Abstract

This research analyzes the positive impact of applying robotics in the manufacturing industry in the 4.0 era. The research results show that automation through robotics can significantly increase productivity, efficiency and product quality. In addition, robotics also contributes to reducing production costs and increasing the competitiveness of companies in the global market. This research aims to examine in depth the influence of the application of robotics technology on increasing the profitability of manufacturing companies in the industrial era 4.0. Through literature analysis and case studies, this research identifies several key factors that contribute to increasing profits, such as increasing production efficiency, reducing human errors, increasing production flexibility, and optimizing resource use. The results of this research provide important implications for manufacturing companies in making investment decisions in robotics technology to achieve competitive advantage. Era 4.0 is marked by rapid technological disruption, including the development of robotics. This research explores the crucial role of robotics in the transformation of the manufacturing industry. By leveraging data from companies that have adopted robotics, this research shows that investments in robotics not only improve productivity and product quality, but also enable companies to adapt quickly to changing market demands and dynamic industry trends.

Abstract

The market interest and demand for the coffee shop industry in South Tangerang continues to grow. Comprehensive business planning for the Warung Kopi 182 business is an effective way to plan development strategies as the growth of interest, variety and uniqueness of the coffee shop industry.. The main objective of this business plan study is to analyze the prospects of Warung Kopi 182 using qualitative observational research and literature studies. The technique for testing the validity of the data uses the observation method of business analysis, interview and documentation. The results of the analysis from this research form the basis for planning strategies for all aspects of the business that will be used to survive and face competition. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, Warung Kopi 182 has high potential to develop in the South Tangerang market. By prioritizing key aspects namely target markets, new product development, marketing and development strategies that include new product innovation and market expansion. This business planning study is a practical guide and support for optimizing business aspects and achieving sustainable business growth in South Tangerang.   Abstrak Minat dan permintaan pasar industri kedai kopi di Tangerang Selatan terus berkembang. Perencanaan bisnis yang komprehensif terhadap bisnis Warung Kopi 182 adalah jalan yang efektif untuk merencanakan strategi pengembangan seiring bertumbuhnya minat, variasi dan keunikan industri kedai kopi. Tujuan utama dari studi perencanaan bisnis ini adalah untuk menganalisa prospek Warung Kopi 182 dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan studi pustaka. Teknik untuk menguji validitas data dengan menggunakan metode observasi analisa bisnis, hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini membentuk dasar perencanaan strategi dari seluruh aspek bisnis yang akan digunakan untuk bertahan dan menghadapi persaingan. Berdasarkan analisis data yang didapat, Warung Kopi 182 memiliki potensi tinggi untuk berkembang di pasar Tangerang Selatan. Mengutamakan aspek kunci yaitu target pasar, pengembangan produk, strategi pemasaran serta strategi pengembangan yang mencakup inovasi produk baru dan perluasan pasar. Studi perencanaan bisnis ini menjadi panduan serta penopang praktis untuk mengoptimalkan aspek bisnis serta mencapai pertumbuhan bisnis berkelanjutan di Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

Security and safety management strategies in organizing the Hajj and Umrah. The introduction explains the importance of a comprehensive strategy to minimize risks and ensure that religious services run smoothly. The theoretical study highlights the concept of the Welfare State and Law Number 13 of 2008 as the legal basis. The results and discussion show the need for risk management, congregation protection, and collaboration with related parties. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of integrated strategies in organizing the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika antara globalisasi budaya dan media digital dalam konteks pelestarian budaya lokal di Indonesia. Fenomena globalisasi yang dipercepat oleh perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa masuk berbagai unsur budaya global ke ruang-ruang domestik masyarakat. Kondisi ini menciptakan dilema identitas yang kompleks, di mana masyarakat dituntut untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan arus modernisasi, namun pada saat yang sama menghadapi risiko tergerusnya nilai-nilai kultural lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka untuk mengkaji literatur, artikel ilmiah, dan konten digital yang berkaitan dengan proses interaksi budaya dalam era digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media digital, meskipun menjadi saluran utama penyebaran budaya global, juga menyimpan potensi besar sebagai instrumen pelestarian budaya lokal. Platform digital dapat dimanfaatkan untuk dokumentasi, revitalisasi, dan distribusi narasi budaya tradisional dengan pendekatan kreatif. Dalam situasi yang tepat, media digital bahkan mampu memperkuat identitas lokal dan membuka jalur diplomasi budaya lintas negara. Oleh karena itu, strategi pelestarian budaya perlu diarahkan pada integrasi teknologi digital yang partisipatif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis komunitas agar budaya lokal tetap hidup dan berkembang di tengah arus global yang semakin deras.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyelidiki penggunaan infus yang ada di Rumah Sakit atau Fasilitas Kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa infus yang telah dimodifikasi dengan sensor sehingga mampu mendeteksi penggunaan pada alat infus, mempermudah Tim Kesehatan atau Perawat memonitoring penggunaan infus, dan mendeteksi kesalahan yang terjadi pada Pasien dalam penggunaan infus yang dapat dimotinoring menggunakan internet. Sensor yang digunakan pada modifikasi infus yaitu Sensor Loadcell dan Sensor LM393. Penggunaan Sensor Loadcell mampu mendeteksi berat infus yang digunakan, lalu terdapat 2 tipe Sensor LM393 yang dipakai dengan fungsi yang berbeda antara lain Sensor LM393 (tipe 1) digunakan untuk mendeteksi jumlah tetesan pada infus dan LM393 (tipe 2) digunakan untuk mendeteksi adanya kenaikan darah pada infus. Adapun perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya terdapat pada penggunaan sensornya, yang mana masing-masing penelitian hanya dengan menggunakan 1 (satu) sensor saja. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah pengambilan sampel selama percobaan alat atau penggunaan infus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa alat infus yang dimodifikasi dengan menggunakan sensor dapat memudahkan Tim Kesehatan atau Perawat dalam memonitoring alat infus. Kata Kunci: Alat Infus, Tetesan Infus, Monitoring Alat Infus, Sensor Loadcell, Sensor LM393. ABSTRACT This study is conducted to investigate the use of existing infusions in hospitals or health facilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze modified infusions with sensors that are able to detect the use on the infusions tool, it helps team of Medical Health or Nurses to monitor the use of infusions, and detect errors occurring in patients in the use of infusions that can be monitoring using the internet. Sensors used in infusion modifications are Loadcell Sensor and LM393 sensor. The use of the Loadcell Sensor is able to detect the weight of the infusion used. Hence, there are two types of LM393 sensors used with different functions, including the LM393 sensors (Type 1) is used to detect the number of drops on the infusion and LM393 (Type 2) is used to detect the presence of an increase in blood on the infusion. The difference between this study and previous research is in this study the writer using three sensors, otherwise, each study uses only one sensor. The method used in this research is gathering the sample during trial tools or the use of infusions. The results of this study show that modified infusions using sensors can make it easier for team of Medical Healths or Nurses to monitor infusions. Abstract

Influencers can strengthen the effectiveness of advertising by consumers when they are considered to have good credibility, so they buy the product. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between Tasya Farasya's credibility and the effectiveness of Maybelline product reviews as marketing communication strategy.  Previous study of Credibility Theory by Hovland Weiss found that audiences tend to give a higher level of approval when the source has a high reputation. There are two variables that will be measured, namely source credibility and review effectiveness. Source credibility is measured using the dimensions of attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise. Also, advertising effectiveness is measured using the dimensions of personal engagement and interactive engagement. The research used a survey-based explanatory quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers of Maybelline products. The data obtained was processed using SPSS version 27 software, and analyzed by correlation. Research findings show that there is a significant and strong relationship between Tasya Farasya's credibility and the effectiveness of Maybelline product advertising. Therefore, it can be concluded that Tasya Farasya's credibility is able to strengthen the effectiveness of Maybelline product advertising.

Abstract

Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) hal yang wajib di terapkan, sebagai tolak ukur bahwa perusahaan itu layak untuk melaksanakan produksi secara aman. Untuk mengetahui risiko kecelakaan kerja, kami melakukan analisis risiko menggunakan metode HAZOP. Tujuanya untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengendalikan bahaya dalam suatu pekerjaan sehingga bahaya pada setiap jenis pekerjaan dapat dicegah dengan tepat dan efektif serta perusahaan dapat melakukan tindak lanjut perbaikan. Hasil analisis risiko di dapatkan bahwa risiko yang kategorinya substansial ada 4 yaitu kulit melepuh, kebakaran, gangguan pernafasan dengan tingkat risiko 90 dan gangguan pendengaran dengan tingkat risiko 150 dimana risiko ini memerlukan tingkat keselamatan tertinggi. Sedangkan yang termasuk dalam kategori priority 3 ada 2 yaitu meledak dan terseret dengan tingkat kategori 50 dimana risiko ini diperlukan pengawasan dan diperhatikan secara berkesinambungan. Sementara yang termasuk dalam kategori acceptable hanya ada 1 yaitu terjatuh dengan tingkat risiko 12,5 dimana intensitas yang menimbulkan risiko ini dikurangi seminimal mungkin. Pengendalian risiko dibuat berdasarkan jenis risiko yang ada yaitu memasang warning sign disetiap area kerja, menggunakan APD lengkap yang sesuai dengan standar industri seperti masker, helm, sepatu keselamatan, earplug, pakaian anti api, sabuk keselamatan, sarung tangan, serta pada operasional boiler yaitu mengganti control valve dan alat ukur level drum (gelas penduga) otomatis.

Abstract

This study explores the institutional role of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) Al Washliyah in promoting religious information literacy among urban Muslim youth in Medan, Indonesia. Contrary to the common perception of madrasahs as merely spaces for rote Qur'anic learning, MDTA Al Washliyah actively integrates media analysis and critical religious interpretation into its pedagogy. Using a qualitative method combining in-depth interviews and classroom observations, and employing snowball sampling to identify key informants, the research found that teachers encourage students to question, verify, and contextualize online Islamic content. These practices align with UNESCO’s Media and Information Literacy (MIL) framework and reflect the Islamic tradition of tafaqquh fi al-din—a deep, contextualized understanding of religion. Despite these innovations, the study also identifies critical challenges. Teachers face limited digital training, poor infrastructure, and minimal institutional support. Moreover, a cultural and generational gap exists between digitally-native students and digitally-limited educators. Parental involvement remains low, as many guardians view MDTA narrowly as a place for Qur’anic recitation, limiting support for media literacy initiatives. Nevertheless, the findings suggest that MDTA Al Washliyah, as a community-rooted institution, holds significant potential as a literacy agent. Through its culturally embedded and dialogic pedagogy, it fosters ethical digital citizenship and resilience against misinformation. In conclusion, MDTA Al Washliyah exemplifies how grassroots religious schools can adapt to digital realities, provided they receive adequate training, technological support, and broader cultural alignment. This study contributes to the discourse on integrating media literacy within Islamic education in the context of Indonesia’s urban society.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) Program in Medan Timur District, focusing on compliance with the Halal Product Assurance (JPH) as mandated by Law Number 33 of 2014. Employing a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document analysis, the research reveals a gap between regulatory provisions and on-the-ground practices. While the MBG program aims to improve human resource quality, reduce malnutrition and stunting, and stimulate regional economic growth, its implementation still faces challenges, including the absence of halal labels and expiration dates on some products, incomplete halal certification of food suppliers, limited infrastructure, shortage of halal auditors, weak inter-agency coordination, and budget constraints. These conditions indicate that the protection of Muslim consumers’ rights to halal and thayyib food has not been fully ensured. The study recommends strengthening technical regulations, accelerating halal certification, enhancing monitoring systems, and fostering multi-stakeholder collaboration to ensure the program’s success in line with legal mandates and Islamic principles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of fashion involvement, shopping lifestyle, positive emotion, and sales promotion on impulsive buying behavior at Sumber Rizki Women’s Accessories Store in Bogor. The research applied a quantitative approach with a causal design. Data were collected from 167 respondents using a purposive sampling technique and analyzed with multiple linear regression through SPSS version 30. The results show that fashion involvement and sales promotion have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, while shopping lifestyle and positive emotion do not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, the four independent variables significantly influence impulsive buying, with fashion involvement identified as the most dominant factor. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) indicates that the four variables explain 36% of the variation in impulsive buying, while the remaining 64% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings highlight the importance of consumer engagement in fashion and attractive sales promotions in stimulating impulsive buying behavior, which can be a strategic reference for businesses in the fashion accessories sector.
