Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research types. with 48 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, financial literacy affects financial management by 30.4%, while 69.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. financial literacy in UMKM of assisted members of Pematang Johar Village, Labuhan Deli District is in the low category, this needs to increase knowledge about finance in order to help UMKM in managing finances. The low financial literacy of UMKM in this study is influenced by several things, namely the level of education, receipt of information about finance, and the age of UMKM actors.

Abstract

This research discusses the Implementation of the Strengthening Project for the Student Profile of Pancasila (P5) in the Independent Curriculum at MAN 2 Palembang. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact on students regarding the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at MAN 2 Palembang. The research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. Interviews were conducted with individuals representing the criteria of MAN 2 Palembang to gather data. The 10th-grade class is the only class at MAN 2 Palembang participating in the Pancasila student profile enhancement project. As part of their independent study, students develop and implement a project. One of the independent curriculum project activities is the implementation of P5 activities. The P5 project at MAN 2 Palembang consists of three parts: a presentation by the class teacher on traditional South Sumatra cuisine and related topics (recipes passed down from generation to generation), a session on the socialization of the impact of bullying and drug use in the school auditorium, and a student performance showcasing traditional South Sumatra cuisine in the school auditorium.

Abstract

This article will discuss the importance of character education in the world of education. Character education is an important part of the life process of students at school, of course it needs comprehensive activities in the process. Character education includes everything about the values ​​of positive people's behavior, helping people to become better people, especially individual students who will shape the next generation of the nation. The role of character education has a major influence on a person's moral development through letter education which will be used as a printer to renew the morals of the Indonesian nation through education. Family, teachers, parents and the environment all influence the cultivation of character education by students.

Abstract

By reviewing the literature thoroughly, this study investigates how self-awareness and self-reflection contribute to counselors' personal growth. Two important components, self-awareness and self-reflection, were identified as positively correlated with counseling effectiveness and client satisfaction. Self-awareness helps counselors manage counter-transference and differentiate personal problems from client problems, while self-reflection improves empathy skills and bridges theory with practice. This study shows that both components must be included in the experiential learning cycle and that a person must be in an environment that supports self-exploration. Challenges in this process include psychological discomfort and non-linear developmental patterns. The implication is that counselor education programs need to place greater emphasis on developing self-awareness and reflection skills, including the integration of personal therapy in training. It was concluded that self-awareness and self-reflection are components that lead counselors toward continued professional growth, resulting in not only technical skills but also wisdom in navigating the complexities of the therapeutic relationship.

Abstract

UMKM Ken Jaya Food is a business that produces shredded, meatballs and nuggets using tuna as the basic ingredient. Located in Kolo Village which is famous for its abundant tuna fish. This UMKM also helps many local fishermen by buying fishermen's catches. However, this UMKM does not yet have a unique and attractive logo design as a business identity that is easily recognized by consumers. The logo design of UMKM Ken Jaya Food is still a simple logo. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the logo for UMKM Ken Jaya Food. The method we use is a qualitative method through interviews with business owners and observations of business premises. This research has several stages to go through so that it can produce a visual identity in the form of a logo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent of the application of the murabahah contract on People's Business Credit (KUR) products at KCP BSI Ladang Rimba, identifying the constraints of the murabahah contract which is a sale and purchase contract that is not in accordance with KUR. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews. The results showed that the application of the murabahah contract at KCP BSI Ladang Rimba has been running in accordance with the provisions of the Fatwa DSN-MUI, with a transparent and fair transaction process. During implementation, no significant obstacles were found, thanks to a strict internal control system and routine sharia audits. However, the application of the murabahah contract is not suitable because KUR is a program that is presented to help the community while the murabahah contract is a contract that allows the delegation of losses to only one party so that a more suitable contract to use is a mudharabah contract which is in the form of cooperation.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of Taxpayer Knowledge, Tax Sanctions, and Taxpayer Awareness on Willingness to Pay Taxes partially and simultaneously on Individual Taxpayers (Case Study on STIE Eka Prasetya Medan Student). The population used in this research were students of class 17, class 18, and class 19 STIE Eka Prasetya Medan, totaling 845 people. Samples were taken as many as 90 respondents using the Slovin formula. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that Taxpayer Knowledge has a significant effect on Willingness to Pay Taxes. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that Tax Sanctions have no effect and are not significant on Willingness to Pay Taxes. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that Taxpayer Awareness has a significant effect on Willingness to Pay Taxes. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that Taxpayer Knowledge, Tax Sanctions, and Taxpayer Awareness have a significant effect on Willingness to Pay Taxes. The results of the coefficient of determination shows that 49,1% Willingness to Pay Taxes can be explained by Taxpayer Knowledge, Tax Sanctions, and Taxpayer Awareness, while the remaining 50,9% is explained by other variables such as Taxpayer Environment, Quality Services, and Perceptions of the Effectiveness of the Taxation System.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of online promotions and consumer lifestyles on the decision to buy used cars at the Yusuf Mobilindo Showroom in East Oku. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The technique of determining the number of samples uses the Hair et at formula, which is 10 times the number of all indicators, so that the number of research samples is 110 respondents. Data analysis uses data quality test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and R test. The results of the study show that Online Promotion has a positive and significant effect on the Decision of Buyers of used cars at the Yusuf Mobilindo Showroom as seen from the results obtained with a calculation value of 3,772 > a table of 1,981 with a significance level of 0.000 < probability of 0.05. Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on the Decision of Buyers of used cars at the Yusuf Mobilindo Showroom, the results obtained with a calculation value of 2,908 > 1,981 with a significance level of 0.000 < probability of 0.05. Online promotions and lifestyle simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer buyer decisions at the Yusuf Mobilindo Showroom. This can be seen from the results of the F test obtained a value of Fcal 19.627 > Ftable 3.08 with a value and significance level of 0.000 < 005. The result of the correlation value for the online promotion variable (X1) and lifestyle (X2) in relation to buyer decision (Y) is 0.518, so the relationship is positive. In the calculation of R Square, 0.268 was obtained, meaning that the combined influence of variables X1 and X2 on Y was 26.8%. The remaining 73.2% was influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

Prayer is one of the worships required by Allah SWT for the people of the Prophet Muhammad. Initially, the prayer was established so that the people of the Prophet Muhammad always remember Allah and be grateful for all the blessings given, until finally found many studies which state that the prayer movement can maintain and nourish a person's physical and psychological aspects. Prayer will help calm the mind and mood from worldly worries and anxieties. This research uses a library or literature review, which is research in the form of reviewing and observing a problem in depth. Prayer can help a Muslim to fight stress and fear, as Allah has promised in His word in the Qur'an. Prayer is also a drug to relieve anxiety so that the human soul becomes calmer and more peaceful in worship. Mental health is an excellent emotional and psychological state where individuals can utilize their cognitive and emotional abilities, function in their communities, and fulfill their daily needs. Prayer is the right solution to finding peace of mind and helping to find life's guidance.
