Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis penggunaan video animasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Tematik di kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian eksperimen yang berhubungan dengan angka-angka yang dihitung secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keterampilan menyimak peserta didik selama mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan penggunaan video animasi pada pembelajaran Tematik di kelas V mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan menganalisis nilai pre-test dan post-test belajar pada peserta didik SDN 10 Tangan-Tangan dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test 60 dan post-test 80,22. Sedangkan hasil belajar peserta didik setelah penggunaan video animasi pada proses pembelajaran di kelas V SDN 10 Tangan-Tangan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan menganalisis data menggunakan rumus statistik uji t pada taraf ɑ = 0,05, diperoleh hasil t-tabel = 1,68 sedangkan t-test = 2,04 sehingga t-test ≥ t-tabel. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ialah dengan penggunaan video animasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak dan hasil belajar peserta didik. , maka bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwasanya keterampilan menyimak siswa selama mengikuti kegiatan belajar dengan penerapan video animasi dalam pembelajaran tematik kelas V mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

This article discusses previous research studies that indicate the benefits and advantages of using information technology in learning. The research is to ascertain elementary school teacher education students' perceptions of integrating information technology in learning. The type of this research is qualitative survey research. The research was conducted in the elementary school teacher education study program of FKIP Riau through data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The population in the study involved 72 elementary school teacher education study program students of FKIP Riau as a respondent in this research with a random sampling technique. The results of the analysis indicate that 81% of students had already knowledge about information technology, 77% indicates that they felt the benefits of information technology use, and 53% indicates they were satisfied with the integration of information technology in learning. Based on the conclusions of the research results, it is recommended that there should be variations in integrating information technology through various learning models or methods to make students experience more meaningful learning.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang ada di bidang pendidikan adalah ketimpangan kesempatan belajar bagi anak usia sekolah. Untuk itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis kebutuhan terhadap kebutuhan jumlah siswa yang harus bersekolah di SMP untuk masing-masing wilayah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan angka dalam menghitung jumlah anak SMP yang harus bersekolah. Dari penelitian diperoleh pemetaan kondisi jumlah siswa yang harus bersekolah, ruang kelas dan sekolah yang tersedia. Ada 9 dari 15 kecamatan yang penduduk usia SMP-nya tidak berkesempatan bersekolah. Dengan pemetaan berbasis GIS akan terlihat kondisi real area, perencanaan dan rekomendasi perencanaan pembangunan sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to find out employee’s perceptions about organizational culture at Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan in terms of norms, aggressiveness, team orientation, result orientation, and behavior. This is descriptive research. The population of the study was the employees of Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, amounting to 45 people the sample was taken using the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique, with a total of 35 people. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The results of data analysis show that employees' perceptions of organizational culture at Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan can be seen from the following result: (1) norms in organizational culture are good with an average score of 4.2, (2) aggressiveness in organizational culture is good with an average score of 4.1, (3) team orientation in organizational culture is good with an average score of 4.2, (4) results orientation in organizational culture is good with an average score of 4.1 , (5) behavior in organizational culture is good with an average score of 4.2. Overall, it can be concluded that employees' perceptions of organizational culture at Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan are good with an average score of 4.16. For this reason, it is recommended that leaders are expected to be able to provide examples, guidance, motivation and explore employee creative ideas. Employees are expected to be able to comply with and guide the norms, participate actively, establish good teamwork, innovate and dare to take risks for the progress of the organization.

Abstract

This article was created to find out how to describe the role of guidance and counseling information services through interprofessional education. The aim of IPE is the practice of inter-professional collaboration, which involves various professions in learning about how to work together by providing the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to collaborate effectively. This research method uses library research to examine through writings from books regarding cooperative learning models in interprofessional education. Information services are guidance and counseling services that enable students to receive and understand various information that can be used as material for consideration and decision-making for the benefit of students. Information services are services that provide information needed by individuals. Guidance and counseling services have very important functions and roles in schools, especially for students. By providing BK services the development of students will be more optimal. Counseling guidance services focus on developing personal and social aspects as well as solving problems individually. With these services it is hoped that students will be in prime condition, so that they can learn and develop themselves personally. According to WHO Interprofessional education or IPE is an educational process that involves two or more types of professions. Interprofessional education can occur when several students from various professions learn about other professions, learn together with one another to create effective collaborations.

Abstract

Improving classroom climate is an effort to enhance the quality of education on a micro scale that needs to be encouraged for lecturers in tertiary education. Several tertiary classroom climate instruments have been developed in English, for example the Colleges and Universities Classroom Environment Inventory (CUCEI), What is Happening in this Class (WIHIC), and have been translated into several languages. The University Classroom Climate Inventory (UCCI) is a classroom climate instrument which was developed and adapted in Bahasa Indonesia based on the English classroom climate instrument. To obtain information about a conducive classroom climate in Indonesia, it is necessary to assess the difference between actual and preferred classroom climate in some universities. The sample of the study was 400 students of Universitas Negeri Padang, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Public Islamic University of Sutan Syarif Kasim Pekanbaru, and Public Islamic Institute of Kerinci, Indonesia.  The result of the study shows that there was a significant difference between the actual and the preferred climate, which mean that there is a need to make better classroom climate in for these universities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi perencanaan pendidikan dan implementasinya di sekolah dasar. Tinjauan literatur sistematis dilakukan dengan menggunakan database jurnal-jurnal publish or perish. Hasilnya menunjukkan 33 artikel dengan kata kunci pencarian didasarkan pada: "perencanaan pendidikan di sekolah dasar”. Perencanaan pendidikan menempati posisi yang sangat krusial dalam pendidikan sekolah dasar. Kepala sekolah harus memiliki dan membuat rencana besar proyek jangka pendek dan jangka panjang bagi sekolah yang dipimpinnya. Strategi yang ditempuh dalam perencanaan pendidikan di sekolah dasar dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sekolah dasar dapat melalui langkah sebagai berikut pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, mendiagnosis, perumusan kebijakan, perkiraan kebutuhan masa depan, perhitungan biaya, menetapkan tujuan, merumuskan rencana, merincikan rencana, mengimplementasikan rencana, mengevaluasi rencana, dan meninjau dan revisi rencana pendidikan. Adanya strategi perencanaan pendidikan ini diharapkan pendidikan di sekolah dasar akan semakin maju. Implementasi perencanaan pendidikan di sekolah dasar dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, efektifivitas, mutu dan pemerataan pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengidentifikasi prosedur pengelolaan arsip di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Bukittinggi, 2) Mengidentifikasikan masalah pengelolaan Arsip di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Bukittinggi, 3) Mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab masalah pengelolaan Arsip di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Bukittinggi, 4) Merumuskan alternatif penyelesaian masalah pengelolaan Arsip di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Bukittinggi, 5) Menganalisa dan menyajikan solusi yang paling efektif untuk penyelesaian masalah pengelolaan Arsip di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif desain penelitian studi kasus. Informan penelitian ialah para pegawai di instansi terkait. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancaraidanacatatan lapangan. Data dianallsis melalui langkah reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Abstract

Implementing the Pancasila Student Profiles Strengthening Project as a focus in the Merdeka Curriculum has yet to be fully implemented. The study aims to analyze the policy of the Merdeka Curriculum by implementing the Pancasila Student Profiles Strengthening Project in elementary schools. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach to describe various phenomena and events. The research subjects were taken from 34 students in class IV and three informants, consisting of the head of the school and 2 class teachers who have already implemented the Merdeka Curriculum in primary schools. Research data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation is described. The findings showed that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project through the theme of entrepreneurship could help students to develop the competence and character of the Pancasila Student Profile, namely faith, piety to God Almighty, and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning, and creative. Thus, the Pancasila Student Profiles Strengthening Project is a project-based co-curricular activity designed to strengthen student competence and character under the Pancasila Student Profile in the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the sources of funds, planning, planning and evaluation carried out by SMK Dhuafa Yayasan Bina Nusantara. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research conducted at SMK Dhuafa Yayasan Bina Nusantara. The results of the research include sources of school funding coming from the government, related parties through infaq and sadakah institutions and foundations as permanent donors. Planning activities refer to the RABPY which is made before the learning activities take place. Funding expenditures include payment of honorariums for teachers and teaching staff, maintenance of buildings and facilities and infrastructure that support student learning activities, then evaluation is carried out by the foundation together with the school principal by making activity accountability reports. In conclusion, the Dhuafa Vocational School of the Bina Nusantara Foundation in running the free school program has been implemented well without collecting a penny of funding from students.
