Semakin banyaknya jumlah karyawan di Hotel terutama bagian housekeeping maka keanekaragaman karyawan juga semakin kompleks sehingga sulit untuk memilih karyawan housekeeping terbaik. Selama ini pemilihan housekeeping terbaik diputuskan oleh seorang manajer melalui pemilihan terhadap housekeeping secara langsung tanpa ada penilaian berdasarkan nilai. Terkadang pemilihan yang didilakukan cenderung bersifat subjektif sehingga sering terjadi kesalahpahaman antar sesama housekeeping. Selain itu, waktu yang diperlukan untuk mengambil keputusan tersebut kurang efektif. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya suatu Analisa Perbandingan, sehingga dapat mempersingkat waktu penyeleksian serta meningkatkan kualitas dalam menentukan karyawan terbaik. Analisa perbandingan pemilihan karyawan housekeeping terbaik menggunakan metode Moora dan Waspas berbasis pembobotan Entropy berdasarkan kriteria dan bobot yang telah ditentukan. Kriteria tersebut adalah kerapian, kebersihan, tata krama, kedisiplinan dan kerja sama. Moora dan Waspas berbasis pembobotan Entropy dipilih karena mampu menyeksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mencari bobot pada setiap ktiteria, kemudian dilakukan perangkingan untuk menentukan karyawan housekeeping terbaik di Hotel dengan hasil perbandingan metode Moora dan Waspas. Dirancangnya aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan Housekeeping terbaik dengan menggunakan tools Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 dan database Microsoft MySQL.

KIP lectures are lecture education assistance which aims to free registration for college entrance selection and tuition or education fees. One of the tertiary institutions that has the opportunity to get KIP Lectures is Budi Darma University. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the assistant head of student affairs at Budi Darma University to determine the feasibility of the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) College scholarship currently still using the conventional election system, by means of students submitting files to the selection team for the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) College scholarship then taking part in tests and interviews To overcome the problems experienced by the selection team, a system is needed to help the selection team. One of them is using the Decision Making System (SPK). Where to do a combination of the Decision Support System method with the ROC method used for weighting and the WASPAS method used for alternative rankings. With the aim of providing recommendations for students who get KIP college scholarships. From the results of the calculation of the values above, it can be determined who will receive the KIP College scholarship based on recommendations from the decision support system by applying the ROC method which is used as weighting and the WASPAS method which is used as a ranking determination to get the best ranking results on behalf of Iramaya Tampubolon with a Qi value of 0. 991921266, it can be concluded that if KIP quotas study at Budi Darma University 10, the ranking taken is according to the number of cities received.

Selection Of Outstanding Students is one of the activities usually carried out by every university or college in order to determine the level of performance of each student. In this case, the write conducts research on the Selection Of Outstanding Students with the aim of giving appreciation to students who have the best grades so that they become hope for future developments. In this study the authors use the MOORA (Multi-Objektive Optimization by Ratio Analysis) method as a Decision Support Sistem (DSS) in order to produce an objektive and accurate decision. This research was carried out during the covid-19 pandemic, which is a virus thet is hitting human health, characterized by coughs, flu, fever, no appetite, and so on. However, this condition does not rule out the possibility of students to exel, some strudents who become alternatives in the selection of outstanding students with criteria including GPA, Active Organization, Englis Ability, Achievement and warning letters. So as to produce the best reference value on alternative A3 on behalf of Viktor Zai with a value of 0.4522.

Corona Virus disiase 2019 (covid 19) is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 a type of Corona virus. This virus is transmitted through physical contact and causes symptoms of respiratory problems, colds, fever, dry cough, and attacks the human physical immunity. covid 19 has disrupted the activities of daily human life, including in the field of education. To prevent the spread of covid 19 the government proposes that during the covid 19 pandemic the teaching and learning process takes place online or online. In the online learning process so that students are more active, creative and enthusiastic, a system is needed decision support that can determine and choose the application of learning media during the covid 19 pandemic, a decision support system that can solve the problem using the MAUT (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) method and produce an appropriate decision based on the results of the data obtained such as alternatives and the criteria so as to produce a decision, namely the application of the best learning media in the era of covid 19, namely the Sony Vegas Pro application with a score of 0.9025.

The role of lecturers, especially for students, really determines the quality of the students themselves. Therefore, to create a quality future generation, qualified lecturers are also needed. However, currently there are many lecturers who only work as lecturers, but do not meet the criteria for a good lecturer. Giving awards to lecturers who excel is one of the efforts that can be done in order to create work motivation and increase the desire of every lecturer to become a lecturer who has good qualifications. However, the problem is to determine the best lecturers in a university, it will be very difficult if done manually. To make it easier for leaders to assess lecturers who deserve to be called achievers or not, a decision support system (SPK) is needed, where this SPK acts as a support for the leadership's reasons why the leader chooses someone as an outstanding lecturer. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system whose work uses a computer, where this system uses various methods which ultimately produce information in the form of a decision. the method used in this study is the TOPSIS method. The TOPSIS method is one of the DSS methods whose purpose is to produce an alternative with the highest value as an alternative recommendation. The results obtained in this study amounted to 0.5308 on behalf of Mesran as an alternative recommendation.

Informasi merupakan kumpulan data yang berupa teks yang telah disatukan yang bersifat publik atau rahasia. Data rahasia merupakan data yang berisi tentang sesutau atau yang tidak untuk dipublikasikan, sebab data tersebut merupakan dat penting. Untuk itu, data tersebut perlu diamankan. Salah satu cara untuk mengamankan data tersebut adalah dengan memanfaatkan kriptografi. Kriptografi merupakan salah satu ilmu yang yang berperan penting dalam bidang pengamanan informasi. Algoritma di dalam kriptografi terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu algoritma kunci simetri dan algoritma kunci asimetri. Salah satu yang termasuk dalam algoritma kunci simetri adalah beaufort cipher. Beaufort cipher merupakan algoritma kunci simetri yang menggunakan subtitusi abjad dengan menggunakan huruf tersebut sebagai plaintext dan huruf kunci yang memiliki posisi sebanding. Namun seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan manusia, tingkat kejahatan dan teknologi yang digunakan oleh penyadap data meningkat, dimana pengaman dengan metode biasa juga mampu diretas. Penelitian ini menguraikan bagaimana prosedur yang dilakukan untuk memodifikasi pembangkitan kunci yang digunakan pada algoritma beaufort cipher. Proses pembangkitan kunci dilakukan berdasarkan pembangkit kunci CSPING berbasis RSA, artinya kunci yang digunakan pada proses enkripsi dan dekripsi adalah kunci yang dibangkitkan berdasarkan pembangkit kunci CSPRING berbasis RSA, sehingga proses modifikasi yang dilakukan dalam pembangkitan kunci tersebut dapat meminimalkan tindakan pemecahan kunci yang dilakukan pihak lain serta algoritma ini dapat lebih optimal dalam mengamankan data.

In determining the best Sector Police, many criteria must be had by every Sector Police to be the best. Some of the criteria used to determine the best Sector Police are Polsek services, completion of the crime, number of personnel, cleanliness of the Sectoral Police, and number of criminal acts. Determination of the best Sector Police to improve the performance of personnel so that they are encouraged to be better at doing their jobs than before. To avoid mistakes and be precise in determining the best Police Sector, a decision support system is needed. In this study, a case will be raised, namely finding the best alternative based on the existing criteria using the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method. The COPRAS method is used to analyze different alternatives and estimate alternatives according to the level of utility where the values of the attributes are expressed in intervals to increase efficiency and increase accuracy in the decision-making process.

Classical cryptography is the science of securing secret messages (plaintext) into disguised messages (ciphertext) in which each character is changed. The process of converting plaintext into ciphertext is called encryption, while the reverse process is called decryption. However, this classical crypto algorithm can still be solved using the Kasiski method, due to the mathematically regular pattern of repeating keywords. Therefore, in order not to be easily solved, another method is needed, namely by modifying the Caesar Cipher and Vigenere Cipher cryptographic algorithms. Therefore, to strengthen the security of the classical cryptography algorithm, it is necessary to carry out a modification process using an algorithm that is able to change the complexity of the encoding by using a randomization algorithm. By including a randomization algorithm, it is considered that it can eliminate the possibility of attackers guessing the results by knowing the algorithm used. The randomization algorithm used is the Blum-Micali Generator algorithm. The purpose of using the Blum-Micali Generator algorithm is that the encryption process is randomized so that the encryption results obtained are more difficult to guess, making it difficult for cryptanalysts to read the message or information
