Abstract

One effort to change behavior in health is by increasingknowledge. Increased knowledge of clean handwashing is throughcounseling. This study aims to identification issues concerning theeffectiveness of peer group counseling and counseling by health workersto the level of knowledge of clean handwashing of grader V students inSDN 1 and SDN 2 BONOSARI village district bonosari sempor Kebumen2011. This research was pre-experimental design. The research designwas used in pretest-posttest design. The population in this study is thefive-grade student at SD N 1 and SD N 2 BONOSARI in the villageBONOSARI were 30 students. And samples taken with the technique ofNon-Probability Sampling. Sampling of saturated (total sampling). Toexamine the effectiveness of counseling conducted paired t-test test usingSPSS.Statistical analysis with paired t-test test test statistics obtainedby the peer group (peer-group) with a t value <t table (0,645 <1.033) andp value 0.524 > 0.05 means there is no difference between the level ofknowledge before and after obtaining counseling about the cleanhandwashing by age group (peer-group) in SDN 1 and SDN 2 Bonosari .And from the results of statistical tests by health officials found that thevalue of the t <t table (-2,646 < 1,033) and p value 0,019 <0,05 meansthere is difference between the level of knowledge before and afterobtaining counseling about the health of clean handwashing by healthworkers in the SD N 1 dan SD N 2 Bonosari.Keywords: Counseling, peer group, health workers, the level ofknowledge.

Abstract

Korupsi sebagai penyakit yang mewabah di sektor pemerintahan menunjukkan adanya kemiskinan karakter dan tidak berpesan moral aparatur di negara ini seperti kasus korupsi menteri komunikasi dan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tempo.co dan Mediaindonesia.com dalam membingkai berita pada Pemberitaan Kasus Korupsi Menteri Komunikasi Dan Informasi Di Media Online. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis framing model Robert N. Entman. Pada ada model ini terdapat empat aspek dalam menganalisis sebuah pemberitaan berdasarkan define problem, diagnose causes, make moral judgement, dan treatment recommendation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Tempo.co secara umum cenderung memberikan porsi lebih banyak menekankan kepada pembahasan terhadap fakta-fakta bagaimana Johnny G Plate ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, Penyeleksian isu yang dimuat oleh Tempo.co tidak terlihat adanya kecenderungan tertentu. selanjtnya kecenderungan Mediaindonesia.com lebih menekankan kecugiraan bahwa penetapan Johnny G Plate sebagai tersangka kasus korupsi ini ada unsur politik yang sangat kuat.

Abstract

Hubungan Friends with Benefit adalah hubungan yang mengacu pada aktivitas yang awalnya berhubungan pertemanan yang disatukan dengan intimasi/kedekatan secara seksual. Friends with Benefit menjadi sebuah fenomena yang dilakukan oleh pengikut akun autobase @FWBESS pada media sosial Twitter sebagai media pencarian pasangan hubungan Friends with Benefit. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui makna Friends with Benefit dalam pencarian pasangan pada aplikasi Twitter bagi pengikut akun autobase @FWBESS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi fenomenologi Alfred Schutz. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Perolehan data penelitian ini didapatkan dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian pada pengalaman pencarian pasangan hubungan Friends with Benefit, yaitu terdapat aktivitas hubungan seksual dan aktivitas hubungan seksual seperti jalan-jalan, curhat dan lainnya, serta ditemukan dampak yang dirasakan dari pengalaman, yaitu adanya perubahan diri secara interaksi sosial dan memperhatikan terhadap kesehatan seksual. Untuk motif sebab ditemukan yang melatarbelakangi melakukan pencarian pasangan hubungan Friends with Benefit karena merasa belum bisa berkomitmen dalam berbagai situasi dan kondisi, memiliki pengalaman perselingkuhan pada hubungan sebelumnya dan merasakan adanya kenyamanan komuniakasi yang dijalin dengan pasangan. Untuk motif tujuan ditemukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan seksual dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan memiliki teman. Serta pencarian pasangan hubungan Friends with Benefit dalam pencarian pasangan pada akun autobase @FWBESS menghasilkan makna yang didapat yaitu sebagai hubungan pertemanan dan sebagai pemenuhan hasrat seksual.

Abstract

Workaholic is a condition of addiction and obsession to keep working. This workaholic phenomenon occurs in one of the companies in the field of photography and videography. This research aims to find out the because of motive and in order to motive. This research uses a qualitative method with Alfred Schutz's approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, book references, and the internet. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling and data validity techniques using source triangulation. The result of this research is that the motive for employees to become workaholics is experience from the past, the need to continue working, and the organizational environment which is one of the factors while the motive for employees to become workaholics is because they have specific goals to be achieved in the future

Abstract

Fenomena generasi Z dalam menjalin hubungan yang saat ini terjadi yaitu hubungan terbuka atau open relationship . Open relationship yang saat ini terjadi merupakan hal yang dianggap tabu bagi beberapa kalangan di Indonesia, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui makna open relationship pada generasi Z pengguna aplikasi kencan online Tinder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi untuk menganalisis makna open relationship pada generasi Z pengguna aplikasi kencan online Tinder. Penelitian berupa penelitian kualitatif yang disajikan secara deskriptif. Pengalaman sesudah menjalani hubungan terbukabersama pasangannya memperoleh pengalaman baru. Motif tujuan untuk mempermudah hubungan yang dijalinnya. motif Open Relationship terjadi karena keaadan, pasangan belum siap berkomitmen dengan satu orang, dan keinginan dalam memenuhi kepuasan seksual.  Open Relationship dimaknai sebagai kebebasan dalam hidup yang cenderung bebas dan liberal dan sebagai bentuk eksplorasi diri dalam penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengkaji lebih banyak konsep yang berkaitan dengan fenomena baru yang terjadi dengan menggunakan fenomenologi serta dapat melakukan kajian dengan menggunakan metode lain dengan lebih memperdalam sumber ataupun referensi yang digunakan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tingkat konsumsi barang elektronik di Indonesia semakin meningkat semenjak munculnya pandemi virus covid-19. Dampaknya, barang elektronik yang masih dapat digunakan harus diganti sehingga sesuai dengan kecanggihan teknologi terkini. Secara tidak langsung situasi ini sangat memberikan efek pada kondisi lingkungan di Indonesia. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi yang dapat dijadikan dasar dalam merangkai dan memahami strategi pemasaran yang tepat sebagai wujud strategi keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab perusahaan bagi lingkungan. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif-verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer (responden) dan data sekunder (jurnal, artikel, majalah, dan situs online) yang relevan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, kuesioner (angket), studi literatur dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna internet dimana berdasarkan data wearesocial.com tahun 2022 berjumlah 277,7 juta jiwa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan software SPSS 28. Hasil: Pengujian hipotesis mengenai green integrated marketing communication MIED dalam membentuk green consumer behaviour dilakukan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung variabel green integrated marketing communication (X) yang terdiri dari beberapa indikator diantaranya audience focus, message content, channel focused, dan result driven dalam membentuk green consumer behaviour (Y) MIED. Terdapat hubungan linier antara green integrated marketing communication dalam membentuk green consumer behaviour dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 5%.

Abstract

K-pop dance cover is an activity where individuals or groups replicate the dance movements of Korean idol groups, as done by the K-pop dance cover community called HD Girls. This research aims to understand the experiences, motives, and meanings related to the self-concept of HD Girls members. Members of the HD Girls community, when performing a dance cover, must be able to adjust their appearance to match the K-pop idols they are covering. Therefore, as community members, they can interpret themselves as individuals who can align their appearance with the characteristics of the K-pop idols they are covering. The research employs a qualitative method with Alfred Schutz's phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques include primary data (interviews and observations) and secondary data (books, journals, and documentation). Informants were selected using purposive sampling, and data validity was ensured through source triangulation. The findings reveal that HD Girls members have various experiences in K-pop dance cover, such as making friends, paying more attention to their appearance, promoting K-pop idol groups, gaining self-confidence, feeling comfortable in social interactions, and feeling satisfied when receiving compliments. From these experiences, certain motives were identified: the "because of motive" includes liking K-pop, lacking makeup skills, being invited by friends, and being shy and introverted. The "in order to motive" includes wanting to make friends, channeling hobbies, making HD Girls famous, trying new things, becoming an artist, and receiving compliments. K-pop dance cover is perceived as a medium for self-expression, motivation to become a K-pop idol, appreciation for K-pop idols, fulfilling hobby needs, self-expression, and developing creative ideas.

Abstract

The phenomenon of broken homes has been widely discussed in the current social media era along with the increasing public awareness of mental health. This study explores the lives of people who have gone through the difficult experience of a broken home. It focuses on those who listen to the podcast "Happy Broken Family" and are part of a Telegram group called "Broken Home Survivors." This research used a qualitative approach, with Alfred Schutz's phenomenological approach. Data collection methods include primary data through interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from books, journals, and documentation. The selection of informants was done using sampling, ensuring that participants had relevant knowledge on the topic. It was found that the broken home survivors felt that their success really depended on their own efforts. Many of them relate to the podcast's message about overcoming the struggles that come with having an intact family. They addressed their current situation with humor and gained positive insights from their experiences. The virtual community helped each other, providing support, but some participants mentioned missing a guiding figure to mediate their experiences. Ultimately, this study shows that people can find ways to come to terms with a broken home background and apply the positive lessons they have learned from the "Happy Broken Family" podcast and their supportive online community.

Abstract

In the city of Bandung there are Ethnic Chinese who spread throughout the central point of trade to sell by employing Ethnic Sundanese. The object of this research is the communication pattern of Chinese ethnic traders with Sundanese ethnic employees in the Cibadak Shopping Center, Bandung City. The purpose of this research is to find out the communication process, communication barriers and find out the reasons why face negotiation is needed between Chinese ethnic traders and Sundanese ethnic employees at the Cibadak Shopping Center in Bandung City. This research uses qualitative methods and a case study approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations to Chinese ethnic merchants and Sundanese ethnic employees. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity techniques use source triangulation. The results of this study reveal that the communication pattern used is circular communication, traders and employees apply facework theory where both parties respect each other, solidarity facework where both parties accept each other's existence, sensitivity facework where there is involvement of both parties in various social activities that occur, not just in work activities. The barriers that occur are barriers in terms of language, where there are differences in language backgrounds used by both parties. Face negotiations between ethnic Chinese traders and ethnic Sundanese employees are carried out to build good and smooth communication between the two parties.

Abstract

Social media or online media is used by its users to communicate, interact, share, network, and learn digitally by utilizing the features available on social media. The purpose of this study is to understand the communication planning process, followers' responses, and the reasons why @neohistoria_id uses Twitter as a medium for digital history education. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach and uses Regina Luttrell's Circular Model of SOME. The technique for selecting informants is purposive sampling. The communication planning process carried out by @neohistoria_id involves several stages. The first stage is sharing, where the Twitter account @neohistoria_id participates in sharing historical content. The public who receive this content are connected with @neohistoria_id, so @neohistoria_id must build trust with the public to keep them reading their content. In the optimization stage, @neohistoria_id listens to and learns from the public discussions about their posts. Then, @neohistoria_id takes part in these discussions through replies or Twitter Spaces. In the management stage, @neohistoria_id conducts media monitoring to delve into current issues. Following this, @neohistoria_id must respond quickly to create real-time interaction with the public. In the engagement stage, @neohistoria_id understands how to build relationships with the public (influencer relations). The goal is to identify the target audience of @neohistoria_id, which includes students and professionals. This is important to find a similar audience and encourage positive changes in the image built by the Twitter account @neohistoria_id itself.
