Abstract

The index of tolerance for harmony among religious communities in Indonesia is fluctuates, tends to strengthen but is still affected by intolerance cases which should not have happened at the first place. This study aims to identify the local wisdom value in maintaining diversity, and the role of socio-religious institutions to strengthen diversity. Qualitative research methods involve 30 informants selected by using purposive sampling and data collected within-depth interviews, in January-February 2023. data were analyzed thematically and carried out through three stages; data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the research show that there is an implementation of the contact theory by utilizing local wisdom in the ethnic groups that inhabit this research locus are Sipakatau, Sigunakannge, and Sipakalebbi, Teposliro, Meyama-Braya, Asah, Asih, Asuh, and Banjar traditions. The implementation of these values is strengthened by socio-religious institutions consisting of religious and traditional leaders, youth, educational institutions, politicians, the economy, which also strengthen community contact activities, which functionally play a role in accordance with their respective fields. The contribution of this research is practically to strengthen tolerance in a diverse society, which is often affected by intolerance cases. The  declaration of Kampung Pancasila at the research locus is a concrete manifestation of the will of the entire community to live together in a peaceful atmosphere.

Abstract

Knowledge, skills, and confidence in financial management for women are essential given the complexity of their more frequent role in managing financial resources in a family. The implementation of community service aims to increase the financial resilience of pre-prosperous women's families through increased financial literacy in Palopo City. The approach to implementing community service uses the Sustainable Livelihood Approach (SLA), which is oriented toward the sustainability of the family economy so that the family is stronger. The results of the pre-test implementation confirmed that the participants' level of financial proficiency was shallow. With financial literacy counseling and simulated treatment of financial management on family financial decisions related to skills taking into account the 5M (controlling, spending, building, setting aside, and developing), there was a significant increase in proficiency in financial management in the post-test evaluation carried out by the team. In these results, there is an increase in knowledge, skills, and commitment to improving financial literacy and good behavior so that family financial resilience increases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tekanan mental sebelum bertanding pada atlet sepak takraw dalam hal ini peran religiusitas. pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobabilitas untuk mengumpulkan data. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di pusat latihan sepaktakraw yaitu lapangan sepaktakraw club PSTI KOTA PALOPO Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemain sepaktakraw PSTI KOTA PALOPO Club yaitu sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan metode korelasi product moment pearson uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov dan  linearitas data uji dengan Anova. Perangkat lunak  yang digunakan sebagai alat analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS 24. Berdasarkan hasil pengelohan data yang dilakukan memperoleh hasil bahwa tekanan mental mempunyai hubungan signifikan terhadap peran religiusitas pada atlet sepak takraw sebelum bertanding. Hal tersebut di buktikan pada hasil pengelohan data yang diperoleh nilai signifikansi (sig.) 0.451artinya 0.05

Abstract

Literasi menjadi keterampilan yang sangat penting di tengah kemajuan teknologi informasi, karena berkaitan dengan kemauan dan kemampuan seseorang dalam menerima dan memanfaatkan informasi. Literasi Perilaku Hidup Bersih Perspektif Islam pada Mahasiswa sangat penting dilakukan agar memahami dan mengimplementasikan hidup bersih bukan semata motivasi kesehatan, tetapi juga dorongan agama. Kegiatan dilakukan selama 1 hari pada tanggal 29 januari 2024. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan PALS (Participatory Action Learning System) dengan strategi keaktifan peserta dalam setiap aktifitas pendampingan. Hasil menunjukkan, tingkat partisipasi aktif peserta sebesar 95%. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap perilaku hidup bersih adalah: (i) mahasiswa memahami dan mampu mempraktikkan mandi wajib secara benar sebanyak 20 orang (100%); (ii) memotong kuku dengan teratur sebanyak 18 orang (90%), dan masih ada mahasiswa yang masih mempertahankan kukunya dengan alasan penampilan atau kegunaannya dalam kehidupan mereka; (iii) sebanyak 17 orang (85%) menerapkan dan merapikan rambut dan bulu secara teratur; dan (iv) sebanyak 19 orang (95%) memahami dan siap membersihkan mulut dan gigi secara teratur sebagai salah satu perilaku hidup bersih dalam Islam.

Abstract

The Locus of this research is The people of South Sulawesi who are upholding their highest value which are Siri’ focus on shame and self-esteem as human. This cultural value becomes the strength  binding the caracther of the nation, based on the  cultural and religious values which often lost to western culture. The Western culture has positive values such as hard working, tolerance, discipline, and as well as negative values which based from permisifm. The subjects of this study were 60 PAUD education teachers using quantitative survey methods with questionnaires as instruments. The research findings show (1) the relationship of religious values with the nationalism attitude of PAUD teachers by 0.948; (2) the relationship between religious values and the integrity of PAUD teachers is 0.747; (3) the relationship between religious values and the PAUD teacher's cooperation attitude of 0.761; (4) the relationship between the understanding of local wisdom with the nationalism attitude of PAUD teachers by 0.422; (5) the relationship between understanding local wisdom and PAUD teacher integrity is 0.378; and (6) there is a significant and positive relationship between the understanding of local wisdom with the PAUD teacher's cooperation attitude of 0.412. In Indonesian society, The religious values which related with integrity and cooperative such as ta’awun, syura’ and hubbul wathan. On the other hand, the religious values such as adele’, rebba’ sipatokkong, and Mali siparappe’. These values become the binder in various life aspects, including education

Abstract

Child education is family, nation and country's future investment. Sometimes the women's role is too dominant in child education, Since women are known as the first madrasah (School) for children. This research aims to explore how the distribution of responsibility in child education on women working as educator. This research is a descriptive qualitative reserach with case study approach. The researvh subject is 5 women who works as educator, the data was collected with few techniques, which is observation, indepth interview, and documentation, and the main instrument on this research is the researchers. The data analysis consists of data reduction, data study and verification or conclusion withdraw. The results show that the distribution of child education duty is done by functional equality and ta'awun principal. A father is the chief of a family. Husband and wife shares the same responsibility, but has to be dobe situationally, where the wife and husband can take decision by communicating each other. The contribution of this research is to build the equality of man and woman in educating children. The status quo is women tend to have more responsibility thus men suppose to be the support in lightening the responsible.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak-anak yang lebih muda. Penelitian tindakan kelas adalah jenis penelitian yang berbeda yang terdiri dari lima belas subjek dan dilakukan dalam dua siklus: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Studi ini mengumpulkan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes; analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sebelas anak (sekitar 73%) yang kemampuan motorik halusnya masih belum berkembang, sementara empat anak (sekitar 27%) mulai menunjukkan perkembangan, dan tidak ada yang tumbuh sesuai dengan prediksi. Selain itu, pada siklus I, terlihat bahwa empat anak (sekitar 27%) masih berada dalam kategori belum berkembang, sembilan anak (sekitar 60%) mulai berkembang, dan dua anak (sekitar 13%) telah berkembang sesuai harapan. Pada siklus kedua, sekitar lima anak (33%) dan sepuluh anak (67%) telah berkembang sesuai harapan.

Abstract

Pada penulisan artikel ini yang berjudul “ Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Variabel Religiusitas PT.Mandala Multifinance Palopo”. Penelitian ini bertujuan pada analisis pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja melalui variabel religiusitas pada PT.Mandala Multifinance Palopo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT.Mandala Multifinance Palopo dengan responden 40 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket atau kuesioner sedangkan analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS4. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: 1). Motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan pada kinerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur -0,152 pada output smartPLS. 2). Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,541. 3). Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap religiusitas dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,391. 4) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada religiusitas dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,556. 5) religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja. 6). Religiusitas memediasi hubungan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapakan bahwa religiusitas berkontribusi dalam memeperkuat pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Nilai-nilai religiusitas dapat mendorong individu untuk lebih bertanggung jawab, disiplin, dan memiliki orientasi moral serta spiritual dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya mempertahankan nilai-nilai religiusitas dilingkungan kerja dan membentuk suasana kerja yang harmonis dan memberikan makna yang mendalam terhadap pekerjaan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of modifying passing training using cones in improving the skills of managing SBB Sinar Muda Mappadeceng bolas. The research method used is experimental. The population in this study was 55 people with a sample size of 20 people. Data collected from pretest and posttest, data management using IBM SPSS Statistic 22 software. The results showed that the normality test with Shapiro-Wilk can be known that this data is normally distributed because the posttest value (933) > from 0.05, so the data is normally distributed. Furthermore, the results of the homogeneity test can be seen that sig. is .168, because the value of .168 > 0.05 it can be concluded that the data variance is homogeneous. Finally, the hypothesis test shows the Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) t value (0.000 < 0.05). students in the good enough category only numbered 4 students (20%), 6 students (30%) were sufficient, and 10 students (50%) were not good enough. Whereas in the posttest students in the very good category amounted to 3 students (15%), 10 students (50%) were good, and 7 students (35%) were quite good. So it can be said that the modification of passing training using cones has an effect in improving the skills of managing the ball SSB Sinar Muda Mappadeceng.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the experiences of non-Muslim students at Muhammadiyah University of Palopo within the context of inclusive Islamic education and to develop a relevant and contextual conceptual model. A qualitative approach with a hermeneutic phenomenological design was employed to investigate students' subjective experiences through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The main findings include the adaptation process of non-Muslim students, which begins with a "culture shock" and transforms into acceptance and integration; Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan courses serve as arenas for negotiating meaning and identity, with diverse perceptions; patterns of identity negotiation are categorized as assertive, adaptive, and compartmentalized identities; transformative experiences emerge in cognitive, affective, and behavioural dimensions; and institutional support varies among universities, with institutions in urban-pluralistic areas demonstrating more systematic inclusive policies. Based on these findings, an inclusive Islamic education model was developed that integrates Islamic values with principled inclusivity, encompassing structural, pedagogical, relational, and spiritual dimensions. This research makes an original contribution by expanding the concept of inclusivity in Islamic education and offering an operational framework for the transformation of moderate and inclusive Islamic education in Indonesia. The study's limitations regarding location and resource context form the basis for recommendations for further testing.
