Abstract

Riset ini menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, usia perusahaan, struktur modal, serta likuiditas pada nilai perusahaan di sektor real estate serta properti. Profitabilitas ditelaah memakai Return on Assets (ROA), usia perusahaan ditelaah melalui selisih tahun penelitian dengan tahun berdiri perusahaan, struktur modal ditelaah memakai Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), likuiditas ditelaah memakai Current Ratio (CR), sementara nilai perusahaan diproksikan melalui Price to Book Value (PBV). Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling yang memiliki total 270 observasi. Analisis data memakai regresi data panel melalui aplikasi EViews 13 dengan model Fixed Effect Model. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya usia perusahaan punya pengaruh negatif signifikan, struktur modal punya pengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan profitabilitas serta likuiditas tidak punya pengaruh signifikan pada nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris pasca-pandemi serta bermanfaat bagi manajemen dan investor dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Teachers’ teaching skills are an important factor in achieving learning success. However, almost 75% of teachers do not prepare the learning process well. Neuroteaching can be used as an effort to improve teaching skills because Neuroteaching is a teaching method that can hone participants’ cognitive, emotive, and psychomotor skills. This study aims to explore in-depth data on the implementation of the concept of Neuroteaching based on Islamic education as an alternative guideline for teaching skills for alumni of the Faculty of Education IAIN Kudus and the inhibiting, supporting, and solution factors. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results showed that respondents as alumni of the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Kudus scored high in teaching skills are 420-528. Inhibiting factors for the implementation of Neuroteaching include limited access to references, time and resources, difficulties in large classes, inadequate technology, resistance to change, limitations of the school environment, lack of support and training, and pressure from performance evaluations. The supporting factors include; professional training, resources and technology, school leadership support, personalization of learning, support from parents and the community, and perceptions about the importance of Neuroteaching. Efforts to facilitate the implementation of Neuroteaching are to improve the management of Islamic education in TK-SD Al-Maun Jepara which includes the role of the principal, training for teachers, adequate facilities and infrastructure, cooperation between parents and the community, and appreciation for teacher achievement.

Abstract

The Development of Educational Psychology Teaching Materials in the Postgraduate Program of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education of IAIN Kudus. This research is motivated by various facts, First, Educational Psychology is a compulsory subject in the PGMI IAIN Kudus Masters Study Program; Second, so far very few lecturers at IAIN Kudus have written teaching materials; Third, students need learning resources, especially in Educational Psychology courses; Fourth, the characteristics of the courses are still not in accordance with the characteristics and needs of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of educational psychology book teaching materials in the IAIN Kudus Postgraduate Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program. This research is a developmental research that refers to the 4-D model according to Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel. However, this research is limited to three stages, namely 1) the define stage, 2) the design stage, and the develop stage. The feasibility of windowed book teaching materials is viewed from 4 aspects, namely content feasibility, presentation feasibility, and language feasibility. The results of this study indicate that the developed educational psychology books are suitable for use as teaching materials. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai fakta, Pertama, Psikologi Pendidikan merupakan mata kuliah wajib di Program Studi S2 PGMI IAIN Kudus; Kedua, selama ini sedikit sekali dosen IAIN Kudus yang menulis bahan ajar; Ketiga, Mahasiswa memerlukan sumber belajar khususnya pada mata kuliah Psikologi Pendidikan; Keempat, karakteristik mata kuliah masih sangat kurang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar buku Psikologi Pendidikan di Program studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pascasarjana IAIN Kudus Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model 4-D menurut Thiagarajan, Semmel dan Semmel. Namun, penelitian ini dibatasi pada tiga tahap yaitu 1) tahap pendefinisian (define), 2) tahap perancangan (design), dan tahap pengembangan (develop). Kelayakan bahan ajar buku berjendela ditinjau dari 4 aspek yaitu kelayakan isi, kelayakan penyajian, dan kelayakan bahasa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa buku Psikologi pendidikan yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar.

Abstract

Anak  merupakan amanah yang diberikan Allah kepada orang tua yang harus dipertanggungkawabkan di akhirat nanti. Islam mengharuskan orang tua tua mendidik anak-anaknya beribadah kepada Allah sejak dini. Tulisan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya peran orang tua dalam memberikan pendidikan agama islam sebagai pembentuk karakter Islami dan sebagai pencegah perilaku kenakalan anak dan remaja. Dalam prosesnya, keteladanan sebagai metode dalam dalam memberikan pendidikan agama Islam adalah metode paling tepat dalam membentuk akhlak anak.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM kuliner pariwisata dalam menerapkan ekonomi kreatif melalui onboarding digital di kawasan Teluk Tomini, khususnya Desa Botutonuo. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi melalui pendekatan edukasi, pelatihan, serta pendampingan secara langsung kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan diawali dengan pretest, dilanjutkan pemberian materi, praktik pengolahan produk, serta posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola usaha berbasis ekonomi kreatif dan digitalisasi. Sebanyak 85% peserta mampu memahami konsep dan mulai mengaplikasikan inovasi produk kuliner berbasis hasil perikanan lokal. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM serta berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat di kawasan pariwisata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran melalui Android berbasis masalah materi sistem reproduksi kelas IX SMP Muhammadiyah Mamuju yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran sehingga membantu pengajar dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah Mamuju. Merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan Model ADDIE yang tahapan yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu: analyze (analisis), design (desain), development (pengembangan) dan evaluation (evaluasi). Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IX SMP Muhammadiyah Mamuju Tahun Ajaran 2021-2022 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Instrumen yang dikembangkan berupa instrumen validitas media pembelajaran melalui Android yang terdiri atas instrumen materi dan produk, instrumen angket respon guru, instrumen angket respon peserta didik serta hasil belajar peserta didik. Media pembelajaran melalui Android berbasis masalah materi sistem reproduksi dikembangkan kemudian uji validitas hingga dinyatakan valid oleh validator lalu diimplementasikan untuk mengetahui respon tenaga pendidik, respon peserta didik, serta efektifitas melalui hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran melalui Android berbasis masalah materi sistem reproduksi yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan, kepraktisan, serta respon tenaga pendidik yang berada pada kategori baik serta respon peserta didik berada pada posisi positif. Hasil belajar memenuhi kriteria keefektifan dengan melihat hasil belajar peserta didik yang mengalami peningkatan pascaperlakuan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran melalui Android berbasis masalah materi sistem reproduksi yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Abstract

The design of a 3D map visualization application using the Unity Engine at the Madrasah Aliyah Guppi Mamuju building was carried out by creating 3D objects and then inserting them into the Unity Engine. The resulting design consists of 4 scenes, namely the Main Menu Scene, Exploration Scene, Room Select Scene, and Information Scene, where based on the implementation test results, all scenes ran well. Implement the 3D map visualization application using Unity Engine in the Madrasah Aliyah Guppi building. Mamuju is only carried out on computer devices with minimum specifications of 2.0 GHz Processor, Windows 10 Operating System, 4GB RAM, Video Card, and minimum 20GB Hard Disk.
