Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Komponen KWh Meter berbasis web pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Layanan Pelanggan (ULP) Medan Selatan sebagai upaya mendukung peningkatan efektivitas pengelolaan aset kelistrikan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh proses pencatatan komponen kelistrikan seperti KWh meter, Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB), dan segel yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Kondisi tersebut menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, antara lain ketidakkonsistenan data antar petugas, kesulitan dalam menelusuri riwayat penggunaan komponen, serta keterbatasan dalam penyusunan laporan yang akurat, cepat, dan terstruktur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang dibatasi pada tahap analisis kebutuhan dan perancangan sistem. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi langsung di lapangan, wawancara dengan pihak terkait, dokumentasi, serta studi pustaka sebagai dasar penyusunan landasan teori. Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang mencakup use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram sebagai representasi visual alur sistem dan struktur data. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menghasilkan rancangan antarmuka pengguna (UI/UX) yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan operasional di lingkungan PLN ULP Medan Selatan. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan sistem informasi yang mendukung pengelolaan data komponen, pencatatan stok masuk dan keluar, penyajian riwayat transaksi, pembuatan laporan, serta pengaturan hak akses pengguna. Rancangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar implementasi sistem di masa mendatang guna meningkatkan kerapian pencatatan, ketertelusuran data, dan efisiensi kerja petugas.

Abstract

Proses pengelolaan peminjaman buku di Perpustakaan Kota Padangsidempuan masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti ketidakakuratan data, keterlambatan pencatatan, serta keterbatasan akses informasi bagi pengguna akibat sistem yang masih manual. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya efisiensi layanan serta kurang optimalnya pengalaman pengguna dalam mencari, meminjam, maupun mengembalikan buku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis web dengan menerapkan metode User Centered Design, sehingga kebutuhan pengguna dapat diidentifikasi secara akurat dan terakomodasi dalam solusi sistem yang dibangun. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka untuk menggali kebutuhan pustakawan dan anggota perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian mencakup perancangan prototipe sistem yang meliputi fitur login, pengelolaan koleksi, pencarian buku, peminjaman, pengembalian, pemesanan (booking) buku, serta rekomendasi otomatis berbasis Collaborative Filtering. Pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berjalan dengan baik sesuai fungsi yang diharapkan. Kesimpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa penerapan UCD mampu menghasilkan sistem informasi yang lebih efisien, mudah digunakan, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pengguna, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan serta mendukung proses administrasi secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

In the financial industry, assessing customer eligibility for loans is a necessary process to avoid bad credit risks. This study offers the implementation of Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) for customer eligibility. This study contributes to the development of a decision support system that improves the efficiency of microloan eligibility analysis. A decision support system is a framework or intelligent tool that enables decision makers to make decisions based on alternatives, criteria, and weights. The COPRAS method is useful for analyzing and determining the differences between several alternatives based on predetermined criteria. The final results show that Wiji Muliyani ranks first with the highest score of 100. This score was obtained from manual calculations and the system. The system also works well, as proven through black-box testing and usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, which showed an average score of 95, meaning that the system is very good and easy to use. This system is expected to help reduce bad credit risk and improve decision accuracy.

Abstract

The spread of negative comments containing elements of online gambling on digital platforms is increasingly affecting users. To address this issue, this study implemented a Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to classify comments into two categories: those containing elements of online gambling and those without. The classification process was carried out using RapidMiner software, which allows data processing without the need for extensive coding. The dataset used was obtained from the Kaggle website and consisted of 8,442 comments. The data underwent preprocessing stages such as tokenization, normalization, and stopword removal. The SVM model was drilled and evaluated using cross-validation and evaluation metrics, with an accuracy of 97.91%, precision of 96.94%, recall of 99.81%, and an F1-score of 98.45%. The results showed that the SVM model achieved an accuracy of 97.91%, with high precision and recall across both classes. This demonstrates that the SVM algorithm is effective and efficient in automatically detecting comments containing elements of online gambling and is suitable for implementation as a content moderation system on digital platforms.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sekolah adalah fasilitas atau ruang di dalam sekolah yang dimaksudkan untuk memberi siswa akses ke berbagai jenis literatur, seperti buku, majalah, jurnal, dan media lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Perpustakaan sekolah harus dapat memainkan peran, khususnya dalam membantu siswa untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan disekolah. Perpustakaan sekolah merupakan faslilitas sekolah yang sangat bermanfaat bagi siswa maupun pengajar dalam mempermudah sistem belajar mengajar. Prkembangan teknologi pada zaman ini, kini semakin berkembang dengan begitu pesat, terkhusus perkembangan di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang pada saat ini sudah sangat dipermudah dengan adanya berbagai media komunikasi seperti komputer, laptop, smartphone dan lain-lain. Teknologi informasi memfasilitasi pencarian informasi yang diinginkan dengan mudah dan tepat waktu. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen perpustakaan di MAN 2 Model Medan melalui penerapan metode Framework for The Application System Thinking (FAST). Dalam studi ini, dihasilkan sistem informasi manajemen perpustakaan yang membantu pengelola perpustakaan dalam mengelola pengelompokan buku, data peminjaman siswa, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, serta denda untuk keterlambatan buku. Penulis berharap sistem yang telah dibangun dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik dan mempermudah pekerjaan admin.

Abstract

Social assistance (BANSOS) is one of the government’s programs aimed at improving community welfare; however, its distribution often suffers from inaccuracy due to the absence of an objective system for determining eligible recipients. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method to assess the eligibility of BANSOS recipients and determine the most appropriate type of assistance, such as the Family Hope Program (PKH), Indonesia Smart Program (PIP), and Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT). The dataset consists of 60 alternatives evaluated using 11 assessment criteria. The analysis results show that alternative Ar45 (Tumi) achieved the highest score of 0.7509, while most actual BANSOS recipients had relatively lower scores. The system’s accuracy rate of 33.33% indicates that the results do not yet fully represent real conditions. However, sensitivity testing shows that the ARAS method is relatively stable, with average value changes below 5% across variations in criterion weights. This finding confirms that ARAS provides objective, consistent, and transparent assessments. This study contributes by demonstrating the effectiveness of the ARAS method for decision support in determining social assistance eligibility at the village level. Its limitation lies in the small sample size and lack of testing in other regions. Future research is recommended to apply the system to larger datasets, compare it with other MCDM methods, and develop an Android-based application for easier access by policymakers.

Rapid urban population growth has significantly increased Municipal Organic Waste (MOW) generation, creating ecological challenges but also opportunities for sustainable land rehabilitation. In Samarinda, East Kalimantan, Indonesia, post mining degradation is a critical environmental issue that requires innovative restoration strategies. This study examined the application of MOW as a soil amendment, combined with Soil Tillage (ST), to improve chemical properties of degraded post-mining soils. A Box-Behnken design under Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to evaluate the effect of tillage depth (5-15 cm), Incubation Time (IT) (60-120 days) and waste dosage (20-60 t ha-1), resulting in 17 treatment combinations. The MOW included food scraps, vegetable residues, and fruit waste, excluding fish and shrimp residues. Soil analysis covered pH, Organic Carbon (OC), Total Nitrogen (TN), C/N ratio, available phosphorous (P), potassium (K), Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC), and Base Saturation (BS). The optimal condition was identified at 15 cm tillage depth, 103.48 days incubation, and 36.48 t ha-¹ waste, resulting in improvements in the characteristics of post–coal mining soil (pH: 7.43; OC: 1.26%; TN: 0.17%; C/N: 7.58; P: 36.34 ppm; K: 168.73 ppm; CEC: 15.54 me 100-¹ g; BISA: 96.61.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology today is in line with the increasing use of the internet, both in Indonesia and around the world. One of the significant impacts of this growth is the emergence of changes in business models, particularly the rise of digital sales applications. Sales applications can be defined as marketing activities for goods or services through the internet, utilizing modern web-based marketing techniques. With the adoption of digital marketing concepts, business actors such as livestock farmers can market their livestock more quickly and efficiently. In this study, the technology applied is the development of a web-based livestock sales application. Currently, the issue found in the field is that the process of selling livestock for Aqiqah purposes is still carried out manually. Farmers must offer their products directly to potential buyers without any integrated information media. This condition causes various obstacles and limitations in the marketing process. Therefore, the utilization of technology becomes an appropriate solution to address these problems. The proposed and applied solution in this research is the development of a web- based information system for the sale of livestock for Aqiqah. This application is expected to help farmers expand their marketing reach and assist consumers in obtaining information and making purchases more practically and efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat minat pasar petani terhadap komoditas palawija di UPTD Benih Induk Palawija Tanjung Selamat menggunakan kombinasi metode MOORA dan ORESTE. Metode MOORA digunakan untuk melakukan normalisasi matriks keputusan dan menghitung nilai optimasi, sedangkan metode ORESTE digunakan untuk memperkuat hasil perankingan melalui pendekatan Besson-rank, distance score, dan nilai preferensi. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi permintaan petani, harga jual, produktivitas, umur panen, dan ketersediaan stok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Jagung Sukmaraga (A1) memperoleh nilai optimasi tertinggi pada metode MOORA sebesar 0,2178 dan nilai preferensi terendah pada metode ORESTE sebesar 2,233 sehingga menjadi komoditas dengan tingkat minat pasar tertinggi, sedangkan Kacang Hijau Vima 4 (A4) menempati peringkat terendah. Dibandingkan dengan pendekatan konvensional atau penggunaan satu metode pengambilan keputusan, kombinasi MOORA dan ORESTE mampu memberikan hasil perankingan yang lebih konsisten, objektif, dan berbasis data, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai alat bantu dalam menentukan strategi produksi dan distribusi benih palawija di lingkungan UPTD
