Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial knowledge, and parental income on financial management behavior in Bung Hatta University students. The variables studied include financial literacy (X1), financial knowledge (X2), and parental income (X3) as independent variables, and financial management behavior (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were Bung Hatta University students, class of 2020- 2022. A sample of 251 respondents using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive effect on financial management behavior, financial knowledge has a positive effect on financial management behavior and parental income has no effect on financial management behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze ergonomic conditions and occupational safety in one of brownies SME, particularly in activities involving raw material lifting, gas cylinder handling, and product packaging. The methods employed include RULA and REBA to evaluate working postures, as well as direct observation of environmental factors. The findings indicate that most worker activities fall into the medium to high risk categories, which may lead to MSDs. The RULA and REBA assessment scores indicated high ergonomic risk levels, with scores of 7 and 10 for the sack-carrying posture, 4 and 5 for the water gallon lifting posture, and 5 and 9 for the squatting posture during packaging, respectively. Workplace environmental factors were also found to be suboptimal, with poor cleanliness and sanitation that could endanger workers. As corrective measures, this study proposes the design of a multi-purpose handling trolley for transporting sacks and gas cylinders, along with an ergonomic table and chair to support workers during the packaging process. These interventions are expected to reduce injury risks, improve comfort and hygiene, and enhance worker productivity. Thus, the application of ergonomics and occupational safety principles is proven essential in creating a safe, healthy, and efficient working environment in small-scale food industries.

Abstract

Desa Buluh Cina merupakan desa yang memiliki potensi objek wisata alam yang masih alami dan menarik. Potensi yang dapat dinikmati diantaranya adalah berbagai hutan alam yang masih alami, terdapat juga tujuh danau, yaitu Danau Tanjung Putus, Danau Baru, Danau Pinang Luar, Danau Pinang Dalam, Danau Tuok Tonga, Danau Tanjung Balam, dan Danau Rengas, terdapat juga objek memancing, Objek Perahu Wisata, dan Objek Naik Gajah. Namun potensi-potensi tersebut tidak dikelola secara maksimal, dikarenakan terkendala oleh adanya bencana alam dan kurangnya pengunjung yang berkunjung ke objek wisata tersebut. Oleh karena itu muncul inisiatif-inisiatif untuk mengoptimalkan kembali potensi desa BuluhCina menjadi desa yang kaya akan wisata dengan melakukan promosi melalui digital marketing. Dengan adanya promosi tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarkat melalui pemberdayaan sumber daya alam yang dikelola.

Abstract

According to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics, the agricultural sector is the business field that absorbs the most elderly workers. However, elderly farmers actually become vulnerable to musculoskeletal disorders when doing agricultural work. This is because agriculture requires a lot of lifting activities, carrying heavy loads, working in bent and squatting positions, there is a risk of slipping and there is a risk of falling from the slippery paddy fields. This study aims to identify agricultural risks for elderly farmers. Data collection was carried out using Focus Group Discussions, to identify complaints with the Nordic Body Map (NBM) and risk assessment with the Agricultural Whole-Body Assessment (AWBA). Complaint data obtained, namely respondents stated that they had Gotrak complaints (muscle and skeletal disorders) on the waist and legs. Results questionnaire NBM, namely the level of complaints of pain in the highest part of the body that is felt, namely the waist. While the results of the AWBA risk assessment show that most of the work postures of elderly farmers are at high risk (high) with a percentage of 53% and a risk level of work duration of 73% of agricultural activities has a risk of 4 (very high).

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan sebuah kebutuhan yang utama bagi tiap manusia. Salah satu ilmu pengetahuan yang penting dalam kemajuan proses berfikir serta mampu menyelesaikan masalah didalam  kehidupan sehari-hari adalah matematika. Masih banyak peserta didik dikalangan pesantren yang masih membeda-bedakan antara pelajaran agama dengan pelajaran umum khususnya matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa LKPD bermuatan nilai-nilai Islam berbasis masalah pembelajaran materi himpunan. Artikel ini adalah bagian dari penelitian besar pada pengembangan media pembelajaran dengan model ADDIE. Metode penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Langkah yang dilakukan hanya tahap 1 sampai 3 yaitu analisis, perancangan dan pengembangan. Hasil validasi dari dosen memperoleh hasil rata-rata 83,3% dengan kriteria sangat valid dan hasil validasi dari guru mendapatkan hasil rata-rata 82,5% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil rata-rata validasi dari kedua validator adalah 82,9% dengan kriteria sangat valid.

Abstract

Every business experiences ups and downs in sales, so this research aims to test strategies for increasing purchasing decisions through brand awareness as an intervening variable at Kedai Big Ali. This research uses the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The sample that has been determined is 96 using a non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling type. The results of data analysis show that digital marketing has no effect on brand awareness, promotion has no effect on brand awareness, innovation has an effect on brand awareness, innovation has an effect on purchasing decisions, digital marketing has no effect on purchasing decisions, brand awareness has an effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions, digital marketing has no effect on purchasing decisions through brand awareness as an intervening variable, promotion has no effect on purchasing decisions through brand awareness as an intervening variable, innovation has an effect on decisions purchases through brand awareness as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research  purposes  to determine the effectiveness of tax collection on  SAMSAT Drive Thru  services and to compare the revenue collection  before and after the application of SAMSAT Drive Thru service. This research was conducted in KB SAMSAT of Batu City , using secondary data fiscal year 2009 through  2013. This quantitative research the effectiveness ratio and descriptive analyse used to describe the data and the percentage. The value of revenue efectiveness ratio show that SAMSAT drive thru service increase in revenue, this factors can be seen on the number of taxpayers of  SAMSAT Drive Thru service, revenue, standard of services, and the satisfaction of the taxpayers. Based on the calculation of the ratio effectiveness  and statistic descriptive analysis can be conclude that     show  that  SAMSAT Drive Thru service at KB SAMSAT of Batu City has been very effective.Keywords: Effectiveness of Tax Collection, SAMSAT Drive Thru Service

Abstract

ABSTRACT Stroke patients require immediate medical treatment before 4.5 hours to reduce the risk of death and disability. Stroke patients may experience impaired brain function caused by damage or death of brain tissue. Delay in treating stroke in patients can cause brain damage that appears more severe. Prehospital intervention can be an important initial treatment for stroke patients either while the patient is still at home or during the transfer process to the hospital. This literature review aims to determine the concept and application of prehospital interventions that can be given to stroke patients. This research is a literature review using the Pubmed database and the Google Scholar search engine. The English keywords used “stroke AND prehospital intervention OR emergency medical services OR EMS”. Meanwhile, the Indonesian keywords used “stroke AND intervensi prehospital OR emergency medical services OR EMS”. The results obtained were 19 full-text articles discussing prehospital stroke interventions with the year of publication 2012-2022. In conclusion, the prehospital aspect of stroke in Indonesia still needs development in terms of human resources and infrastructure in order to provide optimal service for patients who have had a stroke. Keywords: Emergency Medical Services, Mobile Stroke Unit, Prehospital, Stroke  ABSTRAK Pasien serangan stroke memerlukan penanganan medis segera sebelum 4,5 jam untuk mengurangi risiko kematian dan kecacatan. Pasien serangan stroke dapat mengalami gangguan fungsi otak yang disebabkan oleh adanya kerusakan atau kematian jaringan otak. Terlambatnya penanganan stroke pada pasien dapat menyebabkan kerusakan otak yang muncul semakin berat. Intervensi prehospital dapat menjadi upaya awal yang penting dilakukan untuk pasien stroke baik saat pasien masih di rumah atau saat proses transfer ke rumah sakit. Tinjauan pustaka ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep dan penerapan intervensi prehospital yang dapat diberikan kepada pasien stroke. Penelitian ini berupa tinjauan pustaka menggunakan database Pubmed dan search engine google scholar. Kata kunci bahasa Inggris yang digunakan adalah “stroke AND prehospital intervention OR emergency medical services OR EMS”. Sedangkan, kata kunci Bahasa Indonesia yang digunakan adalah “stroke AND intervensi prehospital OR emergency medical services OR EMS”. Hasil didapatkan terdapat 19 artikel full-text yang membahas mengenai intervensi prehospital stroke dengan tahun publikasi 2012-2022. Kesimpulannya, aspek prehospital stroke di Indonesia masih perlu pengembangan dari segi sumber daya manusia maupun infrastrukturnya agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal bagi pasien yang mengalami serangan stroke. Kata Kunci: Emergency Medical Services, Mobile Stroke Unit, Prehospital, Stroke

Abstract

Kepercayaan diri anak merupakan unsur yang krusial dalam pendidikan dasar, terutama pada usia dini. Berbagai metode pembelajaran harus mampu mendorong peningkatan rasa percaya diri agar dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Pembelajaran tari yang selama ini dikenal lebih banyak melatih aspek fisik motorik pada anak ternyata juga terbukti memiliki manfaat dalam membentuk karakter anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kepercayaan diri anak berkembang melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tari. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Sumber data utama terdiri dari guru ekstrakurikuler tari dan proses pembelajaran tari yang dilakukan oleh anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tari kreatif memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak TK Nurul Ulum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial stability, external pressure, financial targets, nature of industry, and rationalization on fraudulent financial statements. The population in this study were primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and this sample consisted of 47 companies that fit the research criteria. The data used is the company's annual report obtained from the official website of the indonesia stock exchange, company websites and other sources. The data analysis method used is logistic regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the determination test show that the independent variables have a dependent effect of 36%. The results of hypothesis testing show that financial stability has an effect on fraudulent financial reporting and external pressure, financial targets, and rationalization have a positive effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the nature of industry has no significant effect on fraudulent financial statements.Key words: Financial Stability, External Pressure, Financial Targets, Nature Of Industry,  Rationalization, Fraudulent Financial Statements
