Abstract

Bali today is experiencing a growth in the number of cooperatives, butthe growth of the cooperativeis not followed by the quality ofthe cooperative it self.Particularly in Klungkung cooperatives is still having problems in the field of humanresources cooperatives, which are owned by the board still does not have sufficientcompetence because of the lack of understanding of competence in accordance withthe needs of existing cooperatives. Therefore, this research intends toformulate thefactors thatinfluence cooperative human resource competencies that will be able tobe used as the basis in finding or developing its human resources. In the extraction of the factors thatmade the overall show variables can explain the variety ofform factors. After that is the determination of the number offactors, which deserve to becalled whenthe factor has a value of more than 1 can be computed as a factor, sothat only four factors were formed. Form factor given the name 1) Mastery of work,2) Self-awareness, 3) Personal capability and 4) Individual excellence. Assessmentsfactorsindicate that the model has an accuracy of 61% on the error rate or alphaof 5%.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aimed to determine the effect of workload on turnover intention among health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, with burnout serving as a mediator and work stress as a moderator. Methodology - This qualitative study collected data from health workers in health facilities in the Klungkung Regency using questionnaires. The data obtained were then examined using SmartPLS 3.2.9. Findings - The results showed that workload did not impact turnover intention, with burnout serving as a mediator. Meanwhile, work stress has not been proven to increase the connection between workload and turnover intent. Originality - This study provided a different perspective based on organizational behavior theory, which described the turnover intention mechanism of health workers.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the collapse of the tourism sector. The implementation of health protocols (CHSE) and vaccinations made the situation even better. Tourist loyalty to tourist destinations is the ultimate goal for every destination manager. At this time trust and experience are the most important variables in determining loyalty. This study aims to determine: i) the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty, ii) the effect of brand trust on brand loyalty, iii) the effect of brand trust on brand loyalty, iv) the role of brand trust in mediating the relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty, v) the role of the application of health protocols (CHSE) as a moderating variable. This study used a sample of 200 tourists visiting Bali. Data analysis was performed using Smart PLS. The results of the research are: i) brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, ii) brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, iii) brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty iv) brand trust partially mediates the influence of brand experience on brand loyalty, v) CHSE moderates the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty, but does not moderate the effect of brand trust on brand loyalty. Abstract

Research aims: The objective of this research is to explore the effect of psychological empowerment on innovative work behavior with transformational leadership as a moderator.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research was designed using a quantitative approach where data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 190 employees of export SMEs in Bali. The gathered data was examined using Smart PLS 3.2.9 software.Research findings: The research found that psychological empowerment and its dimensions positively affected innovative work behavior. In addition, transformational leadership fully moderated the link between psychological empowerment and innovative work behavior. The limitation of the research indicated bias due to self-assessment reports. Meanwhile, the practical implications contribute to expanding understanding of the role of transformational leadership as a moderator. Thus, leaders have a reference in policy making.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The theoretical contribution of this research contributes to the knowledge of on innovative work behavior by exploring psychological empowerment.Practitioners/Policy Implications: Practical implications contributed to expanding understanding of the moderating role of transformational leadership. Hence, leaders have a reference in policy making.Research Limitations/Implications: The sample used is still limited to the export SME sectors in Bali. This research uses a causality approach. Thus, the data reported is self-assessment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee job satisfaction in the hotel business. This research design uses a quantitative approach where the data collection tool uses a questionnaire distributed to 261 four-star hotel employees. Research data was analyzed using Smart PLS 3.2.3. The findings of this research indicate that intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, transformational leadership does not play a moderating role in the relationship between intrinsic motivation and employee job satisfaction. However, transformational leadership acts as a moderator of the relationship between extrinsic motivation and employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of quality of work life and job satisfaction in mediating the influence of organizational justice on employee commitment at the UPTD Puskesmas Dawan II, Klungkung Regency. The population used in this study was 69 employees, the sample in this study was 69 employees. The data analysis technique used was Patrial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS 4.0.9 software. The results of this study indicate that organizational justice has a positive and significant direct effect on employee commitment. Organizational justice has a positive and significant direct effect on the quality of work life. Organizational justice has a positive and significant direct effect on job satisfaction. The quality of work life has a positive and significant direct effect on employee commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant direct effect on employee commitment. The quality of work life is able to partially mediate the effect of organizational justice on employee commitment. Job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the effect of organizational justice on employee commitment. It is recommended that employees are able to increase their self-confidence, and the company must be able to regulate employee working hours to suit the company's expectations, job satisfaction as one of the considerations in efforts to increase employee commitment.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior, with a focus on the mediating role of knowledge sharing. Data were collected through a questionnaire administered to 126 respondents from small and medium-sized export industries in Bali. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has a significant effect on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, knowledge sharing serves as a mediator between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior. The study acknowledges limitations, such as potential bias from self-assessment methods. The implications suggest that leaders in small and medium-sized industries should gain a deeper understanding of the relationships between these variables and the mediating mechanisms involved. This information can be valuable for enhancing leadership performance and fostering innovative work behavior in these industries. Theoretically, this study contributes to the understanding of how leadership styles can enhance organizational behavior, particularly in promoting innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Industri perhotelan memiliki peranan yang penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Peranan industri perhotelan dirasakan sangat penting terutama dalam aspek-aspek seperti kesempatan kerja, pemerataan pendapatan, pembangunan ekonomi, dan lain-lain. Dewasa ini industri perhotelan di Indonesia semakin berkembangan dengan berbagai jenis usahanya, mulai dari hotel, Homestay, resort, dan home stay. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mengisi pemahaman dasar terkait pemberian pelayanan, budaya dan sikap kerja kepada wisatawan yang datang menginap di Pondok Sayan Bongkasa. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, dialog, dan diskusi dalam rangka penyuluhan pemahaman dasar terkait pemberian pelayanan, pemahaman tentang budaya, dan peningkatan sikap kerja di Pondok Sayan Bongkasa. Berdasarkan pemaparan materi yang diberikan menjadi hal yang menarik untuk para karyawan, materi ini dapat tersampaikan serta diterima dengan baik. Berdasarkan pemaparan materi budaya dan lintas budaya yang diberikan menjadi pengetahuan yang menarik untuk para karyawan. Materi ini dapat tersampaikan serta diterima dengan baik, dengan akumulasi serapan yang baik. Materi sikap kerja dapat tersampaikan serta diterima dengan baik, dengan akumulasi serapan mencapai cukup baik.

Abstract

Pemasaran sangat penting untuk meningkatkan dan memajukan bisnis perusahaan. Kurangnya kemampuan staff bagian pemasaran untuk berkomunikasi secara baik dan benar terhadap para konsumen, selain itu kurangnya pemahaman staff bagian retur dalam memahami kondisi produk yang bisa untuk diterima. Adapun permasalahan yang ditimbulkan karena pesanan barang yang tidak sesuai dengan permintaan customer, yang mengakibatkan komplain dari para pembeli. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan kemampuan pemasaran dan penanggulangan resiko kehilangan produk di UD. Sinar Agung Listrik dengan memberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan tentang pemasaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan yang tinggi di perusahaan UD. Sinar Agung Listrik. Pengabdian dimulai dari tanggal 11 Agustus sampai dengan tanggal 10 September . Program ini dimulai dengan melakukan pengarahan tentang pemasaran produk, pembagian spesialisasi kerja, melakukan penyusunan alur kerja dan pelatihan untuk staff gudang dan retur. Hasil dari program pelatihan ini, selama 31 hari pelaksanaan, karyawan dapat memahami tentang pemasaran yang baik dan benar dan mampu mengurangi resiko kehilangan produk.
