Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to know the influence of apperception by the teachers to students' learning readiness on accounting subjects class XI IPS SMA Islamiyah Pontianak. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with the form of interrelationship studies. This study is a population study with a sample size of 56 students which consists of all students of class XI IPS 1 and XI IPS 2 as respondents. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with the intention of to describe objectively the influence of apperception on students' learning readiness. data processing in this research using correlation technique pearson product moment and coefficient determinant. The conclusion of this research is that the result of calculation coefficient of determination (r2) shows there is significant influence equal to 74% giving apperception by the teacher to readiness of student learning, while 26% other influenced by the other factor.  Keywords: Apperception, Readiness Learning, Accounting Lessons.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the factors of developing a savings and loan business at the Civil Servans Cooperative at Tanjungpura University Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive with a form of qualitative research. The subject or informant in this study wasthe management of the Tanjungpura University Civil Servants Cooperative in Pontianak. Data collection tools used in the form of interview guidelines, and documentation. From the results of the study note that from capital, deposits, loans, SHU, the number of members,management, and competitors. But the most influential on the development of savings and loans in the Tanjungpura University Civil Servants Cooperative is capital. Because capital is the main thing for the development of a business entity/cooperative. If the capital is alwaysincreasing, then the loan will automatically run smoothly. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to review the role of teachers in provide the motivation to learn students in SMAN 2 sengah temila Landak. The methodology used is descriptive of the qualitative study. Data source of this research is teachers and students class XII ips1, ips2, ips3 and The data is how teachers give attention, gift, reward, The consequent punishment of the in motivating of students to study the results of interviews with teachers and students. The Research shows that the teacher is done by teachers in providing student learning /increase the motivation is good, Gifts to by teachers to students is not optimal, This is only done for gifts  on each semester and every increase class only, While the award by the teacher to student has been good enough, It was because the award by teachers for students and get a good appreciation, While the penalty to students done by teachers with right, Teachers give that penalty to students with advise, Scold and punish students in accordance with the students what it can be overcome by teachers.Keywords : The teacher motivate, student learning

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to find out on students’ behavior in learning Social Studies subjects in class VII Pontianak 10 Public Middle School. The research method is usedthe descriptive, with a form qualitative research. Resources of the data in this study were VII grade students. Thedata were observation, documentation and the results of interviews with class VII students. The results of the study showed that the learning behavior carried out by class VII students were not good, because there were still students who behaved improperly such as daydreaming, chatting, going out of class, not taking notes, and not listening to the teacher when the learning process was good. However, from several aspects that have been examined in student skills there were some categorized as good enough but there were also students’ skill that cannot be categorized as good, namely reading skills, students lack the desire to read known from their lack of knowledge. Keywords: Learning Behavior, on Students

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the discipline of economic subject teachers on student learning outcomes in class X SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak academic year 2016/2017 ". The method used in this study is an associative method with a form of expositional research. The population in this study were 59 students with class X as many as 51 students. For data collection using direct communication techniques (interview guidelines), indirect communication techniques (teacher economic discipline questionnaire), and documentary study techniques (student test score data). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence on the discipline of teachers of economic subjects on student learning outcomes in class X SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak academic year 2016/2017. This can be seen from the value of t count of 6.654 which shows that there is an influence of teacher discipline on student learning outcomes. When compared with the value of t table with a 0.05 level of significance of 2.010 so that Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is the discipline of teachers of economic subjects have a significant influence on student learning outcomes in class X SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak academic year 2016/2017. Keywords: Teacher discipline, learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrakhis thesis is entitled, "Analysis of Employee Performance in Achieving Consumer Satisfaction in the Pontianak Partnership Ambassador" Partnership Ambassador Cooperative" as for the sub-problems are 1) What is the employee's performance of the Quality factor Of Work (Work Quality) in achieving customer satisfaction in the Pontianak Partnership Duta Cooperative ?, 2) What is the employee's performance from the Quantity of Work factor in achieving customer satisfaction in the Pontianak Partnership Ambassador? 3) What is the employee's performance of the Timeliness factor (time determination) in achieving customer satisfaction in the Pontianak Partnership Ambassador ?. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a survey research form.. The results of this study are (1) employee performance seen from the aspect of quality (quality) both from employee services, employee responsibilities and employee performance skills are good. (2) Employee performance can be seen from the Quantity aspect (quantity) both from the responsiveness of the management and the performance capabilities of the management are good. Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Implementation of Cooperative Model of Tournament Team Teams (TGT) on Student Learning Outcomes in the Materials of Class Paper Writing XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. The method used is Quasi-exsperimental (experimental pretend) with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design experiment form. In this study the experimental class is class XI IPS 1, while the control class is class XI IPS 2. Sampling is done by using a random sample technique. Data processing techniques consist of: 1. Test or test, and 2. Documentation. While the data collection tool that is: Problem test. The results showed the average symptom of the students' learning result of the experimental class and the control class. The data of the calculation result of the average of the learning result of the experimental class students is 79,09 and the mean of result of student learning control class equal to 76,50. Technique and data analysis used by t-test with error rate 5% (ɑ = 0,05) or 95% confidence level. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve Learning Outcomes in preparing the financial statements of service companies through Cooperative Learning Model Type Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) in students of class XI IPS Nurul Islam Kubu Raya. This type of research is Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles with cycle I as much as 1 time meeting and second cycle as much as 2 times meeting.Each cycle consists of four action plans: plan, action, observation, reflection. The selected material is Preparing Financial Report of Service Company with model Cooperative Learning Type Team Accelerated Instruction. The subjects of class XI IPS research are 36 students. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, field notes, and test results learning. Data analysis used among others are qualitative data analysis, consisting of information gathering, data presentation, conclusion, and descriptive data analysis consisted of assessment of student learning outcomes. The result of research indicate that Cooperative Learning model of TAI type can improve student learning outcomes. It is shown that the average pre test and post test of cycle I has increased 72,26 and 81,43. Meanwhile, the average pre test value of cycle II is 73.53 and post test cycle II is 90.06. Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model Type TAI, Financial Report Services Company

Abstract

AbstrackThis research is motivated by the social studies learning process which currently teachers use learning media during learning and in accordance with the material taught, learning media in the process of teaching and learning activities is one of the supporting factors in increasing students' interest in learning. This study aimsed to determine whether there is a relationship between power point media usage and student learning interest in social studies learning at VII B Pontianak SMP Negeri 21. The data collection tool used a was questionnaire as the main method for collecting data about the use of power point media with student learning interests, in addition to interviews and documentation as supporting or complementary methods. The number of samples in this study were 38 students of class VII B at SMP Negeri 21 Pontianak. From the results of research on the use of power point media with students' interest in learning, it can be stated that correlation uses product moment (rxy) obtained by r = 0.68.        Keywords : interest to learn, media power point
