Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk pengambilan keputusan promosi jabatan karyawan dimaksudkan antara lain untuk memberikan alternatif proses penilaian karyawan bidang Sumber Daya Insani (SDI). Dimana konsep penilaian kerja karyawan merupakan proses penting yang akan mempengaruhi dalam pengambilan keputusan promosi jabatan.Maka pada penelitian ini penulis membuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan keputusan promosi jabatan karyawan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan menggunakan tiga kriteria yaitu : kriteria prilaku (C1), kriteria target kerja (C2), dan kriteria test (C3).Untuk membantu pembangunan dan pengembangan sistem ini penulis mengunakan metode SDLC Waterfall untuk membangun kerangka sistem.Analisa dan desain sistem penulis menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Pembuatan aplikasi penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL, dan menggunakan metode Black Box untuk pengujiannya. Kata kunci: Black Box, MySQL, PHP, Promosi, Karyawan, Simple Additive Weighting, SDLC, Unified Modelling Language, Waterfall. Abstract: The implementation of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to decide employee promotion is to give alternative in processing employee assesement in human resources division. Where the concept of the assesment of the employee is an important process that will influence the change of an employee position.In this research, the researcher tries to make a supporting system to decide the change of employee position by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with three criteria that is: behavior criteria (C1), work target criteria (C2), and test criteria (C3). To assist the construction and development of this system, the researcher use SDLC Waterfall method to build a system framework and system analysis. To design the system the researcher use Unified Modelling Language (UML). To construct the application the researcher use PHP programming language with MySQL database.
