Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of motivation and hygiene factors on employee job satisfaction at the Directorate General of Taxes. Utilizisng a survey method and a quantitative approach, this study collects and analyzes data to evaluate how these two factors contribute to job satisfaction. The findings indicate that both motivation and hygiene factors significantly positively impact job satisfaction within the Directorate General of Taxes. Employees experiencing high levels of work motivation tend to see an increase in their job satisfaction. This suggests that strong motivation from job aspects such as recognition, achievement, and responsibility can enhance employee job satisfaction. Similarly, hygiene factors such as good working conditions, supportive organizational policies, and positive interpersonal relationships at work also contribute to increased job satisfaction.The conclusions of this study underline the importance of paying attention to both motivation and hygiene factors as strategies to enhance employee job satisfaction. The Directorate General of Taxes is advised to implement policies and practices that support these aspects to improve employee well-being and overall organizational effectiveness. This research provides valuable insights for human resource management in designing and implementing programs that can strengthen work motivation and ensure adequate hygiene conditions in the workplace.

Abstract

Essentially, the majority of people want to fulfill their needs for consumer or productive goods quickly and through a simple process, In this context, Islam is present as a solution for society to meet society's needs for assets through financing agreements contract al-Ijarah Muntahiyah Bi at-Tamlik (IMBT). Which aims to review the suitability of the implementation of the contract al-Ijarah Muntahiyah Bi at-Tamlik against DSN-MUI fatwa no. 27 of 2002 about IMBT. Field research is the form of research used, and the research method employed is a descriptive method with a qualitative research paradigm approach. Data was obtained through several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman analysis technique. The results of the research state that apart from the conformity of several IMBT contract implementations to the DSN-MUI Fatwa, The DSN-MUI Fatwa is not followed in a number of implementations, including the transfer of ownership at the start of the IMBT contract, the full tenant-borne maintenance costs for the rental items, and the initial intention of customers applying for IMBT contract financing, which was not to satisfy their needs for consumer or productive goods.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak signifikan pada tenaga masak di PCM Wonosari, memaksa banyak dari mereka untuk kembali ke desa dan memulai usaha kuliner sendiri. Melalui program pengabdian masyarakat, pelatihan diberikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing usaha kuliner lokal. Fokus pelatihan meliputi edukasi gizi, penerapan prinsip-prinsip hygiene dan sanitasi, serta pengembangan keterampilan kewirausahaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan dan pengetahuan para pelaku usaha kuliner, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas produk dan layanan. Dengan pendampingan berkelanjutan dan pemberian alat hygiene, usaha kuliner di PCM Wonosari diharapkan mampu bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas, meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat, dan memajukan ekonomi lokal. Program ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antara akademisi, pemerintah, dan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan potensi ekonomi desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, pelatihan, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi, menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator pada variabel independen, moderating dan dependen memiliki validitas konvergen dengan nilai outer loading yang tinggi dan reliabilitas indikator memenuhi kriteria Composite Reliability. Model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 70,2% variasi kinerja karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja, pelatihan, pendanaan, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, moderasi komitmen organisasi hanya terbukti pada hubungan antara beban kerja dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price discounts on intrusive purchases with purchase intention as intervening. This research uses quantitative methods. The research sample was 150 people who were taken by random sampling. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical tests, model fixity tests, classical assumption tests. coefficient of determination, t-test and path analysis. classical assumption tests used in this study include: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Based on the t test results, it shows that product quality, price, partially have a significant positive effect on implusive purchases. Based on the path analysis test, purchase intention is able to mediate the relationship between product quality and price discounts on implusive buying.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of firm size, stock trading volume, and dividend policy on stock price volatility in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) from 2020 to 2023. Using a quantitative approach, the research analyzes 13 firms that consistently remained in JII and dis-tributed dividends, resulting in 52 observations. Panel data regression processed through E-Views 12 is employed to assess relationships between variables. The findings indicate that firm size has a significant negative effect on stock price volatility, whereas trading volume and dividend policy, measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), show no significant influence. However, the study is limited by its small sample size, restricted variables, and exclusive focus on JII stocks. Future research should explore additional variables, extend the observation period, and include broader samples beyond JII-listed companies for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) and Perceived Ease of Use on the Purchase Intention of Muslim fashion products, with Trust as an Intervening Variable. The study was conducted on Shopee platform users in Surakarta City. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through an online survey of Shopee users who are interested in Muslim fashion products. Data analysis was carried out using statistical tests and regression to evaluate the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that the E-WOM variable had a positive and significant effect on trust and buying interest in Muslim fashion products at Shopee.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of hedonic motivation and brand love on the impulsive buying behavior of Muslim fashion products, with positive emotion as an intervening variable. The research focuses on millennial and Gen Z women as the target respondents. The data was collected using an online questionnaire distributed to 150 female respondents aged between 18 and 35 years old. The results of the analysis, conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with Smarts software, revealed several important findings. The results indicate that hedonic motivation has a significant positive effect on impulsive buying behavior of Muslim fashion products (t-statistic = 3.082, P < 0.05), supporting H1. Similarly, brand love also shows a significant positive influence on impulsive buying behavior (t-statistic = 2.234, P < 0.05), supporting H2. However, the relationship between positive emotion and impulsive buying was found to be non-significant (t-statistic = 1.091, P > 0.05), rejecting H3. Furthermore, hedonic motivation was found to have a positive effect on positive emotion (t-statistic = 2.644, P < 0.05), supporting H4. Brand love also has a positive impact on positive emotion (t-statistic = 5.179, P < 0.05), supporting H5. These findings provide insightful information for marketers and businesses to understand the purchasing behavior of millennial and Gen Z women when it comes to Muslim fashion products. The study suggests that while hedonic motivation and brand love directly influence impulsive buying behavior, positive emotion does not fully mediate these relationships. Future research could explore additional variables to enhance the understanding of impulsive buying behavior in the context of Muslim fashion products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable case study at a Muslim fashion store in Wonogiri. The type of research used by researchers is quantitative research. The data source for this research is primary data. The research population is consumers of 3 Muslim Clothing Stores in Wonogiri City, namely Zoya, Rabbani, and Zalfa. The number of samples in this study was 150 respondents. The sampling method in this research uses Non-probability Sampling with the Purposive Sampling technique. In this study, the analytical technique used was Partial Least Square (PLS) with a calculation process using the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. The results of this study show that Product Quality has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Service Quality and Product Quality have a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction have a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis model bisnis Ahola Tropical Drinks. Metode yang digunakan adalah Business Modeling Framework (BMC) dan analisis SWOT, termasuk Penggunaan Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) dan External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan kajian pustaka. Responden penelitian terdiri dari pemilik dan karyawan Ahola Tropical Drinks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis SWOT menghasilkan "Strategi Berorientasi Pertumbuhan" yang mendukung pendekatan positif. Strategi ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan Kerangka Model Bisnis Ahola Tropical Drinks. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diusulkan beberapa perbaikan pada sembilan elemen Kerangka Model Bisnis Ahola Tropical Drinks.Strategi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi tim kepemimpinan perusahaan. Dalam melakukan parafrase terhadap kalimat tersebut, pastikan untuk menggunakan kata-kata dan struktur kalimat yang berbeda, sambil tetap menyampaikan informasi yang sama. Berikut adalah salah satu contoh parafrase dari kalimat tersebut: "Menurut hasil penelitian, analisis SWOT menunjukkan adanya 'Strategi Berorientasi Pertumbuhan' yang mendukung pendekatan positif. Temuan ini memiliki kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan Kerangka Model Bisnis Ahola Tropical Drinks. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, terdapat beberapa rekomendasi perbaikan pada kesembilan elemen Kerangka Model Bisnis yang diusulkan. Strategi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga kepada tim kepemimpinan perusahaan."
