope of special activities for the children of the Dusun Penggaron Kidul. The method used by Participatory Rural Aprqissal (PRA) is divided into three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and report preparation. The results of the PPMT program are community assistance in solving children's learning problems and the existence of a pocketbook guide for home tutoring based on religious characters that makes it easier to accompany learning during the Covid 19 pandemic.  Abstrak. Pentingnya karakter menjadi ujung tombak dalam pendidikan, namun dalam masa covid 19 pendidikan karakter tidak bisa optimal diinternalisasikan kepada peserta didik. Hal ini menyebabkan formulasi pembelajaran beralih dari sekolah ke rumah dan terabaikannya nilai-nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran. Tentunya realitas seperti ini menuntut orang tua berperan tidak hanya mengontrol dalam hal belajar, tetapi juga memperhatikan karakter, padahal tidak semua orangtua mempunyai kemampuan pedagogik. Oleh sebab itu tujuan dari program PPMT ini adalah membantu orangtua dalam mendampingi belajar siswa berbasis karakter dengan nilai-nilai religius di rumah. Lingkup kegiatan khusus untuk anak-anak masyarakat Dusun Penggaron Kidul. Metode yang digunakan Participatory Rural Apraissal (PRA) yang dibagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil dari program PPMT adalah terbantunya masyarakat dalam pemecahan masalah belajar anak dan adanya buku saku panduan bimbingan belajar di rumah berbasis karakter religius yang memudahkan dalam mendampingi belajar di masa pandemic covid 19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh  latar belakang pendidikan  dan profesionalisme Guru Terhadap Manajemen Penilaian Pembelajaran Pendidikan agama Islam SMP Negeri di kabupaten Wonosobo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru agama Islam SMP Negeri di kabupaten Wonosobo yang berjumlah 107 orang. Adapun sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 40 guru yang ditentukan dengan cara random sampling secara acak. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan variabel latar belakang pendidikan, profesionalisme guru dan manajemen penilaian pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan dan profesionalisme guru terhadap manajemen penilaian pembelajaran menggunakan bantuan komputer program SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari lapangan dan perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) 29 atau 72,5% guru  agama memiliki latar belakang pendidikan agama Islam pada kategori sesuai signifikansi 0,018 sumbangan efektifitas sebesar 12,4%. 2) Profesionalisme guru agama SMP Negeri di kabupaten Wonosobo 28 atau 70% bernilai signifikansi 0,000 sumbangan efektif sebesar 62,7 %. (3) Manajemen penilaian pembelajaran 31 atau 77,5% sangat baik (4)Terdapat pengaruh antara latar belakang pendidikan dan profesionalisme guru terhadap manajemen penilaian pembelajaran agama Islam, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 secara bersama berpengaruh  75,1%.

Abstract

Indonesian people have a very high desire to perform worship and use Hajj and Umrah savings financing through a travel company, namely PT Hannan Nusantara. The goal of this paper is to examine the phenomenon of Hajj and Umrah financing, focusing on its alignment with maqashid sharia (the objectives of Islamic law) and maslahah mursalah (public benefit). This study uses a qualitative research method, namely research that produces findings without using statistical calculation procedures in analysis, in conducting qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study are There is no guarantee for participants so that financing problems that occur will harm one party, both the Institution and the participants. There is no responsibility for participants after death, because in the principles of Islamic economics, the heirs of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims are responsible, then there is a misuse of PMA regulation number 8 of 2018 which should have taken the loan funds from A. Partners or Financial Institutions, but in this case PT Hannan Nusantara acquired the Hajj Savings Institution, ownership of PT Hannan Nusantara.

Abstract

Early marriage is often a choice for some couples, either due to social, cultural or economic factors. However, getting married without financial readiness and adequate understanding of financial management can have a significant impact on family welfare. In Islam, family financial management must comply with sharia principles which emphasize balance, responsibility and avoidance of usury. This research aims to analyze the impact of early marriage on family financial management in Islam. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research show that early marriage can cause unstable income, difficulty in controlling expenses and difficulty in saving. Couples who marry at a young age also tend not to carry out good financial planning and thus become trapped in debt. This is due to their young age and lack of experience and education. In the context of financial management in Islam, early marriage can lead to excessive consumption patterns and low sharia financial literacy.   Keywords: Early Marriage, Family Financial Management, Islam.

Abstract

Early marriage is a marriage under age, where there is no mature readiness to carry out married life. Teenagers will experience difficulties because the reason they are getting married is not because they are ready so that early marriage can occur for various reasons. Marriage is a highly valued institution, where family economic stability is one of the main goals. However, when marriage is carried out at a too young age, the couple is often not ready physically and mentally. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze the problems that occur in families who engage in early marriage in the community in Burneh District and their relationship to the family's economic welfare from a sharia perspective. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation related to the problems of early marriage. The research results show that early marriage has a negative impact on the family's economic well-being, causing an inability to manage the family economy effectively, thereby triggering dependence on debt and a lack of long-term savings. From a sharia economic perspective, this problem is contrary to the principles of justice in the distribution of wealth and the obligation to fulfill basic needs within the family.
