Abstract

Inventory is a very vital business stage, and this is because inventory is closely related to production targets and sales targets in a business line. This study aims to design a website-based inventory system at PT. Api Precision as a support for the process of inventory transaction activities. The data collection method used is by conducting observations, interviews, and literature studies related to the problem being studied. Furthermore, the analysis and design of an inventory system are carried out to be built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The method used in developing this system is the waterfall method. The result of this research is creating a website-based inventory system design at PT Api Precision Cikarang to be continued as a system that can be integrated with other information systems.

Abstract

The presumption of innocence is a fundamental principle in criminal procedural law, which affirms that every individual suspected, arrested, detained, or charged must be presumed innocent until a final and binding court decision is issued. This research is based on the fact that the application of this principle is still frequently violated in investigative practice, including through acts of violence by law enforcement officers, hasty determination of suspect status, and media reporting that shapes public opinion as if the suspect is guilty. The legal issues examined in this research focus on the extent to which the application of the presumption of innocence affects the protection of suspects' rights during the investigative process, and how it is implemented in law enforcement practice in Indonesia. Based on this, this research formulates three main issues: (1) what is the concept and legal basis of the presumption of innocence in the Indonesian criminal procedural law system; (2) how does the application of this principle affect the protection of suspects' rights during the investigative process; and (3) what factors hinder its implementation in practice. The research method used is a normative juridical method with a statutory, conceptual, and case-based approach.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dinamika kedudukan dan kewenangan Pembantu Pegawai Pencatat Perkawinan dalam Peraturan Menteri Agama (P4) yang diterbitkan sejak tahun 1983 hingga tahun 2018. Dari deskripsi tersebut selanjutnya akan memberikan pertimbangan-pertimbangan yuridis berkaitan dengan urgensinya dalam peristiwa pencatatan perkawinan. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan sejarah (historical approach) yang berfokus pada kedudukan dan kewenangan dalam setiap produk hukum yang dikeluarkan oleh kementerian agama berupa Peraturan Menteri Agama, Keputusan Menteri Agama, dan aturan tertulis yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Kementerian Agama berdasarkan rentan tahun yang telah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam periode pengaturan P4, dimana dalam setiap periode tersebut merubah kedudukan dan kewenangan P4 berdasarkan pertimbangan kesulitan pelayanan karena alasan geografis dan demografis. Oleh sebab itu kedudukan P4 masih sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses administrasi pencatatan perkawinan untuk menunjang pelayanan di KUA.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the concept of the "crime quadrangle" from a forensic psychology perspective, focusing on the complex dynamics between the perpetrator, the victim, the criminal act itself, and the responses of society and the legal system. This concept describes crime as a phenomenon influenced by various factors, including the perpetrator's intent, the means used, the characteristics of the victim, and the circumstances that facilitate the commission of the crime. The focus of this research is on the murder case committed by "Mbah Slamet," a money-doubling shaman in Banjarnegara, highlighting how forensic psychology can help understand the processes and motives behind the crime. In this case, the suspect exploited the victims' trust through enticing promises of money multiplication, which ultimately led to the victims' deaths after they demanded the fulfillment of those promises. The suspect used psychological manipulation and trust deception techniques to influence the victims, who were willing to follow the rituals and ultimately were killed by poisoning. Through an in-depth psychological analysis of the chronology of these events, this research illustrates how the "crime quadrangle" can help identify important elements such as intent and psychological patterns underlying recurring crimes. These findings are expected to provide new insights for the field of forensic psychology in understanding and preventing similar incidents in the future, as well as supporting law enforcement efforts in handling cases involving manipulation and breach of trust.

Abstract

The principal plays a strategic role in improving the quality of education, particularly through leadership that impacts teacher performance. Teacher performance is an important indicator of the success of the learning process in schools and is greatly influenced by the principal's ability to carry out his/her duties and functions effectively. This study aims to describe the implementation of the principal's duties and functions, the condition of teacher performance, and the principal's role in improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Kolaka. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research subjects included the principal, vice principal, and several teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The results of the study indicate that the principal of SMP Negeri 2 Kolaka has carried out his/her duties and functions well, particularly in the aspects of leadership, coaching, supervision, and motivating teachers. Teacher performance is demonstrated through discipline, implementation of learning, and active participation in professional development activities. The principal's role in improving teacher performance is realized through the implementation of work discipline, continuous coaching, providing opportunities to participate in professional development activities, and creating a conducive work climate. This study concludes that principal leadership has an important contribution in improving teacher performance and supporting the achievement of educational goals in schools.

Abstract

Employee performance is a critical factor in sustaining competitiveness within the bakery industry, which is characterized by intense competition and high service demands. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational communication, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at Clarion Bread and Cake. The research employs a quantitative associative approach, using primary data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 75 employees. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, supported by partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, while organizational communication does not show a significant partial influence. However, when tested simultaneously, organizational communication, work motivation, and work environment jointly have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination reveals that these three variables explain 35.3% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 64.7% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. In conclusion, although organizational communication does not independently affect performance, the combined role of communication, motivation, and work environment serves as a significant predictor of employee performance. Work motivation and work environment emerge as the most dominant factors. This study contributes practical insights for management in prioritizing motivational strategies and improving the work environment to enhance employee productivity. The limitation of this study lies in the relatively modest explanatory power, suggesting the need to explore additional variables in future research.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Padang dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi UMKM Go-Digital. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan platform digital untuk pemasaran produk, sehingga jangkauan pasar masih terbatas pada metode konvensional. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap identifikasi kebutuhan, sosialisasi konsep pemasaran digital, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi UMKM Go-Digital, serta pendampingan praktik secara langsung. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pelaku UMKM sebagai peserta aktif dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis praktik (hands-on training). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait strategi pemasaran digital, kemampuan mengelola katalog produk secara online, serta pemanfaatan fitur promosi dalam aplikasi. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam memasarkan produk secara digital dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Luaran dari kegiatan ini berupa peningkatan literasi digital pelaku UMKM, optimalisasi penggunaan aplikasi UMKM Go-Digital, serta rekomendasi strategi pemasaran berbasis digital yang berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat mendorong transformasi digital UMKM di Kota Padang secara berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal di era ekonomi digital.

Abstract

Pengolahan online ini dibutuhkan sebuah sistem secara e-comerce. E-comerce dapat melayanan internet yang dimanfaatkan untuk jual-beli (Nugroho, 2016). Dengan didukung adanya internet e-commerce dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mempromosikan masakan. Dengan adanya e-commerce nanti masakan-masakan pada Rumah Makan Terang Masakan Padang bisa lebih mudah dikenal dan bisa mudah dipromosikan kepada kalangan masyarakat luas, bisa sampai luar daerah Sumbar, luar pulau Sumbar, bahkan bisa sampai Luar Negeri untuk menaikan kembali hasil penjualan yang lebih banyak dari sebelumnya. Pemilik “Rumah Makan Terang Masakan Padang” yang sudah berkecimpung didunia usaha kuliner ini selama bertahun-tahun belum pernah mencoba melakukan media promosi melalui web. Kemajuan teknologi membuat usaha ini harus dapat mengikuti perkembangan di jaman sekarang oleh karena itu perlu dibuatkan situs untuk Rumah Makan Terang Masakan Padang agar mampu bersaing dengan usaha kuliner lainnya yang mungkin telah lebih dikenal di masyarakat, selain itu juga untuk menunjukkan bahwa masakan dari “Rumah Makan Terang Masakan Padang” ini rasanya juga nikmat sehingga menarik perhatian dari masyarakat sekitar dan berguna mengembangkan lagi usaha kuliner ini dan dapat melayani pembeli dari luar daerah bahkan luar negeri.
