Abstract

Pengolahan tanah dengan dua lintasan traktor dan pupuk kandang 5 dan 10 ton per hektar memberikan produktivitas kentang masing-masing 42.93 kg/12 m2 (35.78 ton/ha) dan 50.99 kg/12 m2 (42.99 ton/ha) dengan sifat tanah relatif sama.  Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji hasil percobaan petak kecil tersebut (12 m2) dengan metode demplot, dua demplot masing-masing seluas 800 m2 pada tanah andisol yang landai (kemiringan lereng 6%, pupuk kandang 5 ton/ha) dan berbukit (kemiringan lereng 19%, pupuk kandang 10 ton/ha) di Desa Kebun Baru, Kecamatan Kayu Aro, Kabupaten Kerinci.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa C-organik, pH, N-total, K-tersedia dan serangan patogen relatif sama antar demplot; sedangkan BV lebih rendah, laju dan kapasitas infiltrasi (6.9 cm/jam dan 4.81 cm/jam), P-tersedia (26.33 ppm), produktivitas kentang (30.09 ton/ha), BCR (1.87) dan RCR (2.87) lebih tinggi pada demplot yang landai, dibandingkan dengan laju dan kapasitas infiltrasi (5.37 cm/jam dan 2.91 cm/jam), P-tersedia (23.4 ppm), produktivitas kentang (27.68 ton/ha), BCR (1.48) dan RCR (2.48) pada demplot berbukit; usahatani kentang lebih efisien dan lebih menguntungkan pada lahan yang landai dibandingkan dengan di lahan berbukit.

Customer Service is the leading front in an institution in providing services to the community. The success and satisfaction provided to the user community is one of the superior values ??of this institution. The State Civil Service Agency (BKN) is a state institution that operates in the field of state personnel management which provides administrative services to civil servants. Abstract

This study explored the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and, lifestyle compatibility, to use ChatGPT among Students of Science and Technology Faculty of UINSU Medan using the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). This quantitative study adopted a cross-sectional research design to gather data from 130 respondents using a Google Form. The collected data were analyzed using partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). As a result, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and  lifestyle compatibility, displayed a significant positive effect on intentions to use ChatGPT. The study outcomes serve to inform managers of faculty and university to devise effective strategies that capture students’ intention to use and experience of using ChatGPT in the learning process..

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand in depth the implementation and effectiveness of the No Smoking Area (KTR) policy in Batanghari Regency. The research method used is the Qualitative research method used in this study is the Sequential Exploratory design. Research informants consist of 20 people including 1 supervision. 1 regional regulation maker. 1 smoke-free area coordinator. 1 smoke-free area officer as a key informant and 17 heads of departments in Batanghari district as supporting informants. Data collection through in-depth interview and observation methods. Data analysis using the help of Open code software.

Abstract

Islam and Economy: Towards the Islamization of Economic Knowledge offers a profound understanding of Islam's contributions to forming a more inclusive and sustainable economic paradigm. The discussion on Islam and economics, as well as the movement towards the Islamization of economic knowledge, is essential to understand in the context of realizing the vision of justice and social welfare mandated by Islamic teachings. This research method is descriptive and analytical, focusing on the collection of secondary data from various relevant literature sources. The analysis employs qualitative methods by interpreting and summarizing information from various sources to draw conclusions. The results indicate that the understanding and application of Islamic economic principles are becoming increasingly relevant. Islam, as a comprehensive religion and way of life, offers a unique and sustainable perspective on economics that encompasses not only material aspects but also moral and spiritual dimensions. The Islamization of economic knowledge is an effort to develop an economic system that reflects Islamic values. This involves not just the application of Sharia law but also building a foundation for an economy that is fair, ethical, and sustainable. The process of Islamization occurs gradually, beginning with an in-depth study of the discipline of knowledge that is the subject of Islamization. This involves a thorough analysis of the worldview, philosophy, and underlying values of the discipline. The next step is to eliminate elements that do not align with Islamic teachings and integrate those that do.

Abstract

Background. According to WHO in 2018, most cancer cases in Indonesia are breast cancer cases, with 58,256 cases out of a total of 348,809 cancer cases. Breast cancer is a disease that is at risk for women. Early detection efforts with BSE should be initiated. Objective. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and support of health workers with breast self-examination behavior (BSE) on women with PUS in Bram Itam Kiri Village, Bram Itam District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. Method. This research was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. This study involved 93 respondents who were selected using a proportional stratified random sampling technique to be interviewed. Data analysis using chi-square. Results. As many as 34.4% of respondents had bad BSE behavior. There is a significant relationship between knowledge and BSE behavior. Support from health workers did not have a significant relationship with BSE behavior. Conclusion. Respondents' understanding of BSE is still low and there is a relationship between knowledge and breast self-examination behavior (BSE).

Abstract

Stunting adalah gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak akibat kekurangan gizi dalam jangka panjang yang ditandai dengan tinggi anak yang lebih pendek daripada standar usianya Stunting disebabkan oleh malnutrisi yang dialami ibu saat hamil, atau anak pada masa pertumbuhannya. Oleh karena itu, stunting masih menjadi masalah yang harus segera ditangani dan dicegah. Tujuan : kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi pemenfaatan daun kelor untuk mencegah stunting pada ibu yang memiliki balita dengan memanfaatkan daun kelor untuk mencegah stunting. Metode: Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan cara ceramah, diskusi dan demonstrasi pembuatan berbagai jenis makanan berbahan dasar daun kelor yang diikuti oleh 14 ibu yang memiliki balita. Evaluasi dinilai berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest yang dilaksanakan sebelum dan setelah kegiatan edukasi. Indikator keberhasilan peserta dilakukan saat monitoring dengan kunjungan rumah ibu yang memiliki balita bersama mahasiswa dengan melibatkan kader kesehatan. Manfaat: kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu yang memiliki balita tentang pencegahan stunting pada balita dengan memanfaatkan daun kelorsebagai bahan pangan lokal yang bernilai gizi tinggi. Hasil: Diperoleh nilai rata–rata pretest sebesar 79,28 poin dan nilai rata–rata posttest sebesar 85,71 poin. Kesimpulan: Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu yang memiliki balita tentang pemanfatan daun kelor untuk mencegah stunting sebesar 6,43 poin berdasarkan nilai rata-rata. Diharapkan ibu dapat mebuat dan memberikan bermacam makanan berbahan dasar daun kelor dan petugas kesehatan berkolaborasi dengan Kader kesehatan dapat pemberian PMT berupa makanan berbahan pokok daun kelor sebagai alternatif mencegah stunting pada balita.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is the latest breakthrough in the pillars of education that is expected to have a positive impact on education in Indonesia. In the implementation of the independent curriculum, there are many achievements and obstacles that can be used as evaluation materials for curriculum implementers, namely principals, teachers, and education parliamentarians. At various levels of education, the implementation of the independent curriculum has various challenges and obstacles, one of which is the lack of incentive training for teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in several educational institutions. The evaluation is in the form of government policy efforts to provide equality of support provided in the form of essence and material so that a comprehensive understanding is achieved for curriculum implementers in administration and implementation of curriculum implementation. In an effort to write this article, we as authors use the library research method, namely research conducted through the exploration of several information in the form of journals, articles and books related to the discussion, we as authors hope that this written work in the form of an article can help academics in expanding their horizons of knowledge and strengthening information that is relevant to the current curriculum situation. ABSTRAKKurikulum Merdeka merupakan trobosan terbaru dalam pilar pendidikan yang diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak positif bagi pendidikan di indonesia, didalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka banyak sekali pencapaian dan kendala yang dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi para pelaksana kurikulum yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, dan parlementer pendidikan. Diberbagai jenjang pendidikan implementasi kurikulum merdeka memiliki beragam tantangan dan kendala, salah satunya adalah kurangnya pelatihan yang insentif terhadap guru didalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka dibeberapa institusi pendidikan. Evaluasinya berupa upaya kebijakan pemerintah untuk memberikan pemerataan terhadap support yang diberikan berupa esensi dan material sehingga tercapai pemahaman yang komperehensif terhadap para pelaksana kurikulum dalam administrasi dan pelaksanaannya terhadap implementasi kurikulum. Dalam upaya penulisan artikel ini, kami sebagai penulis menggukan metode library research, yaitu berupa riset yang dilakukan melalui ekploasasi beberapa informasi berupa jurnal, artikel dan buku-buku terkait pembahasan, kami sebagai penulis mengharapkan karya tulis berupa artikel ini dapat membantu para akademisi dalam memperluas cakrawala pengetahuan dan penguatan terhadap suatu informasi yang relevan dengan situasi kurikulum saat ini.

Abstract

Multiple land titles are a serious problem in Indonesia's land system as they cause great harm, especially to good faith buyers. Legal uncertainty and a weak land administration system mean that buyers are often caught up in disputes. This condition shows the need for clear and effective legal protection in land sale and purchase transactions. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between laws and regulations, namely Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Agrarian Principles and Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration in terms of providing legal protection to buyers who suffer losses due to double certification. This research uses a normative legal method with a qualitative approach, by conducting a literature review and analysis of a number of court cases. The results show that legal protection for good faith land buyers has been normatively guaranteed through the Basic Agrarian Law and Government Regulation on Land Registration. However, in practice, buyers remain vulnerable to losses due to multiple certificates due to weak administrative verification, overlapping measurements and procedural irregularities by land agencies. Disputes often arise even when buyers have complied with all legal procedures. This research emphasizes the importance of improving the land administration system, strengthening the role of the National Land Agency, and consistency in court decisions to realize fair and effective legal protection for buyers.
