Abstract

This study employs a quantitative approach with the aim of analyzing the influence of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction serving as the intervening variable. The study was conducted among customers of PT Asuransi Jiwa BCA Life in Jambi Province. The independent variables in this study include service quality and product quality; the dependent variable is customer loyalty; and customer satisfaction acts as the intervening variable. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to customers who served as research respondents. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale to measure respondents’ perceptions of each indicator for service quality, product quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The data obtained are primary data collected directly from the respondents. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with the SmartPLS software. The analysis stages included testing the outer model to assess the validity and reliability of the research instruments, as well as testing the inner model to analyze the relationships between variables and test the research hypotheses. A test of the mediating effect of customer satisfaction was conducted to determine its role in mediating the influence of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The digital transformation of education requires schools to adopt learning technologies that enhance the effectiveness and quality of instructional processes. However, MAS Raudhatul Muhajirin still faces limitations in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS), resulting in conventional teaching and administrative practices. This community service program aims to improve the digital competence of teachers and students through mentoring and training in Moodle-based LMS development. The method employed a participatory and collaborative approach, including needs assessment, system development, training, and intensive mentoring integrated within the MBKM thematic community service program. The results indicate that the development of four main digital instruments, namely the e-learning platform, school website, profile video, and 360° virtual tour, has improved access to digital learning, administrative efficiency, and users’ pedagogical and digital literacy skills. Despite challenges related to infrastructure and administrative readiness, the program contributed positively to the transformation of learning into a more adaptive and technology-based system. These findings highlight that the success of educational technology implementation depends not only on the system itself but also on human resource readiness and sustainable support.

The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling with a total of 95 respondents from Generation Z KUR recipients from January 2025 to November 2025. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The measurement model was used to test the validity and reliability of the instrument, while the structural model was used to examine the causal relationship between variables and test the hypothesis. The results showed that financial literacy had a positive but insignificant effect on self-efficacy. Self-efficacy was proven to have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success. In addition, financial literacy did not have a direct effect on entrepreneurial success. However, the results of the indirect effect test showed that financial literacy had a significant effect on entrepreneurial success through self-efficacy.
