Abstract

UKM XYZ is one of the culinary businesses located in Bogor City, West Java, which has been established since 1963. Managed by 23 staff members with various roles, ranging from Supervisors to security guards, the welfare of employees is crucial in the business. One aspect of employee welfare can be observed through the compensation system implemented. Compensation provided may include basic salary, allowances, and other benefits. UKM XYZ adopts a daily wage payment system for its staff, with the amount varying based on the job type within the UKM. However, the current compensation system lacks consideration for other factors, making it less than ideal. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the compensation system for UKM XYZ. Drawing on Salary mapping theory, this study seeks to provide a better understanding of the compensation system for the UKM. The methods employed in this research include compensable factors, analysis of the given system (job grading), and a simple method with adhered and overlapping schemes, aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction within the compensation system.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Buying and selling activities through online media are widespread in Indonesia, resulting in the emergence of various negative impacts that can endanger consumer safety due to the circulation of illegal strong drug products, for this reason it is necessary to enforce the law and form legal accountability from business actors towards consumers due to the online distribution of strong drugs illegally via online media. This research aims to determine and explain law enforcement and forms of legal responsibility from business actors towards consumers as a result of the illegal distribution of strong drugs through online media. The type of research used in this writing is normative legal research. By using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, the legal materials used are primary and secondary, collecting legal materials using library research, namely collecting relevant legal materials to obtain valid and accurate data, from all legal materials obtained, compiled systematically and then processed and analyzed in a normative juridical manner, namely describing the problems related to this research. The results of this research conclude that law enforcement through BPOM is intended to protect the rights of consumers who are harmed by consuming illegal strong drugs distributed through online media, from actions carried out by business actors, legal responsibility that can be sought from business actors is through administrative sanctions in accordance with regulations. in force, however administrative sanctions do not provide a deterrent effect for business actors. For this reason, regulations regarding the distribution of strong drugs through online media must be upgraded to law, so that criminal sanctions can be provided as a deterrent to business actors. BPOM also needs to collaborate with the National Cyber ​​Agency and Kominfo to make it easier to reach and block accounts selling illegal drugs, and the public needs to be educated about illegal drugs in online media, so that people have knowledge of the consequences of consuming drugs that endanger health and safety.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dengan menggunakan variabel moderasi kebijakan dividen pada saham Indeks LQ45, pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai bisnis secara eksperimental. Populasi penelitian adalah saham perusahaan-perusahaan yang menjadi bagian dari Indeks LQ45 tahun 2018–2022. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan, dan 17 observasi seluruhnya memenuhi kriteria. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website BEI dan website resmi perusahaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Moderated Analysis Regression (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai suatu perusahaan tidak dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh likuiditas. Leverage mempunyai pengaruh signifikan namun negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh profitabilitas. Pengaruh leverage dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan tidak dapat dimoderasi oleh kebijakan dividen. Pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dapat dimoderasi dengan kebijakan dividen. Kesimpulan penelitian tersebut adalah manajemen berperan penting dalam mengendalikan leverage, meningkatkan profitabilitas, dan menetapkan kebijakan dividen yang dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of digital marketing on UMKM product sales and is analyzed by comparing UMKM that use digital marketing as a means of promotion and sales with UMKM that do not use this strategy. don't use it. Apart from that, this research also examines the implementation of digital marketing strategies in Ancolmekar Village. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Research findings reveal that digital marketing has a positive impact on sales and profits of UMKM. Various digital strategy methods that are successful in promoting products" or "Efficient online marketing that successfully achieves targets, such as the use of social media and developing logos or labels, also provide benefits for UMKM entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh informasi tentang peran orang tua dalam perkembangan regulasi emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK ABA Tegalsari Bantul. Berdasarkan observasi awal ditemukan beberapa permasalahan diantaranya dari 30 anak di kelas B terdapat 5 anak temperamen, t5 anak sering terlihat marah, 3 anak sering terlihat emosi verbal, 11 anak lebih banyak diam, dan 6 anak cenderung ingin menang sendiri. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara. Peneliti melibatkan 4 subjek dengan kriteria orang tua murid siswa kelompok B, anak sering marah berlebihan, belum bisa mengekspresikan emosi sesusai dengan keadaan atau situasi yang ada seperti menangis saat diganggu temannya, dan bersedia berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bentuk peran orangtua sebagai motivator, fasilitator, pembimbing, dan pendidik sudah dilakukan orang tua sebagai usaha membantu perkembangan regulasi emosi anak usia 5-6 tahun, namun ada faktor lain yang membuat perkembangan regulasi emosi anak masih kurang baik yaitu belum konsistennya pendampingan orangtua dan bentuk mengekspresikan emosi negatif orangtua dalam proses pengasuhan yang tidak sadar diamati dan ditiru oleh anak. Peran orang tua yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu mengajak anak berbicara, mengapresiasi perbuatan baik anak, dan memberi pengertian saat anak mengeluarkan emosi negatif.

Abstract

Online purchasing behavior is the process of buying products via the internet and the process has different steps unlike physical purchasing behavior. This research aims to analyze consumer online shopping behavior by identifying consumer online purchasing behavior in the form of consumer experience in online shopping which is formed from online shopping orientation, online shopping experience, and online shopping trust in marketplaces in Indonesia. This research uses a phenomenological design to explore and analyze data. The research findings show that almost all participants carry out online shopping activities related to three aspects that form online shopping behavior, namely online shopping orientation, online shopping experience, and online shopping trust. The participants experience in doing online shopping is because there is a comfort orientation, a pleasant experience, and they already understand that online stores can be trusted as a destination for online shopping activities.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain how much fintech payments and financial literacy influence the money management behaviors of Muhammadiyah University Purworejo students. Students at the Muhammadiyah University Purworejo Class of 2019–2021 served as the research population. Using non-probability sampling approaches and a quantitative methodology, 318 respondents made up the study's sample. Multiple linear regression analysis approaches are used for initial data processing in SPSS version 25 (Statistical Package for Social Science). The study's findings demonstrate that students' money management practices are significantly and favorably impacted by financial literacy to some extent. Fintech payments significantly and advantageously impact how students handle their finances. Financial literacy and fintech payments simultaneously have a significant, positive impact on students' money management practices. You can effectively manage your fintech payment usage and make wiser and more fruitful future financial decisions if you thoroughly understand money

Abstract

Currently, the modernization era has changed human life and work. One of the things that is presently being considered is the level of financial literacy. One of the financial literacy in a person's investment decision. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of financial literacy on the investment decisions of the millennial generation in BRIS stocks. This research is quantitative. The primary data used was taken from questionnaires given to respondents. Data testing is carried out by validity, reliability, and significance test testing (multiple linear). The results of the study showed that the level of financial literacy using the variable indicators of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and financial behavior had a combined effect of 64% on investment decisions. Meanwhile, the remaining 36.0% of individual investment decisions are influenced by other variables that are not explained in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability and company size on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research is quantitative research that uses secondary data with a sample size of 23 from 52 companies taken based on purposive sampling, namely a sample selection method by establishing certain criteria. The period used is five years, starting from 2018 to 2022. The method used in this research is path analysis and processed using WarpPLS version 8.0 software. The result of this study found that (1) profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value with a significant value of 0,01 which is smaller than 0,05 (0,01 < 0,05) (2) company size has a significant positive effect on firm value with a significant value of 0,01 which is smaller than 0,05 (0,01 < 0,05) (3) profitability has a significant negative effect on capital structure with a significant value of 0,01 which is smaller than 0,05 (0,01 < 0,05) (4) company size has a significant positive on capital structure with a significant value of 0,01 which is smaller than 0,05 (0,01 < 0,05) (5) capital structure has a significant negative on firm value with a significant value of 0,01 which is smaller than 0,05 (0,01 < 0,05) (6) capital structure is able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm size on firm value with a coefficient of 0.027 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.027 < 0.05) (7) capital structure is able to mediate the effect of company size on firm size on firm value with a coefficient of 0.027 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.041 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study is to investigate the interlanguage errors that the learners committed in their Indonesian descriptive paragraphs. It does not only shed light on the categories of interlanguage errors but also the sources of the interlanguage errors found in learners’ writing. The research method employed for this study is a descriptive qualitative method that applies the theories of error taxonomy from Dulay & Burt (1982) and Brown (2007). The participants of this study are international students learning Indonesian in Basic Indonesian class. The data are taken from their descriptive writing. The result reveals that the most common category of error the students committed is the spelling and diction used. The source of errors mostly found is interference from English since they are still learning English.
