Sego Kucing Mbok Misnati contributes positively to the development of the local economy through the culinary tourism sector in Banyuwangi. The success of Sego Kucing Mbok Misnati in maintaining its authenticity and traditional taste has attracted not only local tourists but also international tourists. The presence of Sego Kucing Mbok Misnati has had a significant economic impact on the parties involved. The production activities of Sego Kucing carried out by Mbok Misnati have become the center of economic activities involving various parties, such as local farmers, local traders, and the workforce involved in the production process. Sego Kucing Mbok Misnati can be an inspiration for other local culinary entrepreneurs. Sego Kucing Mbok Misnati is not only delicious and culturally valuable food but also a symbol of success in building the economy and food security through culinary tourism, as well as preserving and appreciating local wisdom that is part of the regional cultural identity. This study aims to investigate the role of Sego Kucing Mbok Misnati in building national food security through the revitalization of local wisdom values. The research method used is qualitative, using primary data obtained through interviews with Mbok Misnati as the owner of Sego Kucing stall, as well as direct observation of the production and consumption process of Sego Kucing. Secondary data was obtained from relevant literature studies. The results of the study show that Sego Kucing Mbok Misnati plays an important role in building national food security through the revitalization of local wisdom values, in addition to being a typical cuisine of Banyuwangi. Sego Kucing, which has become a world cultural heritage, can be one of the region's flagship products and increase the income of the local community. The revitalization of local wisdom values has been carried out through the preservation of recipes, traditional cooking techniques, and the use of high-quality local ingredients.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), kesejahteraan dan Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Penerirma Manfaat (KPM) di Kabupaten Jombang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Tingkat Keberhasilan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Terhadap Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Penerirma Manfaat (KPM) di Kabupaten Jombang dengan pendekatan kualitatif, Lokasi penelitian akan dilakukan di Kabupaten Jombang dengan 86.000 KPM (Kader Pembangunan Manusia) di 306 desa/kelurahan. Waktu Penelitian adalah Januari – April 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1.Pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kabupaten Jombang tahun 2021 terindekasi baik dengan bukti adanya gradiasi per tahun pada PKM-PKH 2. Ada peningkatan kesejahateraan Keluarga Penerirma Manfaat (KPM) di Kabupaten Jombang dilihat dari pengeluaran kenaikan rata-rata konsumsi per-kapita cenderung searah dengan kenaikan jumlah penduduk.. 3.Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Terhadap Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Penerirma Manfaat (KPM) di Kabupaten Jombang dalam tinggi karena menurunkan kemiskina 10% pada tahun 2021

Entomopathogenic nematodes (EPN) are parasites that are effective in controlling plant pests that can be propagated in vivo. In vivo propagation requires a host because EPN is an obligate parasite, one of which is the larvae of Hermetia illucens (Diptera: Stratiomyidae). These larvae are easy to obtain, easy to cultivate, easy to use, have a short life cycle, and have a high nutritional content. This study aimed to examine the suitability of H. illucens larvae in the entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema spp. in vivo propagation. This research was conducted by examining the mortality rate and infection rate of EPN in H. illucens larvae with variations in wounds, concentrations of infective nematodes, and larval size. The test results were compared with the larvae of T. molitor which are commonly used as hosts. The results of the mortality rate study showed that injured H. illucens larvae were more susceptible to the entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema spp.. There was a significant difference in mortality rates between uninjured and injured although there was no difference in results due to variations in EPN concentrations. The infection rate test showed a significant difference in wound variation and larval size of H. illucens although the results were not good enough when compared to the level of infection of T. molitor larvae. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak penerapan ergonomi yang terintegrasi dalam lingkungan pendidikan tinggi terhadap kesehatan fisik dan mental serta produktivitas akademik mahasiswa. Dalam era digital, penggunaan perangkat teknologi yang intensif dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan mahasiswa, menyebabkan keluhan fisik seperti sakit punggung, leher kaku, dan mata lelah. Penelitian ini melibatkan 50 mahasiswa yang diberikan intervensi ergonomi berupa edukasi tentang postur duduk, pengaturan posisi monitor, dan pentingnya jeda istirahat secara teratur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi ergonomi berhasil mengurangi keluhan kesehatan fisik secara signifikan dan meningkatkan perilaku ergonomis mahasiswa. Selain itu, mahasiswa yang menerapkan prinsip ergonomi menunjukkan peningkatan fokus, efisiensi belajar, dan kualitas pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, penerapan ergonomi yang terintegrasi dalam lingkungan pendidikan tinggi efektif dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih sehat dan produktif bagi mahasiswa.

The purpose of this research is to implement an accounting computerization system by using Accurate Online in the preparation of financial statements at PT ADMIRA. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data used in this study consist of financial transaction data from September to November 2024. This research is an applied study. The development procedure involves collecting primary and secondary data through interviews and documentation, inputting data into Accurate Online, presenting financial statements, and measuring financial performance by using financial ratio analysis. The results are this study indicate that the preparation of financial statements by applying Accurate Online becomes easier, more accurate, and real-time. The results of financial ratio analysis show that liquidity and solvency ratios indicate good financial performance. For profitability ratios, the condition is good in terms of profit margin; however, the return on assets and equity is in less condition. The activity ratios show good financial performance in receivable turnover but is less favorable in inventory turnover, but there is a need to improve efficiency in utilizing assets.

The Silverleaf whitefly, Bemisia tabaci (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae), is a destructive insect pest of important greenhouse and field crops. Several studies have shown the effectiveness of Beauveria bassiana in controlling Silverleaf whitefly.. However, a major challenge lies in the rapid evaporation of water in greenhouse crop models. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of B. bassiana against the whitefly and test its compatibility with various vegetable oils as carrier media. This research at the Agrotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jember, used pure isolates of B. bassiana for mass production until conidia reached 2.5 x 107 per gram. We employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with factors of vegetable oil (Corn Oil, Vegetable Oil, Soybean Oil) and concentration (5%, 10%, 15%) using Ultra Low Volume (ULV) formulations. The results revealed that the addition of vegetable oils enhanced the effectiveness of B. bassiana in controlling Silverleaf whitefly, with corn oil having the most significant impact due to its high carbohydrate content that supported B. bassiana viability. Additionally, the concentration of B. bassiana formulation also influenced the rate of whitefly mortality (mycocity), with a 15% concentration yielding the best results. Whitefly nymphs infected with B. bassiana exhibited slowed activity and reduced appetite. Adding vegetable oil facilitated the formation of a protective biofilm around conidia, shielding them from UV radiation, increasing conidia viability, and supporting field application. The infection process by B. bassiana required 6 days to achieve 100% mortality. This research suggests that B. bassiana can be an effective alternative for controlling Silverleaf whiteflies, especially when used with plant-based oils as a carrier medium. This approach may help reduce reliance on chemical pesticides and address issues related to Silverleaf whitefly resistance to insecticides.

Poor facility layout is a waste that must be minimized. The layout of MSME Konveksi ABC was studied to reduce OMH (Material Handling Cost) expenses. The messy arrangement of production layouts causes less optimization of the flow of the production process, the occurrence of queues when entering and exiting the production floor, and waste of movement time. This research uses the activity relationship chart (ARC) and activity relationship diagram (ARD) methods to help design efficient and effective layouts by paying attention to the sequence and relationship between production activities. The data used is primary data from conducting interviews with MSME owners. The results of the interview show the need for proposed layout changes with the consideration that each absolute activity needs to be brought closer to its production location, the entry and exit points of the production process are designed separately so that there are no accumulations or obstacles if there are employees who want to enter and will leave simultaneously. The results of the proposed layout show the difference in OMH (Material Handling Costs) between the two existing layouts of Rp 3,341,056.8 so, the proposed layout recommended by researchers to MSME Konveksi ABC provides savings in OMH (Material Handling Costs) expenses and optimizes layouts related to worker effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menentukan market value pemain sepak bola profesional di Liga 1 Indonesia dan Liga 1 Thailand. Penelitian ini menggunakan 126 sampel pemain sepak bola profesional di Liga 1 Indonesia dan 218 sampel pemain di Liga 1 Thailand pada tahun 2018 dan 2019 yang diperoleh dari situs resmi www.transfermarkt.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada Liga 1 Indonesia secara parsial goal berpengaruh terhadap market value pemain sedangkan itu umur, assist, menit bermain dan starting 11 tidak berpengaruh terhadap market value pemain. Pada Liga 1 Thailand secara parsial umur dan assist berpengaruh terhadap market value pemain sedangkan itu goal, menit bermain dan starting 11 tidak berpengaruh terhadap market value pemain. Umur, goal, assist, menit bermain dan starting 11 secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap market value pemain. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen klub sepak bola dalam menentukan market value pemain sepak bola dan mendukung keputusan investasi dalam pengelolaan klub sepak bola.

This study analyzes the influence of price and brand personality on purchase intention with brand image as a mediating variable among Scarlett Whitening product users. The research uses quantitative methods with PLS-SEM analysis on 120 respondents who meet the criteria of being at least 17 years old and having used Scarlett Whitening products. The results show that price and brand personality have positive and significant effects on both brand image and purchase intention, while brand image has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention. These findings indicate that price perception and brand personality play important roles in shaping consumer purchase intention. The research model proves valid in explaining consumer behavior towards Scarlett Whitening products

In the current electricity development project, the understanding of OSH does not seem to be fully implemented. One indication that the knowledge of OSH has not been fully implemented is that workers are still unaware of the hazards associated with their work. Based on these issues, the question is whether intrinsic factors (motivation) and extrinsic factors (hygiene) influence job satisfaction and worker performance in achieving zero accidents. This research will focus on how the measurement model can influence the OHS maturity level and what design strategies will be used to improve the OHS maturity level performance. This research aims to obtain a measurement model that can influence the OHS Maturity Level and provide a design strategy used to improve the OHS Maturity Level. The author uses quantitative methods and collects data from 516 PT PLN (Persero) UIP Nusa Tenggara Working Partners correspondents. Data testing methods include the measurement model test, structural equation model test, model accuracy test (goodness of fit), and hypothesis test. The results showed that job satisfaction variables, directly and indirectly, affect K3 Maturity Level performance. Therefore, a programme design is needed to maintain the K3 Maturity Level performance results and increase the value of the current K3 Maturity Level performance results. Policy-based programmes and communication-based programmes are the programme designs. These two programs aim to maintain and improve the value of the OHS Maturity Level performance.
