Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Implementasi Blended Learning Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa SMP Alkautsar Temanggung” bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi pembelajaran Blanded learning yang merupakan alternatif pembelajaran di SMP Alkautsar Temanggung pada masa pandemi Covid-19 yang didalamnya mencangkup perencanaan, proses, evaluasi, faktor penghambat dan pendukung metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan snowball sampling dengan informan penelitian kepala sekolah, empat guru yang melaksanakan pembelajaran Blended, guru , dan siswa. Analisis data dengan analisis interaksi melalui; kondensasi data, sajian data, dan kesimpulan/verifikasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat tiga tahapan Implementasi Pembelajaran Blended yaitu; tahap perencanaan dengan merancang tujuan program, menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana, penyusunan jadwal pembelajaran, penyusunan alat evaluasi dan sosialisasi. Tahapan pelaksanaan pembelajaran meliputi pembelajaran online secara Asinkron Mandiri, pembelajaran tatap muka Pada empat mata pelajaran yaitu; B. Inggris, B. Arab, 3T ( Tadabbur Alquran,Tahsin dan Tahfidz) dan Bahasa Indonesia, dan terdapat kegiatan luring zonasi sebagai kegiatan kontroling belajar siswa. Tahapan evaluasi sistem pembelajaran meliputi kegiatan perkumpulan/rapat guru yang dilaksanakan satu bulan sekali, perkumpulan guru dan orang tua dilaksanakan satu semester sekali. Dalam penelitian ini juga terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat dan pendukung pembelajaran Blended Learning.

Abstract

Penguatan pendidikan karakter ini dapat dilakukan oleh guru ketika memberikan kegiatan pembelajaran melalui daring. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat kita lihat bagaimana strategi guru dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter dimasa pandemi covid 19 di SMA Muhammadiyah Ngluwar. Dan apa langkah-langkah yang di lakukan oleh guru dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran secara daring. Tentunya dari uraian diatas memiliki tujuan untuk dapat mendeskripksikan strategi guru dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid-19 di SMA Muhammadiyah Ngluwar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian deskriptifkualitatif. Pengumpulan data didapatkan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari 14 guru setuju semua zoom meeting sebagai media pembelajaran daring pada SMA Muhammadiyah Ngluwar dengan melihat pertimbangan zoom meeting lebih mudah untuk diakses, penguatan karakter yang di harapkan yaitu: Pertama, melalui strategi pembelajaran, Kedua, melalui keteladanan, Ketiga, melalui penguatan dan sanksi, dan Keempat, melalui penilaian. Dalam penggunaan zoom meeting sebagai media pembalajaran daring akan didapatkan nilai karakter religious, nasionalis, dan integritas.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis article is the result of the community partnership program (PKM) which aims to improve teacher competency in the development of active learning methods characterized by Islam rahmatan lil'alamin at SD Muhammadiyah Pujotomo and MI Muhammadiyah Danurejo of  Mertoyudan-Magelang. These two institutions have problems, one of which is related to competence in managing learning; the teachers tend to be conventional in applying learning methods and cannot yet relate learning to Islamic approaches. Even though the content in Islamic education institutions should show the characteristics of Islamic nuances of learning. The solution to overcome this problem is to equip teachers with the active learning method with the character of Islam rahmatan lil ‘alamin; as a form of actualization of the development of teacher's pedagogical abilities. The method in this PKM uses the Participatory Rural Apraissal (PRA) model, by involving partners in determining the problem solving faced. The results obtained indicate an increase in the ability of teachers in designing and developing active learning methods characterized by the character of Islam rahmatan lil'alamin, and is an innovation step in the development of the 2013 curriculum which emphasizes the strengthening of character education. Keywords: active learning method, Islam rahmatan lil'alamin, empowering teachers ABSTRAKArtikel ini merupakan hasil dari program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran aktif berkarakter Islam rahmatan lil’alamin di SD Muhammadiyah Pujotomo dan MI Muhammadiyah Danurejo, Kecamatan Mertoyudan Kabupaten Magelang. Dua lembaga ini mempunyai masalah, salah satunya adalah berkaitan dengan kompetensi dalam mengelola pembelajaan; para guru cenderung konvensional dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran dan belum bisa mengaitkan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Islami. Padahal seharusnya muatan di lembaga pendidikan Islam harus menunjukkan karakteristik pembelajaran yang bernuansa islami. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah membekali para guru dengan metode pembelajaran aktif berkarakter Islam rahmatan lil ‘alamin; sebagai bentuk aktualisasi pengembangan kemampuan pedagogik guru. Metode dalam PKM ini mengunakan model Participatory Rural Apraissal (PRA), dengan melibatkan mitra dalam penentuan pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam merancang dan mengembangkan metode pembelajaran aktif berkarakter Islam rahmatan lil’alamin, dan merupakan suatu langkah inovasi pengembangan kurikulum 2013 yang mengedepankan penguatan pendidikan karakter.  Kata Kunci: metode pembelajaran aktif, Islam rahmatan lil’alamin, pemberdayaan guru

Abstract

Research Objectives :(1) To find out the strategic management planning of the fun school movement in realizing the Pancasila student profile; (2) To find out the strategic management process of the fun school movement in realizing the Pancasila Student profile; (3) To compile a strategic management evaluation of the fun school movement in realizing the Pancasila Student profile. The method used is descriptive, data obtained through interviews, document study and observation. The results of the study show that the strategic management of the fun school movement in realizing the Pancasila student profile is carried out in three stages, namely: planning, implementation and evaluation. Strategic management planning is carried out superiorly by identifying opportunities and threats from outside as well as strengths and weaknesses from within the school or analyzing the external and internal environment, determining the GSM strategy; Explanation of the vision, mission and objectives that have been implemented as well as identification of short, medium and long term plans. Implementation is carried out by determining academic planning in schools including compiling and implementing programs, compiling budgets, motivating educators and education staff, allocating human resources so that the strategies that have been implemented can be implemented and developing a school culture that supports the fun school movement strategy in realizing student profiles pancasila. Management evaluation is carried out in three ways, namely direct evaluation of school programs or activities, evaluation of the academic field and evaluation meetings.

Abstract

The impact of the corona virus outbreak 19, causing a global pandemic to occur in almost all parts of the world. This has an impact on the education system in Indonesia. Since the announcement of Distance Learning (PJJ) by the Central Ministry of Education and Culture, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pati has implemented an online learning policy for all students and teachers. This study intends to examine the analysis of learning policies during the Pandemic era at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pati. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data analysis technique used by the writer in this research is qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the author's research on the online learning management policy during the pandemic at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pati concluded that: 1) The effectiveness of learning management during a pandemic at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pati has been going well. However, it still requires development related to human resources in improving technological capabilities, as well as school readiness to provide Sarpras during online learning. 2) Opportunities that occur during online learning include teachers and students being more flexible in teaching and learning activities, the ability to interact with technology is increasing, and parents also take a direct role in the learning process. Besides, there are opportunities, there are also challenges, namely network limitations, lack of teacher training on contemporary learning media, and the economic conditions of each student which are the obstacles. Unavailability of Android phones. This is another problem in the application of online learning: 3) The impact of learning during a pandemic is twofold; The first is the positive impact, educators and students can easily make breakthroughs in online learning through online without any distance and boundaries. Besides the positive impacts, of course there are also negative impacts, among the negative impacts that accompany the pandemic situation on Islamic education are: the crisis morals and personality of the students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low number of students at POS PAUD TPQ Jami'atul Imam in recognizing early mathematical concepts. This study aims to identify early childhood mathematical concepts through playing at home for the 4-5 year age group (TK A group) at POS PAUD TPQ Jami'atul Imam Academic Year 2021/2022. The method used in this research is classroom action research (CAR) with Kurt Lewin's model. This research consists of pre cycle, cycle I, cycle II. Cycles I and II consist of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, reflection. This data collection technique is in the form of video documentation. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Based on the results of data analysis and elaboration of the discussion about classroom action research, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Children are familiar with mathematical concepts from the start. 2) Children are brave and enthusiastic in carrying out the activities presented. 3) Children learn mathematics naturally by playing.

Abstract

         Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan informasi terkait proses pembelajaran di Paud terpadu Az-Zahra terkait dengan adanya kebijakan PSBB yang diterapkan pemerintah melalui surat keputusan bersama empat kementerian tentang Proses pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dikarenakan terjadinya Covid-19 yang melanda hampir seluruh Negara belahan dunia, tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan dan pengumpulan data menggunakan hasil dokumentasi, buku referensi dan juga jurnal ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan topik. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dalam menjalankan kebijakan pembelajaran akibat pandemic covid 19 PAUD Terpadu Az-Zahra menerapkan langkah-langkah yaitu: (1) Dalam proses pembelajaran secara online akan diinformasikan melalui grup whatsapp pada masing-masing kelas yang diampu setiap guru, (2) Guru akan membuat video pembelajaran sebagai penguatan dalam tugas yang akan dilakukan anak bersama orangtua di rumah (3) Orangtua mengambil bahan kreativitas kegiatan anak di sekolah setiap hari senin, (4) Orangtua mengumpulkan hasil kreativitas anak atau dokumentasi kegiatan anak selama belajar dari  rumah dengan mengirimkan photo atau video ke WhatsApp Group kelas masing-masing, dan  (5) Bagi orangtua yang tidak berkenan untuk pembelajaran online guru datang ke rumah (home visit)  sesuai dengan jadwal yang disepakati bersama. Terdapat faktor penghambat yang lebih banyak dalam mengimplementasikan proses pembelajaran baik secara online maupun home visit daripada faktor pendukungnya.

Abstract

Adolescence is a vital age period where difficulties can be encountered in life. Having an unstable psychological state can lead to the disruption of social functioning. Problems can occur during the learning and playing process, yet can also become extreme as far as committing crimes. The teenagers who commit crimes can be triggered due to a lack of understanding of their religion. The Antasena Rehabilitation Center provides social rehabilitation for children in conflict with the law, including religious guidance. To what extent do religious instructors provide guidance on faith, morals, and worship for ABHs who are naughty? This research uses descriptive qualitative research at the Antasena Rehabilitation Center and highlights the religious guidance used by religious instructors and the obstacles they face. The results of this study are expected to contribute to selecting the appropriate guidance strategies in the field of aqidah morals and worship for children who conflict with the law at the Antasena Rehabilitation Center in Magelang.

Abstract

Laboratorium Komputer Universitas Nurul Jadidi menjadi tanggung jawab penuh Fakultas Teknik, pemanfaatan layanan laboratorium bagi mahasiswa teknik dan diluar Fakultas Teknik yang membutuhkan praktikum komputer. Penggunaan laboratorium diatur sesuai jadwal roster kuliah yang telah ditetapkan diawal perkuliahan pada setiap semesternya, sedangkan penggunaan ekstra akan disesuaikan diluar jadwal kuliah. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah manajemen akan sulit menentukan jadwal tepat pagi pengguna laboratorium. Solusinya perlu adanya aplikasi yang mengatur penggunaaan serta kuluhan dari mahasiswa dan dosen, aplikasi tersebut akan mengakomodir semua kebutuhan dan keluhan yang ada di laboratorium komputer Fakultas Teknik. Agar manajemen paham menggunakan aplikasi perlu adanya pelatihan tujuannya agar mudah memahami penggunaan aplikasi e-komplain. Metode yang digunakan adalah Longitudinal Method merupakan metode untuk menentukan dan mengukur data secara berulang untuk satu atau beberapa variable. Hasilnya adalah aplikasi e-komplain yang sudah siap digunakan oleh Fakultas Teknik Universitas Nurul Jadid.
