Abstract

The point of the problem faced by the community, especially housewives in Tebang Kacang Village, Kubu Raya Regency, is that the need for agricultural products is increasing along with the increasing population, while increasing technological advances have shifted a lot of agricultural land which results in increasingly limited agricultural land. Such conditions require thinking and solutions to overcome them, one of which is the application of a hydroponic farming system. The solution to these problems is with a touch of science and technology, namely through extension activities on the meaning of hydroponic cultivation, quality and selling value of hydroponic cultivation products, being able to cultivate vegetables using a simple hydroponic Wick System and carry out product packing and product labeling. The method of implementing this training program includes orientation, socialization, dissemination of the technology of vegetable cultivation using the simple hydroponic Wick System, training on packing and product labeling and evaluation of activities to find out the obstacles / difficulties encountered during the activity to then find solutions in solving them. The results of the activity show that the level of understanding and desire for program sustainability in training and mentoring activities has increased by up to 75% regarding the manufacture of simple hydroponic vegetable cultivation using the Wick System method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interaction between multiple inoculations of Arbuscular Mycorrhizae and non-symbiotic N-fixing bacteria Azosprrillum at different urea fertilizer dosages on physiological processes and N, P uptake in peat soils. The study used a factorial design of 4x4 completely randomized layout with 3 replications. The first factor is the inoculation of Arbuscular Mycorrhizae and Azospirillum lipoferum (M) consisting of 4 levels, namely m0 (without inoculation), m1 (Arbuscular mycorrhiza inoculation), m2 (Azospirillum lipoferum inoculation) and m3 (inoculation with Arbuscular Mycorrhiza and Azospirillum. lipoferum). The second factor is the dose of urea with 4 levels, namely n0 (without urea fertilizer), n1 (urea urea recommended dose), n2 (½ recommended dose) and n3 (recommended dose). The dose of urea for maize is 150 kg ha-1. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance (F test), if the F test showed a significant difference between each treatment and interaction, it was followed by Duncan's multiple distance test at the 5% level. Observations were made on N and P uptake, Net Assimilation Rate (LAB) and relative growth rate (LPN). The results showed that the double inoculation of Arbuscular Mycorrhizae and Azospirillum lipoferum was effective at all doses of urea in increasing nutrient uptake of N and P.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Religious values are contexts in social science used to explain the irrational behaviour of psychological factors in financial decision-making . The aim of the study is to explore how religious values drive financial decisions through an interpretive paradigm to capture the role of the cognitive dimension of religion and its values. The setting of this study was conducted in Bekasi, West Java. This study reveals that Buddhist entrepreneurs are individuals who intrinsically build a cultural system, one of which is religion and its values, which play a role in shaping entrepreneurial behaviour and entrepreneurial financial decisions. This study reveals that the entrepreneurial activities carried out by Buddhist entrepreneurs play a role in the dynamics of the structure of the social life of Buddhist entrepreneurs, which focuses on creating alignment of entrepreneurial goals with the fulfillment of socio-religious factors. Abstract

iBox, as one of the premium authorized reseller of Apple in Indonesia that wants to attain the positioning of “Your Local Apple Expert, is required to provide the best service since customer satisfaction is one of the key goals that must be achieved by any companies as it directly creates loyalty and maximizes customer retention. One of the iBox outlets in Malang is the one located in MOG Malang. However, the outlet has received less favorable review from its visitors, as shown in Google Maps. The objective of this research is to evaluate the service quality if iBox MOG Malang due to the gap between visitors’ expectation and perception. Here SERVQUAL method is used along with its five quality dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is also used to recommend the priorities in the improvement of service quality attributes. The sample of this quantitative descriptive research was selected using non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique, and the data was harvested from questionnaires. This study finds that all sixteen service quality attributes have negative gap according to SERVQUAL and that six attributes are in Quadrant 1, i.e., prioritized for improvement, according to the Importance-Performance Analysis.   Abstrak iBox sebagai salah satu authorized reseller premium Apple di Indonesia yang ingin mewujudkan positioning sebagai “Your Local Apple Expert” diharuskan mampu untuk memberikan pelayanan yang sebaik-baiknya, karena kepuasan pelanggan merupakan salah satu tujuan penting yang harus dicapai oleh tiap perusahaan yang mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap terciptanya loyalitas dan memaksimalkan customer retention. Salah satu outlet iBox yang terletak di Malang adalah iBox MOG Malang. Berdasarkan pengamatan dari review di fitur Review Google Maps, iBox MOG Malang masih mendapatkan hasil yang kurang baik atas pelayanan yang diberikan terhadap para pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanan di iBox MOG Malang akibat ketidaksesuaian antara ekspektasi dan persepsi pengunjung. Metode yang digunakan adalah SERVQUAL untuk mengetahui gap kualitas pelayanan antara ekspektasi dan persepsi pengunjung, serta Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk memberikan rekomendasi prioritas perbaikan atribut kualitas pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan metode SERVQUAL, keseluruhan 16 atribut kualitas pelayanan memiliki nilai gap negatif, sementara dengan metode IPA terdapat 6 atribut masuk kedalam Kuadran I (Prioritas Perbaikan).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality control of Solar Water Heater products at PT Wijaya Karya Industri Energi has been running optimally. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection is done by using observation technique, while the data analysis method uses statistical process control. The results of the calculation of the percentage value of each sub group, the center line value (CL), the upper limit value (UCL), and the lower limit value (LCL) in the Solar Water Heater production process are within the control limits except for the A & B and C press fin processes. Based on the Damage Standard that has been set by PT Wijaya Karya Industri Energi, the damage during the research period did not exceed the Damage Standard limit, it shows that the quality control implemented by PT Wijaya Karya Industri Energi has been running optimally.

Abstract

PT X is a logistics company that has been operating in Indonesia since 2015. This company, based on the observations, has already been aware of green logistics business process as they partner with Kamibox for solid waste processing and with Blitz for the operation of green-fuel vehicles. However, the company has not applied any performance measurement in their green logistics business. The measurement was designed using qualitative method, from which indicators based on the Green Supply Chain Operations Reference (GreenSCOR) were acquired. The components of GreenSCOR used in this research are Source, Deliver, Return, dan Waste Management. This research results in ten Key Performance Indicators. Then, based on the preset performance measurement, the score of the Green Logistics performance is 89, categorized as good. Further, three indicators were found to have values that are lower than the average; they are K1 (yellow category) and K8 and K10 (red category). The output of this research is a design of Green Logistics performance measurement recommended to the company for application.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the brand of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Banten region through product innovation and marketing training activities using the Zoom Meeting platform. The implementation method is carried out by combining online and interactive approaches to facilitate maximum participation from MSME actors in Banten. The training was carried out online via Zoom Meeting, allowing participants to participate without needing to be physically present, considering mobility constraints and health considerations that are still relevant. During the training session, practitioners and experts in the fields of product innovation and marketing were involved as resource persons, providing in-depth insights and sharing practical experiences. The evaluation results show an increase in participants' understanding and skills regarding product innovation and marketing. Apart from that, the implementation of marketing strategies obtained from the training also succeeded in improving the image and brand of MSMEs in Banten. Active participation in the Zoom Meeting session proved the effectiveness of the online implementation method in delivering material and facilitating discussions between participants. This community service activity makes a positive contribution to the development of MSMEs in Banten, strengthens the brand position of their products, and promotes the application of information technology as a means of increasing capacity. It is hoped that the implications of this community service activity can provide inspiration and guidance for similar efforts in developing MSMEs in other areas

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase financial literacy and financial management abilities of MSME players so they can survive and develop amidst the economic crisis. Through training and workshops, participants are equipped with basic knowledge about financial planning, recording transactions, and managing business capital. The methods used include presentation of material, simulations and interactive discussions to encourage active participation of participants. The evaluation results show a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills regarding aspects of financial management, which they hope can be applied consistently in their business operations. This activity also emphasizes the importance of ongoing mentoring to ensure effective application of the knowledge gained. With this program, MSMEs are expected to be able to face economic challenges and contribute to local economic growth

Abstract

Permasalahan budidaya gambas pada tanah gambut diantaranya pH masam dan ketersediaan unsur hara yang rendah. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan menggunakan pupuk kandang kambing sebagai penyedia unsur hara sekaligus untuk memperbaiki sifat fisik, kimia dan biologi tanah, serta penambahan Trichoderma sp. sebagai pengurai pupuk kandang kambing. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan Asrama Bengkayang, Jl. Sepakat II, Pontianak yang berlangsung pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2024 sampai dengan 30 September 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan petak terbagi (split plot design) RAL yang terdiri dari petak utama (main plot) perlakuan Trichoderma sp. (T) terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu t0 = tanpa pemberian Trichoderma sp. dan t1 = dengan pemberian Trichoderma sp. Anak petak (sub plot) pemberian Pupuk Kandang Kambing (K) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu k1 = 700g/polybag, k2 = 800g/polybag dan k3 = 900g/polybag. Faktor perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali, dengan masing-masing ulangan terdiri dari 4 sampel sehingga terdapat 96 sampel tanaman. Variabel pengamatan yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu volume akar, berat kering tanaman, jumlah buah/tanaman, berat buah/buah, berat buah/tanaman, panjang buah/tanaman, dan diameter buah/tanaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dengan pemberian pupuk kandang kambing 800g/polybag setara 40 ton/ha merupakan perlakuan terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil gambas pada tanah gambut. Memberikan peningkatan hasil panen sebesar 8% dari perlakuan pemberian pupuk kandang kambing dosis 700g/polybag setara 35 ton/ha. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara pupuk kandang kambing dan Trichoderma sp. dalam membengaruhi semua variabel penelitian.

Abstract

Tanaman jagung (Zea mays L.) merupakan sumber bahan pangan pokok utama setelah beras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan komposisi kompos berbahan dasar tandan kosong kelapa sawit yang terbaik terhadap ketersediaan hara, serapan Hara N, P, K dan karakter pertumbuhan jagung pada tanah Sulfat Masam. Tanah yang digunakan adalah tanah sulfat masam. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Jl. Racana UNTAN, Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara, Kota Pontianak. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan komposisi kompos Tandan Kosong Kelapa sawit (TKKS)  dan 7 ulangan. Masing-masing perlakuan terdapat 4 tanaman sampel. A = 100% TKKS + dekomposer jamur Penicilium dan jamur-jamur dari class Basidiomycetes + dedak 10%, B = 70 % TKKS + 30% Hijauan Daun Gamal + dekomposer jamur Penicilium dan jamur-jamur dari class Basidiomycetes + dedak 10% C = 70 % TKKS + 30 % Hijauan Daun dan batang Mimosa air + dekomposer jamur Penicilium dan jamur-jamur dari class Basidiomycetes + dedak 10%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan hara setelah inkubasi pada lahan penelitian termasuk kriteria sangat rendah sampai tinggi, serta Pemberian perlakuan kompos TKKS + dedak + daun gamal dapat meningkatkan serapan hara N, P, K dan pertumbuhan jagung pada tanah Sulfat Masam.
