Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) "Permata Ngijo" memiliki lebih dari 30 anggota dengan perputaran dana lebih dari 100 juta rupiah dalam satu tahun. Permasalahan yang dihadapi koperasi ini adalah terbatasnya dana yang dimiliki dan sulitnya mendapatkan dana tambahan sebagai modal koperasi. Beberapa anggota koperasi yang memiliki usaha sambilan berupa produk olahan mengharapkan ada dana untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Selain kekurangan dana, mereka rata-rata juga mengalami kesulitan dalam pemasaran produk. Sementara itu, di era digital pemasaran produk-produk sangatlah dimudahkan, namun yang menjadi permasalahan banyak anggota Koperasi Permata Ngijo yang belum dapat memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk membantu memasarkan produk-produk yang dihasilkan. Memperhatikan hal tersebut, maka kegiatan pengabdian ini mengambil topik bimbingan berwirausaha di era digital. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang diajukan, mayoritas anggota koperasi menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini memberikan solusi atas masalah yang dihadapi dan dapat meningkatkan kemandirian atau penambahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, mereka sangat puas atas kegiatan ini dan berharap lebih sering dilakukan.

Abstract

Pelaku usaha seringkali menentukan harga jual hanya berdasarkan harga pasar tanpa mempertimbangkan biaya produksi, yang berpotensi merugikan usaha mereka. Pengabdian  ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pemahaman serta keterampilan anggota koperasi dalam menghitung HPP dan menyusun laporan keuangan laba/rugi melalui pelatihan berbasis praktik. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pengabdian  tindakan partisipatif (participatory action research) dengan desain pengembangan kapasitas berbasis pendampingan. Subjek pengabdian  adalah 64 pelaku UMKM anggota koperasi yang terdiri dari pelaku usaha bidang keterampilan dan kuliner. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, tes praktik, dan dokumentasi menggunakan instrumen berupa panduan wawancara, lembar observasi, dan tes penguasaan konsep HPP serta pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk menggambarkan tingkat pemahaman, keterampilan, dan implementasi hasil pelatihan. Hasil pengabdian  menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil memahami dan menerapkan penghitungan HPP dengan benar, serta mampu menyusun laporan laba/rugi sederhana. Namun, beberapa peserta masih menghadapi kendala, terutama yang berasal dari sektor kuliner akibat fluktuasi harga bahan baku. Simpulan pengabdian  ini adalah pelatihan berbasis praktik efektif meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen keuangan sederhana bagi pelaku UMKM, yang berdampak positif terhadap pengelolaan usaha. Implikasi pengabdian  ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pelatihan berbasis pendampingan dapat direplikasi pada koperasi atau komunitas UMKM lainnya untuk meningkatkan kemandirian pelaku usaha.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan mendesak Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) "Permata Ngijo" di RT. 01 RW 14 Desa Ngijo, Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan mereka. KSP ini memiliki 32 anggota dan telah berhasil dalam memutarkan dana sebesar hampir 100 juta rupiah. Namun, pengelolaan koperasi masih sangat sederhana dan manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel, yang mengakibatkan masalah kompleks dalam pengolahan data. Tujuan utama pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan koperasi melalui pengembangan aplikasi berbasis informasi tentang simpan pinjam. Jenis pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah pengembangan teknologi informasi, yang melibatkan pengurus dan anggota KSP sebagai subjeknya. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian melibatkan pengembangan aplikasi mobile yang dapat diakses oleh pengurus dan anggota koperasi. Selain itu, pelatihan dan pendampingan diberikan kepada anggota koperasi untuk memastikan mereka dapat menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Hasil utama pengabdian ini adalah pengembangan aplikasi "Permata Ngijo" yang berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan KSP. Survei kepuasan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini sangat bermanfaat bagi pengurus maupun anggota koperasi. Secara keseluruhan, pengabdian ini membawa implikasi positif dalam pengelolaan keuangan KSP "Permata Ngijo". Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, pengelolaan simpan pinjam menjadi lebih transparan dan mudah diakses. Implikasi jangka panjangnya adalah bahwa pengembangan aplikasi serupa dapat digunakan oleh koperasi lain untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional mereka.

Abstract

Jodipan Kampung Warna-Warni is a popular tourist destination in Malang, Indonesia, known for the uniqueness and beauty of its colorful buildings. This research focuses on developing a bilingual website for Jodipan Kampung Warna-Warni (KWWJ). The main objective of this research is to develop a bilingual website for Jodipan Kampung Warna-Warni to both local and international tourist through effective digital media. The website also utilizes both Indonesian and English languages. The research employed the Design and Development and Development Research (DDR) method, which includes five steps: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were gathered through documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The product was validated by language and IT expert to ensure its quality.  The evaluation results indicate that the bilingual website, designed effectively for informational and promotional purposes, meets the standards for high-quality, well-designed site. This conclusion is based on positive feedback collected through questionnaires distributed to both local and international potential customers, showing that the website met the criteria for a well-designed platform suitable for publication. Users appreciated the ease of navigation, clarity of information, and interactive features. Consequently, this bilingual website is expected to serve as a model for other tourist destinations in leveraging digital technology for more effective promotion.

Abstract

This study developed writing materials and animated videos to improve students’ essay writing at the State Polytechnic of Malang. Following Richey and Klein’s five-phase Design and Development Research model, analysis through questionnaires and interviews identified grammar difficulties and low motivation as major writing challenges. To address these, the researcher created a module with reading passages, grammar sections, and QR-linked animated videos. The final product was field-tested with students, yielding positive feedback (some noted video pacing issues). The final product scored 72.43% in the evaluation, confirming its effectiveness in supporting essay writing. Students appreciated the engaging visuals, clear explanations, and bilingual format. Integrating animation into traditional writing materials enhanced student understanding and motivation. This module and video series serve as a practical, innovative instructional tool. Future work should improve video pacing and add interactive learning features.

Abstract

This research is aimed at developing a project-based learning model incorporating prior knowledge activation for teaching writing. Teaching writing is challenging since the skill comprises linguistic and cognitive aspects. Writing is a process of pouring ideas into text which involve cognitive domain; therefore, a model for teaching writing needs to be tailored so that learners can learn writing and improve their skill. This study is a Design and Development research comprising 5 stages namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE). Through analysis, questionnaires were distributed to second grade students of MAN 5 Jombang. Interviews were also conducted with 2 teachers who taught writing to explore needs and problems in teaching writing. Then, design and development of the model was conducted, followed by implementing the model in MAN 5 Jombang. The result of analysis showed that students preferred learning model that involve them actively. In addition, students also stated that learning to write required knowledge regarding topics and other aspect related to writing such as grammar, mechanic and vocabulary. The model developed in this study employed project-based learning incorporating with prior knowledge. Thus, students learned in a project atmosphere, while prior knowledge activation was integrated in each phase to help them retrieve past knowledge and improve their writing. The result of pre and post-test showed that the model successfully improved students’ writing score from 50,39 to 86,21. The questionnaires distributed in evaluation stage revealed that students enjoyed the atmosphere of project-based learning and felt they understood the material better. In conclusion, the model successfully fixed learning atmosphere and improved students’ writing skill.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the learning process, including the learning of mathematics. This situation has caused students and teachers not always be able to interact directly, which can result in learning loss. Therefore, efforts are needed to develop learning media that allow students to learn independently and actively. This study aims to develop a Mathematics E-Module that is different from most of the modules available, where students can interact with the E-Module. The E-Module was developed using the modified Plomp development model. The results of the study show that the developed E-Module meets the level of validity with a category of very valid, as well as the practicality of the E-Module. Other findings during the testing process showed that this E-Module can increase students' active and independent engagement in understanding the concept of derivative relationships with increasing functions, decreasing functions, and maximum/minimum values. Therefore, E-Module is recommended because it is very suitable for use in learning both online and offline. E-Module with GeoGebra applet can improve vocational school students’ ability to discover concepts independently.

Abstract

Kampung Proklim merupakan bagian dari program nasional untuk membentuk komunitas tangguh iklim melalui penguatan ketahanan lingkungan, energi, dan partisipasi masyarakat. RW 2 Kelurahan Kebonsari Kota Malang memiliki potensi air dan lahan pertanian yang baik, serta keterlibatan warga yang tinggi, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mitigasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan masyarakat melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pendampingan masyarakat, pelatihan, serta instalasi sistem pendukung lingkungan seperti peringatan dini banjir dan pengelolaan energi terbarukan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat dan perbaikan skor indikator Proklim. Program ini berdampak pada kesiapan warga dalam menghadapi perubahan iklim dan mendorong terciptanya kampung tematik yang berkelanjutan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis masyarakat dapat diterapkan di wilayah lain sebagai model kampung rendah emisi dan berdaya tahan iklim.

Abstract

Aplikasi kelas onlinetelah diterapkan di SMK Telkom Malang menggunakan platformGoogleClassroompada mata pelajaran Pemrograman Berorientasi Objek (PBO). Penggunaan Google Classroompada mata pelajaran PBO ditambahkan materi chatbotpembelajaran Javadari Oracle Academy Java FoundationmenggunakanplatformFacebook Messengersebagai media untuk membantu Guru dalam menyediakan materi kepada siswa diantaranya adalah materi dasar pemrograman Java dan penyajian item soal kuis. Pada model kuis yang disajikan chatbotini, antar siswa mendapat respon penyajian item soal yang berbeda dalam pengerjaan kuis tentang materi yang ditampilkan sesuai dengan scoretingkat kesulitan soal yang dikerjakan oleh siswa dengan metode Organizing Exercise Items. Pada hasil ujicoba, chatbotdapat memberikan semua respon dengan tepat kepada seluruh siswa yaitu tentang penyajian item soal dengan topik materi Java Software Developmentsesuai tingkat kesulitan yang berbeda yaitu mudah, sedang dan sulit. Dengan demikian siswa dinyatakan dapat berinteraksi dengan chatbotsebagai media belajar yang dapat membantu guru dalam memberikan fasilitas belajar kepada siswa sesuai tingkat pemahaman materi soal pada pembelajaran Java. Adanya chatbotyang dibangun diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi kepada guru serta berkontribusi positif  saat proses pembelajaran oleh siswa yang diintegrasikan pada kelas onlinetanpa batasan ruang, waktu dan jumlah siswa.Abstract Online class application has been applied in SMK Telkom Malang using Google Classroom platform on Object Oriented Programming subjects (OOP). Google Classroom on PBO subjects added Java learning chatbot material from the Oracle Academy Java Foundation using the Messenger Facebook platform. Both of these learning media can help teachers in providing materials to students such as basic Java programming materials and the presentation of items about the quiz. In the quiz model that is presented by this chatbot, the students get responses of different items in the quiz about the material that is displayed in accordance with the score of the difficulty level of the problems done by the students by the Organizing Exercise Items method. In the test results, chatbot is applied to the learning of 3 classes and creating a higher final exam results with an average difference of 0.60 points from the conventional learning group. In the learning results there is also an increase in the value of post test of 0.39 points from the first test. Thus the students can interact with chatbot as a learning medium Java programming language and Chatbot can help teachers in the provision of materials and quizzes. And result of effectiveness test through ISO 9126 software quality test some aspect gets predicate very feasible to applied.
