Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran matematika semakin penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan pemahaman siswa. Salah satu perangkat lunak yang sangat bermanfaat adalah software GeoGebra, yang dapat membantu visualisasi konsep-konsep matematika dengan lebih interaktif dan dinamis. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk melatih siswa SMP Islam Al-Mungalim dalam memanfaatkan GeoGebra materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV). Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai penggunaan fitur-fitur yang ada pada software GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran. Metode pelatihan meliputi pemaparan materi, demonstrasi, serta praktik langsung dalam membuat dan memodifikasi visualisasi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel menggunakan software GeoGebra. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa dalam menggunakan software GeoGebra, serta adanya potensi peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi ini.

This writing aims to provide readers with views on the application of the inquiry learning model with the experimental method during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, the government decided to implement online learning which was still less effective in improving student learning outcomes, especially in Physics lessons. Physics lessons are factual lessons, and tend to be calculation activities so that a learning model is needed that allows students to be able to think critically and systematically. Abstract

Education in Indonesia several times already suffered changes curriculum and the latest curriculum is the curriculum 2013 which applied in 2013. Curriculum 2013 completion the curriculum before. One is the approach used, that is thematic integrative approach. Thematic integrative learning is intertwining learning that uses the theme to associate multiple subjects so as to provide meaningful experiences to students. This integration of material in thematic learning very appropriate with the integrative view of developmental psychology of Gestalt which refers to a sense that the whole is more meaningful than the parts. Besides the Gestalt theories, thematic integrative learning is also relevance with the theories of knowledge acquisition phase learners that’s constructivism theory which underlying of the role that experience or connections with students' learning environment.

Abstract

Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a collection of symptoms of disease caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). HIV damages the human immune system, making the body susceptible to other diseases that can be fatal. In people with normal immune systems, these diseases usually do not cause significant disorders. The purpose of the activity is to provide information about AIDS prevention measures to patient families at the Outpatient Pharmacy of Labuang Baji Hospital. The type of activity is direct counseling and distribution of information brochures containing information related to HIV-AIDS prevention. From the results of the counseling that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the knowledge of patient families at the Outpatient Pharmacy of Labuang Baji Hospital about HIV-AIDS prevention is excellent because respondents can understand HIV-AIDS starting from knowing the characteristics of HIV/AIDS, causes, how the disease is transmitted, and how to prevent it.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Covid-19 causes fear, worry, fatigue, and post-traumatic stress disorder in nurses who are frontline staff in hospitals.  Based on a survey at a hospital nurses felt burnout in caring for the covid-19 patients due to lack of rest, lack of concentration when providing nursing care, and physical burnout caused by an increase in patients with COVID-19. This study aims to determine the association between respondent characteristics and nurses’ burnout while in caring for covid-19 patients.This research used a correlation quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach.  The sampling technique used was a total sampling of 52 nurses who work at private hospitals in western Indonesia.  Data analysis was bivariate with the Pearson chi-square test.  The research questionnaire used a subjective questionnaire self-rating test from the industrial fatigue research committee Japan (IFRC). The chi-square test resulted that the variables were not related in caring for covid-19 patients, which is age (p-value = 0.414), gender (p-value = 0.404), education (p-value = 0.069), and marital status (p-value = 0.429). Burnout can occur from several factors such as workload, shift, and work environment. This result can imply for nurses to arrange a time to rest and better scheduling. Nursing managers can also reduce burnout by rewarding, motivating, foster a sense of community in the workplace, and creating a comfortable environment for nurses. Keywords: Burnout, Nurse, Fear, Stress Disorder, Post-Traumatic, Covid-19

Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Koperasi Pegawai (KSPPKP) “Unit Bulanan Teluk Betung” merupakan lembaga keuangan non-bank yang memberikan layanan simpan pinjam kepada anggotanya. Proses pencatatan transaksi yang masih dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti keterlambatan pelaporan, kesalahan pencatatan, dan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi akuntansi simpan pinjam yang dapat membantu koperasi dalam mencatat, mengelola, dan menyajikan data transaksi secara efektif dan efisien. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil dari perancangan ini berupa sistem berbasis web yang mendukung pengelolaan data anggota, transaksi simpanan, pinjaman, angsuran, serta laporan keuangan koperasi. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box dan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, diharapkan pengelolaan keuangan koperasi menjadi lebih terstruktur, akurat, dan transparan

Abstract

This research aims to produce a comprehensive corruption eradication model through dynamic system modeling with corruption systemic factor analysis. The method used in this research is systematic literature review (SLR), where SLR is a research method to identify, evaluate and interpret all relevant research results related to certain research questions, certain topics, or phenomena of concern. The results show that dynamic system modeling produces a comprehensive corruption eradication model. This research provides an overview of corruption research with a dynamic system model approach based on causal relationships between variables related to economic, social, political, legal and cultural factors, through causal loop diagrams that provide a broader picture of the dynamics of corruption. The resulting comprehensive policy model must be that all these factors are interrelated with each other.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi atau perusahaan berupaya keras meningkatkan kinerja karyawan mereka agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai sepenuhnya. Sumber daya manusia berperan sebagai penggerak operasional organisasi, di mana individu atau kelompok bekerja di bawah arahan pimpinan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif yang mengkaji asas-asas hukum, perbandingan hukum, atau sejarah hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mendorong adanya persaingan tidak sehat diantaranya yang tidak dapat mengatasi permasalahan dan penyelewengan jabatan. Timbul rasa cemburu sehingga cenderung mencari kesalahan bawahan yang kinerja nya jauh lebih unggul dari atasannya. Sehingga menjadi celah pencurian gagasan dan berujung menjatuhkan satu dengan yang lain. Hubungan antara karyawan yang memiliki jabatan tentu menjadi pengaruh munculnya konflik kepentingan. Jika pengelolaan sumber daya manusia tidak dilakukan dengan benar, berbagai masalah dapat muncul, yang dapat membahayakan perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Selain itu, pengelolaan SDM yang buruk terdiri dari beberapa komponen.

Abstract

Research on entrepreneurial and digital orientation in improving the performance of MSMEs has been carried out a lot, but there are still few variables in marketing capabilities used as mediation. This study's objective is to examine and explain the influence of entrepreneurial and digital orientation in improving the performance of MSMEs mediated by marketing capabilities. Quantitative research methodology is applied. The study's population is 14,128 food MSMEs in Sukabumi City, while the sample is taken using raosoft.com sample size calculator with a distribution rate of 50%, and the criteria are to have a business capital of Rp.1,000,000-15,000,000 and a business duration of 3-6 years or more, so that as many as 96 business actors were obtained as a sample. A Google Form is used to distribute questionnaires as part of the data collection technique SEM PLS is the analytical method employed. The results of the study explained that there was a significant influence shown by the value of the determination coefficient, the influence on the performance of MSMEs was 70.3% while the influence on marketing capcapability was 41.1%. This research's contribution is to offer an overview to business actors and DISKUMINDAG in making appropriate policies, as well as to help future researchers who will conduct similar research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and evaluate the implementation of the 2013 curriculum specifically in aspects of the learning process and aspects of assessment of learning outcomes. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, with the population being SMA / SMK equivalent in Pringsewu Regency while the sample is 10 high school / SMK level schools in Pringsewu Regency selected from 9 different sub regency. In terms of the learning process aspect, achieving the highest percentage is the teacher's understanding of the subject matter in student textbooks, while the lowest percentage is the suitability of learning procedures with a scientific approach. In terms of the assessment of learning outcomes, the highest percentage achievement is the teacher's understanding of the concepts and applications of midterm tests, while the lowest percentage is the teacher's understanding of portfolio-based assessment concepts and applications. The results of the overall analysis show that, in terms of the learning process aspects and assessment of learning outcomes, the implementation of K-13 at the SMA/SMK/MA level in Pringsewu Regency was in a good category although there were still a few things that needed to be improved.Evaluasi implementasi kurikulum 2013  ditinjau dari aspek proses pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil belajar (studi kasus: SMA/SMK/MA Kabupaten PringsewuPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum 2013 khususnya dalam aspek proses pembelajaran dan aspek penilaian hasil belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan populasinya adalah SMA/SMK sederajat di kabupaten pringsewu lampung sedangkan sampelnya adalah 10 SMA/SMK sederajat di kabupaten Pringsewu Lampung yang dipilih dari 9 kecamatan yang berbeda. Ditinjau dari aspek proses pembelajaran, pencapaian persentase tertinggi adalah pemahaman guru tentang materi pelajaran yang ada di buku pelajaran siswa, sedangkan persentase terendah adalah kesesuaian prosedur pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik. Ditinjau dari aspek penilaian hasil belajar, pencapaian persentase tertinggi adalah pemahaman guru tentang konsep dan aplikasi ulangan tengah semester, sedangkan persentase terendah adalah pemahaman guru tentang konsep dan aplikasi penilaian berbasis portofolio. Hasil analisis secara menyeluruh menunjukkan bahwa ditinjau dari aspek proses pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil belajar, implementasi K-13 di tingkat SMA/SMK/MA di kabupaten Pringsewu berada pada kategori baik meskipun masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki.
