Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of the PQ4Rlearning model on the Economic learning outcomes of class XI Panca Bhakti High School Pontianak. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a pre-experimental design research design with the design used is one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were all students of class Xl IPS Panca Bhakti High School Pontianak. Based on the final data results, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence after using the PQ4R learning model in the economics class Xl Panca Bhakti High School Pontianak. Specifically, it can be described as follows: (1) The average score of students before using the PQ4R model is 51.57 with a percentage of completeness of 19.23%. (2). The average score of students after using the PQ4R learning model is 72.61 with a percentage of completeness of 65.39% with the medium category. (3) Effective use of the PQ4R learning model for economic learning outcomes in class Xl Panca Bhakti High School Pontianak by using paired sample t-test  that is t-count value of -93 with probability (sig) 0.001. Keywords : PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) Learning Model, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis study almed to defermine the factors which influence purchasing delisions by consumers in the supermarket Ligo Mitra Pontianak. The research method used in this study was descriptive analyzes by qualitative research. Source and research data is a consumers do the shopping process in the Supermarket Ligo Mitra Pontiana meanwhile The data is year end documents collected by The person  in charge. The result showed That purchasing decisions by consumers in the Supermarket Ligo Mitra Pontianak factors such as : 1). Fixing of prices given by ligomitra which is standardized and considered capable of competing from the post until now. 2). The company’s location is very strategic and a large parking area. 3). Neatly arranged store layout easy to take so it does note make consumers go round and round. 4). Sales person are friendly and sprightly in providing information. 5).product excellence that can not be doubted and 6).promosi carried out by Supermarket and which is hild every month, durring the holiday and when company birthday. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic work motivation that has been carried out by employees of the civil servant cooperative in Tanjun Peninsula pontianak. the research method used is descriptive in the form of qualitative research. Data collection tools used in the form of check lists, interview guidelines, and documentation. From the results of the study, it is known that the type of intrinsic motivation that influences the performance of employees of the pomtianak tanjupura university civil servant cooperative based on its most dominant level of importance is responsibility, the second job itself, the third progress to develop, the fourth award and the fifth achievement. and the types of extrinsic motivation that affect the performance of employees of the pontianak tanjupura university civil servant cooperative, based on the most dominant level of importance is the basis of salary payments, the second is interpersonal relations, the third is working conditions, the fourth is cooperative administration and policy, and the fifth supervision.  Keywords:   Work Motivation, Employees of Pontianak Untan District.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out what of learning environment in SMA Hidayatul Mubtadi-ien Desa Kuala Dua Kecamatan Kubu Raya. The method of this research was descriptive. The participant of this research were the students of SMA Hidayatul Mubtadi-ien Desa Kuala Dua Kecamatan Kubu Raya. This research used questionnaire and documentary techniques. The research finding showed that the influenced of study environment of economic subject in SMA Hidayatul Mubtadi-ien Desa Kuala Dua Kecamatan Kubu Raya is 54,9% and the result showed that score of t hitung > t table (4.241 > 1,997) significant score 0,002 < 0,005 Ho ho was rejected and Ha was  so it can be concluded that there is correlation between school learning environment and student learning motivation of economic subject in SMA Hidayatul Mubtadi-ien Desa Kuala Dua Kecamatan Kubu RayaKeywords: School learning environment, Learning Motivation.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the social skills of students in the subject of Social Science in the eighth grade at SMP Negeri 09 Teluk Keramat, focusing on aspects of communication and cooperation abilities. The study utilized a descriptive method with a qualitative design. The participants in this study were teachers who teach social science and eighth-grade students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collection tools were observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation tools. Data analysis technique involve data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validation of the data is carried out using triangulation techniques. The results of this research indicate: (1) the social communication skills of students in learning social science are not yet optimal. This is because students feel hesitant when speaking to convey opinions or ask questions, and often use the local language when communicating in the classroom; (2) the social cooperation skills of students in learning social science are already good. This is evidenced students who can assist their peers in explaining group discussion tasks, refrain from blaming their peers' opinions, actively listen when their peers express their opinions, and take responsibility for completing the group discussion assign.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is an effect of problem-based learning on the social studies learning outcomes of seventh grade students. This research used quasi experimental design method with nonequivalent control group design. There were 31 students who became research samples in class VII B as the experimental group, and 31 other students in class VII C as the control group. Data were collected through multiple choice tests consisting of pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique used is the normality test with the shapiro wilk formula and the hypothesis test using the mann whitney u test. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that class VII B as the experimental group obtained a score of 77.25, while class VII C as the control group amounted to 43.54. There is a significant inequality in both data. The normality test results on the pretest and posttest data of the experimental group and control group were not normally distributed with a value of 0.000. Based on hypothesis testing on the mann-whitney u test of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. In addition, the calculation of the effect size test resulted in a value of 0.41 which shows problem-based learning has a positive impact on student learning outcomes compared to conventional social studies learning with a medium category

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) type cooperative learning model at SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency. This study uses a quasi-experimental quantitative experimental method. The research subjects were 74 people (37 students in grades VII, C and E). Multiple-choice objective tests in the form of pretest and posttest are used as data collection techniques, and observation guides are used as data collection tools. The hypothesis was tested by paired sample t-test, and Shapiro Wilk's normality test was used in the data analysis method. Empirical evidence shows that the STAD model has been effectively applied in an educational environment. The results of the analysis showed that before and after the test of the normality test of the experimental class. After that, a parametric hypothesis test was carried out, and the results of the paired sample t-test showed a significance level (asymbiotic growth) of the asymptotic sig of 0.000<0.05 for the type of 2-tailed cooperative learning type which represents the 2-tailed asymptotic sig cooperative learning model. The STAD model influences students' learning goals.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Powtoon application on the learning outcomes of class VIII social studies. This study used a quantitative approach in the form of a quasi-experimental study. The sample of this study comprises 8th-grade B and 8th-grade C students, up to 22 students per class. The data collection techniques used were assessment techniques and documentary study, as well as data collection tools in the form of post-tests and research documents. The results showed that the mean scores from the post-test for the experimental group was 73.81, and the control class was 59.54, with a difference of 14.27. As a result, there are significant differences in learning outcomes. In the normality test, the significance value of the experimental group was 168>0.05, while the significance value of the control group was 143>0.05. Therefore, the data is in a normal distribution. In the hypothesis test, the sig. value (2-tailed) is 0.000<0.05, with an effect size of 1.07>0.08, which is in the high category. The results showed that the Powtoon application is effective and efficient for eighth-grade social studies learning outcomes.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini ingin mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan strategi pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan tinggi pada masyarakat Kecamatan Paloh, Kabupaten Sambas, yang merupakan wilayah terluar di Kalimantan Barat dan berbatasan langsung dengan Malaysia Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kualitatif dalam bentuk deskriptif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara wawancara terhadap informan yakni orang tua mahasiswa asal Kecamatan Paloh, Kabupaten Sambas. Teknik pengolahan data yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek perencanaan pembiayaan pendidikan jenjang perguruan tinggi, orang tua mahasiswa telah menetapkan tujuan alokasi dana, merumuskan kondisi ekonomi saat ini, mengidentifikasikan segala kemudahan, kekuatan, kelemahan,  hambatan sehingga mampu mengembangkan rencana pembiayaan yang tepat. Pada aspek pengalokasian sumber pembiayaan pendidikan dengan sistem menabung, adanya alokasi dari tunjangan pekerjaan, dan program beasiswa yang diikuti dari anak yang melanjutkan diperguruan tinggi di wilayah tertentu. Pada aspek pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan, orang tua mahasiswa memiliki mekanisme yang berbeda sesuai kondisi ekonomi dan perencanaan awal. Evaluasi  pembiayaan  pendidikan  jenjang  perguruan tinggi pada masyarakat Kecamatan Paloh tidak dilaksanakan secara berkala oleh orang tua mahasiswa karena faktor kebiasaan, rasa percaya pada mahasiswa dan kesibukan dalam bekerjaKata Kunci : manajemen; masyarakat; pembiayaan pendidikan; perguruan tinggiABSTRACTThis research aims to find out and describe strategies for managing higher education financing in the people of Paloh District, Sambas Regency, which is the outermost region in West Kalimantan and directly borders East Malaysia. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive form. Research data was obtained by conducting interviews with informants, namely parents of students from Paloh District, Sambas Regency. Data processing techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that in the planning aspect of tertiary education financing, students' parents have set goals for allocating funds, formulated current economic conditions, and identified all the conveniences, advantages, weaknesses and obstacles so that they can develop an appropriate financing plan. In the aspect of allocating educational funding resources using a savings system, there is an allocation of work allowances, and a scholarship program for children who continue to college in certain areas. In the aspect of managing education financing, parents have different mechanisms according to economic conditions and initial planning. Abstract

The tendency for someone to have the intention to invest means that person will take action to achieve their desire to invest. Understanding financial literacy and a good campus environment can be a factor in wanting to invest so that you can generate financial results in the future. This research aims to find out how much influence financial literacy and the campus environment have on investment interest for FKIP UNTAN Economics education students. The research method used in this research is multiple linear with quantitative form. The source of research data is students of the economics education study program FKIP UNTAN, namely the Class of 2019 and 2020, Regular A and PPAPK classes and the data was obtained through a questionnaire from Google Form. The sample used was 78 students. Classic hypothesis testing includes normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The tests used include the F test, t test, and R2 test. The research results concluded that Financial Literacy has a significant influence on interest in investing. The campus environment has a significant influence on investment interest. Financial literacy and the campus environment simultaneously influence students' investment interest
