Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Digital Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on the Financial Behavior of students at Universitas Pamulang in South Tangerang. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 student respondents as the research sample. The data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) using SPSS version 30. The results showed that Digital Financial Literacy had a significant effect on students’ Financial Behavior, with a t-value of -3.278 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Lifestyle also had a significant effect on students’ Financial Behavior, with a t-value of -2.941 and a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Digital Financial Literacy and Lifestyle had a significant effect on students’ Financial Behavior, with an F-value of 25.822 and a significance value of < 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.347 indicates that 34.7% of the variation in students’ Financial Behavior can be explained by Digital Financial Literacy and Lifestyle, while the remaining 65.3% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of online attendance on employee work discipline at the Tamalate sub-district office, Makassar City. The object of this research is the Tamalate sub-district office, Makassar City. In this research, the method used by the author is a quantitative method. The sample in this research is all State Civil Apparatus Staff in the Tamalate District Head's office who are also 80 respondents. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Online Attendance variable (X) on the Work Discipline variable (Y), meaning that by implementing good online attendance, employee work discipline will also be good.

Abstract

Pada umumnya kegiatan arisan yang dilakukan oleh komunitas perempuan dilingkungan masyarakat memiliki tujuan yang positif, salah satunya menjalin silaturahmi dan meningkatkan ketrampilan ibu-ibu yang nantinya dapat memberikan manfaat dalam pengembangan ekonomi. Salah satu ketrampilan yang menjadi daya tarik, yaitu membatik dengan menggunakan teknik ecoprint. Ecoprint merupakan teknik yang dilakukan pada kain dengan menggunakan media daun sebagai pewarna alami dengan cara ditempel sampai timbul motif pada kain tersebut, sehingga bahan tersebut ramah lingkungan. Kerajinan tersebut memberikan peluang pasar yang besar, apabila dilakukan secara maksimal. Kegiatan ketrampilan seni ecoprint ini merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan peserta merupakan warga dari  perumahan Manyar Indah Sukolilo Surabaya. Dari kegiatan yang sederhana tersebut, pada akhirnya menjadi berkembang dengan berbagai permasalahan. Permasalahan yang terjadi, antara lain : penjualan produk, identitas produk yang belum dikenal masyarakat pada umumnya, serta cara pelaporan keuangan yang benar. Adapun beberapa cara yang dilakukan demi berkembangnya produk hasil karya ibu-ibu arisan, metode tahapan yang dilakukan : 1) pelatihan seni ecoprint dilakukan minimal 1 setiap bulannya, 2) membuat desain nama produk, 3) memberikan pelatihan keuangan terkait penjualan produk, dan 4) memberikan pelatihan metode penjualan. Dan hasil evaluasi atas kegiatan ketrampilan dan pelatihan yang didukung oleh berbagai kalangan termasuk dukungan dari akademisi, akhirnya produk tersebut memiliki identitasnya  dengan nama M-Six. Penjualan juga menjadi semakin meningkat yang semula hanya dapat menjual 5 produk/bulan kini dapat menjual 20 produk/bulan, dengan adanya pelatihan yang diberikan dan diikuti oleh anggota secara rutin. yakni peserta yang mengikuti 40% dari total anggota 80 peserta dan setiap pelatihan tiap anggota dapat menghasilkan 2 karya seni ecoprint, telah menghasilkan brand produk M-Six sebagai brand hasil karya, secara rutin mengadakan pameran dilingkungan perumahan Manyar Indah VI, melalui instagram dan dari hasil penjualan melalui pameran dan instagram telah menghasilkan ±20 hasil produk setiap bulannya dengan model yang beragam.

Abstract

This study delves into Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) within the context of international business, utilizing a case study approach to examine the practices of multinational companies. The objective is to shed light on the multifaceted dynamics of HRM in a global context and assess its significance for multinational corporations. The research employs a comprehensive methodology that combines a literature review, qualitative analysis of case studies, and empirical data collection. It examines the role of HRM in multinational companies, emphasizing its crucial function in navigating the complexities of global markets. Furthermore, the study explores the impact of cultural diversity on HRM strategies, recognizing that adequate cross-cultural competence is paramount for success. The case studies offer insights into talent management and recruitment strategies tailored to local markets, emphasizing the adaptability of HR policies to varying international contexts. Moreover, the research underscores the importance of network relationships within and with local partners in shaping HRM outcomes. This study contributes to the field of HRM in international business by integrating existing theories and empirical evidence into a coherent framework. Abstract

Hydroponic cultivation represents a contemporary agricultural methodology that continues to advance in response to increasing food demand and spatial constraints in metropolitan areas. The hydroponic methodology, which uses a growth substrate different from soil, offers a viable alternative for urban populations to cultivate plants independently in limited land areas. However, increasing environmental concerns, particularly regarding plastic waste management, have catalysed the emergence of recycling-oriented innovations in hydroponic practices. This particular initiative aims to enhance the technical and managerial competencies of stakeholders involved in sustainable hydroponic cultivation through the use of reused plastic bottles as a growth medium. The focus of this initiative is Kampung Urban Care Jagir Wonokromo Surabaya. The comprehensive training offered covers hydroponic cultivation methodologies, the application of recycled tools and materials, as well as appropriate plant care practices. Furthermore, this initiative emphasises improving small business management skills, which include basic financial record-keeping, production planning, and the distribution of hydroponic products. Assessments show substantial progress in the production capabilities and expertise of stakeholders in managing their businesses effectively. Through this initiative, stakeholders have successfully increased production capacity, produced high-quality products, and raised environmental awareness regarding plastic waste management. The anticipated long-term outcome is the establishment of a hydroponic business ecosystem that is increasingly independent, sustainable, and environmentally friendly.   Abstrak Budidaya hidroponik merupakan metode pertanian modern yang terus berkembang sebagai respons terhadap meningkatnya permintaan pangan dan keterbatasan ruang di kawasan perkotaan. Metode hidroponik, yang menggunakan media tanam yang berbeda dari tanah, menawarkan alternatif yang layak bagi penduduk perkotaan untuk menanam tanaman secara mandiri di area lahan yang terbatas. Namun, meningkatnya keprihatinan lingkungan, terutama terkait pengelolaan limbah plastik, telah memicu munculnya inovasi yang berorientasi pada daur ulang dalam praktik hidroponik. Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknis dan manajerial para pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat dalam budidaya hidroponik berkelanjutan melalui penggunaan botol plastik bekas sebagai media tanam. Fokus inisiatif ini adalah Kampung Urban Care Jagir Wonokromo Surabaya. Pelatihan komprehensif yang ditawarkan mencakup metode budidaya hidroponik, penerapan alat dan bahan daur ulang, serta praktik perawatan tanaman yang tepat. Selain itu, inisiatif ini menekankan peningkatan keterampilan manajemen usaha kecil, termasuk pencatatan keuangan dasar, perencanaan produksi, dan distribusi produk hidroponik. Penilaian menunjukkan kemajuan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan produksi dan keahlian para pemangku kepentingan dalam mengelola usaha mereka secara efektif. Melalui inisiatif ini, para pemangku kepentingan berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, menghasilkan produk berkualitas tinggi, dan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan terkait pengelolaan limbah plastik. Hasil jangka panjang yang diharapkan adalah pembentukan ekosistem usaha hidroponik yang semakin mandiri, berkelanjutan, dan ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) implements comprehensive financial management training for entrepreneurial micro-enterprises at the Ummul Quro Islamic Boarding School, responding to the global challenge of financial literacy reflected in UNESCO data that only one-third of the global adult population is adequately financially literate. This study uses a qualitative approach with a participatory training method involving 45 participants of students and ustadz during an intensive period of three months. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in the understanding of financial management, business bookkeeping, and financial planning with a satisfaction rate of 87% of participants. This program contributes to increasing the institutional capacity of Islamic boarding schools in developing economic independence based on Islamic values, while strengthening the position of universities in ranking social impact through the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).

Abstract

In carrying out programs, every organization is always directed to be efficient to achieve company goals. One of the strategies is to improve employee performance. Employee performance will be carried out well if followed by the quality of human resources in which motivation and discipline factors will significantly affect the performance of employees.       This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline partially or simultaneously on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative approach. The independent variables are motivation and work discipline, while the dependent variable is teacher performance. The data are analyzed using multiple linear regression with the F test and t-test. The results of the analysis and hypothesis testing can explain that motivation and work discipline simultaneously impact the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Surabaya, as proven by the results of statistical analysis using SPSS 26. The t-count is greater than the t-table. The research result shows that motivation and work discipline affect teachers' performance, respectively, with a value of 0.278 and 0.605, which means that the effect of the motivation and work discipline variable on teacher performance is 27, 8%, and 60.5%. By these results, the impact of work discipline on teacher performance is more significant than the effect of motivation on teacher performance. Moreover, stimulation and work field simultaneously impact teacher performance with an F-count value of 11.110 > F-table of > 1.68.Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Human resources are the main factor in an organization. In running the company's operations, it takes a leader to organize and lead its operations. This is what underlies that the company is very selective in choosing leaders to direct, encourage, motivate and lead employees in running the company's operations. A leader has a leadership style in carrying out the daily duties that arise from the habits of a leader himself. This research was conducted at the banquet operation and restaurant section of PT. Hardayawidya Graha to determine the implementation of leadership style on the performance of restaurant employees and banquet operation of PT. Hardayawidya Graha. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods by producing qualitative data in words and written sentences. The sampling technique in this study uses the snowball sampling method and the data triangulation method to find a harmonious relationship between the results of interviews, documentation, and observations on the company. This study uses the coding manual analysis method as data analysis. The results show that the Senior Operations Manager of PT implemented the leadership style. Hardayawidya Graha is good and by the theory that experts have put forward. Moreover, the result is strengthened by statements from other informants and documents researchers obtained during PT. Abstract

The erosion of moral integrity in contemporary Muslim societies, manifested in widespread corruption, materialism, and ethical misconduct, reflects an increasing gap between religious identity and lived ethical behavior. This article aims to reexamine the foundations of Islamic ethics by analyzing the spiritual attitudes of zuhud and wara’ as embodied in the life of Abū Dujānah Simāk ibn Kharasha al-Anṣārī, a distinguished Companion of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Employing a qualitative descriptive design with a library research approach, this study draws on primary sources such as the Qur’an, authenticated Hadith collections, and classical biographical works, as well as secondary sources from contemporary academic scholarship on Islamic spirituality and Muslim integrity. Data were analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis to explore the conceptual framework of zuhud and wara’, their manifestation in Abū Dujānah’s character, and their relevance for addressing modern ethical challenges. The findings indicate that zuhud functions as an inner motivational orientation that prioritizes eschatological accountability over worldly gain, while wara’ operates as a continuous moral vigilance that governs ethical behavior, particularly in situations of ambiguity and pressure. When integrated within the broader framework of taqwā, these two virtues form a robust spiritual foundation for authentic Muslim integrity. The study concludes that Abū Dujānah’s spiritual biography provides a historically grounded, theologically sound, and practically relevant ethical model, demonstrating that zuhud and wara’ are not merely historical ideals but living virtues capable of fostering moral resilience and integrity in contemporary Muslim societies.

Abstract

Background: This community service program was designed to address the challenges faced by the PKK Bettet MSME group, including low productivity, inconsistent product quality, inadequate packaging, and limited marketing capacity. The main objective was to enhance the competitiveness of local MSMEs through the integration of technological innovation, hygienic processing, improve packaging, and digital marketing. Contribution: The program contributed to empowering rural women’s groups through the introduction of the Fisher Boncalang fish shredder, improved packaging practices, product diversification, and digital marketing skills, thereby forming an integrated empowerment model Method: The program was implemented in five stages: socialization, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, and sustainability planning. Results: The results indicate a significant increase in production capacity, rising from 1 kg per 5 hours to 15–50 kg per hour. Product quality also improved through the implementation of standardized packaging, which extended the shelf life from 3–5 days to 1–2 months. Conclusion: The program achieved its objectives by integrating technology, training, and marketing. These results show that MSME empowerment through innovation and digitalization can enhance productivity, product competitiveness, and sustainable rural entrepreneurship.
