Abstract

The advance of new technology and strict competition in banking industry have forced the management to continually improve their services. Improvement in quality of service is expected to increase customer loyalty. The purpose of this case study was to provide information to top level management, regarding service quality level of BCA Cabang Duta Mas Jakarta. The descriptive-verification method was used to explore the service quality level and the relation of service quality to customer loyalty in this bank. This study found that there was a low-positive correlation between service quality and customer loyalty.Keywords: service quality, customer loyalty, descriptive-verification

Abstract

ABSTRACT Neo-classical economic growth saw determinant of economic growth from the supply side (supply), first, look at the human capital factors (human capital) as a determinant of economic growth. Two important things in human capital are education and health which believed to increase the knowledge (knowledge) and research (research), using the neoclassical growth model, economic growth is determined by labor, physical capital, and technology. Abstract

Intense competition between finance companies makes each must apply the best strategy to become a winner. This study aims to analyze the direct effect of pricing rate and word of mouth (wom) on purchasing decisions and indirectly mediated by trust, as well as the direct influence of trust on purchasing decisions. The population of this study is consumers who have purchased a car on credit at Maybank Finance in the West Java area, which consists of 4 city branches, namely: Bandung, Bogor, Cirebon and Karawang, both those that have been paid off and those that are still running. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using non-probability sampling technique with quota sampling method. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results show that all hypotheses are proven to have an influence on pricing rate, word of mouth (wom) and trust on purchasing decisions, and it is also proven that trust is able to mediate the relationship between these variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of Service Claim and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty at PT Asuransi Sahabat Artha Proteski in Jakarta. This research was conducted using the Probability Sampling method with the type of Simple Random Sampling. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents who were customers of PT Asuransi Sahabat Artha Proteksi in Jakarta. Data analysis using SmartPLS Analysis version 3.3. The results of this study indicate that service claims have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Service claims have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of service claims on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of brand image on customer loyalty.
