Abstract

Land disputes remain prevalent in Indonesia, including in transmigration areas, largely due to limited public understanding of legal frameworks. In Bukit Biru Village, mapping conducted by ATR/BPN in 2022 revealed overlaps between transmigrants’ land ownership rights (Hak Milik) and corporate cultivation rights (Hak Guna Usaha/HGU), creating legal uncertainty and potential conflicts. This program aimed to enhance community legal awareness and provide solutions for resolving land disputes in accordance with applicable regulations. The method employed was Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), a participatory approach that actively engages villagers in exploring their social, economic, and environmental conditions. The outcomes indicated an increased understanding among community members of their land rights and obligations, as well as available dispute resolution options both non-litigation, such as mediation and administrative remedies through BPN, and litigation through the Administrative Court (PTUN). Such legal awareness programs can serve as a model for community empowerment in addressing land disputes constructively and sustainably.ABSTRAKSengketa tanah masih sering terjadi di Indonesia, termasuk di wilayah transmigrasi, akibat lemahnya pemahaman hukum masyarakat. Di Kelurahan Bukit Biru, hasil pemetaan ATR/BPN tahun 2022 menunjukkan adanya tumpang tindih antara Hak Milik warga transmigran dengan Hak Guna Usaha (HGU) perusahaan, yang menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum dan potensi konflik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat serta memberikan solusi penyelesaian sengketa tanah sesuai ketentuan hukum. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), yaitu metode partisipatif yang melibatkan masyarakat desa secara aktif untuk menggali informasi mengenai kondisi sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan mereka. Hasil kegiatan memperlihatkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap hak dan kewajiban atas tanah serta alternatif penyelesaian sengketa, baik melalui jalur non-litigasi seperti mediasi dan upaya administratif di BPN, maupun litigasi melalui Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN). Kegiatan sosialisasi hukum semacam ini dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mengatasi sengketa tanah secara konstruktif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Health services for individuals in productive age (15–59 years) are a crucial element in the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for the health sector. The purpose of this study was to assess the achievement of SPM indicators for the Productive Age group and to identify the prevalence of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) at the Bukit Sangkal Health Center, Palembang City. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were taken from the Bukit Sangkal Health Center during the period of January to December 2024. This study involved an analysis of the number of visits for health checks and the distribution of NCD cases among the Productive Age group. The findings showed that the SPM target set at 100% was successfully achieved, indicating success in the early detection program and regular health checks. However, the prevalence of NCDs remained high, with Hypertension reaching 2,120 cases, Diabetes Mellitus 303 cases, and Obesity 47 cases, making them the most commonly recorded diseases. The discussion emphasized that these quantitative achievements do not fully reflect the success of the program if they are not accompanied by continuous follow-up, education, and behavioral change. The conclusion of this study is that although the target of achieving SPM has been achieved, health problems among the Productive Age group are still very significant and require a comprehensive and sustainable approach to reduce the burden of NCDs in society.

Abstract

Strengthening civic values ​​and mutual respect is crucial in today's multicultural society in Indonesia. Through literacy activities, this community service aims to raise awareness of differences and strengthen national identity. It was implemented through participatory methods, including forming reading groups and discussing tolerance, Pancasila, and inspiring stories from various cultures. The target group for this activity was the community in Air Manna 1 Village, Bengkulu City, which has diverse ethnic and religious backgrounds. The results of this activity indicate that residents' understanding of the values ​​of diversity and the spirit of tolerance has increased. Literacy activities have proven to be an effective means of strengthening inclusive civic character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kecerdasan buatan dalam mendorong inovasi pembelajaran Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di sekolah, serta mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan menganalisis artikel jurnal, prosiding ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan dokumen kebijakan pendidikan yang relevan. Sumber literatur diperoleh dari data dasar ilmiah dan dijelaskan secara tematik untuk mengelompokkan temuan dalam aspek peran, peluang, dan tantangan penerapan kecerdasan buatan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan buatan dalam mendukung pembelajaran adaptif, visualisasi konsep abstrak, otomatisasi asesmen, dan perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis data. Pemanfaatan teknologi ini membuka peluang peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, peningkatan literasi ilmu pengetahuan dan numerasi, serta efisiensi kerja guru. Namun implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan berupa kesiapan sumber daya manusia, keterbatasan infrastruktur, isu etika dan keamanan data, ketidakseimbangan digital, serta risiko ketergantungan teknologi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan buatan berpotensi menjadi penggerak inovasi pembelajaran Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam apabila diintegrasikan secara pedagogis, didukung kebijakan yang tepat, dan dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Preparing healthy mothers-to-be is one of the efforts to prevent the birth of stunted babies. However, the number of early marriage incidents in East Java is still high in direct proportion to the high divorce rate, so the ideal of creating healthy mothers-to-be is hampered by the phenomenon of marriage and divorce in adolescence, even at school age which is later known as School-Age Widows (JUS). The results of the 2023 Family Data Collection in East Java show that there are 856 people under the age of 15, while the number of JUS aged 15 to 19 years reaches 2,922 people. Of this figure, Jember Regency is ranked the highest, namely with 189 JUS. This situation will have various effects on women's reproductive health, especially in the situation of adolescent pregnancy which has the potential to become the birth of a stunted baby. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the JUS group to map the current reproductive health status, for the purpose of mapping the right solution in order to prevent the recurrence of adolescent pregnancies that are at risk of giving birth to stunted babies. The population is the entire JUS in Sumbersari District as many as 39 people, while the sample is part of the population of 30 people taken by the purposive sampling method. In this study, the researcher presented the results of the measurement of research data in the form of quantitative data calculated by percentage descriptive technique. The percentage descriptive analysis technique is intended to determine the status of variables, namely to describe reproductive health characteristics related to potential stunting in JUS

Abstract

Tanaman mint (Mentha piperita L.) merupakan tanaman daun aromatik bernilai ekonomi tinggi yang produktivitasnya berkaitan erat dengan pertumbuhan vegetatif dan ketersediaan nutrisi. Sistem hidroponik rakit apung memungkinkan pengelolaan nutrisi secara presisi, namun informasi mengenai konsentrasi nutrisi optimal untuk budidaya tanaman mint masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh berbagai konsentrasi nutrisi AB Mix terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif dan biomassa tanaman mint yang dibudidayakan pada sistem hidroponik rakit apung. Penelitian disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan lima taraf konsentrasi nutrisi AB Mix (100, 400, 700, 1000, dan 1300 ppm) dan lima ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi luas daun, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang produktif, berat basah, dan berat kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan konsentrasi nutrisi hingga tingkat optimum secara nyata meningkatkan pertumbuhan vegetatif dan akumulasi biomassa, sedangkan konsentrasi yang lebih tinggi tidak memberikan peningkatan tambahan. Jumlah cabang produktif tertinggi diperoleh pada konsentrasi 1000 ppm dan menurun pada konsentrasi yang lebih tinggi. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan kuat antara jumlah daun dan biomassa segar, sedangkan luas daun dan jumlah cabang produktif berkontribusi nyata terhadap biomassa kering. Secara keseluruhan, konsentrasi nutrisi 1000 ppm direkomendasikan sebagai tingkat nutrisi yang optimal secara fisiologis untuk budidaya tanaman mint pada sistem hidroponik rakit apung.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the structure and semantic aspects of verbal adverbs in in the Kaili language, Ledo dialect (BKDL). Verbal adverbs are syntactic elements that function to limit, clarify, or emphasize the meaning of verbs in speech. This study is in the field of morphosyntax and regional language semantics. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation and conversation as data collection techniques. The analysis was conducted using matching and distributional methods to examine the morphological and syntactic structure, as well as a semantic approach to interpret the lexical and grammatical meanings of BKDL verb adverbs. The results show that morphologically, BKDL verb adverbs are divided into basic forms (monomorphemic) and derivative forms (polymorphemic), which are formed through affixation such as the prefixes {ma-}, {na-}, {mpa-}, {mpo-}, {njam-}, {njuma-}, suffixes {-na}, {-pa}, and confixes {ka-…-na} and reduplication can be pure reduplication (without affixes) or affixed reduplication, either with the addition of prefixes, suffixes, or confixes. The affixed reduplication forms in the BKDL data vary, including: prefix {ma-}/{na-} + basic reduplication (RD); prefix {njuma-} + RD; prefix {mpaka-}/{mpa-} /{mpe-} + RD; RD + suffix {-na}; prefix {ma-} + RD + suffix {-na}; as well as the prefix {ka- } + RD + suffix {-na }. Syntactically, verbal adverbs occupy the left position, right position, and free position in accompanying verbs at the phrase level. Semantically, ten types of meanings were found, namely quality, quantity, limitation, frequency, temporality, manner, negation, necessity, expectation, and uncertainty. This study fills a gap in the study of BKDL verb adverbs, which have not been extensively researched in terms of structure and semantics. These findings contribute to the systematic and scientific preservation and documentation of the richness of regional languages.

Abstract

Motivasi merupakan faktor psikologis penting yang berperan dalam menentukan kualitas latihan, ketekunan, serta pencapaian prestasi atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat motivasi atlet Babak Kualifikasi Pekan Olahraga Daerah (BK Porda) Petanque Karawang yang ditunjukkan selama proses persiapan menuju kompetisi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data pendukung berupa hasil wawancara dan observasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala likert yang terdiri dari 24 butir pernyataan, yang mencakup dimensi motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik yang dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif dan wawancara serta observasi yang diolah dengan metode dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu semua atlet terdiri dari 15 orang atlet BK Porda Petaque Karawang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh atlet memiliki tingkat motivasi tinggi, yang tercermin dari kedisiplinan hadir tepat waktu, antusiasme selama latihan, dan kesiapan mental dalam mengikuti arahan pelatih. Nilai rata-rata (mean) dari 24 butir pernyataan berkisar antara 1,67 hingga 4,60, dengan 45,8% butir berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, dan 33,4% berada pada kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar aspek motivasi berada dalam kondisi optimal. Motivasi intrinsik, seperti rasa senang terhadap olahraga dan keinginan meningkatkan kemampuan diri, menjadi faktor dominan yang memengaruhi performa atlet. Sisi lain menunjukkan motivasi ekstrinsik seperti dukungan pelatih dan lingkungan tim juga berperan penting dalam mempertahankan komitmen dan stabilitas latihan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa motivasi merupakan pondasi penting dalam menjaga performa atlet Petanque Karawang. Tingginya motivasi yang dimiliki atlet menjadi modal psikologis utama dalam menghadapi tuntutan latihan dan persiapan kompetisi pada ajang Porda.

Abstract

The Guci Sehati Farmer Group in Nagari Lasi faces several fundamental challenges in their agricultural practices, one of which is dependence on synthetic chemical fertilizers. These fertilizers lead to high production costs and trigger degradation of the soil's physical, chemical, and biological structure. The lack of knowledge about using nature-based materials is a challenge for implementing cultivation practices in this farmer group. Additionally, there is an abundance of locally available organic materials such as agricultural waste, weeds, and livestock manure that have not been optimally utilized for producing environmentally friendly fertilizers. This community service program focuses on technical mentoring for making Tithonia-based compost at the Guci Sehati Farmer Group, Kanagarian Lasi, Agam Regency. The main problems faced by partners are high dependency on synthetic chemical fertilizers, expensive agricultural inputs, and suboptimal utilization of local biomass such as Tithonia diversifolia which is abundant in the surrounding environment. The aim of this activity is to empower farmers with skills to make quality organic fertilizer to create more sustainable and independent agriculture. The implementation method includes three main stages: (1) socialization and direct demonstration of Tithonia composting techniques, (2) participatory assistance during the fermentation and turning process, and (3) monitoring and evaluation of compost quality. The mentoring results showed a significant increase in farmers' capacity, where all participants successfully produced Tithonia compost that met physical quality standards, namely dark brown color, crumbly texture, stable temperature, and no odor. The conclusion of this activity is that participatory technical assistance is effective in transferring Tithonia composting technology, reducing dependence on chemical fertilizers, and optimizing local resources, thus directly contributing to strengthening food sovereignty and implementing sustainable agriculture at the farmer level.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the stages of the creation of the universe through a tahlili study of QS. Al-A'raf verse 54 from the perspective of scientific interpretation. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach, where data is collected from primary sources in the form of classical and contemporary tafsir books, as well as secondary sources in the form of scientific journals and books relevant to the theme of the creation of the universe. Data analysis was carried out using the tahlili method which includes linguistic studies, asbabun nuzul, munasabah of verses, and comparison of interpretations from five selected tafsir books, namely Tafsir Al-Azhar, Tafsir Al-Mishbah, Tafsir Al-Maraghi, Tafsir Al-Munir, and Tafsir Ibnu Katsir. The research findings show that QS. Al-A'raf verse 54 is a fundamental foundation in understanding the concept of the creation of the universe according to Islam, which affirms that Allah SWT is the sole Creator who created the heavens and the earth in six periods gradually with full wisdom. Creation in six periods can be correlated with the stages of cosmic evolution in modern science without substantial contradiction. The mufassirs agree that this verse contains theological, epistemological, spiritual, and ethical dimensions that are highly relevant to the contemporary context. The implications of this research indicate that an integrative approach between Quranic interpretation and modern science can strengthen the faith of Muslims while providing an intellectual foundation for constructive dialogue between religion and science in understanding the origin and structure of the universe.
