Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship and direct influence of luxury fashion on the purchase intention of luxury goods, the direct effect of purchase commitment on the purchase intention of luxury goods and the influence of global identity on the purchase intention of luxury goods. On an ongoing basis, companies can increase sales commitment behavior to engage buyers to generate interest in purchasing luxury goods. Purchase intention becomes one of the most important things in a company if a company shares information/knowledge behavior with customers, it will also increase the customer's interest in buying a product. These efforts can be realized in the form of increasing customer cognitive capital and being able to provide more services to customers. Data collected by 50 users of luxury Fahion products. The data that has been collected is then tested for validity, reliability test, hypothesis test and classic assumption test. The results showed that cognitive variables had a positive effect on information/knowledge sharing behavior, social interaction had a positive effect on information/knowledge sharing behavior, and information/knowledge sharing behavior had a positive effect on purchase intention. Abstract

The research entitled The Effect of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions in the Tiktok Shop Application is the result of a quantitative study that aims to answer questions about the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions in the Tiktok Shop application. The research methodology used is quantitative research using survey methods. sampling technique using google form with 75 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires which were processed using SPSS version 20. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions in the TikTik Shop application. Research shows that customer expectations on the TikTok Shop application are valid and significant for purchase decisions and customer satisfaction. Abstract

Indonesian society is a heterogeneous society because it consists of many tribes, cultures and layers of society. Therefore, their shopping tastes also vary. For this reason, Indonesia has many offline and online stores. But now people prefer to shop at online stores, because shopping at online stores is easier, more convenient, and saves more time and energy. Shopee is one of the marketplaces in Indonesia. Shopee is the number one online shopping in Indonesia this year. Its activities have penetrated all markets in Indonesia. Customer expectations for a product exist because they cannot see the product they are going to buy directly. Customer expectations greatly affect customer satisfaction. Because they are mutually exclusive. Positive disconfirmation is influenced by customer expectations. If expectations are met then repurchase intention will occur. Research shows that customer expectations on the Shopee marketplace are valid and significant to customer satisfaction. Positive disconfirmation is also valid and significant to customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on the intention to repurchase. Therefore, the Shopee marketplace must maintain credibility so that customers always trust and continue to use the Shopee marketplace as a platform for online shopping. Shopee also has to maintain brand awareness so that it is always remembered and used as a leading marketplace in Indonesia. Abstract

AbstrakWoM behaviour merupakan bentuk dari loyalitas pelanggan, adanya loyalitas dari konsumen karena nilai dari sebuah merek dan hubungan yang dibangun perusahaan sangat baik. Ketika konsumen merasa puas dengan suatu nilai merek dan hubungan dari perusahaan maka akan menumbuhkan niat pembelian atau penggunaan produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi pada objek wisata Gumuk Pasir Parangkusumo yang semakin ramai pengunjung dari tahun ke tahun sedangkan dulunya hanya tempat untuk kegiatan ibadah dan kegiatan masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh customer equity terhadap WoM behaviour melalui purchase intention pada pengunjung domestik Gumuk Pasir Prangkusumo. Data yang didapat pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden pengunjung Gumuk Pasir Parangkusumo dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan dari responden untuk setiap variabel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan sobel test untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan melalui variabel mediasi secara signifikan mampu memediator dalam hubungan tersebut. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunaka uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolineritas, serta menggunakan analisis regresi. Dari hasil uji tersebut didapatkan uji-t yang menunjukan bahwa value equity berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention, brand equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, relationship equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, value equity berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap WoM bheviour, brand equity berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap WoM behaviour, relationship equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap WoM behaviour, dan purchase intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap WoM behaviour. Kata Kunci :  Ekuitas Pelanggan, Niat Membeli, Perilaku WoMAbstractWoM behavior is a form of customer loyalty, the loyalty of consumers because the value of a brand and the relationships that the company builds very well. This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs in the tourism object Parangkusumo Sand Dune which is increasingly crowded visitors from year to year while previously only a place for worship activities and activities of the surrounding community. This study aims to determine how much influence customer equity has on WoM behavior through purchase intentions on domestic visitors to Gumuk Pasir Prangkusumo. The data obtained in this study were obtained from a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who visited Parangkusumo Sand Dune using accidental sampling method to find out the responses of respondents for each variable. The analysis technique used is the sobel test to find out whether there is a relationship through mediating variables that are significantly able to mediate in that relationship. Tests in this study use validity, reliability, and classic assumption tests, namely normality test, heterokedasticity test, multicollinity test, and using regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived product quality, price worthiness, and brand image to customer satisfaction at Mie Gacoan Tamansiswa. his type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Research subjects are consumers who have purchased more than once products at Mie Gacoan Tamansiswa. Primary data obtained from a questionnaire with 154 respondents with purposive sampling. The results of the research on the test show that the Perceived Product Quality (X1) has positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) with a value of 0,000. The Price Worthiness (X2) has positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) with a value of 0,001. And the Brand Image (X3) has positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) with a value of 0,005. In the results of the F test Perceived Product Quality, Price Worthiness, Brand Image simultaneously affect to Customer Satisfaction which is indicated by a significance value of 0.000. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh strategi pemasaran dan corporate responsibility (CSR) terhadap suatu loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Eksplorasi ini menggunakan teknik pemeriksaan kuantitatif. Untuk pengumpulan informasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survey melalui struktur google yang disampaikan melalui media berbasis web WhatsApp yang kemudian dibedah dengan bantuan SPSS 16. Pemeriksaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan strategi non-probability dan prosedur pemeriksaan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah sebanyak 123 sampel. Hasil penelitian strategi pemasaran dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan menampilkan berpengaruh positif dan besar terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan dampak besar pada variabel loyalitas pelanggan selain itu kepuasan pelanggan dapat menjadi mediasi antar hubungan strategi pemasaran dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan pada loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The industrial era 4.0 with technology used is increasingly sophisticated and in various fields so as to change people's lifestyles, they tend to prefer to use technology for transactions rather than going directly to shopping places. This study aims to determine the effect of Trustworthiness, Perceived Risk and Information Quality on Customer Satisfaction in purchasing Fashion Online at Monkromstore Jogja. This study uses quantitative research methods. The sample used for this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling with the criteria that respondents have an account for online purchases at Monokromstore Jogja and respondents have made online purchases at Monokromstore Jogja. The results in this study indicate that Trustworthiness has a significant and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on online fashion purchases at Monokromstore. Perceived Risk has a significant and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on online fashion purchases at Monokromstore Jogja. Information Quality has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on online fashion purchases at Monokromstore Jogja. Trustworthiness, Perceived Risk, and Information Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in purchasing online fashion at Monokromstore Jogja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Perceived Usefulness dan Informational Security terhadap Loyalitas melalui Trust sebagai variabel Mediasi pada Nasabah Bank BNI. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan dari menyebar kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yaitu sampel diambil secara acak sederhana dan setiap anggota sampel memiliki peluang yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust, Informasional Security tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Trust, Perceived Usefulness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas, Informasional Security tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas, Information Security tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadapTrust, dan Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine analyzing the effect Factors Influencing Consumer Purchase Decisions on MSMEs in Belitung such as of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), social media marketing, store environment and perceived value. The population to be studied is all SMEs in Belitung and the sample in this study is 110 respondents from all SMEs in Belitung with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. various tests carried out such as validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through T and F tests, and the coefficient of determination test was carried out. The results of the study found that Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Media Marketing, Store Environment and Perceived Value had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions for SMEs in Belitung. This means that the better the Social media marketing.
