Abstract

This research was motivated by a decline in performance at Nafisa Production in Surabaya. Because Human Resources are central figures in organizations and companies. In order for management activities to run well, companies must have knowledgeable and highly skilled employees and efforts to manage the company as optimally as possible so that employee performance increases. The more employees have high performance, the overall company productivity will increase so that the company will be able to survive in global competition. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance. Through the questionnaire method by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents from Nafisa Production employees in Surabaya. Based on data analysis and simultaneous hypothesis testing in this study, it can be seen that motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) simultaneously influence employee performance (Y), this can be proven by the calculated F value (23.380) > F table (2.034) ). Meanwhile, the R multiple value of 0.771 shows that the closeness of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 77.10%. While the value of the coefficient of multiple determination is 0.594 which means that all independent variables can explain employee performance (Y) of 59.40%. Partially, motivation affects the performance of Nafisa Production employees. This can be seen from the calculated t value, which is greater than motivation (X1) of 2.918 compared to the work environment variable which is only 2.918. Thus it can be concluded that motivation and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of NAFISA Production Surabaya employees

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the influence of promotion, price and product quality on the purchase decision of batik products in MSMEs Gaya Batik Unggul Solo Baru, Grogol District, Sukoharjo Regency. This study uses a survey method, the types of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The number of samples studied was 69 people. The sample size was calculated using Leedy's formula. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data collection methods used: questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that promotion, price and product quality have a significant effect on the purchase decision of batik products in MSMEs Gaya Batik Unggul Solo Baru, Grogol District, Sukoharjo Regency. The results of the determination coefficient obtained the result that the contribution of the influence given by the variables of promotion, price and product quality on the decision to purchase batik products in MSMEs Gaya Batik Unggul Solo Baru, Grogol District, Sukoharjo Regency was 78.6% while the remaining 21.4% was influenced by other factors outside the variables studied, such as brand image, service quality, word of mouth and so on.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of product quality, price and consumer reviews on purchasing decisions for Skintific products among generation Z. The types of data used in this research are quantitative and qualitative data.   The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The sample in this research was 100 students at Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. The method used in sampling was purposive sampling with the characteristics of consumers who were aged 17-25 years and were active UNISRI students and had purchased  Skintific products  at  least once.  Data  collection  techniques  in  this research used questionnaires and literature study. Test the research instrument using validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test uses tests: multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity and normality. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and R2. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all statements regarding the variables of product quality, price and consumer reviews and purchasing decisions are declared valid because the p-value is < 0.05 and reliable because the Cronbach's alpha value is > 0.60. The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables have passed the multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and residual normal distribution tests. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 4.205 + 0.205 X1 + 0.390 X2 + 0.488 X3. The results of the t test show that product quality (X1) has no significant effect on the decision to purchase Skintific products among generation Z, price (X2) and consumer reviews (X3) have a significant effect on the decision to purchase Skintific products among generation Z. The results of the F test show that the regression model used in this research is correct. The R2 test results show that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 40.3%, the remaining 59.7% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.

Abstract

Locomotive Resto & Café Sragen adalah sebuah kedai kopi yang didirikan pada tahun 2021, yang terletak di Jl. WR Supratman No. 85, Kutorejo, Sragen Tengah. Coffe shop ini berawal karena alasan dari ownernya yang ingin membuat sesuatu yang baru di kotanya yaitu kota Sragen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh store atmosphere, kualitas pelayanan dan cita rasa terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Locomotive Resto & Café Sragen. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer, dengan jenis data kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Locomotive Resto & Café Sragen yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, juga dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Analisis data menggunakan, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji R2. Hasil uji validitas pada variabel store atmosphere, kualitas pelayanan, cita rasa dan keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai signifikan (p-value) = 0,000 < 0,05, maka variabel store atmosphere, kualitas pelayanan, cita rasa dan keputusan pembelian dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji asumsi klasik memenuhi uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu Y= 10,160 + 0,245 X1 + 0,683 X2 – 0,017 + e, menyatakan bahwa store atmosphere berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, cita rasa berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan p-value = 0,037 < 0,05, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan p-value = 0,000 < 0,05, dan cita rasa berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan p-value = 0,867 > 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai F hitung 23,045 dengan p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, artinya model regresi tepat dalam memprediksi pengaruh store atmosphere, kualitas pelayanan dan cita rasa terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji R2 diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,400 besarnya sumbangan variabel store atmosphere, kualitas pelayanan dan cita rasa terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 40% sisanya (100% - 40%) = 60% diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti, misalnya: harga, promosi dan kualitas produk.

Abstract

Samsung merupakan salah satu brand Smartphone yang berasal dari negara Korea dan berhasil meraih pasar di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, dan persepi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone Samsung pada mahasiswa Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa pengguna smartphone samsung di Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta . Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta pengguna smartphone Samsung yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Penelitian menggunakan uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa uji instrumen untuk semua variabel valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan untuk semua variabel lolos uji asumsi klasik. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu Y = 3,408 - 0,085 X1 + 0,250 X2  + 0,807 X3. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung di Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta, sedangkan variabel kualitas produk dan persepi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung di Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa model yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel citra merek, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian sudah tepat. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0,573 artinya besarnya sumbangan pengaruh  independen citra merek, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga) terhadap Y sebesar 57,3%. Sisanya (100% - 57,3%)= 42,7% diterangkan oleh variabel lain diluar model misalnya inovasi produk, gaya hidup, dan promosi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Kripik Jamur Tiram Sukowati di Desa Jambanan, Kecamatan Sidoharjo, Kabupaten Sragen. UMKM ini merupakan salah satu usaha makanan ringan yang berkembang dengan menawarkan produk berbasis jamur tiram. Perkembangan UMKM ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti persaingan pasar, fluktuasi harga bahan baku, serta efektivitas strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji instrumen seperti uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik pada penelitian ini memakai uji multikolineritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi dan uji normalitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen (kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi) terhadap variabel dependen (keputusan pembelian), uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Populasi adalah konsumen UMKM kripik jamur tiram Sukowat Desa Jambanan, kecamatan Sidoharjo, Kabupaten Sragen, yang mana jumlahnya tidak diketahui pasti. Penlitian ini menggunakan sampel 100 konsumen dihitung menggunakan rumus Leedy. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria kustomer kripik jamur tiram Sukowati yang melakukan pembelian lebih dari 1 kali dalam 3 bulan terakhir dan memiliki usia minimal 18 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner yang dinilia dengan skala likert 5 poin. Hasil uji instrumen penelitian semua valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji asumsi klasik lolos semua uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji F menyatakan bahwa model regresi tepat dan uji koefien determinasi diperoleh hasil 0,253 besarnya sumbangan pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 25,3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di tingkat sekolah dasar antara Indonesia dan Malaysia dalam konteks kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, evaluasi, serta tantangan yang dihadapi. Kedua negara ini memiliki sejarah, budaya, dan sistem pendidikan yang berbeda, namun tetap memiliki kesamaan dalam tujuan pendidikan, yaitu mempersiapkan peserta didik menjadi warga negara yang kompeten dan berkontribusi aktif dalam masyarakat. Melalui kajian literatur yang mendalam, artikel ini menganalisis bagaimana perbedaan dalam kebijakan pendidikan dan kurikulum di kedua negara. Hasil telaah menegaskan bahwa Indonesia lebih menekankan pendekatan tematik dan berbasis proyek, sedangkan Malaysia lebih fokus pada pembelajaran sejarah dan kewarganegaraan yang terstruktur.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of compensation on employee work motivation. The sample consists of  employees of PT. Insolent Raya consisted of 32 respondents using the probability sampling method. The analysis used was validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the t test shows that there is a significant influence between the compensation variable (X) on the motivation variable (Y). The constant of 18.054 means that if the value of the compensation variable (X) is equal to 0, then the value of employee work motivation (Y) is 18.054. The compensation variable (X) has a positive regression coefficient. In other words, if the value of compensation (X) increases by 1 unit, then employee work motivation (Y) increases by the value of the regression coefficient or 0.535 times or 53.50%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of price, location, and store atmosphere on customer purchasing decisions at Harno Surya stores. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing primary data as the main source of information. The study population consisted of customers who had shopped at Harno Surya stores, although the exact number was unknown. A sample of 176 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods included questionnaires, literature review, and observation. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination test.The results of the multiple linear regression analysis produced the equation: Y = 0.534 + 0.181X₁ + 0.426X₂ + 0.329X₃, indicating that price (X₁), location (X₂), and store atmosphere (X₃) all contribute positively to purchasing decisions (Y). The t-test results demonstrated that each independent variable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the F-test results showed an F-value of 157.276 with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05), confirming that the regression model is appropriate for predicting the impact of price, location, and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.728, suggesting that 72.8% of purchasing decisions were influenced by the three independent variables, while the remaining 27.2% was influenced by other factors not included in this study.These findings highlight the importance of price, location, and store atmosphere in shaping consumer purchasing decisions, offering valuable insights for retailers seeking to enhance their marketing strategies and store management.

Abstract

Pekalongan Regency is an area with flat to steep topographic characteristics which makes this area prone to disasters ranging from floods, landslides, droughts, and tornadoes. This disaster vulnerability has an impact on the use of existing space, one of which is tourist areas. However, spatial planning for tourist areas in Pekalongan Regency does not appear to be fully regulated in the Regional Spatial Plan, even though most of the existing tourist areas are located in landslide-prone areas. This study will evaluate the role of RTRW in creating a landslide resilient tourist area in Petungkriyono District using the process of public policy implementation analysis method. The first stage is to analyze the level of landslide vulnerability using scoring and weighting techniques and then carry out an overlay analysis of the variables. used. The second stage is an evaluation analysis of the role of the RTRW carried out by looking at 3 (three) aspects including evaluation of the synchronization of Disaster Management (Landslide) Policies, evaluation of the Implementation of Zoning Arrangements and evaluation of Program Implementation in the Pekalongan Regency RTRW. Results The level of landslide vulnerability in tourist areas in Petungkriyono District ranges from high to very high. The Pekalongan Regency RTRW itself is a policy that focuses on spatial planning, so the evaluation in this case is the disaster management policy in the spatial RTRW. The results of the study state that the role of RTRW reached 86% (eighty six percent), which means that RTRW has played a very important role in creating a disaster-resilient tourist area in Petungkriyono District.
