Abstract

Classroom management refers to deliberate actions taken to overcome challenges and establish a conducive learning environment that facilitates the effective implementation of an educational curriculum. Achieving effective learning outcomes can be facilitated by fostering student motivation to consistently engage and actively participate in the learning process in class. To build an efficient learning environment, it is important to foster a sense of comfort, enjoyment, and motivation, which will serve as a catalyst and incentive for student learning. Therefore, achieving success in the student learning process requires the presence of capable teachers. To increase the effectiveness of classroom management and facilitate the learning process, it is very important for a teacher to actively engage in continuous reading to achieve comprehensive mastery of the subject matter. Additionally, teachers must have up-to-date knowledge, demonstrate unwavering dedication to their work, and be role models for their students.

Abstract

Students often have difficulty completing tasks during the learning process. They believe learning is difficult, unpleasant and boring. Increased complexity means that better methods of learning are needed to get students to participate in the learning process in the classroom, so that those who feel bored with the lesson will be able to understand it more quickly. This condition often occurs because students pay less attention to the teacher during the learning process and do not do the teacher's assignments directly. Accelerated Learning is a natural learning method. The Accelerated Learning approach is a learning method that aims to improve students' ability to understand and apply the lessons taught by the teacher in a way that is interesting and not boring for students. This approach naturally fosters students' drive to learn more actively and more. Accelerated learning prioritizes results over methods or processes. This approach is usually flexible, exhilarating, has many options, emphasizes cooperation, and is multi-sensory. One of the learning methods that can be used to achieve learning objectives is accelerated learning. This article uses a descriptive qualitative approach with library research using books, manuscripts, articles, and other documentation.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of existential counseling in overcoming trauma in victims of sexual harassment, where we know that currently cases of sexual harassment in the last few years have increased and have had a very painful impact on victims and have left a condition of prolonged trauma. The trauma resulting from sexual harassment results in psychological impacts. Victims of sexual violence and harassment will experience deep trauma and physical impacts. Violence and sexual abuse of children are the main factors in the transmission of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs), and have social impacts. Victims of sexual violence and harassment are often ostracized in social life, something that should be avoided because victims definitely need motivation and moral support to get back on their feet in life. These problems that occur need to be resolved so that they do not interfere with daily life. This article also discusses existential counseling as a strategy for overcoming trauma in victims of bullying including the concept of trauma, sexual harassment, signs of sexual harassment, the impact of sexual harassment, basic theories and principles of views on human nature, the existential counseling process, the goals of existential counseling, the function and role of the counselor, the role of the client in the counseling relationship, the relationship between the counselor and the client in the counseling process, counseling procedures and techniques as well as the implementation of existential counseling in overcoming the trauma of victims of sexual harassment. The method used is a literature review with critical analysis of research being conducted on a specific topic.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition period marked by physical, emotional and psychological changes. One of the tasks of teenagers is to accept themselves and have confidence in their abilities. Teenagers need social support at school from teachers and friends. Social support that teenagers can receive directly at school is group counselling activities. In group counselling activities, teenagers can learn about many things together with their teachers and friends. Group counselling as a bridge between students and teachers to discuss problems felt by teenagers. One thing teenager can learn is about generating hope. The hope that teenagers have will make them have enthusiasm in living their days. Hope can be raised by making sense of life. The meaning of life that teenagers understand will make teenagers feel useful. The desire for a meaningful life that drives a person to want himself to be a valuable person for himself and in society. The meaning of life begins with a vision of life, hope and is the reason why individuals must continue to live.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure at that time hampered the implementation of the teaching process or counseling guidelines. Without any infrastructure at all, the implementation of recommendation guidelines would be more difficult and the goals to be achieved would not be in accordance with expectations. Without adequate infrastructure in educational institutions, it is difficult for school counseling staff to work together in practicing school counseling. Therefore, to implement school counseling, infrastructure and facilities must be used. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of facilities and infrastructure and their solutions to guidance and counseling problems in schools. The method in this study is a literature review or literature review. The results of this study are the importance of guidance and counseling facilities and infrastructure, the importance of adequate facilities in organizing public services, especially in the field of education. Facilities, as goods or movable objects, and infrastructure, as basic facilities, ensure the smooth running of guidance and counseling activities in schools.

Abstract

Motivasi dalam belajar sangat penting untuk keberhasilan akademik siswa. Dua jenis motivasi adalah intrinsik (berasal dari keinginan dan minat pribadi) dan ekstrinsik (berasal dari sumber eksternal seperti penghargaan dan pengakuan). Sikap dan perilaku siswa selama pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi kedua jenis motivasi ini. Dalam artikel literature review ini, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Artikel literatur ini mencakup ulasan, rangkuman, dan pemikiran penulis tentang berbagai sumber pustaka, seperti artikel, buku, slide, dan informasi dari internet.. Hasil artikel menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan motivasi tinggi cenderung lebih fokus dan bersemangat dalam belajar. Ada banyak variabel yang memengaruhi semangat siswa; ini termasuk lingkungan belajar, dukungan sosial, dan pendekatan pembelajaran. Guru dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dengan memahami dan menerapkan strategi motivasi yang efektif. Ini akan membuat siswa lebih termotivasi dan terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Character education in elementary schools has an important role in shaping students' social behavior and life skills. One of the positive character traits of students is the 5S value (Smile, Greet, Greet, Be Polite, and Courteous). This article aims to explore the application of 5S values ​​in elementary schools using Albert Bandura's Social Cognitive Learning theory. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation and interview methods to collect data. The results of the study indicate that students can internalize the 5S values ​​through observation and modeling of behavior by teachers as well as positive reinforcement given during the learning process. The application of the 5S values ​​also shows a positive impact on the development of students' character and social relationships, where they begin to apply the attitude of smiling, greeting, greeting, being polite, and being courteous in everyday life. Overall, the application of Albert Bandura's social cognitive learning theory in this context has proven effective in improving the understanding and application of positive character values ​​in students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam teori-teori belajar populer, yaitu Project-Based Learning (PBL), Active Learning, Quantum Learning, dan Contextual Learning, melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Keempat teori ini menawarkan paradigma pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21, yang menuntut pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, dan kreativitas. PBL menekankan pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang relevan dengan kehidupan nyata, sedangkan Active Learning menitikberatkan keterlibatan aktif peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Sementara itu, Quantum Learning menawarkan pendekatan holistik yang memadukan teknik pembelajaran otak dengan peningkatan motivasi belajar, dan Contextual Learning menghadirkan pembelajaran berbasis konteks untuk menciptakan makna yang mendalam bagi peserta didik. Studi ini mengeksplorasi landasan filosofis, prinsip-prinsip inti, implementasi praktis, dan keunggulan serta keterbatasan dari masing-masing teori. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa setiap teori memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan jika diterapkan secara adaptif dan terintegrasi sesuai kebutuhan kontekstual. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi praktisi dan akademisi dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan relevan untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the importance of procuring infrastructure in guidance and counseling to support the successful implementation of guidance and counseling services to ensure the implementation of these services in a cost-effective and efficient manner. This research uses a literature review method that collects various information about guidance and counseling infrastructure facilities from various books, journals and websites as research sources. Infrastructure facilities are needed in the implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools. Because with the infrastructure, counselors can collect data on student needs, process data properly, develop programs according to student needs, store data safely, and carry out services according to student needs obtained from data that has been processed and conduct follow-up on the results of these services, students will feel comfortable and confident when they decide to attend counseling sessions or even just join guidance and counseling groups when there is a comprehensive and well-organized infrastructure.

Abstract

Educational management is the art and science of managing educational resources to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have spiritual religious strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. Management needs are certainly inseparable from the basic concept of management in general, especially management functions, because leaders or managers must go through a series of events, Management functions include: Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Monitoring, Controlling. in order to carry out BK services as optimally as possible, in addition to forming and managing the organization well and assigning personnel according to their respective abilities, several facilities and infrastructure or facilities are needed to support the implementation of correct and effective BK services. The purpose of this study was to determine the Concept of Problem Management and Solutions in Guidance and Counseling. Research method, namely This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study research type. Qualitative methods are used to understand the meaning of social or humanitarian problems that are considered important by a group of people. The results of this study are that the management of BK teachers or counselors in schools has an important role in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of BK services. Through the implementation of proper management, BK teachers can facilitate an active, creative, innovative, and enjoyable learning process for students.
