Abstract

Decision support system is a computer-based system that functions for decision making by utilizing data and models to solve unstructured and semi-structured problems within a company or organization. Deli Medan Hospital is one hospital that offers quality health services accompanied by competitive prices. The price offered by Deli Medan Hospital is in accordance with the quality of delivery provided so that the use of this hospital's health services is always a satisfaction. this can be seen from the number of patients who are still increasing every year Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is one of the multicriteria decision making methods first introduced by Yoon and Hwang (1981). TOPSIS uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view using Euclidean distance to determine the relative proximity of an alternative to the optimal solution. Positive ideal solutions are defined as the sum of all the best values that can be achieved for each attribute, while the negative-ideal solution consists of all the worst values achieved for each attribute

Abstract

SMS (Short Message Service) is a popular communication technology revolution. The development of computerized technology has been very advanced. SMS is very vulnerable to data theft or theft by irresponsible parties. For the sake of maintaining the security of SMS can be done by using cryptographic techniques. Cryptographic techniques can encode text messages by encrypting them into passwords that are not understood. Mars algorithm is an algorithm that uses a 128-bit key and the encryption process consists of 32 rounds. This symmetry algorithm will produce a higher level of security for the ultrasound image because it can encode it into a form of cipher with a process that is complex enough so that it will be difficult for cryptanalysts to access the image. This research will use the Mars algorithm for the encryption and decryption process, so the process needs to go through several long stages in order to produce the final cipher. This study describes the process of securing SMS by encoding it based on the Mars algorithm, in the form of a password that is difficult for others to understand and understand. This is done as an effort to minimize acts of misuse of SMS

Abstract

Prediksi (forecasting) merupakan alat bantu yang penting dalam perencanaan yang efektif dan efisien khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi.  Dalam organisasi modern mengetahui keadaan yang akan datang tidak saja penting untuk melihat yang baik atau buruk tetapi juga bertujuan untuk melakukan persiapan peramalan. Langkah penting setelah prediksi dilakukan adalah verifikasi prediksi sedemikian rupa sehingga mencerminkan data masa lalu dan sistem penyebab yang mendasari permintaan tersebut. Sepanjang representasi prediksi tersebut dapat dipercaya, hasil prediksi dapat terus digunakan. Sekolah merupakan lembaga pendidikan formal yang sistematis melaksanakan program bimbingan, pengajaran, dan latihan dalam rangka membantu siswa agar mampu mengembangkan potensinya baik yang menyangkut aspek moral, spiritual, intelektual, emosional maupun sosial.

Abstract

Business is always traversed by competing all companies always thinking of ways to make the company always go forward and the company can continue to survive in developing the business if the company will not decline. The company wants to know the number of sales at PT. Anugerah Alam Semesta Raya to obtain the most popular sales data analysis for the sale of fuel types. One of the factors in clustering the sale of fuel oil is to facilitate the sale of fuel oil by means of grouping. One problem in inventory is the difficulty in determining the large amount of inventory that must be provided in meeting the demand. It often happens that a company has too little inventory compared to consumer demand. Reviewing the company directly regarding the process of selling fuel at the company by processing it by clustering the previous sales data to produce a prediction about further sales in order to be better. Unstable sales will result in a company's precenomian can be weakened with the word another company must obtain a technique in terms of managing sales of fuel oil in the future, so that it can produce a prediction with good accuracy in drawing a conclusion

Abstract

Expert system as a system that adopts human flapping into computers has a strategic position as a system that can help solve problems in the medical field. Difficult to determine the type of disease because of the complexity of the various symptoms that accompany it, can be helped by representing the symptoms of a disease into a computer programming language. In this study, a method was developed to diagnose pelagra based on the types of symptoms that accompany it. This expert system development environment uses the MySQL database.

Abstract

Website Universitas Budi Darma merupakan sebuah layanan online yang bisa digunakan oleh mahasiswa atau pengunjung untuk mencari informasi umum terkait perkuliahan di kampus Universitas Budi Darma. Ada banyak sekali fitur yang dapat membantu pengunjung dalam mencari informasi pada sebuah website. Seperti halaman profil dosen, halaman artikel, halaman program studi, fitur chattin, pemberitahuan pengumuman secara langsung ke email atau sosial media pengguna, serta learning management system (LMS). Namun, pembuatan sebuah fitur ini sangat membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, sehingga pengembang aplikasi harus menentukan fitur yang paling direkomendasikan untuk dikerjakan terlebih dahulu. Yang mana, setiap kriteria memiliki bobot yang telah ditentukan dan dilakukan dengan proses penyelesaian menggunakan metode Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) untuk proses perangkingan. Dari perhitungan menggunakan metode Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) akan menghasilkan alternatif yang berurutan dari yang tertinggi hingga yang terendah. Nilai alternatif yang merupakan Qi atau rangking tertinggi akan dijadikan sebagai rekomendasi alternatif fitur yang akan dikerjakan tim pengembang aplikasi terlebih dahulu

Abstract

Penentuan Lokasi Minimarket harus melalui pertimbangan yang matang karena kesalahan yang terjadi saat menentukan lokasi minimarket akan menjadi hal yang sangat fatal bagi perkembangan usaha[1]. Untuk itu perlu sistem yang mampu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem yang akan dibuat adalah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penempatan Lokasi Minimarkat menerapkan metode ROC dan OCRA. Sistem ini mampu menangani pemasalahan tersebut, dalam perbandingan pemilihan lokasi. Selain itu data yang akan dihasilkan lebih objektif dan menghemat waktu dalam pemilihan lokasi minimarket yang terkomputerisasi[2]. Hasil dari pembahasan sistem pendukung keputusan penempatan lokasi minimarket dengan menerapkan metode ROC dan OCRA berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan perusahaan, Lokasi Lubuk Pakam dengan nilai Preferensi total 0,673 sebagai lokasi yang layak dijadikan minimarket.

Abstract

Decision Support System is a system that can help management in making the right decision, which is needed at a management level. Likewise at the Lubuk Pakam Sub-District Office in selecting the best village head. So far, the Camat Office has never determined the best village head in Lubuk Pakam Subdistrict, so that it encounters obstacles in choosing the village head election. SPK is able to provide alternative solutions to semi / unstructured problems for individuals or groups and in a variety of decision making processes and styles, SPK uses data, databases and analyzes of decision models. Seeing this, researchers are interested in conducting research by applying the Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) method to elect the best village head in a decision support system. It is expected that the results of the research can help the Lubuk Pakam sub-district

Abstract

Text file size is sometimes relatively large where the better the quality of the resulting text file, the larger the file size needed to store the text file. With a very large text file size, when carrying out the transfer process the transfer process may fail because the media storage space exceeds the limit. The solution to this problem is how the text file can be compressed in order to speed up the transfer and storage of text files. Compression in text files is done by reducing the size of the text file by reducing the bits in the text file, but not eliminating the information data in it.By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so as to save storage space. In this study, the algorithm used is punctured elias codes, by using this algorithm, the compression results of the values have different results for each value, and the compression results will be beneficial in sending, and moving text files will be easier.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Card is the provision of educational cash assistance to children aged 6-21 years or who come from underprivileged families with the aim of continuing their education. Yapim Taruna Medan High School is one of the private schools in the city of Medan. This school provides Smart Indonesia Card scholarship assistance (KIP) where KIP scholarships are intended for underprivileged students and the number of KIP recipients is also limited based on the quota given, which is faced by the Yapim Taruna Medan High School in determining who is who. those who get KIP scholarships are less objective and transparent. Many students whose parents have a very difficult economy do not get KIP scholarships while some students who get KIP scholarships have parents who are above the economy who do not get the scholarship. So that to overcome this problem a Decision Support System for Recommendations for Accepting Indonesian Smart Card assistance is needed by applying the MAUT Method and Weighting Using the ROC Method at the Medan Yapim Taruna School.
