Abstract

This research is an explanatory research by applying the survey method, in which proposed to examine the effect of integrated marketing communication and service quality on purchase decisions mediated by consumer satisfaction at Maybank Finance, Java Area, Non Jabodetabek in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. The sample of this research is 100 consumers who are new debtors who will do financing at Maybank Finance in the Java Region of the Non-jabodetabek area. Data obtained through questionnaires, that was spreaded to respondents who were selected by purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the SMARTPls 3 program. The results reveal that the direct influence of integrated marketing communication and service quality on consumer purchase decisions is no significant. The direct effect of consumer satisfaction on consumer purchase decisions is positive and significant, in which the path coefficient of 0.536 with a p value of 0.000. The results of the mediation effect test show that consumer satisfaction does not play a role in mediating the effect of integrated marketing communications on consumer purchase decisions. Consumer satisfaction plays a role in mediating the effect of service quality on purchase decisions.

Abstract

At this time, technological advances are increasingly having a strong enough impact and if it can be utilized properly, this maximizes the results obtained from the existence of the technology itself. Especially in the act of marketing an item, using social media that has many users will make the product marketing process much easier. Supported by the current pandemic conditions that have made major changes in purchasing and selling product transactions, as well as a fairly high increase in internet users. Therefore, using social media that displays advertisers in the form of videos will be considered effective. For now, people are starting to be presented with various types of social media featuring videos such as Youtube, Snapchat, Instagram & TikTok. According to research (OGUNSIJI, 2012) celebrity endorsement is a marketing tool created to show differentiation points between various brands and coverage in the market. Meanwhile, (Nelson & Gloria, 2012) focuses celebrity support on a global perspective because this is a communication strategy that will create promotional actions for a product in the form of goods and services in society. The right choice should be made to choose a celebrity to endorse a brand, as celebrity endorsement can affect the image and productivity of an organization in positive or negative ways. With this research, it is hoped that entrepreneurs who want to market their products will be wiser and easier in choosing what kind of media are currently having a high appeal to consumers. In addition, readers will also be invited to see the benefits of the impact of celebrity endorsement, the quality of a product and how the price affects consumer purchase interest.

Abstract

This study discusses the interest rate perceptionand credit procedures on car buying decisions mediated by purchase interest variables. The results of the research on the first hypothesis are the influence of perceptions of interest rates on purchase interest with a value of t-count 5.831> t-table 1.99 (p 0.000 <0.05). The second hypothesis in this study is that there is an effect of credit procedures on purchase interest (2.709> 1.99); (p 0.007 <0.05). The third hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of interest on car buying decisions (2,687>1.99); (p 0.007 < 0.05). The fourth hypothesis in this study is that there is an effect of interest rate perceptionon car buying decisions (3,524>1,99); (p 0.000 < 0.05). The fifth hypothesis in this study is that there is an effect of credit procedures on car buying decisions (2,475> 1.99); (p 0.001 < 0.05). The sixth hypothesis is that the purchase interest variable cannot mediate the relationship between perceptions of interest rates on purchasing decisions (2.392 > 1.99). The seventh hypothesis is that the purchase intention variable cannot mediate the relationship between credit procedures and purchasing decisions (t 1.852 < 1.99).

Abstract

Di tengah ketatnya persaingan rumah sakit, peningkatan loyalitas pasien melalui kualitas layanan yang baik dan dapat diukur menjadi solusi dan memegang peranan penting. Pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit tidak dapat disamakan dengan pelayanan industri, karena dapat mempengaruhi dan memperburuk kondisi pasien sehingga menyebabkan kematian. Oleh sebab itu, penentu loyalitas pasien menjadi hal yang penting dan bervariasi berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan mulai dari kualitas layanan, citra rumah sakit, dan kepuasaan pasien. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software Partial Least Square (PLS). Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat inap RS Ukrida berjumlah 92 orang. Hasil penelitian pengaruh langsung didapatkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap citra rumah sakit dan kepuasaan pasien, dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien; citra rumah sakit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien; kepuasaan pasien berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pasien, sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung didapatkan citra rumah sakit tidak memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pasien dan kepuasaan pasien signifikan memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pasien. RS Ukrida yang baru saja berdiri di akhir tahun 2020 harus mampu memberikan pengalaman berobat yang baik dan menyenangkan terutama untuk pasien-pasien yang baru pertama kali berkunjung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of organizational citizenship behavior in mediating the influence of competence and organizational culture on employee performance. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study are credit marketing officers, employees of Maybank Finance for the marketing department. This study uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.3 software. The results showed that competence, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior each had a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The influence of these three variables is 71% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined by 29%. In conclusion, organizational citizenship behavior variable has a role in mediating the influence of competence on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior variable also mediates the influence of culture on employee performance. Abstract

Covid-19 yang melanda dunia berdampak global pada seluruh tatanan sendi kehidupan, utamanya pada sektor ekonomi, terkhusus pada penurunan kegiatan produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi yang berakhir dengan menurunnya tingkat kemakmuran atau kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pandemi Covid-19 membawa dampak kepada menurunnya pertumbuhan ekonomi hampir diseluruh dunia termasuk negara ASEAN-5. Paper ini hendak melakukan komparasi atas faktor penentu pertumbuhan ekonomi yang dimiliki oleh negara ASEAN-5 dengan mengambil referensi model teori pertumbuhan ekonomi baru (new growth economy) yang dikembangkan oleh Sollow dan Roomer. Paper ini adalah tinjauan deskriptif eksplanatif komparatif yang bertujuan melakukan komparasi dan penjelasan atas faktor penentu pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara Asean-5. Hasil komparasi menunjukkan bahwa dalam pendapatan per kapita, Indonesia tertinggal dari Singapura, Malaysia, dan Thailand. Ketertinggalan Indonesia ini terletak pada masih rendahnya faktor modal manusia serta penelitian dan pengembangan (litbang) dibandingkan dengan negara ASEAN-5. Kata Kunci: ASEAN-5, New Growth Theory, Modal Manusia, Penelitian dan Pengembangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat komunikator, yaitu bagaimana komunikator dalam menyampaikan pesan pemasaran kepada calon pelanggan dalam hal inikomunikan tertarik dan berusaha dan pada gilirannya senang menjadi pelanggan dan melaksanakan sesuai kehendak komunikator. Dalam penelitian inipeneliti mengambil mata kuliah yang inti dari penelitian ini tentang bagaimana peran, dan program pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT RifanFinancindo Futures dalam melaksanakan komunikasi pemasaran kepada calon nasabah yang tentunya memerlukan tindakan khusus dengan tujuantertentu yang pada akhirnya mengarah pada peningkatan jumlah pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepribadian Pemimpin dengan dampak yang ditimbulkan pada variabelKepuasan Kerja. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu PT.Ketrosden Triasmitra. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai teori Lingkungan Kerja,Keprdibadian Pemimpin dan dengan Co-workers dan Attitudes sebagai turunan dari Kepuasan Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodekuantitatif melalui survey kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form kepada 82 responden yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSSdengan metode pengambilan sample adalah non probability sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikanterhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan T hitung sebesar 3.369 >t tabel 1990. Kepribadian Pemimpin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerjadengan t hitung 3.677> t table 1990 . Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepribadian Pemimpin berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap KepuasanKerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman bagi para karyawan untuk memperhatikan dan membangun Lingkungan Kerjadan Kepribadian Pemimpin yang baik, terutama pada PT. Abstract

This study discusses the effect of price, service quality on customer satisfaction mediated by purchase decisionss at PT Maybank Indonesia Finance during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive with probability random sampling method that uses 100 online questionnaires from 121 consumer respondents of PT MayBank Indonesia Finance. The data analysis technique in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0. Tests were carried out with the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing of p-value and t-statistics. The results showed that price had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and purchase decisionss, service quality had a significant effect on purchase decisionss and had no effect on customer satisfaction, purchase decisions had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, then price had an effect on customer satisfaction mediated by purchase decisionss and service quality. influence on customer satisfaction which is mediated by purchase decisionss.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the implementation of information technology in HR management by adopting the theory of Technology Acceptance Model and Diffusion of Innovation. This research is qualitative in nature by reviewing relevant literature. Data collection techniques included listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the use of information technology can provide various benefits for HR management, such as increasing efficiency, accelerating the decision-making process, and reducing operational costs. The results of this study are also expected to provide added value in decision making for companies in managing their HR.
