Abstract

UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) is a micro economic sector that is in direct contact with the economic practices of the community, especially people in the middle to lower economic scale. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has made people aware that MSMEs are one solution to meet their daily needs because they do not involve the industrial sector or cooperation with foreign countries. This study aims to analyze Indonesia's economic recovery strategy after the COVID-19 pandemic in the MSME sector through the MSME program. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data, which is categorized into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. Sources of data obtained through library research techniques (library study) which refers to sources available both online and offline such as: scientific journals, books and news sourced from trusted sources. The results of the study conclude that the strategy in restoring the Indonesian economy, especially in the MSME sector, is in the form of assistance programs, MSME empowerment programs and reducing production costs. Through the aid program, the government has budgeted Rp 123 trillion to help these low-income businesses survive. In addition to providing capital assistance, the government has budgeted an interest subsidy of up to Rp 35 trillion. Meanwhile, in the MSME empowerment program, the government provides counseling about digitalization of marketing. Another strategy is to reduce the production of goods or services and reduce the number of employees.

Abstract

Land registration is mandated by law to provide legal certainty. Likewise, Registration is mandatory for the transfer of land ownership rights resulting from a sale and purchase agreement since the enactment of the UUPA; Customary law historically governed land sales and purchases, and it serves as the foundation for the national agrarian law system, namely the existence of precise, cash, and actual conditions. The consequence of not fulfilling the precise conditions in the Donggala District Court Decision No: 7 / Pdt.G / 2020 / PN.Dgl is that buyers have difficulty registering their land rights to obtain proof of rights through a certificate of ownership. However, the state has provided legal protection for land registration based on court decisions. Buyers who obtain land rights in good faith obtain repressive legal protection by filing a lawsuit with the court. However, not all court decisions can be executed. The decision in Donggala District Court Case No: 7/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Dgl resulted from the plaintiff's petitum omitting both a request for a ownership certificate to be issued in the plaintiff's name and the inclusion of the Head of the local Land Office as a party to the case. This is a normative legal study that analyzes legal materials using the syllogistic deduction method. This study aims to determine whether the Donggala District Court Decision Number: 7/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Dgl can be used legally for the plaintiff's land registration. The study results indicate that because the judge's ruling is confined to the relief sought in the plaintiff's petitum, no order was issued to the Head of the local Land Office to issue a certificate of ownership in favor of the plaintiff. Thus, the Donggala District Court Decision No: 7/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Dgl is difficult to implement as a basis for plaintiff's land registration.

Abstract

Technological advancements have driven the growth of the financial industry in Indonesia. A more complex financial system provides benefits but also raises issues, such as the rise of illegal investments by business entities without official authorization. Investment involves allocating capital with the expectation of future profits. The growing middle class and economic development in Cangkring Village have increased public interest in investing. Unfortunately, many are tempted by high returns with minimal capital without considering legality. This community service program, as part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, aims to educate the public about legally compliant investments. The activities were conducted through lectures and participatory methods. The results indicate that public awareness of investment remains low due to limited financial literacy. Further education is needed to help people distinguish between legal and illegal investments, ensuring they invest safely and in accordance with applicable laws.

Abstract

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has led to the proliferation of online gambling practices in Indonesia, significantly affecting the stability of social structures. This study aims to examine the relationship between online gambling crimes and social disintegration, with a particular focus on their impact on families, communities, and cultural value. Employing a normative legal research method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, this study analyzes existing regulations, including those stipulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP) and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE), as well as legal concepts related to cybercrime prevention. The research findings indicate that online gambling triggers financial problems, family breakdowns, increased criminality, moral degradation, and weakened social cohesion, all of which negatively affect the social structure of communities. Preventive efforts require a holistic strategy, including strict law enforcement, the use of advanced detection technologies, website blocking, restrictions on virtual private network (VPN) access, digital literacy education, active involvement of educational and religious institutions, formation of anti-gambling communities, rehabilitation support for addicts, and economic empowerment of vulnerable groups. International collaboration through information-sharing and extradition mechanisms is crucial for addressing cross-border offenders. This study underscores the importance of cross-sectoral synergy and a multidisciplinary approach to prevent the widespread destructive impact of online gambling on social structures.

Abstract

Petty theft is one of the most common criminal offenses and contributes to prison overcrowding, even though the losses involved are minimal and often committed by economically vulnerable individuals. The retributive criminal justice system in Indonesia has proven less effective in resolving such cases fairly and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the optimization of restorative justice in handling petty theft cases in Indonesia, while comparing its application with Malaysia and New Zealand. The research employs a normative juridical method, using statutory and comparative legal approaches. The research shows that Indonesia has introduced restorative justice through the Attorney General's Regulation Number 15 of 2020. However, practical implementation faces challenges, including limited awareness among law enforcement, insufficient institutional synergy, and a lack of supporting facilities. In Malaysia, restorative principles are reflected in local practices, although not formally adopted in national legal frameworks. In contrast, New Zealand has institutionalized restorative justice, especially in youth cases, with comprehensive procedures and strong community participation. The comparative analysis suggests that successful implementation depends on regulatory clarity, trained human resources, and active community involvement. Indonesia must therefore enhance its legal infrastructure and cross-sector collaboration to ensure that restorative justice becomes an effective tool in resolving petty theft cases.
