Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze 1) The integrative learning process in social studies and PAI class X (ten) social studies. 2) What are the inhibiting factors in the integrative learning process in social studies and PAI subjects for class X (ten) IPS. 3) Supporting factors in the integrative learning process in social studies and PAI subjects for class X (ten) IPS in MA. PP. Darussalam Kunir. The method used in this research is the descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out alone, namely by conducting observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this research are; principals, teachers, students, education staff, and parents. Data analysis was carried out by clarifying the data obtained and then collected for analysis and conclusions drawn. The mindset used is inductive. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be interpreted that: 1) The integrative learning process in social studies and Islamic studies subjects is to merge the separation between religion and social sciences, it is necessary to connect the social studies material with PAI or with the model injected general scientific theories related as the form of interconnectivity between the two, besides that, religious values ​​education is also given. 2) Obstacles in the integrative learning process in social studies and Islamic studies subjects are the lack of support for social science teachers' knowledge of the relationship with religion, minimal integration guidebooks, and the dichotomy between disciplines. 3) Supporting factors in the integrative learning process in IPS and PAI subjects are adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as support from the Head of Madrasah and the teacher of the subject concerned. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that integrative learning in social studies and PAI (Islamic Religious Education) subjects are very necessary because it can realize the ideals of education to form people who are knowledgeable, religious, and have good morals and can become complete human beings.

Abstract

The role of teachers in schools is expected, especially in evaluating student learning; teachers must pay attention to the quality of the items made. This study aims to determine the instrument's validity or the quality of the item's suitability with the model known as Item FIT (item suitability) on the End of Semester Assessment of Islamic Religious Education. The sample in this study was 216 respondents, using cluster random sampling. The results obtained; 1) the end-of-semester test given is categorized as easy when viewed from the level of student ability above the level of difficulty of the question; 2) the level of student ability is moderate with logit (0) producing very high information. Then, it will produce low information at the low or high ability level. It means that the PAI test produces maximum information when given to individuals with moderate ability. 3) Item fit criteria from 216 students, there are 93% that fit the model (fit model), and these students are said to fit the model because they have met at least two existing criteria; 4) The results of the analysis of the summary table above, 40 items analyzed there are 33 items (83%) that fit the model (fit model). 5) Reliability for Pearson reliability of 0.83 and item reliability of 0.97, it can be concluded that the consistency of student answers is good and the quality of the items in the PAI test is excellent reliability; 6) Gender bias analysis can be seen that 2 of the 40 items are DIF or need to be corrected because they harm certain gender groups.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mngukur kelayakan, respon dan minat belajar siswa terhadap media scrapbox pada materi sistem tata surya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahapan, yaitu Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian yaitu kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Blega dengan sampel kelas VII-D yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu memperoleh nilai rata-rata validasi media sebesar 94,45% dengan kriteria sangat valid dan reliabilitas sebesar 95,23% dengan kriteria reliabel. Hasil validasi materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata 91,68% dengan kriteria sangat valid dan reliabilitas sebesar 92,85% dengan kriteria reliabel. Hasil angket respons siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 92,22% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Angket minat belajar siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 86,96% dengan kriteria sangat baik.Kata Kunci : ADDIE, Scrapbox, Tata Surya

Abstract

Permasalahan rendahnya keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa yang diduga karena dalam proses pembelajaran cenderung masih berpusat pada guru dan siswa menjadi pasif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran two stay two stray berbantuan media video terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode pra eksperimental dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs. YKUI Maskumambang Dukun Gresik. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 1 kelas yaitu kelas VIII F. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model pembelajaran tipe two stay two stray berbantuan media video yang dibuktikan nilai uji t berpasangan diperoleh nilai thitung kurang dari ttabel yakni -13,771 kurang dari -2,080, maka H0 ditolak H1 diterima.Kata Kunci: Keterampilan berpikir kritis, media video, pembelajaran IPA, TSTS (Two Stay Two Stray)

Abstract

This study aims to determine learning outcomes, learning motivation, and student learning outcomes in terms of learning motivation on global warming material. The technique used as a data collection tool in this study is a test instrument used to measure learning outcomes, a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale used to measure student learning motivation, and Pearson correlation test to determine the relationship between learning outcomes and learning motivation. In this study, the sample used was 125 seventh grade students at SMPN 1 Kepohbaru, Bojonegoro. The research variable consisted of two categories, namely the independent variable (learning motivation) and the dependent variable (learning outcomes). The results of the percentage of the average value of 72% are in the good category. Student learning outcomes in the very good category were 15 students (12%). In the good category 54 students (43.2%), in the sufficient category 42 students (33.6%), and in the 14 students category (11.2%). The results of the average percentage of learn-ing motivation that is 80.5% are in the high category. Students' learning motivation in the high category was 95 students (76%), in the medium category there were 30 students (24%) and in the low category 0 students (0%). Based on data analysis and research results as well as hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it is con-cluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning out-comes and learning motivation in seventh grade students of SMPN 1 Kepohbaru Bojonegoro. This means that the higher student learning outcomes, the higher the motivation to learn. With a correlation index of 1.165 with a t count of 21.642 and a coefficient of determination of 135.7%, it means that motivation contributes 135.7% to science learning outcomes while the rest is determined by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to determine the feasibility, readability, and student responsses to the inquiry module based on scientific reasoning ability in additive material. The type of this study is development research, where the study uses the ADDIE development model. The research design used in this study was purposive sampling. The research was conducted at AL-Hikam Burneh Middle School, in the class VIII-A with samples of  36 students. The research was conducted in January 2023. The result of this study indicates that the average validity results for the feasibility of the module are 90.60% wich categorized as a very valid category and the reliability value is 94.78% wich categorized as a very reliable category. The average percentage of all aspects of student readability has a value of 81.89% categorized in the very good category and the average percentage of all aspects of student responsse has a value of 86.30% categorized in the very good category. The inquiry module based on scientific reasoning ability on material additives is declared feasible to use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of the Android-Based Module for the science learning process, especially on the material Structure and Function of Plants and to determine the responses of students in MTs. Raudlatul Ulum Klampis Bangkalan Regency on the developed media. This type of research uses development research using the ADDIE model. The population of this study were students of class VIII junior high school and the sample in this study used class VIII B. Data was collected by conducting observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The results that can be seen from the three instruments are: 1) 84.375% percentage for the validity value of the media with very suitable criteria for use, 2) for the material used, the percentage value is 87.5% with very good criteria, 3) percentage for average – the average student response questionnaire was obtained by 89% with very good criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to identify students' critical thinking skills on environmental pollution material. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research design. The research was carried out at SMP ARRAUDHAH Sebaneh Bangkalan with a population of all VIII grade students on environmental pollution. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that 1. Students' critical thinking skills are said to be in the high category (at least when compared to the other 2 categories, namely only 7 students out of 60 students or 11%. Most critical thinking abilities are in the medium category (34 equal or less than X less than 67), namely 40 students out of 60 students or 70%. Students who have a low critical thinking ability category (67 equal or less than X less than 100) are 13 students out of 60 students or 19%. critical students of 42 which are in the low category. While the results of the assessment of each indicator in this study, namely indicator 1 providing a simple explanation obtained as much as 40%, indicator 2 building basic skills obtained as much as 65%, indicator 3 concluding obtained as much as 60%, indicator 4 making further explanation as much as 45%, and indicator 5 formulates a strategy of 39%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kreativitas siswa, faktor yang menjadi penyebab rendahnya nilai kreativitas dan mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada pembuatan mind mapping dengan menggunakan penilaian portofolio materi sistem ekskresi. Penelitian menggunakan metode mix method dan dilaksanakan di MTs Tarbiyatus Sa’adah Gresik dengan populasi siswa kelas VIII tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan 40 siswa dari kelas VIII B dan VIII C. Pengumpulan data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen tes kreativitas dan data kualitatif menggunakan instrumen wawancara. Teknik analisis data yaitu 1) data kuantitatif dengan persentase dan 2) data kualitatif dengan Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menujukkan siswa dengan kategori sangat kreatif 10,6%, kreatif 30,2%, cukup kreatif 33,9%, kurang kreatif 23,7% dan tidak kreatif 1,5%. Persentase siswa yang memperoleh nilai kreativitas rendah adalah 25,2%. Rendahnya nilai kreativitas karena 1) minat belajar siswa yang kurang, 2) kemampuan siswa masih rendah, 3) sumber belajar yang terbatas, 4) media pembelajaran yang kurang, 5) materi yang dianggap sulit, 6) cara mengajar guru yang hanya menggunakan metode konvensional, tidak interaktif dan 5) tidak adanya target belajar siswa.

Abstract

This development research aims to produce e-magazine and determine the feasibility, student response, and student readability of e-magazine based on flipbook maker ethnoscience theme of coconut shell charcoal. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE development model. The population in this study were all seventh grade students of SMP Islam Baiturrahmah Sumenep with a sample of class VII-B. sampling using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a validation sheet for teaching material experts, material experts, science teachers, student readability questionnaires and student responses. The results showed that the teaching material e-magazine based on flip book maker ethnoscience theme coconut shell charcoal developed was included in the criteria worthy of use, seen from the results of teaching material expert validation of 0.98%, material validation of 0.8%, student readability questionnaire of 83.8%, and student response of 84.7%. These results show that the use of e-magazine based on flip book maker on the theme of ethnoscience of coconut shell charcoal is suitable for use in learning by junior high school students in grade VII
