Abstract

The economic growth of a region will indirectly affect the increase or decrease in the number of poverty in that region. One of the factors that can reduce poverty is to encourage and develop the real sector, but there are still many woven fabric craftsmen in Tangkup Village who do not fully understand how to manage a business that is being started, especially in terms of good financial management. The purpose of this community service is to help business actors in woven cloth craftsmen in Tangkup Village to fully understand how to manage a business that is being started, especially in terms of good financial management. Through Thematic Field Work Lectures by conducting educational activities and financial management assistance for woven fabric craftsmen in Tangkup Village which was carried out proven to be effective in order to increase adequate understanding of good and correct bookkeeping (accounting).

Abstract

The community service program has succeeded in significantly improving the performance of AD Motor Sparepart Workshop. Through a more aggressive promotional strategy and optimizing the service system by utilizing modern technology, the workshop has succeeded in attracting more customers, especially for the home service system. In addition, improvements in management, including the use of a more efficient bookkeeping system, have increased overall operational efficiency. Through employee training and development, the workshop team is also able to provide better quality service to customers. Overall, this program has made a positive contribution in strengthening AD Motor Sparepart Workshop's position in the market and is expected to continue to support sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Bali is always trying to improve itself in aspects of tourism especially in accommodation and services. In terms of service to tourists, communication is one of the most decisive factors. It encourages workers in tourism sector to have good communication skills, especially communication in English. This phenomenon requires the graduates in education and training institutions of hospitality and tourism to have good communication skills, especially communication in English.In this study, researcher raised the students of STIPAR Triatma Jaya joring in Management Business Hospitality as an object of research. The analysis in this study was made to answer the following questions: (1) the problems faced by students in speaking English in terms of speech act (pragmatic), and (2) to find some factors inhibiting students in learning to speak.This researchshowed that students majoring in Management Business Hospitality, experienced problems during the lesson especially in communicate English pronunciation, word selections and the using of English grammar. It is still influenced by the magnitude of the first language or mother tongue. Some factors have limited the students in speaking English, those factors are: components of linguistic mastery, and mastery of the content component, and environmental conditions during the learning process for example, the conditions where there was a little open space in the class room resulting the inclusion of sounds that interfere the process of learning. Abstract

Objective: This study systematically reviews strategic change management in complex infrastructure projects involving multiple stakeholders, advanced technologies, and multidimensional risks. Method: Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach on scientific articles published between 2019 and 2024, this research identifies adaptive strategies applied to address change challenges, including the integration of digital technologies (BIM, IoT, AI), transformational and participative leadership approaches. Results: Findings indicate that digitalisation and sustainability have become the main pillars of modern infrastructure project management, while social aspects such as organisational justice and social procurement are increasingly prioritised. Furthermore, managing project complexity requires a multidisciplinary approach that integrates advanced technologies, adaptive organisational capabilities, and collaborative leadership to minimise resistance to change. Novelty: This study contributes novelty by mapping the literature trends on change management strategies in complex infrastructure projects and offering practical implications for project managers and policymakers in formulating effective and sustainable change strategies in the era of digital transformation and global uncertainty.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior, with a focus on the mediating role of knowledge sharing. Data were collected through a questionnaire administered to 126 respondents from small and medium-sized export industries in Bali. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has a significant effect on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, knowledge sharing serves as a mediator between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior. The study acknowledges limitations, such as potential bias from self-assessment methods. The implications suggest that leaders in small and medium-sized industries should gain a deeper understanding of the relationships between these variables and the mediating mechanisms involved. This information can be valuable for enhancing leadership performance and fostering innovative work behavior in these industries. Theoretically, this study contributes to the understanding of how leadership styles can enhance organizational behavior, particularly in promoting innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu faktor yang sangat penting bahkan tidak dapat dilepaskan dari sebuah organisasi baik institusi maupun perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan pada dasarnya merupakan hasil kerja yang dicapai oleh karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PUSPADI Bali. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan pada PUSPADI Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 30 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode sensus yaitu dimana semua populasi menjadi sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PUSPADI Bali. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menambahkan variabel lain misalnya variabel komunikasi.

Abstract

Desa Batuan Kaler merupakan desa di Kecamatan Sukawati yang saat ini sedang merintis desa wisata. Desa Wisata Batuan Kaler mengusung tema Desa Wisata Arkeologi karena banyaknya situs peninggalan prasejarah yang menarik dan menjadi daya tarik wisata. Selain itu, panorama alam desa dengan hamparan sawah dan perkebunan menjadikannya daya tarik wisata yang memberikan kenikmatan di tengah hiruk pikuk ibu kota. Kelompok Sadar Wisata yang telah dibentuk menghadapi beberapa tantangan dalam mengembangkan desa wisata arkeologi yang berkelanjutan. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi Pokdarwis antara lain tantangan dalam mengelola pemasaran sebagai daya tarik wisata. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdian masyarakat Program Doktor menawarkan beberapa solusi untuk mengatasinya, yaitu dengan mengelola pemasaran Desa Wisata. Solusi yang diambil adalah dengan meningkatkan kegiatan pemasaran melalui media sosial, yaitu Instagram dan TikTok. Selain itu, dibuatlah brosur tentang desa wisata tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence self-efficacy, behavioral integrity, and leadership towards individual creativity on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bali. A quantitative approach was used through a survey of 474 respondents consisting of managers and employees, with analysis using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that self-efficacy, behavioral integrity, and leadership have a positive and significant influence on individual creativity. These findings confirm that employee self-confidence, consistent behavioral integrity, and good leadership practices can encourage increased creativity. However, the analysis also indicates that leadership does not act as a moderating variable in the relationship between self-efficacy and behavioral integrity with individual creativity, but rather has a direct influence on creativity. Theoretically, this research strengthens the perspective socio cognitive theory which explains creativity as the result of the interaction between personal and environmental factors. Practically, the implications of this research encourage SME leaders to strengthen leadership capacity, foster employee self-confidence, and uphold behavioral integrity as strategies to increase competitiveness through individual creativity.

Abstract

The essence of leadership in any organization is to carefully design work structures and systems. Leadership not only guides the company's vision and goals, but also plays an important role in shaping corporate culture, motivating employees, and influencing overall morale. In fact, the phenomenon of research results in the field still shows contradictions and gaps in research results between leadership, work motivation and morale. To overcome these problems, the authors conducted quantitative research using path analysis techniques and SmartPLS software version 4.0.8.8 and used purposive sampling to select samples. The results showed that leadership has a positive effect on work motivation, as well as leadership has a positive effect on morale. Furthermore, work motivation has no effect on work enthusiasm and has no mediating role on leadership with work enthusiasm. Researchers recognize the limitations in this study, which are limited to leadership, work motivation and morale in one company only. For future research, it is recommended to consider adding additional variables or modifying the research model through a moderation approach. In addition, it is recommended to conduct research involving more than one sector to increase the generalizability of the findings.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPeningkatan Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Bahasa Inggris Melalui Metode Guided Note Taking Padamahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Triatma Mulya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkanmotivasi dan hasil belajar bahasa Inggris melalui metode guided note taking. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Setiap siklusterdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian tindakan kelas iniadalah mahasiswa akuntansi semester 8 Universitas Triatma Mulya yang berjumlah 20 orangmahasiswa terdiri dari 3 mahasiswa laki-laki dan 17 perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa penerapan metode guided note taking dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar bahasaInggrisKata kunci: Guided Note Taking, Motivasi, Bahasa InggrisABSTRAKImproving Motivation and Learning Result through Guided Note Taking Method on Triatma MulyaUniversity students.
