Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan cara memanfaatkan media YouTube Channel sebagai sarana pendukung dalam pembelajaran elektronik (e-learning) di mata kuliah Teknologi Pendidikan. YouTube Channel sudah menjadi salah satu platform yang populer dipergunakan dalam pendidikan online. Kajian ini menginvestigasi efektivitas penggunaan YouTube Channel dalam konteks pembelajaran Teknologi Pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan ialah analisa literatur dan konten. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan jika YouTube Channel bisa menjadi alat yang sangat efektif dalam mendukung pembelajaran Teknologi Pendidikan. Kelebihannya mencakup aksesibilitas yang luas, fleksibilitas dalam penyampaian materi, serta kemampuan untuk menggabungkan berbagai jenis media seperti video, presentasi, serta diskusi interaktif. Mahamahasiswa melaporkan jika mereka merasa pembelajaran melalui YouTube Channel lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami dibandingkan dengan metode tradisional. Penggunaan media YouTube Channel bisa menjadi aset berharga dalam konteks pembelajaran Teknologi Pendidikan. Namun, perlu ada upaya berkelanjutan untuk mengembangkan serta meningkatkan penggunaan YouTube Channel supaya bisa mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan bermanfaat.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental menjadi sorotan utama dalam masyarakat modern saat ini, namun masih terdapat stigma dan kurangnya pemahaman yang mengiringinya. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya kesehatan mental melalui pendekatan edukasi pendidikan sosial. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari berbagai pihak untuk mengidentifikasi masalah, merumuskan solusi, dan mengimplementasikannya. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang kesehatan mental, termasuk penyebab, gejala, dan cara penanganannya. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan sikap dan perilaku masyarakat terhadap kesehatan mental, dengan respons positif yang lebih besar terhadap individu dengan masalah kesehatan mental dan penurunan stigma. Dukungan sosial dan moral juga meningkat, menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih inklusif dan mendukung bagi individu yang membutuhkan bantuan dalam kesehatan mentalnya. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan edukasi pendidikan sosial efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang kesehatan mental. Kolaborasi antara berbagai pihak juga memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih mendukung dan toleran terhadap individu dengan masalah kesehatan mental. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam upaya merawat kesehatan mental dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak Program Generasi Masyarakat Gear Membaca (GMM) yang diterapkan melalui Rumah Baca Ceria dalam meningkatkan kebiasaan membaca masyarakat di pedesaan. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan, dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis tematik sebagai teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan frekuensi membaca, keterampilan membaca, dan minat membaca masyarakat Desa Natasari. Selain itu, Rumah Baca Ceria juga berhasil membangun komunitas pembaca yang solid. Penemuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya program literasi komunitas dalam meningkatkan literasi di wilayah pedesaan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi produk tabungan dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat meningkatkan peningkatan produk tabungan pada PT. Bank Mega di Kota Sorong, Papua. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dalam bentuk kuisioner. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan melakukan survei dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada nasabah Bank Mega di Kota Sorong. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah Bank Mega di Kota Sorong. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda SPSS Versi 26. Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menguji apakah terdapat hubungan antara produk, promosi, pelayanan dengan peningkatan pemasaran produk tabungan pada Bank Mega di Kota Sorong. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan produk tabungan adalah produk itu sendiri, promosi dan pelayanan, dan ketika produk bervariasi sesuai keinginan nasabah maka permintaan terhadap produk tabungan meningkat. Begitu pula ketika promosi gencar dilakukan dan pelayanan nasabah ditingkatkan, maka permintaan akan tabungan pun meningkat. meningkatkan. Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil uji signifikansi baik secara parsial maupun simultan menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu produk, promosi dan pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan produk tabungan pada Bank Mega di Kota Sorong Papua.Kata Kunci: Peningkatan; Produk; Promosi; Melayani; TabunganABSTRACTThis research aims to identify factors that can influence savings products and to find out what factors can increase the increase in savings products at PT. Bank Mega in Sorong City, Papua. This research is descriptive research using a survey method by distributing questionnaires in the form of questionnaires. The data collection technique is by conducting surveys and distributing questionnaires to Bank Mega customers in Sorong City. The sample in this research is all Bank Mega customers in Sorong City. The research uses multiple regression analysis SPSS Version 26. This research is to test and examine whether there is a relationship between products, promotions, services and increasing marketing of savings products at Bank Mega in Sorong City. Based on the research results, it shows that the factors that influence the increase in savings products are the product itself, promotions and services, and when products vary according to customer desires, demand for savings products increases. Likewise, when promotions are intensively carried out and customer service is improved, demand for savings increases. increase. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and principal motivation on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Thawalib, Tanjung Limau Pariangan, West Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative correlational approach that is commonly used to evaluate and detect the extent of a factor's variation on one or more other factors based on the correlation coefficient. This study involved 30 teachers. The results showed that leadership and motivation simultaneously affected teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Thawalib with a significance value (sig) of 0.003. The better the leadership and the higher the motivation given by the head of the madrasah, it will improve teachers' performance in the madrasah. This study has implications for the importance of the leadership style displayed by the principal in improving the performance of existing personnel in the organization to achieve the desired goals.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh menggambar tangan bebas terhadap keterampilan mendongeng anak di KB Nusa Indah II Kabupaten Batang Hari. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan penelitian. Populasi penelitian adalah 20 siswa, sampel penelitian terdiri dari 20 siswa, 7 siswa penelitian, dan 13 siswa penelitian. Alat utama yang digunakan adalah survei. Hipotesis penelitian yang penulis lakukan di KB Nusa Indah II Desa Amper Tuo Kecamatan Muara Tembesi Kabupaten Batang Hari bahwa keterampilan mendongeng gambar tangan anak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan mendongeng anak. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa: Hasil uji ANOVA pada tabel di atas menunjukkan nilai F hitung sebesar 2,302 dan nilai F tabel sebesar 0,23, nilai F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel (2,302 > 0,23) yang berarti variabel bebas (x) diplot secara bersama-sama (bersamaan) berarti memiliki Hal ini berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kemampuan bercerita (Y) dan signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian 'pengaruh gambar bebas terhadap kemampuan mendongeng' adalah 'diterima'. Indikator Karakter Bebas: Kreativitas, Imajinasi, Inovasi, dan Mendongeng Indikator: Kefasihan, Penalaran, Keberanian. Dengan cara ini, pengaruh menggambar bebas terhadap keterampilan membaca anak berdampak besar pada keterampilan anak.

Abstract

The development of creativity is crucial in design education, as it fosters innovative thinking and problem-solving skills essential for success in creative industries. This study addresses this gap by developing a project-based design learning model to enhance student creativity. By incorporating real-world design projects into the curriculum, students are encouraged to apply their knowledge in practical settings, fostering critical thinking and creative exploration. The primary aim of this research is to develop and evaluate a project-based learning model that increases student creativity in design education. The research follows a design-based methodology, implementing the model in a classroom setting and assessing its impact on student creativity. Data were collected through pre- and post-assessments of creativity, student surveys, and interviews with both students and instructors. The findings show that the project-based learning model significantly improved students' creativity. Students exhibited enhanced problem-solving abilities, innovative thinking, and a stronger capacity for collaboration. Moreover, the hands-on approach encouraged deeper engagement with design concepts and promoted an increased sense of ownership over their learning process. In conclusion, the project-based design learning model proved to be an effective strategy for fostering creativity in design students.

Abstract

Purpose – This study investigates the correlation between students' participation in English clubs and their speaking skills among high school students in Pekanbaru City. Speaking is a crucial English language skill that learners must master, as it plays a significant role in effective communication. Fluency in speaking is often used as a measure of language acquisition quality. However, learners face several challenges in developing their speaking skills, including nervousness, lack of strategic communication, and insufficient practice opportunities. English clubs serve as platforms to enhance students' speaking skills by providing engaging and interactive environments.Design/methods/approach – A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires and speaking tests. The study involved 13 students from SMA Negeri 7 Pekanbaru who participated in the English club. Statistical analysis using SPSS 25, specifically Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient, was conducted to determine the relationship between the two variables.Findings – There is a significant positive and strong correlation (r = 0.961, p 0.01) between participation in the English club and students' speaking skills. This suggests that students actively engaging in English club activities tend to demonstrate better speaking proficiency. The study highlights the effectiveness of English clubs as an extracurricular program that fosters students' confidence, communication skills, and language proficiency through various activities such as storytelling, speeches, and debates.Research implications/limitations – The study is limited by the small sample size of 13 students, which may affect the generalizability of the findings to a larger population. This research contributes to the understanding of how English clubs support language learning and encourages further implementation of such programs to enhance students' speaking abilities. Future studies may explore additional factors influencing speaking proficiency and the long-term impact of English club participation on students' overall language development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and trust on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency. Organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and trust are crucial factors believed to affect the quality and productivity of employees. These variables play an important role in creating a conducive work environment, building motivation, and enhancing employees' sense of responsibility in carrying out their duties. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method involving employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency. Data are collected through questionnaires developed based on indicators from each research variable. Data analysis is conducted to determine the extent of the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and trust, both simultaneously and partially, on employee performance. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of human resource management theory, particularly within the context of local government institutions. Furthermore, this research is anticipated to serve as a reference for the management of the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency in formulating strategic policies aimed at improving employee performance by strengthening organizational commitment, increasing job satisfaction, and building trust in the workplace.

Abstract

The rigidity of traditional standardized education often fails to address the diverse cognitive needs of modern learners, necessitating a paradigm shift toward more adaptive instructional models. This study investigates the transformative potential of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into secondary curricula to facilitate the transition from mass instruction to personalized pedagogy. Utilizing a mixed-methods quasi-experimental design, we evaluated the academic and operational impact of an AI-driven adaptive learning framework on a cohort of 600 students and 30 educators over a twelve-week intervention. The research benchmarked an AI-augmented experimental group against a control group receiving traditional direct instruction using standardized assessments and telemetry data. Empirical results demonstrate that the AI-integrated model yielded a statistically significant 11.4% increase in concept mastery (p<0.001) and substantially compressed the achievement gap within the classroom. Furthermore, the automation of administrative tasks reclaimed five hours of weekly instructor time, facilitating a strategic redistribution of labor toward high-value mentorship. We conclude that AI acts as a critical force multiplier that does not replace the teacher but fundamentally restructures the instructional core, validating a “Symbiotic Intelligence” approach that couples machine efficiency with human empathy to optimize educational outcomes.
