Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect and how significant is the effect of boarding rules to the learning motivation of the students in studying economy in class X IIS SMA TBK. The form of this research is correlation research with interrelationship studies. The sample of this research is the 56 students of class X IIS SMA TBK. The method of taking the sample is by using descriptive method, where the data is collected by using a questionnaire which its validity and reliability has been tested. The technique of data analysis used is the program SPSS Vol.18. The result of this research shows that after doing the simple regression linear test to the students? learning motivation with the of X and Y, it can be said that boarding rules has a positive effect to the students? learning motivation with the regression equation to the variable of Y=15,963+0,554X with the effect size of 30,4%. By doing the hypothesis testing comparing the significance value with 0,05, the significance value of 0,000<0,05 is obtained, therefore, a conclusion can be made with Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Next by doing hypothesis testing comparing t count with t table, the value of t count with the value of 4,852>1,674 t table is obtained; hence, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect between ?Boarding Rules to the Students? Learning Motivation in studying Economy in Class X IIS SMA TBK?.Keywords: Boarding Rules, Students? Learning Motivation

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the leadership style of transformational managers, employee performance and the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance in Cooperative Employee Angkasa Pura Pontianak. The research method used is associative research method with two variable that are independent variable and dependent variable The source of this research data is a manager and employees. And the data is through interview to the manager and spread the questionnaire to the employee. the results of the study show that the leadership style of transformational managers in the Employee Cooperative Angkasa Pura Pontianak is very high because it is in the 81% -100% percentage range. And has been evenly averaged with a value of 83.5% percentage. And employee performance good because each indicator has been evenly averaged with a percentage of 80% and is in the 61% -80% percentage range. Based on the results of data processing program SPSS 18 obtained t arithmetic 3.363> t table is 2.018 means the coefficient of leadership style of managers have a significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of R = 0.479 means the influence of the transformational leadership style variable on employee performance of 22.9%.  Keywords: Manager's transformational leadership style, employee performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the use of social networking sites on the motivation of student learning Economic Education Program FKIP Untan Force 2015. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with the form of correlation research. The sample of research is 36 students of PPAPK Economic Education FKIP Untan Pontianak force 2015. The data collection tool used is questionnaire and literature / document. The result of the research shows that (1) the use of social networking site of the students of Economic Education Program FKIP Untan Angkatan 2015 has a percentage of 76.66% belongs to the high category (2) student learning motivation FKIP Education Program Untan Force 2015 has a percentage of 59.97 % is categorized enough (3) there is influence of usage of social networking site to student motivation Study Program Economic education FKIP Untan Force 2015 with value of t count> t table (3,232> 2,032) and significance value 0,003 <0,005, hence Ho refused and Ha accepted (4) the amount of influence of the use of social networking sites on student learning motivation FKIP Education Education Program Untan Force 2015 by 23.5%.                                                                                                                Keywords: Use of Social Networking Sites, Learning Motivation, Economics Education Students

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the relationship of perceptions of learning economic subjects with motivation to learn economic subjects of students of class X MIA SMA Santun Untan Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive with the form of quantitative research. The source of this research data is the students of class X MIA and the data is the answer sheets questionnaire students class X MIA. The results showed the perception of learning economic subjects with absorbent percentage (52.27%), understanding or understanding (47.27%), assessing or evaluating (46.59%), including into the less favorable category. motivation to study economic subjects of class X MIA students with percentage of desire and desire succeed (43,94%), existence of motivation and requirement in learning (56,8%), existence expectation and future aspiration (48,49%) (50%), learning activities (50%), conducive learning environment (36.36%) are not good enough. the correlation between the perception of learning of economic subjects with the motivation to study the economic subjects of the class X MIA students is obtained tcount of 9,321, when compared with the ttable of 5% significance level equal to 2,068 then thitung> ttable (9,321> 2,068) Ha is accepted. The magnitude of the relationship of perceptions of learning economic subjects with the motivation to learn economic subjects of class X students MIA obtained by 0.900 including a very strong category. Keywords: Perception Of Studying, Economics Subjects,  Motivation Of Studying

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to find out how the interests of entrepreneurship students through marketing practices of SMKK Immanuel 2. The method used in this study was descriptive method with a form of qualitative research. The data sources in this study were SMKK Immanuel 2 teachers and students. The data collection techniques and tools used were interview guides and documentation. The indicators are seen from marketing practices and interests in entrepreneurship, (1) self-confidence and optimism (2) task-oriented and results (3) risk taking (4) leadership (5) horizon (6) future-oriented. The results showed that self-confidence and optimism were very high for each student, task-oriented and results were also good, where students completed assignments to obtain results, dare to take risks seen in students although there are some who have not dared to take risks, leadership is not fully owned by students, horizon has been seen, students want to try something new, and future-oriented already have, students have their own vision and mission, and marketing practices that exist in SMKK Immanuel 2 namely students are asked to make unique products and interesting with innovation and creativity and then marketed in schools and outside schools in a personal selling manner and through social media.  Keywords: Interest in Entrepreneurship, Practice of Marketing

AbstractThe Purpose of this research is to learn about The Social Study Teacher?s Teaching Style Variation in Seventh Grade Class of Muhamadiah 1 Junior High Pontianak. The problem arise in this research is how varied social study teacher teach? and How The Teacher of Social Study Class of Muhammadiah 1 Junior High Pontianak choose and moving to better position in class while teaching the Seventh Grader?. The variable used to measure in this research is single variable which is ?Teacher?s teaching variation?. The source of this research is the teacher of Seventh Grade Class of Muhammadiah 1 Junior High Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive Method in the from of Case Study. The data is obtained through live observation, interview, and study documentation. Toanalyze the data, this research used one of the Descriftive analysis, which is the Descriptive Qualitative Analysis. The research shown reasecher obtained compared to the criteria of analysis in teaching variation which consist of voice variation, focusing student?s attention, pausing, field of view, gestures and how to positioning, The Social Study teacher is already good, however there?s a weakness. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the pedagogical competence of teacher in teaching economic subjects class X in Man 2 Pontianak. The Research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and survey research forms. The source of data in this study is the teacher of economic subjects class X in Man 2 Pontianak and dokumentation relating to teacher pedagogical competence. Data collection was obtained through observation guidelines and interview guidelines then analyzed using data reduction, data peresentation and verification/conclusion drawing. Then the validity of the data using triangulation thecniques.the researcher conducted the research by observing the study twice and interviewing for three days.the results showed that the pedagogical competence of class X economics teachers in Man 2 Pontianak  as a whole was good, but still needed refinement on each indicator especially in the sub indicators applying strategies, methods and learning models that varied to increase student learning motivation, and sub indicators know the talent, interest and potential possessed by students. Keywords: Teacher’s Pedagogical competence, Class X Economic Subjects

Abstract

AbstractResearch aims to understand influance between emotional quotient and  behavioral study on the student learning senior high school Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. The methodology this is the method descriptive to the quantitative research. Subyek the research were student social class of 80 people student. An istrument that is used is identification and documentary. In the research using analysis linear regression of multiple. Based on the result of the hypothesis a partial obtained the emotional quotient tcount 2,2272 with the probability (sig) = 0,000. Value tcount (2,2272) > ttable (1,6641) and the probability t (sig) smaller than degrees significant (0,000 < 0,05). Behavaior learn obtained the value of tcount (1,803) > ttable (1,6641) and the probability t (sig) was less than degrees significant (0,000 < 0,05). Based on the result of the hypothesis simulltaneously obtained R Square value of 0,670 or similar to 67%. Goes to show that emotional quotient and behavior learn in positive affect learning outcomes by 67% anf 33% influenced by other variables that not be researched. Keywords: Emotional quotient, Behavior study, Learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract       This study aims to determine the planning effectiveness of the use of audio visual assisted Think Talk Write strategies on student learning outcomes in Ips subjects in VIII Mts Ar rohman Village Kapur Village Kubu Raya District. The method used in the study was an experimental method with a quasi-experimental research form (experimental research quasy). The source of this research data is the eighth grade students of MTs Ar rohman and the data are the students' answer sheets of the material in the form of environmental damage and the results of interviews with the VIII Grade Ips Teacher. The results of this study are the average results of the post-test class before 71.00 and TTW class 76.60. Judging from the completeness, students who complete the class before as many as 13 students and TTW classes as many as 17 students based on the U Whitney test on the class test post before and TTW class obtained a significance value of 0.05 <(0.00 <0.05), then there is a difference the results of the previous class posttest and TTW classes. It is known that there is a difference between the results of the class before and the TTW class, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. That TTW class is higher in post test results than before class, TTW class with TTW strategy model while class before using TTW learning. So the TTW strategy model is more effective than Question and Answer learning, to improve the social studies learning outcomes of VIII grade MTs Ar Rohman Kapur Village. How big is the effect of the learning model used by the effect size formula. effect size was obtained 1.8. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to know the teacher's understanding of SOCIAL SCIENCE subjects in implementing the curriculum in junior high LKIA 2013 Pontianak Class VII. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research form. Data source this study is the head of the school, the teachers ' teacher. The results showed an understanding teacher teachers in understanding curriculum 2013 well enough alone with any approach towards learners wide and deep still less can be seen there are still some students who choose busy playing and not focus learn. For designing learning activities such as being able to make and teach in accordance with RPP made, able to execute very well learning activities, such as being able to describe the topics of discussion on subjects being information an interesting and easily understood by most learners, able to customize classes when learning activities are taking place, are able to evaluate the learning progress of students very well, such as implementing a written or oral test assessment, analyze the results of a study to determine the level of ketuntasan learning, can involve themselves to develop the potential of students and also was able to identify talent and interest the students very well, like knowing the learners interest in learning or not. Keywords: K13, Implementation and learning IPS
