Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of environmental responsibility on geographic factors. Influence of the Life Cycle on Cash Holding. InfluenceEnvironmental Responsibility influences Cash Holding and Diversification Geographic Factors. Life Cycle Influences Cash Holding and Diversification Geographic Factors on industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses secondary data from the company's annual financial reports. This type of research is associative quantitative. The number of samples in this research was 50 companies. During the five years of observation 2018-2022, there were 243 observation data. To test the hypothesis, this research uses panel data regression. Based on the test results, the environmental responsibility variable affects Cash Holding. Based on the test results, the Life Cycle variable does not affect Cash Holding. The influence of Environmental Responsibility does not affect Cash Holding and Geographic Factor Diversification. Based on the test results, the Life Cycle does not affect Cash Holding and Geographic Factor Diversification

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk menganalisis hubungan net working capital, leverage, dividend payment, dan inflasi serta pengaruhnya terhadap cash holding. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. 22 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI 2015-2019 diperoleh sebagai sampel. Analisis regresi berganda model data panel dengan alat analisis Eviews 10 dipilih sebagai metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data penelitian. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara net working capital dan leverage terhadap cash holding. Sementara dividend payment memiliki hubungan yang positif dan tidak signifikan serta inflasi memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap cash holding. Hasil uji simultan menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara net working capital, leverage, dividend payment, dan inflasi terhadap cash holding.

Abstract

Background: The phenomenon that occurs on the Indonesia Stock Exchange shows that the value of the company's value of the company projected through the value of the stock market has decreased even though there is no financial policy carried out by the company. Values change more due to other information such as social and political situations. Aim: This study aims to determine the effect of Funding Decisions, Dividend Policy, and Company Growth on the Value of Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from (2015 to 2020). Method: The type of research used is quantitative associative. The sample selection was based on the purposive sampling method, so the samples obtained were 11 companies with 66 observational data. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis, with data processing using the Eviews 9.0 for the Windows program. Findings: The results showed that simultaneously the variables of Funding Decisions, Dividend Policy, and Company Growth had an effect on Firm Value. While partially, the variable of Funding Decision has an effect on firm value, while the variable of dividend policy and firm growth has no effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test positive accounting theory by analyzing the effect of audit committees, independent commissioners on earnings management through debt hyphothesis testing, bonus motivation on earnings management, by adding the firm size variable as a control variable on earnings management in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2020. The results of the study confirm that the independent commissioners partially have a significant influence on earnings management. The audit committee has a significant effect on earnings management and bonus motivation has no effect on earnings management and debt motivation has no effect on earnings management. While the firm size variable has no effect on earnings management. Simultaneously independent commissioners, audit committee, bonus motivation, and firm size have a significant effect on earnings management. This findings indicates that the motivation developed in positive accounting theory in earnings management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of corporate governance, the size of the board of commissioners and the audit committee on corporate social responsibility disclosure. This type of research is quantitative research and uses secondary data in the form of annual reports & sustainability reports sourced from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population in this study is the Sri-Kehati index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period, with 25 companies as the population and the sample in 5 years of observation. The data analysis technique in this research uses panel data regression analysis in the Eviews 12 software application. The results of this research simultaneously show that corporate governance, the size of the board of commissioners and the audit committee influence disclosure of corporate social responsibility. And partially, corporate governance and the size of the board of commissioners have a significant influence on the scope of corporate social responsibility, while the audit committee does not have a significant influence on the scope of corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

Result of the general prospecting in East Kalimantan has found several radioactivity outcrop anomalies at upper Mahakam in the acid volcanic rock area which is approximately 25 km2 in wide. The objective of the research is to know detailed geological information and characteristic of uranium mineralization. Method of this research are detailed geological, radiometric and geochemical mapping 1:10.000 on scale. The lithology of Kawat area is composed of seven units of rock. They are black clay unit, feldspatic sandstone unit, Nyaan rhyolite unit, lower andesite unit, Kawat rhyolite unit, upper andesite unit and tuffaceous sandstone unit. Evolving fault is dextral fault and normal fault. The trending of dextral fault is west-east and southwest-northeast, meanwhile the trending of normal faults is west-east and southwest - northeast. There are two period of uranium mineralization occurrences in the area, the first is connected with the eruption of Nyaan rhyolite magma and the second is connected with the eruption of Kawat rhyolite magma. Uranium mineralization occurred in the stage of hydrothermal process and including in the pneumatogenic class of volcanogenic uranium deposits. This investigation has yielded two sites of potential uranium sector are the Nyaan sector with an area of about 6 km2 and Kawat sector with an area of about 10 km2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kurva Philips di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data time series 1981-2007. Metode yang digunakan dengan menggunakan regresi OLS dan membandingkan kurva Phillips linier dan non-linear kurva Phillips. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kurva Phillips di Indonesia adalah non-linier. Non-linear kurva Phillips menunjukkan bahwa bentuk permintaan agregat tidak vertikal, inflasi di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh harga masa depan yang diharapkan (ekspektasi inflasi) dan ada hubungan antara inflasi dan output potensial nasional.

Abstract

: This study investigates the impact of infrastructure quality, encompassing roads, clean water distribution, and electricity consumption, on regional economic growth in Central Java from 2018 to 2024. A Bayesian Panel Data Regression model with a hierarchical structure was estimated using the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method, assisted by Python programming, to address spatial heterogeneity, lag effects, and parameter uncertainty. Model validation employed Posterior Predictive Checks (PPC), Bayesian R², R-hat statistics, and Effective Sample Size (ESS). The findings reveal that past GRDP significantly influences current regional economic growth, while the direct effects of infrastructure variables are statistically insignificant. This outcome highlights that infrastructure quality is more important than quantity in promoting development. The study advances empirical methodologies by integrating full posterior inference with predictive validation, representing a state-of-the-art approach in regional economic analysis. The results provide strong evidence in support of formulating infrastructure policies that focus on long-term, sustainable Growth.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan salah satu masalah krusial yang harus dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Sampah adalah bahan yang dibuang, hasil kegiatan manusia atau alam yang tidak digunakan lagi karena unsur fungsi utamanya telah diambil. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi sampah adalah dengan memanfaatkan sampah organik menjadi kompos sehingga dapat mendorong kesadaran masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan sampah, sehingga memiliki nilai guna dan mampu menciptakan peluang usaha baru. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan kompos dari sampah rumah tangga untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan warga Desa Tirip kecamatan Wadaslintang dalam mengelola sampah rumah tangga. Pelatihan pembuatan kompos dari sampah rumah tangga dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi dan pelatihan pembuatan kompos dari rumah tangga. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan mempraktikkan hasil pelatihan ini di rumah masing-masing yang kemudian akan melakukan review. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman dan kemampuan Ibu-ibu PKK dalam pembuatan pupuk kompos dengan komposter setelah mengikuti sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan kompos dari limbah rumah tangga yang dilaksanakan dengan baik dan lancar. Sebanyak 11 unit komposter diserahkan kepada ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Tirip. Diharapkan kader PKK di Desa Tirip dapat berkembang dan lebih terampil setelah mendapatkan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan kompos dari sampah rumah tangga.

Abstract

The development of shade trees on the Mataram University campus is intended to maintain environmental comfort, as well as add beauty. The microclimate softening function of trees is largely determined by the density of their canopies, known as the leaf area index (LAI). Various LAI measurement methods have been developed, which are generally more suitable for assessing tree productivity but less valid for assessing the ability to soften the microclimate or decrease the discomfort index (DI). This study was conducted to analyze the distribution of LAI of shade trees and their relationship with the DI on the Mataram University campus. To obtain a more valid LAI value, the leaf area variable measured was the leaf area forming the canopy, replacing the leaf area on the canopy surface, as was done in previous studies. Microclimate variables measured to determine the discomfort index (DI) were air temperature and relative humidity. The results showed that the LAI of 108 trees (33 species) spread across 9 zones within the Mataram University campus ranges from 1.2630 (very small category) to 9.6735 (very large category). The DI values under the canopy of trees ranged from 23.225 (quite comfortable category) to 26.869 (somewhat comfortable category). The relationship between LAI of shade trees and DI on the campus of Mataram University was linear and negative, with the resulting regression equation being y = 28.1204-0.4749x. If LAI increased, then DI tended to decrease; conversely, if DI increased, then LAI tended to decrease. The function of campus trees in softening the microclimate can be enhanced by improving their LAI.
