Abstract

Penjadwalan kuliah dengan menggunakan algoritma Ant Colony mampu memberikan solusi alternatif pada proses penjadwalan mata kuliah di STMIK Budi Darma Medan yang menginginkan waktu yang  optimal. Dalam penjadwalan mata kuliah penjadwalan sejumlah mata kuliah dimana untuk setiap mata kuliah diberikan sejumlah ruangan dan jadwal atau periode waktu penyelenggaraan. Jika ada dua mata kuliah diikuti oleh sejumlah mahasiswa yang sama, maka akan terjadi konflik jika kedua mata kuliah tersebut dijadwalkan bersamaan. Dua mata kuliah dianggap memiliki konflik apabila penyelenggaraannya bersamaan dan melibatkan dosen yang sama, atau ruangan yang sama, atau minimal melibatkan sejumlah mahasiswa yang sama. Metode yang akan diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan penjadwalan kuliah ini adalah metode algoritma semut. Dengan metode ini diharapkan akan diperoleh kombinasi terbaik untuk pasangan matakuliah dan dosen pengajar secara keseluruhan serta ketersediaan ruang yang cukup.

Abstract

The head of the environment is an extension of the head of the village head in assisting or providing services to the community both in the administration of administration in the village and to other problems. It is natural for a kepling to be appreciated for their performance during their special tenure in the kecamatan field area. Previously, the selection of a dipling in a sub-district was very inefficient and seemed unfair for this exemplary selection to use a system to produce an accurate value, and no intentional element. To overcome the process of selecting an exemplary kepling that experiences these obstacles by using an application called a Decision Support System. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can solve a problem, and this system is also assisted with several methods, namely the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method that can assign weight values to each of the criteria based on their priority level. And to do the ranking or determine an exemplary set using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method, this method provides decision making that takes decisions based on ranking or the highest value.Keywords: Head of Medan Area Subdistrict, SPK, Centroid Rank Order, Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS).

Abstract

The SAW method is also known as the weighted addition method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings on each alternative of all attributes. The SAW method requires the decision matrix normalization process (X) to a scale that can compare with all available alternative ratings.

Abstract

Office stationery (ATK) is now a necessity for almost everyone, especially for corporate instances or educational institutions. The need for office stationery is often an unexpected need to buy, this is what makes some educational institutions overwhelmed in doing their work, when they find out their office stationery is out of stock, so it is not uncommon to make work in company or institutional instances education is not completed on time, one of the ways to be more efficient is by implementing data mining to predict the purchase of office stationery (ATK) at the company or educational institution's intents, especially at the AL IKHWAN Middle School in Tanjung Morawa. The Naive Bayes method is used to analyze data in pattern recognition and predict purchase of office stationery (ATK) at AL IKHWAN Middle School in Tanjung Morawa. The data needed is the data for the purchase of office stationery (ATK) last month as test data, calculated from the date of the first purchase until the expiry date of office stationery (ATK) at AL IKHWAN Middle School in Tanjung Morawa. The results of this study are to be able to predict whether the office stationery (ATK) at AL IKHWAN Middle School in Tanjung Morawa can be bought back, or it can still be used for a long time, and if more than four types of stationery at the AL IKHWAN Middle School in Tanjung Morawa the lack of writing instruments from the two then the purchase of new stationery is feasible to do, from the amount of data occurring out of stationery

Abstract

Zika's disease or zika fever is a zika virus, the zika virus is spread by infected Aedes mosquitoes, this mosquito becomes infected after bites the sufferer who has the virus. Zika's disease worse when exposed to pregnant women, because women infected with this virus will automatically pass it to the baby in the womb, and can cause death if the baby survives will experience the baby aka birth with a smaller head than it should be. To help the problems faced by experts or medical personnel in diagnosing Zika's disease in these patients, where the activity is seen from the symptoms suffered by the patient. By using Case-Based Reasoning Method is expected to assist medical personnel or experts in calculating the diagnosis of the patient and the expert can know whether the patient must have zika disease or vice versa.

Abstract

Image (Citra) is a combination of points, lines, fields, and colors to create an imitation of an object, usually a physical or human object. The use of digital images is increasing because of the advantages possessed by digital images, including the ease in getting images, reproducing images, processing images and others. The problem of contrast in the image captured by the camera is often some interference with the results of the captured image. For example, the image is accompanied by a lack of sharp increase in light, or weak in terms of contrast so that the object is very difficult to separate through operations containing because too much interference or contrast in the image. Based on the problem, to improve the image with less contrast it is necessary to increase the contrast by using the contrast limited adaptive method. contrast limited adaptive image is said to be good if it is able to involve all levels or levels. Of course the goal is to be able to display details in the image so that it is easily observed.

Abstract

Mobile became one of the important needs for communication today. The development of mobile phone specifications very quickly affect the level of purchases and sales, not only on new phones but also on used mobile phones. The decision to buy used mobile phones requires consideration. This study aims to examine the decision support system for determining the best used mobile phone using Multi-Objective Optimization Method on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). The results of this study indicate that MOORA can be used to determine the weight value of each attribute, the ranking process that will select the best mobile alternative from a number of alternatives. Decision Support System makes the process of determining the quality of used mobile phone more efficient than the manual system.

Abstract

In accordance with the vision of Indogrosir who wants to become a National Asset, since September 2001, Indogrosir has also introduced a modern minimarket franchise system under the name OMI (Outlet Partner of Indogrosir). Indogrosir cooperates with government and private cooperatives, MSMEs, gas stations or general entrepreneurs who want to develop their business in the form of modern minimarkets. Decision support system is a computer-based system that helps in making decisions to solve unstructured problems. The Naive Bayes method is a probabilistic classification technique based on the Bayes theorem which uses the assumption of attribute independence (there is no link between attributes) in the classification process. In an easy rule, a Naive Bayes classification is assumed that the presence or absence of certain features of a class has nothing to do with the characteristics of other classes. With the existence of this decision support system, it is expected to facilitate decision making in determining the recipient of new partners where policies and decisions are made based on predetermined criteria

Abstract

Canonical law is an internal church law governing the Catholic Church, Eastern Orthodox Church, Eastern Orthodox Church, Anglican Communion. How the laws of the church are governed, interpreted and sometimes examined differ fundamentally between the three church bodies. in all three traditions, a canon was originally a rule accepted by an assembly, these canons formed the basis for canon law. Raita algorithm is part of the exact string matching algorithm, which is matching the string exactly with the arrangement of characters in the matched string that has the same number or sequence of characters in the string. Matching strings on the raita algorithm is done through a shift from the right of the character then to the left of the character and to the middle of the character. The problem in this research is the content of canon law in general consists of a very large number of pages of books, this makes it difficult for canonical law users to find the contents needed, then in the search it takes time to find the contents of canonical law that are searched for too many search problems. that is, too much time must be needed to find the contents of the canonical law sought
