Abstract

This Research aims to describe the procces of sincerely value teaching and patience in Behavioral Lesson of Nurul Hasyimi Islamic Junior High School on each grade. Those values consider as an urgent part on character-building of student at Junior High School level. The method that use for the approachment is qualitative descriptive by data-mining through observation, interview and documentation. The results shows that behavioral lesson teacher actively use contextual-teaching methode with speech, discussion and moral stories of Islam History. The sincere values tough as a charity attitude without any compliment, besides patience understood as ability of self-control in facing life problem. Student gives a positive feedback toward this teaching learning, eventough facing the challange of values implementation on daily life. The supported school environment, strong religious culture and the role of teacher become the main factor of internalization of those values. This research conclude that sincere and patience teaching have an important role in student character-building and need to be upgraded through cooperation among teachers, family and social enviroment.

Abstract

This study aims to explore in depth the contribution of strong faith and noble morals in shaping the identity of Muslim students in SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. The formation of Islamic identity is understood as a process that does not occur instantly, but is the result of the internalization of Islamic spiritual and ethical values ​​that are continuous and sustainable. This process takes place in a conducive educational environment, which not only teaches theory, but also provides examples and real practices in everyday life. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with key informants, and documentation of educational activities. The data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods to find patterns and meanings. The results of the study show that faith acts as a basic foundation that directs students' perspectives and attitudes, while morals are a real manifestation of the implementation of faith values ​​in actions and behavior. The school and Islamic boarding school environment play an important role in facilitating character formation through an integrative curriculum, value habituation activities, and consistent role models from educators. Through a dialogic and contextual educational approach, students are encouraged to understand, internalize, and practice Islamic values ​​consciously and reflectively. This finding confirms that the systematic integration of faith and morals is able to create a generation with a strong Islamic personality and ready to face the challenges of the times.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of aqidah (faith) and akhlak (morality) values in the learning process at SMP Nuruljadid, Paiton, Probolinggo, and their impact on the character formation of ninth-grade students. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observations, interviews with teachers and students, as well as documentation related to the curriculum and teaching materials. The findings indicate that the teaching of aqidah and akhlak at SMP Nuruljadid is carried out using a contextual approach that emphasizes the application of religious values in everyday life. Teachers deliver the material through lectures, discussions, and direct interactions that engage students in understanding and applying these values. Interviews with teachers revealed challenges in delivering aqidah and akhlak content, particularly due to the influence of social media, which often contradicts religious values. On the other hand, students felt that this learning had a positive impact on their character development, although some admitted to facing difficulties in consistently applying the values outside of the school environment. The study concludes that the learning of aqidah and akhlak at SMP Nuruljadid significantly contributes to the formation of students’ noble character, despite ongoing external challenges. This research provides insights for the development of more effective Islamic religious education in other schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Akidah Akhlak material taught in Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) classes VII, VIII, and IX, with a focus on relevance, quality, and implementation in the formation of student character. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, through observation, interviews, and documentation studies in several MTS. The results of the study indicate that the Akidah Akhlak material has a strategic role in instilling Islamic values ​​and noble morals in students. However, there are challenges in its implementation, such as the lack of innovative learning media, time constraints, and differences in student backgrounds. In addition, the learning approach that is still textual and less contextual causes students to have difficulty in understanding and internalizing the values ​​taught. Learning evaluation that emphasizes more on cognitive aspects is also an obstacle in assessing the extent to which students practice the values ​​of faith and morals in their lives. Therefore, a more contextual approach and the use of technology in delivering materials are needed to improve the effectiveness of learning. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a better curriculum and learning strategies for Faith and Morals in madrasas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the understanding of grade 7 students at MTS Ihya Ulumiddin Tangerang about the material of fasting fiqh and their preparation in welcoming the month of Ramadan. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that although students understand fasting as an obligation that must be carried out, their understanding is limited to technical aspects, such as the time for sahur, breaking the fast, and things that break the fast. The spiritual and moral dimensions of fasting, such as controlling lust, increasing patience, and improving morals, are still not understood. Students' preparation for welcoming the month of Ramadan also seems less than optimal, focusing more on physical and technical aspects than spiritual readiness. Learning fasting fiqh at MTS Ihya Ulumiddin Tangerang still uses methods that tend to be conventional, with little attention to the spiritual dimension of fasting. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the teaching method of fasting fiqh be updated with a more holistic approach, integrating technical and spiritual aspects, and involving students in practical and social activities that can strengthen their understanding of the wisdom of fasting and preparation for welcoming Ramadan.

Abstract

Good morals, honesty, and trustworthiness are three very important concepts in everyday life. Good morals include good and commendable behavior, honesty means telling the truth and not lying, while trustworthiness means being trustworthy and reliable. These three concepts are interrelated and can help individuals become better and more respected people. This study aims to determine how good morals, honesty, and trustworthiness can be the foundation of a harmonious life. Abstract

Akhlak yang baik mencakup perilaku yang baik dan terpuji, jujur berarti mengatakan kebenaran dan tidak berbohong, sedangkan amanah berarti dapat dipercaya dan diandalkan. Ketiga konsep ini saling terkait dan dapat membantu individu menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik dan lebih dihormati oleh orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana akhlak yang baik, jujur, dan amanah dapat menjadi pondasi kehidupan yang harmonis. Dengan memiliki akhlak yang baik, individu dapat membangun kepercayaan dengan orang lain dan meningkatkan reputasi mereka. Jujur dan amanah juga dapat membantu individu menjadi lebih dapat dipercaya bagi dan diandalkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akhlak yang baik, jujur, dan amanah dapat membawa banyak manfaat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Individu yang memiliki akhlak yang baik, jujur, dan amanah dapat membangun hubungan yang harmonis dengan orang lain, meningkatkan kepercayaan dan reputasi mereka, serta menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik dan lebih dihormati. Dalam kesimpulan, akhlak yang baik, jujur, dan amanah merupakan tiga konsep yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan memiliki akhlak yang baik, jujur, dan amanah, individu dapat menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik dan lebih dihormati oleh orang lain. Oleh karena itu, penting kita untuk memahami dan mengamalkan akhlak yang baik, jujur, dan amanah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Editorial and opinion texts in newspapers have an important role in conveying the views and opinions of the author on various relevant issues in society. This study uses a qualitative research method to analyze the structure and language rules in editorial and opinion texts. This study uses two data sources, namely online news from Kompas.com and Media Indonesia, as well as related literature. Good language rules are very important in conveying messages clearly and effectively. By understanding these language structures and rules, readers can develop a better understanding of the author's message and evaluate the arguments presented.   Teks editorial dan opini dalam surat kabar memiliki peran penting dalam menyampaikan pandangan dan pendapat penulis tentang berbagai isu yang relevan dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif untuk menganalisis struktur dan kaidah kebahasaan dalam teks editorial dan opini. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua sumber data, yaitu berita online dari Kompas.com dan Media Indonesia, serta literatur terkait Kaidah kebahasaan yang baik sangat penting dalam menyampaikan pesan dengan jelas dan efektif. Dengan memahami struktur dan kaidah kebahasaan ini, pembaca dapat mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pesan penulis dan mengevaluasi argumen yang disampaikan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine drama performances based on the characteristics of drama in one of Chairil Anwar's dramas entitled "Sudah Gila". The research method used is a qualitative approach through direct observation of the drama performances being analyzed. This drama was chosen as the object of research because it is a literary work that has high aesthetic and literary value and has been staged in the form of a drama. The research that will be discussed is regarding the study of drama performances which are analyzed based on the characteristics of drama. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the meaning and messages contained in Chairil Anwar's drama "Sudah Gila" through drama analysis.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve agricultural productivity and quality through the application of renewable energy technology and the Internet of Things (IoT) in Sidopekso Village, Probolinggo Regency. The implementation methods included needs assessment, prototype design and assembly, participatory training, field trials, and performance evaluation, analyzed descriptively using a qualitative approach. The results of this program showed that the solar-powered smart cart was able to supply electricity for agricultural equipment, support an automated irrigation system based on soil moisture sensors, and provide a facility for digital agricultural data recording. Participant evaluations indicated a 46% increase in knowledge and a 28% improvement in water-use efficiency compared to conventional methods. This innovation not only offers a practical and environmentally friendly solution but also promotes energy self-sufficiency and the adoption of smart technologies in rural agriculture. In the future, this solar-powered IoT-based smart cart model has the potential to be replicated in other regions with similar agricultural characteristics.
