Abstract

The gas product from the gasification process contains tar content that is not thermally appropriately degraded before it leaves the reactor; for efficiency, the gasification process must go through filtering or separation using filters and cyclones. This process is essential because of the increase in the gas producer's energy density through the syn-gas filtering and purification process or syn-gas combustion. This study aimed to determine the effect of the cyclone and its placement on the combustion characteristics of gasification using natural zeolite filters, the length of time for the product gas, and how much cyclones and filters can separate tar in updraft type gasification process. In this study, the gasification process uses an updraft type reactor, biomass fuel using rubberwood, filters using natural zeolite media, and adding a coolant (condenser). Testing by varying the addition and placement of the cyclone position. The test results show that the use of cyclone variations does not affect the Temperatur in the reactor. A cyclone's effect using a natural zeolite filter on the characteristics of the combustion product (flame) is very large; namely, the color of the fire is bluish and clean with little smoke and the size of the flame coming out of the burner. The effect of a series of cyclones and natural zeolite filters on the flame duration of Syn-Gas on the burner is ± 44 minutes. Without using the cyclone series, the flame time in the burner only reaches ± 28 minutes. The tar that can be separated by the burner and filter without using a cyclone is 381 grams, and the tar that is separated by the cyclone in the cyclone series after the condenser can accommodate as much as 450 grams.

Abstract

Frame atau rangka merupakan bagian penting dalam sebuah alat transportasi yang menyatukan semua komponen dan guna menahan beban yang bertumpu pada frame tersebut kesalahan dalam perancangan pembebanan akan mengakibatkan ketidak nyamanan saat frame akan diaplikasikan, dan juga akan mengurangi faktor keamanan, kenyamanan pengemudi dan penumpang saat digunakan, perancangan frame yang tepat akan memberikan hasil yang optimal antara tingkat keamanan dan kenyamanan, tujuan perancangan rangka kali ini untuk mengetahui displacement yang terjadi pada pada electric car frame menggunakan software autodesk inventor 2016, mengetahui tegangan minimal dan maximal yang terjadi pada electric car frame menggunakan software autodesk inventor 2016, mengetahui safety factor yang terjadi pada electric car frame menggunakan software autodesk inventor 2016 dengan menggunakan fitur frame analysis, maka dapat diketahui fenomena yang terjadi pada struktur frame mobil listrik yang telah dirancang sebelumnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap metode pengerjaan yaitu : pemodelan frame dengan software autodesk inventor 2016 dengan cara membuat desain 2D terlebih dahulu, lalu merubahnya kedalam 3D, setelah desain selesai masuklah ketahap simulasi, setelah melakukan simulasi dengan beban 230 kg, 280 kg, dan 330 kg terhadap frame didapat hasil berupa displacement 0,6677 mm, 0,7243 mm, dan 0,7809 mm, tegangan maximal 23,28 MPa, 25,2 MPa, dan 27,12 MPa, tegangan minimal 0,04 MPa, 0,05 MPa, 0,06 MPa, dan angka keamanan yang diperoleh dari analisa tersebut adalah 10,3; 9,5; dan 8,8. Angka keamanan merupakan salah satu faktor utama apakah frame layak diguanakan atau tidak jika hasil yang didapat pada safety factor yaitu kurang dari 1 maka frame tersebut tidak aman saat akan digunakan.

Abstract

Alat uji adalah alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur nilai-nilai suatu bahan, seperti kekerasan, keuletan, dan elastisitas. Uji tarik merupakan salah satu pengujian untuk mengetahui keuletan suatu bahan terhadap tegangan tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui nilai kekuatan uji tarik menggunakan bahan Aluminium, Besi Cor, dan Baja, serta untuk mengetahui bentuk patahan spesimen pada analisa makro. Sifat mekanik yang dicari yaitu kekuatan tarik, dan alat uji tarik merupakan buatan lokal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan spesimen Aluminium pengujian pertama memiliki nilai kekuatan maksimal sebesar 20 kg/cm2, sedangkan pengujian kedua mendapakan nilai sebesar 10 kg/cm2, dan pengujian ketiga dapat nilai sebesar 9,5 kg/cm2, dengan nilai rata-rata kekuatan tarik 13,16 kg/cm2, sedangkan nilai modulus elastisitas dalam pengujian pertama dapat nilai sebesar 6,06 MPa, sedangkan dalam pengujian kedua nilai sebesar 3,03 MPa, dan dalam pengujian ketiga dapat nilai 2,87MPa, nilai rata-rata modulus elastisitas sebesar 3,98 Mpa. Pada bahan besi cor dan baja terdapat kendala, yaitu spesimen uji tidak dapat tercekam sempurna oleh pencekam yang terdapat pada alat uji. Bentuk patahan hasil pengujian pertama bahan getas dan bentuk patahan tidak sama, pengujian kedua bahan getas dan bentuk patahan sama, dan pengujian ketiga bahan getas dan bentuk patahan tidak sama.

Abstract

Introduction: The herbal medicine business (in Bahasa called as Usaha Jamu Gendong or UJG) "Jamu Seger Bu Mur" is one of the small business engaged in the field of herbal or herbal drinks located around the University of Surabaya campus. This UJG has various obstacles to survive in the midst of changing times and business competition in urban areas. Objectives: This mentoring program is intended to increase the capacity and competitiveness of UJG "Jamu Seger Bu Mur" so that it can continue to run its business, as well as one of the efforts to increase the role of educational institutions in the preservation of Indonesian traditional medicines. Methods: This program was carried out using a mentoring approach model, where mentoring activities were divided into two stages, namely training in making instant herbal medicine (powder form) and assistance in improving product packaging and labels. Results: The results obtained from this program were an increase in the skills of partners to diversify herbal dosage forms, namely instant powder forms. In addition, with improvements to product packaging and labels, partners' confidence in the products they produce has also increased so that the enthusiasm to continue running their business has also increased. Conclusion: The assistance activities carried out have succeeded in encouraging UJG "Jamu Seger Bu Mur" to continue its business in the field of traditional medicine, especially herbal medicine. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi sumber daya baik ekonomi maupun budaya yang dimiliki umat Buddha di Kecamatan Kaloran, Temanggung, Jawa Tengah. Tinjauan literatur dalam penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada pemberdayaan yang berorientasi pada masyarakat sebagai subjek dan unsur terpenting dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat secara mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Potensi ekonomi di kecamatan Kaloran adalah di sektor pertanian dan perkebunan. Komoditas yang cocok, dapat diandalkan, dan sudah dikembangkan oleh umat adalah cabai, jahe, kopi, alpukat, nangka, ubi, singkong, dan tanaman kayu. Di bidang peternakan, yang bisa diandalkan adalah domba, sapi dan ayam. Umat Buddha di Kaloran juga memiliki potensi seni budaya lokal seperti seni pentas tradisional, tari-tarian, dan tembang, namun belum ada upaya pengembangan dan dukungan yang optimal dari komunitas. Potensi lainnya adalah di sektor pariwisata yang membutuhkan permodalan dan pendampingan pengelolaan secara profesional.

Abstract

Wabah corona covid-19 yang terjadi sekarang ini, menjadikan semua penduduk bumi untuk selalu waspada terhadap penularan virus tersebut, budaya hidup bersih, mencuci tangan dengan sabun yang benar, penggunaan masker di setiap aktifitas di luar rumah sudah menjadi prosedur standar. Deteksi dini adanya gejala penderita covid-19 adalah dengan mengukur suhu tubuh menggunakan termometer inframerah yang diarahkan ke bagian dahi. Termometer yang digunakan ada tiga buah yaitu, termometer raksa sebagai acuan, termometer infra merah kontak dan termometer inframerah non kontak Titik pengukuran infra merah teletak pada daerah frontalis dan titik pengukuran termometer air raksa di daerah aksila. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa, penggunakaan termometer inframerah kontak lebih akurat dibanding termometer inframerah non-kontak dimana rata-rata selisih pengukuran sebesar 0.5oC

Abstract

Abstract: Jesus' words about the Salt of the world in Matthew 5:13 are a meaningful expression, so to understand them cannot be through literal or literal knowledge. In this article, the author uses a descriptive method, namely with a literature approach by collecting data and analyzing Matthew 5:13. Through the case of how as a salt generation in Christianity and everyday life and in ministry. Based on this research, it is concluded that the meaning of salt not only refers to the inherent identity of followers of Jesus Christ wherever they go and wherever they are. But it's more about how to be a part of and create a salt generation in the Christian life.Abstrak: Perkataan Yesus tentang Garam dunia dalam Injil Matius 5:13 merupakan suatu ungkapan bermakna, sehingga untuk memahaminya tidak boleh melalui pengetahuan secara harafiah atau literal. Dalam artikel ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu dengan pendekatan literatur dengan mengumpulkan data-data dan menganalisis Matius 5:13. Melalui kasus bagaimana sebagai salt generation dalam kekristenan dan kehidupan sehari-hari serta dalam pelayanan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa makna garam bukan saja menunjuk kepada identitas pengikut Yesus Kristus yang melekat kemanapun mereka pergi dan dimanapun mereka berada. Akan tetapi lebih kepada bagaimana menjadi bagian dan mewujudkan salt generation dalam kehidupan kekristenan.

Abstract

This research is driven by the need to develop conductive materials that can be applied to sensitive and responsive sensors. Polyaniline-based sensors offer potential solutions for a variety of applications, including gas detection, medical imaging, and environmental monitoring. However, to optimise sensor performance, a deep understanding of the factors influencing polyaniline conductance is required. The object of this research is the synthesis of polyaniline nanofibers using the interfacial polymerization method with frequency variations. Capacitance and conductance testing uses inductance, capacitance, and resistance measuring instruments (LCR meters). The characterization results show that variations in voltage frequency have a significant impact on the conductive and capacitive properties of the nanofiber. An increase in frequency causes a decrease in capacitance at high frequencies. The highest capacitance value is at a frequency of 1 kHz, namely 149.9 pF, while the highest conductance value is at a frequency of 100 kHz, namely 134.64 siemens (1/ohm). The conductivity of polyaniline nanofiber shows a positive influence, with increasing conductance values at higher frequencies. This increase shows that the size and morphology of the nanofiber indicate the nanofiber's ability to conduct electric current. These results provide deep insight into the influence of frequency in controlling the conductive properties of polyaniline nanofibers, which can be applied in the development of sensors, flexible electronic devices, and other fields that utilise polymer conductivity. Abstract

Incinerator is a device designed and used for burning non-metal solid waste using certain technology at high temperatures. Corrosion is damage or destruction of materials due to chemical reactions in the surrounding environment. High temperature and usage time in incinerators made from ASTM A36 is one of the factors for corrosion. The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of combustion time on corrosion value and the effect of high temperature combustion temperature on corrosion value. The research method carried out is an experimental approach by putting the ASTM A36 steel plate into the oven with the temperature to be used, namely 600 0C, 650 0C, and 700 0C with the heating time to be used for 3 hours, 5 hours, and 7 hours. The corrosion process is carried out by leaving it in the open air for 7 days and after that data collection and calculation of corrosion values are carried out. From the calculation results at a temperature of 600 0C and a heating time of 3 hours, the lowest corrosion value is 0.42020 mm/year and the highest occurs at a temperature of 700 OC and a heating time of 7 hours of 1.77629 mm/year.

Abstract

Economic and technological advances in Indonesia require vocational school graduates to be able to work competently according to their fields. The Ministry of Education and Culture supports the 21st century learning model which refers to the 4C skills, namely Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creative. Achievement in the learning process is used to measure the achievement of goals and the intelligence of students. To be able to enter and survive in the world of work, it is also necessary to prepare attitudes, character and skills in work or employability skills that start from the learning process. This study aims to analyze the influence of 4C skills in improving employability skills and learning outcomes. The approach used in this study is quantitative with the student population of the DPIB Expertise Program of SMK Negeri 3 Semarang. The sampling technique uses a total sampling of 72 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques that have previously gone through analytical tests including (1) Normality Test, (2) Homogeneity Test, (3) Linearity Test. The results of the study showed that (1) there was an influence between learning achievement on 4C skills with a T value of 4.660, (2) there was an influence between employability skills on 4C skills with a T value of 9.520, and (3) there was a simultaneous effect between learning achievement and employability skills against 4C skills with an F value of 55.937. The simultaneous correlation of the three variables was 78.6% with a simultaneous influence value of 61.9%, the remaining value of 38.1% was influenced by other factors that were not studied by the researcher.
