Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan, Intensitas Modal, Profitabilitas, dan Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap penghindaran pajak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property, real estate dan kontruksi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019 sampai 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Total sampel keseluruhan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 100 laporan keuangan dari 20 perusahaan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan penjualan dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak. Sedangkan, Intensitas Modal dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak. Kemudian pertumbuhan penjualan, intensitas modal, profitabilitas, dan kepemilikan institusional secara bersama – sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak.

Abstract

This research aims to describe Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis on the lyrics of the song lyrics of Untuk Dunia, Cinta, dan Kotornya album by Nadin Amizah. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research data sources are 11 songs. The research data is in the form of words, sentences or stanzas. Research technique. The research technique uses listening and note-taking techniques. Based on the research results, it was found semiotic meaning, namely (1) denotation totaling 97 data; (2) connotation totaling 97 data; (3) myth totaling 36 data, in total, there are 230 data. System Roland Barthes meaning starts from the signifier and produces a signified from the 11 songs titles. Songwriters tend to use figurative language or poetic language or what is commonly called meaning that is not real so that it is difficult to understand. While the least data is myth because not all sentences in the eleven songs have a point of view regarding the ideology of society towards the interpretation of culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Attitudes Towards the Environment and Tax Socialization have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. This study used a quantitative data method and the data source is primary data. The population in this study consists of all visitors at Royal Dental Center. The sample includes Royal Dental Center visitors who possess a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), totaling 33 respondents, selected using incidental sampling data collection techniques. Data analysis and testing consists of validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, partial (T test) and simultaneous (F test) hypothesis testing, as well as the coefficient of determination test. The results of analysis prove that Attitudes Towards the Environment doesn’t have significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance with a T count of 1,150 < T table 2,039. Tax Socialization has a partially significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance with a T count of 2,156 > T table 2,039. Attitudes Towards the Environment and Tax Socialization simultaneously have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance with a F count of 11,730 > nilai F table 3,32 and regression coefficient value of 43,9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether Tax Incentive and Environmental Concern have significant effect on EV Purchase Intention. This study uses quantitative data methods, and the data source is primary data. The population in this study are potential customers at PT Medan Oriental Stars. The sample in this study are potential customers that are interested in Electric Vehicles and have Tax Identification Number (NPWP) at PT Medan Oriental Stars in total of 32 respondents using purposive sampling methods. Data analysis and testing consist of validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (T test), and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that Tax Incentive doesn’t have significant effect on Purchase Intention of Electric Vehicle with a T count of -0,504 < T table 2,042. Environmental Concern has a partially significant effect on Purchase Intention of Electric Vehicle with a T count 5,471 > T table 2,042. Tax Incentive and Environmental Concern simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchase Intention of Electric Vehicle with a F count 18,816 > F table 3,33 and regression coefficient value of 56,5%.

Abstract

One aspect of development that is important for early childhood is the emotional aspect. Summarizing the opinion of Goleman, Izard and Ackerman, Le Doux, (Hansen Zambo 2007) emotions are feelings that are physiologically and psychologically owned by children and are used to respond to events that occur around them. Emotions develop over time, emotions in early childhood develop from simple to more complex conditions. Emotions develop as a result of interaction with the environment. Emotional development in early childhood is very important. Because emotional behavior has to do with activities with activities in life. The stronger the emotion exerts pressure, the stronger it will shake the balance of the body to perform certain activities. And that is the reason for me to write this article using a systematic literature review method that examines journals according to the topics I discuss

Abstract

Prevalensi stunting di Kabupaten Pemalang masih tinggi yaitu 6.426 kasus stunting yang masih belum tertangani. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi untuk menerapkan sistem akuaponik dan hidroponik di Desa Jebed Utara Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Pemalang. Kegiatan pada saat sosialisasi berisi demonstrasi mengenai penerapan akuaponik dan hidroponik serta mempraktikkan bersama para peserta. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari tiga kegiatan, dimulai dari tahap observasi, tahap persiapan, dan tahap pelaksanaan. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dihadiri oleh 27 orang yang berasal dari perwakilan masing-masing organisasi desa. Penerapan akuaponik dan hidroponik disarankan karena dapat diterapkan pada lahan yang terbatas, hemat penggunaan air, dan tidak membutuhkan pupuk. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat khususnya di Desa Jebed Utara terkait penerapan sistem akuaponik dan hidroponik pada lahan sempit dalam upaya peningkatan pangan untuk pencegahan stunting di Desa Jebed Utara. Penerapan akuaponik dan hidroponik diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu upaya meningkatkan ketahanan pangan bagi masyarakat setempat dalam upaya pencegahan stunting.

Abstract

Bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah merupakan aspek integral dalam sistem pendidikan, membantu siswa mengatasi masalah akademik dan personal, serta mendukung pengembangan holistik mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan untuk mendalami fenomena sosial tersebut. Layanan bimbingan dan konseling penting karena memberikan dukungan holistik, pengembangan keterampilan sosial dan emosional, panduan karier, dan pencegahan masalah sosial dan perilaku. Konselor sekolah berperan dalam membantu siswa memahami minat, bakat, dan tujuan karir mereka. Kedudukan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan mendukung bagi semua siswa. Namun, masih ada tantangan terkait ketersediaan layanan di beberapa sekolah. Oleh karena itu, investasi dalam bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah sangat diperlukan untuk kesuksesan siswa secara holistik.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the surface water quality of ponds and swamps in the Kemampo Banyuasin Special Purpose Forest Area (KHDTK) Palembang. Water quality is vital for human life and ecosystems. Therefore, this study focused on physical, chemical and biological parameters to assess the level of contamination and cleanliness of the water. The research methods included field surveys and experiments, as well as laboratory testing. Physical parameters such as temperature, colour, and odour were measured directly, while chemical (pH, Cd, Pb, Fe, and Cu) and biological (Coliform and Escherichia coli) parameters were analysed at the Integrated Laboratory of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The chemical test method used Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (SSA), while the biological parameters were measured by Most Probable Numbers (MPN). The results showed variations in temperature between stations, with the highest value reaching 30°C. Water was generally brown or turbid in colour and odour. Coliform content ranged from 46 to 2004 MPN/100mL, while chemical parameters showed variations in pH between 5.25 to 5.55. Concentrations of heavy metals such as Cd, Pb, Fe and Cu were also measured, with the water exceeding the water quality standard for sanitary hygienic purposes (Class I), but still meeting the Class III quality standard for irrigating crops or other uses requiring similar water quality. These findings emphasise the need for better protection and management of the water.

Abstract

Postpartum or postpartum is one of the risk periods that is a factor causing death in mothers, so it is necessary to carry out strict monitoring and proper postpartum care. WHO reports that as many as 30% of mothers die during postpartum due to problems and complications of postpartum. The purpose of this community service is to provide postpartum care education to postpartum mothers. The method used is to provide material using power points, questions and answers, and sharing experiences. The partners of this activity are 11 postpartum mothers at the A.M Parikesit Tenggarong Hospital. The results of this activity show that there is an increase in postpartum care knowledge after education.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover the implied meaning in the short story “Jangan Masuk Hutan Itu!” by Ayu Prawitasari, utilizing Van Dijk's critical discourse analysis model, which encompasses three dimensions: text, social cognition, and social context. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through documentation techniques and analyzing it using a critical discourse approach. The results of the analysis show that this short story displays themes of fear, loss, and mystery through the symbolization of the forest as an uncontrollable force of nature. In the text dimension, the short story reveals the helplessness of the main character in facing the mysterious forest threat. In terms of social cognition, this short story is influenced by the author's personal experience, which implicitly raises feminist discourse, in which female characters struggle to face life's dilemmas without relying on others. The social context in the story reflects the modern social reality of women's freedom in making their life choices. This research contributes to enriching the study of critical discourse analysis, particularly in understanding how literary texts engage with social reality and the author's ideology.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan makna tersirat dalam cerpen "Jangan Masuk Hutan Itu!" karya Ayu Prawitasari menggunakan model analisis wacana kritis Van Dijk, yang mencakup tiga dimensi: teks, kognisi sosial, dan konteks sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan wacana kritis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa cerpen ini menampilkan tema ketakutan, kehilangan, dan misteri melalui simbolisasi hutan sebagai kekuatan alam yang tidak terkendali. Pada dimensi teks, cerpen mengungkap ketidakberdayaan tokoh utama dalam menghadapi ancaman hutan yang misterius. Dari sisi kognisi sosial, cerpen ini dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman pribadi penulis, yang secara implisit mengangkat wacana feminis, di mana tokoh perempuan berjuang untuk menghadapi dilema hidup tanpa bergantung pada orang lain. Konteks sosial dalam cerita mencerminkan realitas sosial modern tentang kebebasan perempuan dalam menentukan pilihan hidupnya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkaya kajian analisis wacana kritis, khususnya dalam memahami bagaimana teks sastra dapat berinteraksi dengan realitas sosial dan ideologi penulis.
