Abstract

This study aims to determine the public perception of the implementation of the BersihDesa tradition through wayang kulit art in O Mangunharjo Village, Musi RawasRegency. The Bersih Desa tradition is a local cultural heritage that contains spiritual, social, and cultural values ​​that continue to be preserved by the community. Wayangkulit art is used as the main media in a series of Bersih Desa activities which are believed to be able to convey moral and religious messages to the community effectively. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study consisted of community leaders, wayang kulitartists, village officials, and residents involved in the tradition. The results of the study showed that the community has a positive perception of the Bersih Desa tradition through wayang kulit performances. The community considers this tradition not only as a form of entertainment, but also as a means of strengthening social relations, fostering a sense of gratitude, and maintaining harmony between humans and nature. In addition, wayang kulit art is considered to have an important role in maintaining local cultural identity and being an effective educational medium for the younger generation. Thus, the preservation of the Clean Village tradition through shadow puppetry needs to continue to be supported by various parties so that cultural values ​​and local wisdom are maintained amidst the current of modernization.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Modern baby gymnastics is an effective way of stimulation based on developmental kinesiology and primitive reflexes according to developmental stages. Baby gymnastics should only be applied to healthy children. If the child is sick, such as diarrhea and fever, then this exercise must be suspended. This study aims to determine the effect of baby exercise on the development of babies aged 3-13 months in the Langsa City Health Center Working Area. The research design used is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. The number of samples in this study was 20 babies 3-13 months who were divided into 2 groups, namely 10 babies in the experimental group (doing baby gymnastics) and 10 babies who did not do baby gymnastics. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the Mann-Whitney test. The results of the study showed that the majority of babies who did baby gymnastics had appropriate development as many as 6 babies (60%) with an average development score of 8.3, median 9 and babies who did not do baby gymnastics mostly had questionable development as many as 5 babies. (50%) with an average development score of 7.2. There is an influence of baby exercise on the development of babies aged 3-13 months in the Langsa City Health Center Working Area with a p-value of 0.019 (p<0.05). The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of baby exercise on the development of babies aged 3-13 months in the Langsa City Health Center Working Area. It is hoped that mothers will receive provision and simulation of baby exercise from local health workers so that they can carry out baby exercise independently which is beneficial for the development of babies aged 3-13 months. Keywords: Baby Gymnastics, Baby Development, Age 3-13 Months  ABSTRAK Senam bayi modern adalah salah satu cara stimulasi yang efektif yang berdasarkan kinesiology perkembangan dan reflek primitif sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangan. Senam bayi hanya boleh diterapkan pada anak yang sehat. Jika anak sakit seperti diare dan demam, maka senam ini harus ditangguhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam bayi terhadap perkembangan bayi usia 3-13 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Langsa Kota. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 bayi 3-13 bulan yang dibedakan menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 10 bayi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (melakukan senam bayi) dan 10 bayi yang tidak melakukan senam bayi. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji mann-whitney.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bayi yang melakukan senam bayi sebagian besar memiliki perkembangan yang sesuai sebanyak 6 bayi (60%) dengan rata-rata skor perkembangan 8,3, median 9 dan bayi yang tidak melakukan senam bayi sebagian besar memiliki perkembangan yang meragukan sebanyak 5 bayi (50%) dengan skor perkembangan rata-rata 7,2. Ada pengaruh senam bayi terhadap perkembangan bayi usia 3-13 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Langsa Kota dengan p-value 0,019 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh senam bayi terhadap perkembangan bayi usia 3-13 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Langsa Kota. Diharapkan bagi ibu untuk memperoleh pembekalan dan simulasi senam bayi dari petugas kesehatan setempat agar dapat melakukan senam bayi secara mandiri yang bermanfaat bagi perkembangan bayi usia 3-13 bulan. Kata Kunci: Senam Bayi, Perkembangan Bayi, Usia 3-13 Bulan

Abstract

Abstracts The rapid development of technology in the digital era demands the readiness of students to compete and face various problems that arise. This requires critical thinking skills in formulating problems, finding solutions, and determining the resolution path. Critical thinking skills are needed in the 21st century, where information flows rapidly through digital technology. Critical thinking skills are needed to analyze information that benefits individual students. Innovation in the learning process to develop critical thinking skills involves familiarizing students with problem-based mathematical problems to hone critical thinking skills. HOTS questions are questions that stimulate critical thinking skills. This study will show students' critical thinking skills based on their initial abilities. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The instruments used are standard HOTS questions. Samples were taken from representatives of high, medium, and low initial ability students. Data analysis is carried out on student answer sheets. The results showed several critical thinking characteristics of students at every level of initial ability. Students with high initial abilities have maximized critical thinking skills based on indicators. Students with early, medium, and low abilities still do not master all indicators of critical thinking skills. Students must be trained by solving problems using HOTS questions to maximize critical thinking skills. HOTS-based problem-solving exercises are carried out regularly in lectures

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine how the implementation of Ibn Sina Hospital performance measurement with the balance scorecard approach. This study uses primary and secondary data obtained through the company's financial statements and questionnaires filled out by employees and patients. Performance from a customer perspective measured by customer satisfaction indicators measured in the current year shows the level of customer satisfaction in the "Very Satisfied" category with a score of 63%. The performance of the Financial perspective of the four indicators has "Fairly Good" results because the results of the NPM Ratio have increased results, namely by 0.10%, ROI has decreased results, namely by 0.04%, the performance of the Effectiveness Ratio has decreased by 8.72%, and the Efficiency ratio has decreased by 8.85%. The overall performance of the Internal Business perspective can be said to have "poor" results because BOR has an average value of 40.73%, ALOS Ratio with an average of 2 days, BTO Ratio with an average of 52 times, TOI Ratio with an average of 7 days, NDR Ratio shows an average of 12.85%, and GDR shows a decrease of 2.70%. The performance of the learning and growth perspective as a whole can be said to have "good" results with a score of 84%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether E-Tax System and Tax Socialization have significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance During Pandemic and Endemic at PT. Kurniaputra Mandiri. This study uses quantitative data methods, and the data source is primary data. The population in this study are all permanent employees who work at PT Kurniaputra Mandiri. The sample in this study are permanent employees that have Tax Identification Number (NPWP) who work at PT Kurniaputra Mandiri in total of 30 respondents using purposive sampling methods. Data analysis and testing consist of validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (T test), and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that E-Tax System doesn’t have significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance with a T count of 0,499 < T table 2,048. Tax Socialization has a partially significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance with a T count of 2,964 > T table 2,048. E-Tax System and Tax Socialization simultaneously have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance with a F count of 20,019 > F table 3,35 and regression coefficient value of 59,7%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether E-Filling and Taxation Knowledge have a significant effect on Taxpayer Satisfaction (Case Study at PT Sumatra Palm Raya). This research uses quantitative data methods and data sources come from primary data. The population in this study is all employees working at PT Sumatra Palm Raya as many as 36 employees. The sample in this study was permanent employees who had NPWP who worked at PT Sumatra Palm Raya totaling 30 respondents using purposive sampling data collection techniques. Data analysis and testing consists of validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial (t tests) and simultaneous hypothesis tests (F tests), and determination coefficient tests. The results of this study show that the Application of E-Filling has a significant partial effect on Taxpayer Satisfaction with a calculated t value of 2,144 > T table 2,048. Taxation Knowledge has no effect and is not significant on Taxpayer Satisfaction with a calculated t value of 1.963 < T table 2.048. The application of E-Filling and Taxation Knowledge have a significant effect simultaneously on Taxpayer Satisfaction with a calculated F value of 8.772 > an F table value of 3.35 and a regression coefficient value of 34.9%.

Abstract

The aim of carrying out this research is to determine the influence of Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size, Company Growth and Company Age on the Value of Companies in the Food and Beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach because this research has a clear and orderly flow. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. In this research, the population used is all 26 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. Sampling: Using the purpose sampling method, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations, 85 research samples were obtained. The research results show that there is no partially significant influence between Liquidity and Company Value. There is a partially significant influence between Profitability and Company Value. There is no partially significant influence between Company Size and Company Value. There is a partially significant influence between Company Growth and Company Value. There is no partially significant influence between Company Age and Company Value. Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size, Company Growth and Company Age simultaneously have a significant effect on Company Value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran matematika kontekstual terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis mahasiswa pada mata kuliah program linier. Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment design dengan desain kelompok kontrol non-ekuivalen. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu semua populasi diambil menjadi sampel. Hal ini dikarenakan, mahasiswa semester empat program studi pendidikan matematika FKIP UIR pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019 hanya terdiri dari 2 (dua) kelas. Pemilihan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dari kedua kelas sampel tersebut menggunakan simple random sampling. Sehingga diputuskan bahwa mahasiswa kelas eksperimen yaitu mahasiswa semester IVA dan sebagai kelas kontrol yaitu mahasiswa semester IVB. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan koneksi matematis mahasiswa pada mata kuliah program linier dengan penggunaan pembelajaran matematika kontekstual didapat nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa  ditolak dan  diterima maka hipotesis nol ( ) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif ( ) diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran matematika kontekstual terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis mahasiswa pada mata kuliah program linier

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajarberbantuan macromedia flash yang praktis pada mata kuliah analisisdata statistika berbasis IT. Pengembangan bahan ajar berbantuanmacromedia flash pada penelitian ini menggunakan modelpengembangan 4-D yang dimodifikasi menjadi lebih sederhana yaituterdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu tahap pendefinisian, tahapperencanaan dan tahap pengembangan untuk tahap penyebaran tidakdilakukan di dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan padamahasiswa semester enam Pendidikan Matematika Universitas IslamRiau Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian dilakukan pada mata kuliahanalisis data statistika berbasis IT. Instrumen Pengumpulan data padapenelitian ini adalah mengunakan lembar angket respon mahasiswaterhadap bahan ajar berbantuan macromedia flash pada maat kuliahanalisis data statistik berbasis IT. Teknik analisis data yangdipergunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif yangmendeskripsikan kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran matematika.Data yang dikumpulkan dari penelitian ini adalah hasil responmahasiswa terhadap bahan ajar yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti Hasilpenelitian dari lembar penilaian angket respon mahasiswa diperolehnilai rata-rata total kepraktisan bahan ajar berbantuan macromediaflash sebesar 93,557% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkananalisis data di atas maka kesimpulan penelitian pengembangan initelah menghasilkan bahan ajar berbantuan macromedia flash padamata kuliah analisis data statistik berbasis IT yang praktis.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Linear Program textbook for Mathematics Education students. This research is a research and development research that begins with potential and problem steps, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, usage testing, product revision and mass production. The research carried out only reached the step of knowing the validity of the Linear Program textbooks that had been developed. The instrument used is a learning expert validation sheet. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. This research was conducted on second semester students of Mathematics Education FKIP Riau Islamic University in the Linear Program course. This research was conducted in the 2020/2021 Academic year. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the overall percentage average for each aspect of the validation sheet assessment was 85.4% with Very Valid criteria. The Linear Program textbook that has been developed can be called valid because it has met three aspects of the textbook validation criteria, namely aspects, namely Aspects of Content (content), Aspects of Construct (presentation) and Aspects of Language. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Linear Program textbook has been tested for validity, so that it can be used in the learning process.
