Abstract

In the purchase process at PT. Bumi Indah Saranamedis involves several divisions ranging from the front office, and purchasing department to the warehouse. The purchase information system made by purchase orders relies on sales orders and stock cards. The issuance of purchase orders in the form of hard copies, methods of filling incoming goods files which include Purchase Orders, Good Receive Notes, and road letters or incoming goods invoices. Internal control system of the computer system by the relevant officer and manual by the warehouse officer. The purchasing process has several obstacles from the server system that is easily down or from human resources there is a human error, this greatly hampers the purchase work because it has to wait for IT to track and fix which parts there are errors. Evaluation of the company's performance and operations from the information system used and the people involved must be audited using the COBIT 5 standard. The COBIT 5 framework is very appropriate to be used to measure the level of maturity in the process of purchasing goods using the MEA (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Assess) domain. The results of research that has been conducted on the purchase information system at PT. Bumi Indah Saranamedis is already at level 4, namely Predictable, the process already has consistent limits. The system of purchasing goods is approaching the maximum level of maturity, it's just that there are still obstacles in some parts. The purchase process in this company is at an index of 4.3 with a Maturity Level 4 level. The results obtained can be used as a reference to create or add new rules to achieve effective performance and minimize the occurrence of errors, both from the system and human resources.

Abstract

Posyandu yang merupakan singkatan dari “Pos Pelayanan Terpadu” adalah program pelayanan kesehatan berbasis masyarakat di Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan dasar dan gizi, khususnya bagi ibu dan anak balita. Penekanan diberikan pada urgensi pengembangan aplikasi web sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan administratif yang dihadapi oleh Posyandu. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas program Posyandu serta memberikan dampak positif bagi kesehatan masyarakat di tingkat lokal. pihak posyandu lebih mudah untuk memonitor balita yang sudah di imunisasi karena setelah mendata bayi dan balita, kader posyandu hanya tinggal menginput data berat badan, vaksin dan lain-lain nantinya data dibulan sebelumnya pun bisa di gabungkan dan terintegrasi dengan baik sehingga pihak puskesmas pun juga menjadi lebih mudah untuk melihat informasi di website tersebut.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine students' perceptions of the mathematics teaching style presented via the Jerome Polin YouTube Channel and to determine the mathematical understanding abilities of students who use the Jerome Polin YouTube Channel as a source of mathematics learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The research instruments used by researchers in this study were tests of mathematical understanding abilities and student perception questionnaires. The population in this study were mathematics teachers and high school students in classes X and XI in high schools in Kuningan and Majalengka Regencies. The sample from this research was high school mathematics teachers for class X and XI in high schools in Kuningan and Majalengka districts. Data collection techniques were carried out by administering tests and response questionnaires.The data analysis technique in this research uses a flow model of analysis which includes: data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The research results showed that students' responses to the use of YouTube in mathematics learning were in very positive criteria, with an average score of 82%. Viewed from all aspects, YouTube videos used in mathematics learning can be used as media in the learning process. Meanwhile, the results of students' mathematical understanding tests showed that the average percentage of indicators of students' mathematical understanding abilities was 51.25% of the maximum value, namely 100%.

Abstract

This research explores the development of competency-based teacher performance assessment methods to improve the quality of higher education. Using a comprehensive literature study methodology, this research explores the basic concept of competency in the context of higher education, analyzes existing teacher performance assessment methods, and identifies obstacles and challenges in the assessment process. Key findings include an in-depth understanding of the essential competencies expected of higher education teachers, an exploration of existing assessment methods, and a critical analysis of barriers such as subjectivity and resistance to change. This research culminates in formulating a robust conceptual framework for competency-based assessment methods. The implications of the research suggest that the proposed assessment method, with its focus on critical aspects of teaching, has the potential to significantly improve the quality of higher education. The results of the research are competency-based assessment instrument products for web programming practicum in the form of practical competency-based tests, practical competency assessment rubrics and affective aspect assessment rubrics. The development results meet validity requirements, based on expert assessments which are analyzed using the Aiken index coefficient. The practicality of the product is also fulfilled through the very positive response given by teachers as users and the teacher's ability category is very good. Student learning outcomes that exceed the KKM show that the product developed meets the effective criteria

Abstract

This systematic literature review tries to answer the question of what research results and methods are used by searching for several variables The effect of live streaming commerce, gamification experience, personalized recommendations mediated by customer engagement on purchase decisions. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the prism method with the help of Watase Uake, and the Mendeley Application. This research is limited by only looking for Scopus Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 journal articles, published in 2023-2024. Based on 408 articles reviewed, through a systematic literature review process, with article publication time in 2024. The results showed that 13 articles met the criteria and were used as references in this study. The results showed that in the context of e-commerce and live streaming, various factors such as information quality, social interaction, influencer characteristics, and emotional elements play an important role in influencing consumer behavior. Platform quality and parasocial relationships can increase perceived value and user engagement, while content credibility and streamer authenticity contribute to purchase decisions, suggesting that effective marketing strategies and a deep understanding of consumer interactions are critical to driving impulse purchase behavior and improving the overall consumer experience.

Abstract

Keberadaan hewan ternak di Desa Toya memiliki potensi yang sangat tinggi untuk dimanfaatkan. Kotoran ternak dapat berupa feses atau urin yang berasal dari hewan, seperti ayam, kambing, dan sapi. Kotoran tidak dikelola lebih lanjut oleh masyarakat, melainkan hanya sekadar ditimbun dan dibuang yang menimbulkan dampak negatif seperti pencemaran lingkungan.Potensi kotoran ternak yang melimpah tersebut dapat menjadi peluang bagi masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dengan mengolahnya menjadi pupuk organik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan membuat kesepakatan sesama anggota kelompok untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan pupuk organik dengan manfaatkan lahan sempit serta sosialisasi agar kelompok tani dapat berperan secara aktif. Pada program pengabdian ini dibagi menjadi dua program kerja utama yaitu pembuatan pupuk organik dan sosialisasi pemanfaatan kotoran ternak sebagai pupuk organik. Pembuatan pupuk organik didasarkan pada metode fermentasi dan Kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan dengan turut melibatkan pemateri yang merupakan bagian dari UPT PP Kecamatan Aikmel. Dengan adanya sosialisasi mengenai pembuatan pupuk organik ini diharapkan mampu menerapkan penggunaan pupuk organik sebagai alternatif dalam mengurangi penggunaan pupuk kimia.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Kementrian Kesehatan mengatakan pemanfaatan buku KIA di Indonesia masih belum sesuai dengan harapan. Tingkat keterisian buku tersebut hanya sebatas pelayanan kesehatan pada masa kehamilan hingga masa persalinan. Pencatatan dan pemantauan kesehatan ibu hamil dapat dilakukan dengan Buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA). Bentuk pencatatan KIA yang mengintegrasikan kartu dan lembaran menjadi buku tersebut berfungsi sebagai home-based record untuk ibu hamil bersalin-nifas sampai anak berusia 5 tahun. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan Pengetahuan, Sikap Dan Pemanfaatan Buku KIA Terhadap Kepatuhan ANC Ibu Hamil Di PMB Bidan E Tahun 2024. Metode: Metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan waktu secara Cross Sectional pada 35 ibu hamil dengan teknik Total Sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis menggunakan Kuesioner. Hasil: Tidak Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Pemanfaatan Buku KIA Terhadap Kepatuhan ANC Ibu Hamil Di PMB Bidan E Tahun 2024 (nilai pengetahuan p = 0,222), (nilai sikap p = 0,403), (nilai Pemanfaatan buku KIA p = 0,227). Kesimpulan: Tidak Terdapat Hubungan yang signifikan antara Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Pemanfaatan Buku KIA Terhadap Kepatuhan ANC Ibu Hamil Di PMB Bidan E Tahun 2024.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam upaya menghasilkan sebuah Architecture Enterprise pada Departemen Pemasaran Perum Perumnas. Perancangan Architecture Enterprise dimaksudkan untuk dapat membantu proses bisnis pemasaran pada Perum Perumnas dengan tujuan adanya suatu proses kegiatan bisnis yang dapat berintegrasi agar kegiatan proses bisnis yang ada dapat berjalan optimal dan efisien. Terutama pada Departemen Pemasaran, agar dalam rangka memberikan informasi pemasaran seperti ketersedian unit, serta promosi kepada masyarakat dapat tersampaikan dengan akurat dan cepat. Pemasaran sendiri merupakan proses ujung tombak bagi perusahan karena menjadi bagian yang mempengaruhi pencapaian target suatu usaha. Pada perancangan Architecture Enterprise digunakan framework TOGAF ADM yang dimana dikarenakan TOGAF ADM dapat menyederhanakan adanya proses arsitekture TI yang dapat membantu mengefisiensikan proses bisnis yang ada pada perusahaan tersebut.

Abstract

This study examines a model of curriculum integration rooted in Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) principles across three Vocational High Schools (VHSs) in Cirebon Regency: VHS Manbaul Ulum, VHS Ciwaringin, and VHS Bina Insan Mandiri. The research explores how national curriculum standards, vocational competencies, and Islamic educational values are designed, implemented, and managed to produce graduates with both technical proficiency and strong Islamic character. A qualitative case study method was employed, utilizing observations, interviews with teachers, Kyai, principals, and Pesantren administrators, and curriculum documentation. Analysis focused on the planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of the integrated model. Results indicate that integration was achieved through stakeholder collaboration, with an organizational structure promoting synergy between vocational and Islamic education. Instructional activities combined vocational learning with Pesantren practices such as religious study, memorization, and daily moral formation. Regular evaluations involved feedback from parents and industry partners. While the model effectively nurtured religious-professional graduates, challenges included academic overload, limited student rest, scheduling issues, and insufficient teacher preparation for integrated instruction. This study contributes to developing a Pesantren-based curriculum management framework, supporting the advancement of holistic and competitive vocational education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an experiential learning-based e-module on algebraic forms to enhance the mathematical creative thinking abilities of junior high school students. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The e-module is developed using Canva and Corel Draw, then converted into an interactive flipbook through the Heyzine platform. A validation sheet is used to assess the validity level of the developed e-module. The resulting data is analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The validation results by material and media experts show a validity level of 85% (very valid). The practicality of the e-module was assessed by teachers at 88.89% and by students at 81.15% (very practical). The effectiveness test was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests on 29 students of class VII A at SMPN 2 Jalaksana, which showed an increase in the average score from 69.8 to 90.2 with an N-gain of 0.7 (moderate category). These results indicate that the developed e-module is suitable for use as an effective interactive learning media that can enhance students' creative mathematical thinking skills.
