Abstract

The integration of technology in language education has significantly influenced how teachers assess students' language skills. This library-based study explores the role of Quizizz, a gamified online assessment platform, in supporting the integration of language assessment with the four major language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Drawing on recent scholarly literature published between 2020 and 2025, the study identifies the platform’s strengths in assessing receptive skills through multimedia-supported tasks and real-time feedback. It also highlights the motivational effects of gamification, including increased learner engagement and reduced language anxiety. While Quizizz has limitations in evaluating productive skills, the findings suggest that these can be addressed through blended approaches that combine Quizizz with other digital tools. The study concludes that, when implemented creatively, Quizizz can serve as an effective formative assessment tool in modern, learner-centered language classrooms.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze user behavior towards Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) usage, employing the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) methods. Methods: Online surveys were conducted among QRIS users, focusing on factors influencing adoption intention and usage behavior in Indonesian society. Sampling was random, with a sample size determined for a 95% confidence level and 5% margin of error. Data analysis employed Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) for validity and reliability testing, followed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to assess model fit. Result: The research results indicate the validity and reliability of the structural model, with Performance Expectancy significantly impacted by Effort Expectancy. However, Effort Expectancy insignificantly affects Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior, consistent with previous research. But when Effort Expectancy and Performance are used as mediating variables between Perceived Trust and Behavioral Intention, they have a significant impact on this relationship. Social Influence also insignificantly affects Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior. Facilitating Condition, Perceived Trust, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, and Habit demonstrate significant impacts on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior, reaffirming prior findings. Some variables also have a big influence on other variables, such as Perceived Trust has major impact to Effort Expectancy, and Habit which has a major impact on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior as a whole. Additionally, Behavioral Intention significantly affects Use Behavior. Novelty: Effort Expectancy insignificantly affects Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior. However, when Effort Expectancy and Performance are used as mediating variables between Perceived Trust and Behavioral Intention, they have a significant impact on this relationship. Some variables also have a big influence on other variables, such as Perceived Trust has major impact to Effort Expectancy, and Habit which has a major impact on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior as a whole. This study contributes to understanding QRIS adoption and usage behavior, offering insights for policymakers and practitioners in the digital payment sector.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT XYZ, which aims to determine the application of incoming mail SOPs to PT XYZ's Dynamic Archives Subsection and to find out whether the implementation of these SOPs has been carried out optimally. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observational studies, interviews and documentation with informant taking techniques using purposive sampling with a total of 4 participants. The results obtained in this study stated that the management of incoming mail at the PT XYZ Dynamic Archives Subdivision was still not in accordance with the applicable SOP. There is a messy Agenda Book Recording, file cabinets that are not given indexes and follow-up units, as well as inadequate distribution equipment. Thus, adequate facilities or equipment are needed in the process of distribution, education and training of employees in managing incoming mail, as well as supervising incoming mail management activities.

Abstract

This article discusses the Religious Moderation Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities which were implemented using the Community Empowerment System (SISDAMAS) approach to optimize community empowerment through the development of micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Chip Jimpling in Sukamulya Village. This is because businesses owned by the Sukamulya Village community have not developed optimally. The limited amount of income has resulted in the development of Emok Bank, which is a form of money lending practice with high interest and has the potential to be detrimental to society. The service method is carried out using community empowerment-based steps (SISDAMAS). There are 4 cycles that must be carried out, in cycle 1 students carry out community outreach and consultation, cycle 2 carries out social mapping, and cycle 3 is participatory. planning and community organizing, and Cycle 4 is program implementation and evaluation. The aim of this program is expected to be able to improve the local economy and reduce dependence on loans from Bank Emok. The results of this program show an increase in MSME income and public awareness of the importance of economic independence, so it is hoped that it can become a model of sustainable community empowerment.

Abstract

Sumanik is one of the nagari located in Silimpaung District, Tanah Datar Regency, known for its lush environment and cool air. This natural beauty must be preserved to prevent pollution caused by the increasing amount of household waste, especially plastic waste. As an effort to maintain cleanliness and environmental sustainability, a socialization program on waste separation and its utilization into ecobricks (eco-friendly bricks) was conducted with the PKK women of Nagari Sumanik. This activity aims to raise public awareness, particularly among women, about the importance of managing household waste wisely and creatively. Through this training, the women were taught how to separate waste, compress plastic into bottles, and use ecobricks as simple building materials. It is hoped that this activity will foster new environmentally friendly habits and position Nagari Sumanik as a role model for waste management awareness.

Abstract

Fenomena deislamisasi yang kian marak melalui media dan budaya populer menjadi tantangan serius bagi umat Islam di era digital. Arus informasi global yang sarat dengan nilai-nilai sekuler, hedonistik, dan liberal sering kali menggusur nilai-nilai Islam dari ruang publik serta membentuk persepsi baru tentang identitas keislaman yang superfisial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran metodologi studi Islam dalam menghadapi proses deislamisasi tersebut, dengan menyoroti relevansi pendekatan normatif-teologis, historis, sosiologis, dan kultural dalam membaca realitas kontemporer. Menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), penelitian ini menelaah berbagai karya ilmiah, teori komunikasi Islam, serta pandangan ulama dan pemikir Muslim mengenai strategi revitalisasi nilai Islam dalam media dan budaya populer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metodologi studi Islam memiliki fungsi strategis sebagai kerangka epistemologis yang tidak hanya memahami teks wahyu, tetapi juga menafsirkan konteks sosial budaya secara kritis. Melalui integrasi pendekatan tekstual dan kontekstual, studi Islam mampu melahirkan paradigma dakwah kultural yang kreatif, etis, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan generasi digital. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan metodologi studi Islam menjadi kunci dalam membangun kesadaran kritis, literasi media, dan rekonstruksi budaya populer yang berorientasi pada nilai-nilai tauhid dan kemaslahatan umat.

Abstract

Abstak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku konsumtif terhadap kesadaran ekonomi siswa SMA YASFI pada mata pelajaran PAI dalam materi Prinsip dan Ekonomi Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan uji validitas menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 22 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumtif berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kesadaran ekonomi siswa pada mata Pelajaran PAI dalam materi Prinsip dan Ekonomi Islam. kesadaran ekonomi siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI materi ekonomi syariah tergolong cukup baik. Siswa memiliki pemahaman yang memadai mengenai konsep dasar ekonomi syariah, seperti larangan riba, prinsip keadilan, keseimbangan, dan tolong-menolong. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan sikap positif terhadap penerapan nilai-nilai ekonomi syariah. Namun, dalam aspek penerapan, kesadaran ekonomi siswa belum sepenuhnya optimal, terutama dalam perilaku konsumsi yang masih dipengaruhi oleh tren dan lingkungan sosial. Pembelajaran PAI berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran ekonomi siswa, meskipun masih diperlukan penguatan melalui pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual dan aplikatif.

Abstract

This study examines the urgency of institutional transparency in the Secretariat of the Bogor Regency Regional People's Representative Council  (DPRD) amid demands for good governance. The objective is to analyze the strategic role of the Public Relations, Protocol, and Publication Team of the Bogor Regency DPRD Secretariat in disseminating public information, with a focus on the use of the @setwankabbogor Instagram account as an instrument of transparency. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, this research applies qualitative content analysis and observation of Instagram accounts, supported by organizational documentation related to the main tasks of Public Relations. The communication practices found were analyzed based on the theoretical benchmarks of the Two-Way Symmetrical Model and Organizational-Public Dialogic Communication (OPDC). Preliminary research results show that although Public Relations has been effective in documenting protocol and routine administrative activities, content related to core legislative functions such as the budget (KUA/PPAS) and oversight tends to be less dominant than ceremonial posts. The communication model applied still leans toward the Public Information Model, rather than the optimal Two-Way Symmetrical Model. Analysis shows a deficit in dialogic elements, particularly in genuine responsiveness (mutuality) and proactivity in discussing complex public issues, which has the potential to hinder the development of public trust. Optimization requires a shift in strategy towards evidence-based content planning and a focus on proactive dialogue and responsiveness, supported by institutional commitment and increased human resource capacity.

Abstract

The widespread spread of hoaxes and disinformation across various social media platforms has led to polarization, decreased public trust in political institutions, and clouded voter rationality. This study aims to analyze the practice of political communication ethics during the 2024 election campaign, focusing on how political actors, the media, and the public produce and respond to potentially misleading information. A qualitative approach was used with literature review and discourse analysis methods on political communication content in online media. The findings indicate that weak digital literacy, short-term electoral interests, and insufficient enforcement of regulations are key factors exacerbating unethical political communication practices. Therefore, strengthening political communication ethics through media literacy education, transparency of information from election organizing bodies, and moral commitment from political actors is essential to safeguard the integrity of democracy. The impact of unethical political communication is significant, including increased social polarization, decreased public trust in the democratic process, and the erosion of moral values in the public sphere. To address these issues, the strengthening of political communication ethics through media literacy education for the public, the enforcement of strict regulations on the spread of false information, and moral commitment from political actors and the media are necessary to uphold the integrity of democracy. Thus, political communication ethics should not only serve as a moral guideline but also as a crucial instrument in building a healthy, rational, and civilized election.   Keywords: political communication ethics, hoaxes, disinformation, 2024 election, media literacy, polarization, democracy integrity, information regulation, transparency, media literacy education.   Abstrak Fenomena penyebaran hoaks dan disinformasi yang masif di berbagai platform media sosial telah menyebabkan polarisasi, menurunnya kepercayaan publik terhadap institusi politik, serta mengaburkan rasionalitas pemilih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik etika komunikasi politik selama masa kampanye Pemilu 2024, dengan fokus pada bagaimana aktor politik, media, dan masyarakat memproduksi serta merespons informasi yang berpotensi menyesatkan. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis wacana terhadap konten komunikasi politik di media daring. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa lemahnya literasi digital, kepentingan elektoral jangka pendek, dan minimnya penegakan regulasi menjadi faktor utama yang memperburuk praktik komunikasi politik yang tidak etis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan etika komunikasi politik melalui pendidikan literasi media, transparansi informasi dari lembaga penyelenggara pemilu, serta komitmen moral dari para pelaku politik untuk menjaga integritas demokrasi. Dampak dari komunikasi politik yang tidak beretika sangat signifikan, meliputi meningkatnya polarisasi sosial, menurunnya kepercayaan publik terhadap proses demokrasi, dan tergerusnya nilai-nilai moral dalam ruang publik. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan penguatan etika komunikasi politik melalui pendidikan literasi media bagi masyarakat, penerapan regulasi yang tegas terhadap penyebaran informasi palsu, serta komitmen moral dari para aktor politik dan media massa untuk menjaga integritas demokrasi. Dengan demikian, etika komunikasi politik bukan hanya menjadi pedoman moral, tetapi juga instrumen penting dalam membangun Pemilu yang sehat, rasional, dan berkeadaban. Kata kunci: etika komunikasi politik, hoaks, disinformasi, Pemilu 2024, literasi media, polarisasi, integritas demokrasi, regulasi informasi, transparansi, pendidikan literasi media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of different seed age treatments and seedling media types on seed viability and vigor of tomato seeds. The results showed that seed age treatments significantly affected germination rate, vigor index, growth synchrony, growth rate, normal seedling length, and normal seedling fresh weight. Meanwhile, different seedling media treatments significantly affected tomato seed viability and vigor. Furthermore, there was a significant interaction between seed age treatments and media types on all parameters of tomato seed viability and vigor.
