Kondisi lapangan di pondok pesantren Darun Najah yang mana kawasan pondok telah dipenuhi oleh gedung-gedung pondok dan tidak ada lahan kosong untuk dimanfaatkan, maka dari itu teknik penanaman vertikultur merupakan pembelajaran yang paling cocok untuk diterapakan dipondok pesantren Darun Najah, karena tidak hanya edukasi pertanian yang akan didapat oleh para santri akan tetapi santri akan semakin terampil, kreatif dan tahu bagaimana cara memanfaatkan lahan sempit untuk pertanian. Pelaksanaan adanya Program Edukasi Dan Pendampingan Santri Pondok Pesantren Darun Najah Dalam Pemanfaatan Lahan Sempit Dengan Cara Teknik Penanaman Vertikultur menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Secara umum, peserta pelatihan sangat antusias dalam kegiatan ini. Selama proses pelatihan berjalan, peserta aktif bertanya dan juga saling berbagi informasi.

This study aims to design MRELISH (Mukhlisoh Reading English) based on ICT, to improve the tenth-grade Vocational High School students’ interest in English learning, especially reading skill. This study used Research & Development (RND) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. In the Analyze phase, the researchers used two instruments, those are interviews and questionnaires. The results from interview data stated that MRELISH English teachers approved MRELISH media to be designed and developed. while the results of the students’ questionnaire stated that 69% of the total number of students agreed that MRELISH media was developed and applied in their English learning. In the Development and Implementation phases, the researchers used some instruments to collect data: interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The result of questionnaires from the material validation was 82% in the “very good” category and the result of the media validation was 92% in the “very good” category. After being implemented to students, the final result of the implementation was 84% which was categorized as “very good”. Based on those results, it can be concluded that MRELISH (Mukhlisoh Reading English) application was suitable to use in English learning to improve student’s reading skills in Vocational High School.

Radikalisme dan ekstremisme bermula dari cara keagamaan yang eksklusif dan fanatisme dalam mazhab. Pesantren/pondok pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan tertua di Indonesia pun tak luput dari berbagai stigmatisasi karena dianggap sebagai tempat persemaian pemahaman agama yang tidak moderat. Pondok Pesantren Al-Iman yang berlokasi di Ponorogo, Jawa Timur, aktif melakukan internalisasi nilai moderasi beragama sebagai salah satu upaya menghilangkan stigma tersebut. Salah satunya dilaksanakan dengan program Fathul Kutub yang wajib diikuti oleh seluruh siswa kelas 6 KMI (setingkat aliyah kelas 3). Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dan penggalian data melalui wawancara, diperoleh dua kesimpulan. Pertama, pada program Fathul Kutub, mahasiswa dibiasakan mempelajari kasus-kasus kontemporer yang dikontekstualisasikan dengan menggunakan berbagai referensi buku, baik klasik maupun kontemporer. Agar santri terbiasa menyikapi perbedaan pendapat yang disebabkan oleh perbedaan referensi dan menekankan bahwa tidak ada kebenaran tunggal dalam madzhab. Kedua, tahapan analisis kajian pada program Fathul Kutub terdiri atas; seminar tentang metodologi interpretasi; analisa masalah; presentasi hasil analisis. Program tersebut merupakan bukti nyata kontribusi pesantren al-Iman dalam menghalau paham radikal dengan pendekatan Islam moderat. Dampak dari program tersebut, hingga saat ini belum ada satu pun alumni Pondok Pesantren al-Iman Ponorogo yang terafiliasi dengan organisasi transnasional radikal. Radicalism and extremism originated from an exclusive religious way and fanaticism in madhab. Pesantren/boarding school as the oldest educational institution in Indonesia has not escaped from various stigmatizations because it is considered a nursery for immoderate religious understanding. Al-Iman Islamic Boarding School located in Ponorogo, East Java, actively internalizes the value of religious moderation as one of the efforts to eliminate the stigma. One of them is carried out with Fathul Kutub program which must be followed by all students of 6th grade KMI (at the same level as 3rd grade aliyah). By using this type of field research and data mining through interviews, two conclusions were obtained. First, in Fathul Kutub program, students are accustomed to study contemporary cases that are contextualized using various book references, both classical and contemporary. So that students are accustomed to dealing with differences of opinion caused by differences in references and emphasizing that there is no single truth in madhhab. Second, the stages of study analysis in the Fathul Kutub program consist of; seminar on interpretation methodology; problem analysis; presentation of analysis results. The program is clear evidence of the contribution of al-Iman Islamic boarding school in dispelling radical understanding with a moderate Islamic approach. The impact of the program, until now there is not a single alumni of the al-Iman Ponorogo Islamic Boarding School affiliated with radical transnational organizations.

Indonesia has formulated the regulation of polygamy. Those regulations did not provide a contextual justice, especially towards women, at least if it viewed from some perspective. This research tries to measure the justice on those regulations on Asghar Ali engineer’s perspective of justice. This article is library research which use a normative and qualitative approach along with triangulation as collecting data method. Based on this article discussion, we find a conclusion that Indonesia provides the women/wife a chance to participate in the session process. Indonesia arranged that the wife’s agreement is one of requirement for husband to demand polygamy before the court. Therefore, in the view of Asghar, marriage law of Indonesia respect towards women if it regulation obeyed by the judge. In his view, justice for weak-side is the basis and fundamental teachings of Islam. The justice referred to him, is substantive justice, not just justice in the text.

ABSTRACT This research is generally attempted to find the effectiveness of using INTENS BOOK (Interactive English Book) media in learning English for the class X-AKL-3 students at SMK PGRI 1 Jombang academic year 2022/2023. To know whether this media is effective or not, the researcher used pre-experimental research applied in X-AKL-3 class. The research had been done in six meetings that were designed: first meeting was for pre- test, 4 meetings were for treatments, and the last meeting was for post-test. As the quantitative method, the researcher analyzed the data by using the paired sample t-test. The result showed that there was siginificant difference on the student’s mean score of pre-test’s score was 66,12. Then in post-test, the mean score was 84,12. In other words, INTENS BOOK media is effective in learning English for advance learner, especially for first grade of senior high school students. Key words: Intens Book Media, Learning English ABSTRAK Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektivan penggunaan media INTENS BOOK (Interactive English Book) dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris siswa kelas X-AKL-3 di SMK PGRI 1 Jombang tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Untuk mengetahui efektif atau tidaknya media ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian pra- eksperimental yang diterapkan di kelas X-AKL-3. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam enam pertemuan yang dirancang pertemuan pertama untuk pre-test, empat pertemuan untuk treatment, dan pertemuan terakhir untuk post-test. Sebagai metode kuantitatif, peneliti menganalisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t sampel berpasangan . hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai rata-rata siswa terhadap nilai pre-test sebesar 66,12. Kemudian pada post-test diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 84,12 . Dengan kata lain, media INTENS BOOK efektif dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris bagi siswa tingkat lanjut, khususnya untuk siswa kelas satu sekolah menengah atas. In this digital world, the death of a person may create issues concerning the deceased’s digital accounts. While the rights of the account holder remain with the account holder while alive, most providers do not allow transfers if the account becomes inactive or the holder dies. In the Indonesian context, 207 million users are exposed to the risk of losing their rights to digital accounts. This research explores the entitlements linked to virtual account ownership and legal protections for the inheritable rights of inactive account holders through qiyās method. Employing a conceptual, legal, and philosophical approach, the study reveals various entitlements connected to the account owner. The owners of an inactive account possess the right, and therefore, it can be inherited. Legal safeguards for inactive digital account owners are present through argument and qiyās (analogy) to ensure their rights as heirs and enable inactive digital account assets to be inherited as non-digital assets. At this point, it is essential to explore the inheritance rights of digital assets further by studying positive law and Islamic law to guarantee personal rights in the digital space.

This study focuses on developing a learning medium using PowerPoint called SIAGA (Speaking Skills Games) to enhance the speaking skills in English of grade-eight deaf students at SMPLB Muhammadiyah Jombang. Considering that speaking is an important skill in communication, the research addresses the unique challenges faced by deaf students, such as delayed language development and reliance on visual learning. Utilizing R&D Method with ADDIE design, some concepts of gamification were combined with visual aids, animations, and sign language in this learning module to better respond to the needs of Deaf students. The application SIAGA was developed through consultation with experts, and then it went through validation procedures by media, language, and disability specialists. From these, the feedback about the relevance was 95% and that on media design was 79%, suggesting the need to improve the visuals, font readability, and clarity in instructions. In sum, post-implementation evaluations through student questionnaires averaged 89% regarding the effectiveness, ease of use, and motivational effect of the application. Application research in inclusive classrooms involving both deaf and hearing students would be valuable for further study of this medium.

Innovations in teaching media are essential for improving the quality of learning, especially in basic mathematical concepts such as multiplication. This article discusses community service activities in the form of training in creating interactive teaching media for simple multiplication learning. The training is aimed at primary school teachers in Rayung Village, Kepohrejo Village, Kudu District, Jombang Regency with the aim of improving their skills in creating technology-based learning media. The method used in this training is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The results of the activity showed that the participants were able to create and use technology-based interactive teaching media well, and were able to increase students' interest and understanding of multiplication materials. In conclusion, the training is effective in providing teachers with new skills and potentially improving the quality of learning in primary schools.

The Microcontroller-based Smart Light Socialization Program for Village Apparatus aims to introduce smart technology that can improve the efficiency of electrical energy use in rural areas. This Smart Light system uses a microcontroller integrated with light sensors and motion sensors to automatically turn lights on and off, according to environmental conditions. The approaches or methods used in community service activities include Participatory Action Research (PAR). In this case, students conduct direct research in Kepuhrejo Village to implement the knowledge they have gained in the village community. This PAR is transformative and empowers the community. In addition, this community service activity also uses the Service Learning (SL) method, where in its implementation it directly involves the participation of participants, namely the target audience in this activity so that the Microcontroller-based Smart Light Introduction work program is created. This program has succeeded in increasing village apparatus awareness of Smart Light technology and its benefits in energy efficiency and environmental safety.
