Abstract

This research aims to identify the laboratory literacy level of SMA/MA students in Mataram City and describe laboratory literacy in 4 aspects: context, content, competence, and attitude, in carrying out practicums in the laboratory. Laboratory literacy measurement techniques through stages pre-lab to measure the ability of the content aspect, namely identifying knowledge initial or basic concepts that support practicum, subsequent stage lab work to measure context aspects, namely problem identification, analysis objectives, and principles of analytical methods for testing scientific ideas, and attitude aspects during practicum. Stagepost lab measuring competency aspects related to data analysis from practicum results as a basis for decision making. The research data was analyzed descriptively. Research results show that value. The average student laboratory literacy in the context and attitude aspects is high, namely 78.22 and 86.8, but for the content and competency aspects, it is still low, namely 54.26 and 54.15. The conclusions of this research are as follows: (1)Ability The average laboratory literacy of SMA/MA students in the city of Mataram is a category enough, namely 67.71. (2) The ability to apply chemistry to real-life problems (Chemical Literacy) can be improved by optimizing the use of laboratories as chemistry learning centers

Abstract

His study uses qualitative methods that aim to: 1). know how the concept of legal protection for wives from domestic violence from Islamic legal perspectives 2). Knowing the concept of legal protection for wives from domestic violence from a positive legal perspective.  In answering these problems, researchers use the type of library research (library reseach), which is research conducted using literature (literature), both in the form of books, notes, and the results of previous researchers' reports. Or by studying the hadiths and verses of the Qur'an related to the problem in this study so that conclusions can be drawn.Based on the results of research and discussion, the author concludes that from several forms of domestic violence against wives and punishments applied according to Islamic Law, legal protection for women or wives who are victims of domestic violence is the husband's agreement with his wife during the marriage contract and the wife's right to the husband to ask for divorce (khuluk). The legal protection of wives from domestic violence from a positive legal perspective is in Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the elimination of domestic violence article 10 by providing protection from the family, police, prosecutors, advocates, social institutions, or other parties both temporarily and based on the government. So the author concludes that committing violence against wives in Islamic law and positive law is not permissible whether the victim is the wife or husband, because in Islam it always teaches gentle behavior and affection between others and domestic violence is an act that is not justified in Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk: 1). mengetahui bagaimana konsep perlindungan hukum terhadap istri dari tindak KDRT perspektif hukum Islam 2). mengetahui konsep perlindungan hukum terhadap istri dari tindak KDRT perspektif hukum positif. Dalam menjawab permasalahan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library reseach) yakni penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan leteratur (kepustakaan), baik berupa buku, catatan, maupun hasil laporan peneliti terdahulu. Atau dengan mengkaji hadits-hadits dan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan permasalah dalam penelitian ini sehingga bisa diambil kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa  dari beberapa bentuk-bentuk KDRT terhadap istri beserta hukuman yang diterapkan menurut Hukum Islam maka perlindungan hukum bagi wanita atau istri yang menjadi korban KDRT yaitu perjanjian suami atas istri ketika akad nikah dan hak istri atas suami untuk meminta   cerai (khuluk). Adapun perlindungan hukum terhadap istri dari tindak KDRT perspektif hukum positif yaitu dalam Undang-undang Nomor  23 Tahun 2004 tentang penghapusan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga pasal 10 dengan memberikan perlindungan dari pihak keluarga, kepolisian, kejaksaan, advokat, lembaga sosial, atau pihak lainnya baik sementara maupun berdasarkan pemerintah. Jadi penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa melakukan kekerasan terhadap istri dalam hukum Islam dan hukum positif tidak dibolehkan baik itu korbannya istri ataupun suami, karena dalam Islam selalu mengajarkan berprilaku lembut dan kasih sayang antar sesama dan KDRT merupakan tindakan yang tidak dibenarkan dalam Islam.

Abstract

To find out the Efforts of Bk Teachers in Overcoming Deviant Behavior of Students of SMKN 3 Bengkulu City. Then the researcher will focus on the efforts of the Counseling Guidance Teacher carried out at SMKN 3 Bengkulu City in overcoming deviant behavior in students. This research is motivated by the opinion that deviant actions committed by students can have a negative impact on the teaching and learning process, which affects not only the students concerned but also other people. This research uses descriptive qualitative research which is located at SMKN 3 Kota bengkulu, the author's data sources in this study are the Principal, homeroom teacher, Counseling Guidance Teacher, and Student Council Chairperson as primary data sources with the Counseling Guidance Teacher as the key informant. Books, magazines, internet, reports and documentation as secondary data sources. The data collection methods used were observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis of this research is through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the efforts of counseling guidance teachers in overcoming deviant behavior of students of SMKN 3 Bengkulu City were by giving warnings to students, providing individual and group guidance, and giving educational punishment to students.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence is a system designed using technology that can make a computer system that can imitate human intellectual abilities. Chat-GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) is a platform from Artificial Intelligence where it works using a conversational format. Simply put, it's like we ask a lecturer in class, but in Chat-GPT we ask an application that has been programmed to imitate human intellectual abilities so that it is able to provide answers in a short time. This study will use a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The data of the research results was obtained through a survey by distributing questionnaires to Bumigora University students at random. Data from the study showed that most students (72%) used Chat-GPT to obtain information related to learning. By using Chat-GPT, 38.11% of students felt helped in learning and obtaining information related to learning. Chat-GPT in addition to having many benefits, also has a negative impact so there needs to be supervision for students in using this Chat-GPT platform so that academic ethical and moral values are maintained and upheld so that what students do brings benefits.

Abstract

Penggunaan Instagram oleh politisi di Indonesia menunjukkan bagaimana teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memungkinkan mereka untuk mendapatkan dukungan masyarakat dan mencapai tujuan politik. Salah satu calon presiden 2024 yang secara konsisten menggunakan Instagram sebagai alat untuk menarik suara masyarakat, terutama dari generasi Z adalah Ganjar Pranowo. Tindakan ini mencerminkan upaya akun @ganjar_pranowo untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan aspirasi generasi Z yang berkontribusi pada upaya untuk mempengaruhi preferensi generasi Z dalam pemilihan Presiden dengan menekankan isu-isu politik yang relevan dengan generasi Z. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh isu politik di media sosial Instagram @ganjar_pranowo terhadap preferensi dari generasi Z di Surabaya pada pemilihan presiden 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survei, yaitu membuat kuesioner melalui google form. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 121 responden yang diidentifikasi sebagai orang yang berinteraksi aktif dengan akun Instagram @ganjar_pranowo baik mengikuti akun Instagram tersebut atau memberikan like, comment, dan sharing konten akun Instagram @ganjar_pranowo. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear sederhana diperoleh nilai r square sebesar 0,344 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,586 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) 7.897 > 1,986. Oleh sebab itu, dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti diterima yakni adanya pengaruh isu politik di media sosial Instagram @ganjar_pranowo terhadap preferensi dari generasi Z di Surabaya pada pemilihan presiden 2024.

Abstract

Abstract:  Kedai 'Aisyiyah is one of the businesses in Parepare City that still faces obstacles, especially in production and marketing. Kedai 'Aisyiyah's products do not yet have advantages and uniqueness, resulting in low competitiveness and a conventional marketing system. The goal of this program is to improve partners' knowledge and skills in making moringa leaf cakes, especially moringa leaf brownies and cookies. To address these issues, community service activities were carried out in the form of product innovation assistance through the use of local moringa leaf food and the application of smart oven technology. The program was implemented at the Culinary Laboratory of Muhammadiyah University of Parepare, involving 11 members of Kedai 'Aisyiyah. The implementation method included five stages: socialization, preparation, education on the nutritional content of moringa leaves, training in making moringa leaf cakes, and monitoring. The results of the activity showed a 55% increase in participants' knowledge, as evidenced by a comparison of pre-test and post-test results. In addition, partners' skills in producing moringa leaf cakes improved significantly after participating in the training.Abstrak: Kedai 'Aisyiyah merupakan salah satu usaha di Kota Parepare yang masih mengalami kendala khususnya dalam produksi dan pemasaran. Produk Kedai 'Aisyiyah belum memiliki keunggulan dan keunikan sehingga daya saingnya rendah serta sistem pemasaran masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam membuat kue daun kelor khususnya brownies dan cookies daun kelor. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pendampingan inovasi produk melalui pemanfaatan pangan lokal daun kelor dan penerapan teknologi smart oven. Program dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kuliner Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare dengan melibatkan 11 anggota Kedai ‘Aisyiyah. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup lima tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi, persiapan, edukasi kandungan gizi daun kelor, pelatihan pembuatan kue daun kelor, serta monitoring. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 55%, yang dibuktikan melalui perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Selain itu, keterampilan mitra dalam memproduksi kue daun kelor meningkat secara signifikan setelah mengikuti pelatihan.
