Abstract

Jepitu Village is located in a karst hill area covering an area of ​​1,625.1960 km². Most of the population works as dryland farmers, gardeners, livestock breeders, and fishermen. Despite having abundant natural resources, including agricultural and marine products, local small businesses (MSMEs) face challenges in marketing their products, most of which have limited reach. To overcome this, the community service team assists in using WhatsApp Business and Instagram Business as digital marketing platforms for MSMEs in Jepitu. This training aims to improve product marketing through digital content creation and social media strategies. WhatsApp and Instagram Business offer features that facilitate customer interaction, such as automatic replies and product catalogs. This mentoring program has five stages: socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, and sustainability. The results show a significant increase in participants' understanding and use of digital marketing media, expanding marketing reach and increasing sales. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Salah satu sistem dari penyelenggaraan rekam medis dimana semua pasien yang datang ke instansi pelayanan kesehatan diberikan suatu nomor rekam medis yang berfungsi sebagai salah satu identitas pasien yang membedakan antara pasien satu dengan yang lainnya. Sistem penomoran rekam medis ada tiga yaitu seri,unit,dan seri unit. di Rumah Sakit X menggunakan sistem penomoran unit numbering system yaitu setiap pasien yang berobat hanya memiliki satu nomor rekam medis untuk selamanya, selama pasien tersebut berkunjung ke suatu institusi kesehatan dan sistem pengajarannya menggunakan straight numerical filing. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor terjadinya duplikasi rekam medis di rawat jalan Rumah Sakit X pada tahun 2021. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil: Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa jumlah kunjungan di Rumah Sakit X pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 20431 kunjungan. rekam medis yang terjadi duplikasi sebanyak 74 rekam medis dan jumlah yang tidak terduplikasi sebanyak 20357. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa jika petugas rekam medis di bagian pendaftaran rawat jalan tidak memperhatikan kinerjanya maka tidak akan terjadi duplikasi terhadap rekam medis pasien.

Abstract

The prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia still does not meet the Governmen’s target of 80%. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Gorontalo in 2022 is only 48.8%. Success in providing exclusive breastfeeding must be supported by effective breastfeeding. This research was conducted at RSIA Sitti Khadijah Gorontalo. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of education on breastfeeding techniques for postpartum mothers on breastfeeding effectiveness. This research design is quasi-experimental with a posttest only group design approach. The sample in this study was 28 people divided into 2 groups. This research uses a latch score observation sheet. The results of data analysis using the independent t-test statistical test showed that there was an influence of education on breastfeeding techniques for postpartum mothers on the effectiveness of breastfeeding with a p-value of 0.000. In conclusion, education on breastfeeding techniques can influence the effectiveness of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers.

Abstract

The research area is located in Mangunharjo-Grindulu, Pacitan (Indonesia), as part of the Southern Mountain Tertiary Volcanic Arch. Outcrops of quartz veins-riched volcanic rock associated with sulfide minerals are found in this area. The Southern Mountain Oligo-Miocene magmatic arc is known as the potential area that contains precious metal deposits. The study aimed to determine the characteristics of the mineralized zone in this area. The research methods are geological surface mapping, thin-section observation, mineragraphy, and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The results show that the constituent lithologies were andesitic lava, breccia, and tuff; co-ignimbrite breccia, dacitic pumice and tuff, and dacitic dike; and pyroxene-rich andesitic volcanic rocks. The geological structure is dominated by oblique normal faults, strike-slip faults, and upward oblique faults associated with shear joints filled with quartz veins. Fieldwork observation, thin-section analyses, and mineragraphic and XRD observations identify three alteration zones in the hydrothermal system: the advanced argillic zone, the intermediate argillic zone, and the chloritized zone. By the mineral’s association, it is interpreted that the advanced argillic zone was formed at a temperature of 220-330oC and pH 3-6 due to dissemination with side rocks located near the hydrothermal flows; the intermediate argillic zone and the chloritized zone were formed at a temperature of 150-300oC and a pH of 5-6 due to chloritized alteration of the hydrothermal fluid carrying the ore. This alteration zone has no economic potential for precious metal minerals so it is better to be developed for education, conservation, and natural laboratories.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam menggerakkan perekonomian masyarakat, termasuk pelaku UMKM makanan ringan seperti Bakso Goreng (Basreng) di Desa Pangebatan. Namun, banyak UMKM menghadapi kendala dalam memasarkan produk karena belum memiliki label yang memadai pada kemasan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu UMKM mitra memahami pentingnya label sebagai identitas produk dan sarana komunikasi visual pada konsumen. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, perancangan desain label, sosialisasi, hingga pendampingan pembuatan label. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perubahan signifikan setelah produk diberi label, baik dari sisi tampilan visual yang lebih menarik, meningkatnya kepercayaan konsumen, hingga bertambahnya peluang pasar. Kesimpulannya, label tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hiasan, tetapi juga sebagai branding yang mampu meningkatkan daya saing UMKM

Abstract

The cluster analysis within specific industry such as in multi finance indsutries is designed to be a tool for accelerating investment decisions, such as whether to buy, sell, or hold stocks in a way to construct an optimized portfolio. The purpose of the study was to apply cluster analysis on multi-finance stock data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the years 2019 and 2021, before and during Covid-19, using the PCA (Principal Component Analysis) K-means algorithm. The objective of this study is to classify stocks based on PCAs in order to assist investors in segmenting a multi-finance stocks cluster. The clustering is done on the 16 stocks registered in ISE using two-time windows: 2019 data where Covid-19 has not yet occurred and 2021 data where Covid-19 is still ongoing, and the firm is still in the recovery stage. The cluster analysis results show 12 companies worth investing in because they performed well. There is finding that  company that have unfavorable Covid-19 externalities since this cluster has worsening performance and is thus not advised as a stock investment. Meanwhile, the others company has neutral externalities because it remains in the same cluster in 2019 and 2021.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition characterized by a decrease in hemoglobin levels. One common complication during the postpartum periode is postpartum hemorrhage, which can be caused by anemia of mothers, as it can slow down wound healing, increase the risk of infection, recude brrast milk production, and cause extreme fatigue that interferes with mothers’ ability to care for newborns. Young coconut water consumption on increasing hemoglobin levels in postpartum mothers. The design used was a quasi-experiment with a pre-post test and a control group design involving a sample 0f 32 postpartum mothers divided into 16 intervention and 16 control groups. The result indicated that 10 mothers experienced an increase in hemoglobin levels after being given youngcoconut water, while six mothers experienced a decrease in hemoglobin levels. The p-value obtained was 0.045 < 0.05. Conclusion: young coconut water consumption increased hemoglobin levels in postpartum mothers at Limboto Health Center.

Abstract

Kalurahan Jepitu adalah bagian dari Karst Gunung Sewu yang berisiko amblesan sinkhole; yang dapat mengancam keselamatan sumber air bersih di Goa Pulejajar. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi tepat guna sistem peringatan dini amblesan terhadap sumber air bersih Goa Pulejajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif, mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan intensif kepada Mitra Pokdarwis Idaman. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan sensor tekanan dan kelembaban batuan, unit mikrokontroler berbasis Internet of Things (IoT), dan pelat pengaman modular sebagai proteksi fisik. Kegiatan ini berhasil menginstalasi dan mengoperasionalisasi sistem peringatan dini, ditandai dengan peningkatan kapasitas Pokdarwis dalam melakukan pengawasan, pembacaan data, dan pemeliharaan alat. Di dalamnya telah terbentuk protokol peringatan dini di tingkat lokal dengan memberdayakan masyarakat. Implementasi teknologi tepat guna yang partisipatif terbukti layak secara teknis, efektif dalam membangun kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dan meningkatkan keamanan sumber air bersih Goa Pulejajar. Keberhasilan ini menjadi model mitigasi potensial untuk direplikasi di kawasan karst lainnya.Sistem ini merupakan inovasi baru berbasis sensor tekanan dan kelembaban dengan panel surya yang menunjukkan peningkatan efektivitas respon alat hingga 87% dibandingkan uji awal, menjadi model mitigasi potensial untuk direplikasi di kawasan karst lainnya.

Abstract

Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb. is used empirically for various treatments, including maintaining healthy skin. However, adequate research is needed before use for medicinal purposes. This study was proposed to determine the chemical content and antibacterial properties of C. aeruginosa against acne-causing bacteria. Water-steam distillation was applied to distill the essential oil. Its organoleptic, yield, and refractive index were also determined. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was performed to identify the chemical compounds. The antibacterial property against acne-causing bacteria was investigated using the diffusion and microbroth dilution methods. The essential oil of C. aeruginosa had a bitter taste, an aromatic odor, and a brownish color with a yield of 0.66% and a refractive index of 1.4921. GC-MS analysis showed 1,8-cineole (30.72%) as the major compound. The inhibition zone diameter varied based on the test bacteria. The 10% essential oil was better at inhibiting Propionibacterium acnes than Staphylococcus aureus or Staphylococcus epidermidis. The MIC and MBC values of the essential oil against P. acnes were the same at 0.07%. The C. aeruginosa essential oil has the potential to be developed into anti-acne preparations.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam memahami dan menerapkan informasi terkait kesehatan reproduksi menjadi perhatian dalam pendidikan biologi. Literasi kesehatan reproduksi penting dimiliki remaja untuk membantu mereka mengambil keputusan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerapan pendekatan Socio-Scientific Issues (SSI) dengan kemampuan literasi kesehatan reproduksi siswa kelas XI di SMA. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Subjek penelitian yaitu 33 siswa kelas XI MIPA 5 yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan penerapan pendekatan SSI pada materi sistem reproduksi manusia. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes pilihan ganda (25 soal) dan angket literasi kesehatan reproduksi (20 pernyataan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 77,91 dan skor literasi kesehatan reproduksi 82,18. Analisis korelasi Product Moment menghasilkan koefisien korelasi 0,991 (p = 0,000) yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara penerapan SSI dengan kemampuan literasi kesehatan reproduksi siswa. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan SSI dapat dijadikan strategi pembelajaran Biologi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan reproduksi. Guru dapat memanfaatkannya untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pengambilan keputusan, sementara sekolah dapat mengintegrasikannya ke dalam kurikulum literasi kesehatan..
